Had a wonderful experience of getting my first ever piercing here! Krysta gave a full rundown of what was going on and how the piercing was going to happen. She also gave info on how to take care and the journey of healing of a piercing in great detail. She was quick and efficient too! Also very kind!

By far the best piercer in the area. Krysta not only is professional and all about safety and being clean she also makes sure you are educated about you new adventure. She will not do anything that she doesn’t feel is safe or right for you so she’s not just out to make a $. Between my wife and I she has put 15 holes in our body and been great every time. I cannot recommend the work Krysta does enough! They are extremely knowledgeable in their field and explain the whole process thoroughly. It’s is apparent from the time you walk in the doors that they care about their clients. Very clean shop. I’ve received 5 piercings personally from Krysta and they have all healed beautifully. I got a philtrum piercing and Krysta was very sanitary and answered all my questions. She is very friendly and makes sure you like the placement of your piercing. Honestly the best experience Ive ever had with a piercing professional, will definitely be going through her for all piercings in the future! Scheduled a consult with Krysta for me and my nephew to get an industrial for him and a hidden helix for me. She was informative and professional. I got a nostril piercing at another shop. I decided to go to Krysta to get help when it started to swell and embed. She was so nice and helpful, I was really worried about it too. But she was quick, and made it a very easy process. Ill definitely be getting my other piercings from here!

This piercing shop is incredible! I have had many piercings but this time got my septum and I was taken care of from start to finish and you can really tell they care about their services and what they offer. I will forever go to this place for my piercings, they also have such a cool selection of jewelry not just the average tattoo shop basic piercings but a lot of beautiful curated pieces. I had both of my upper ears pierced 2 times before coming to Krysta & Hayley. They would never heal…I had one of them in for 10 years & another in for 4. They were always sooo painful. I gave up on trying to get them to heal. When I took them out, I had what seemed like keloids on both sides :( I decided a few years later to try one last time because I loved the way they looked, just not the way they always ended up feeling. I knew I needed someone who was highly skilled at what they do who would pierce me properly, practice proper sanitation, & use quality jewelry. I asked Krysta to try this last time & lo & behold right after she did them I hardly felt any pain during the healing process and they healed so quickly. I have had absolutely no pain with these ones, (she did my tragus at the same time). Not to mention, the jewelry itself is GORGEOUS. The process was quick, seemingly painless, and I was so happy with how they turned out. I want my ears covered!! I highly recommend going to Krysta AND Hayley for all of your piercing needs. You will not be disappointed! They’re very knowledgeable & make it such a pleasant experience. 🥰
