My sister and I came here on a girls trip and both got tattoos over the summer. I don’t remember our artists name, but she was a female who lives in Jerome.I am so so disappointed in my tattoo. This was my first ever experience and I am now having to pay an insane amount of money to get these fixed/covered.I showed pictures and kept mentioning fine lines. Clearly, this was not her specialty. My major gripe is the fact that she didn’t mention that maybe that’s not in her wheelhouse. Know your limits, girl. If someone shows a dainty tattoo, just say you can’t do it.I’d have much rather be turned away than deal with this now.Very disappointed.

Pros: shop was clean, smelt nice, organized, plenty busy, had lots of jewelry choices, mostly kind staff, fair prices, and offered two hypoallergenic metal choices for piercings. My piercing experience itself was nice, I love my piercing.Andy was the one who pierced my forward helix and helix. They were very gentle, thorough with disinfection, and had a perfect placement.Cons: front desk customer service

Warm Art is a fantastic place to visit if you want to get a piercing on a whim, or if youve been planning it for a while. They welcome walk-ins, but you can also call ahead if you have any questions. The range of jewelry options available is endless, and both their piercers and tattoo artists are incredibly talented. Rodney Kinney is a master of his craft, and Andy is so good at what he does that youll want to get a piercing every week! Im confident in all of their artists, so Ill definitely go back to Warm Art for my next tattoo. I cant wait to go in for another face piercing as soon as I can - itll make my day! It was my 1st time ever getting a tattoo. I was told about Warm Art and this artist named Joshua. I went in..did my tattoo and it was the most beautiful thing ever. Hes clean and professional 👌 Funny too

My artist, Josh was amazing. He was late, and hadnt worked on the piece before I came, even though I gave the 100 dollar deposit and sent him the inspiration pics I was looking at. However, I put that aside after he took some time to draw me up what I wanted. It came out better than I imagined and I plan to go back for more work.

I have been wanting a cover up for a few years now, but was apprehensive about finding a new artist. I called and spoke with Joshua told him what I was wanting to accomplish and made the appointment. I am beyond grateful that I did! The work he has done so far is better than what I hoped and am so excited to see it finished...100% recommend him for realistic and color!

Visiting from out of town and stopped by for a tattoo with friends. The line work is very uneven depth wise and crooked. The shading of the tattoo, solid black, is extremely uneven/patchy. It’s a small simple memorial tattoo for a pet. its a tattoo that’s hard to mess up. I ended up paying $200 for a 3 inch x 1 inch tattoo that took 22 minutes to do AND I’m gonna have to pay for my regular artist to fix. I do not recommend.

Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Fun decor and comfortable waiting area. I recommend this establishment for anyone wanting a quality tattoo or piercing.

Never have i EVER had a good piercing experience when rodney isnt there. The new piercer has been rude, and disrespectful to me every single time. The two most recent times: I walked in with my dad and the piercer very rudely told me that he couldnt take me without proof of guardianship. Even though we both had our IDs with matching last names, but we understood, apologized and left. There is no reason for him to have spoken to us as if we were dumb and he very clearly wanted us to leave. This last time I went i was a walk in; I was able to be taken in, so I waited 45 minutes while he was with another client just for him to tell me he couldnt do what i was asking for. Not a reason why, he just wouldnt do it. Which by the way, when I walked in and he wasnt at the counter and surpisingly, they didnt need any proof that my mom, who looks nothing like me nor do we share last names, was actually my guardian or even related to me. and the woman at the counter told us that it wasn’t necessary to get any sort of proof other than her ID. Anyway, every interaction ive ever had with this guy, he has been rude, and unhelpful, and frankly it is just disgusting to me. In my opinion , if you cant do any piercing other than the basic four, you shouldnt be alone and should still be training because this is absolutely ridiculous. Seriously, whats the point.

Went to Josh for a very special tattoo for a memorial for my daughter. Asked for very fine feminine lines and clean tattoo. I ended up with very dark deep smeared tattoo that can even be read. Now Im paying for removal. Worst tattoo Ive even had.

Kenneth Thompson did a custom 1/4 sleeve to the best of his abilities. For someone who has been tattoo for 25 plus years I genuinely had full trust and expectations to be a great deal higher in what I was paying top dollar for. Perhaps coming to the end of his career given his advanced age. This is permanent markings on my skin I now will have to pay a professional to fix. Rather disheartening for me to be in this position. When I gave comment for his speed and attention to detail, he slowed his pace greatly, as you can imagine: it is a paid by the hour job. I will give him that he did his best to keep my skin comfortable being that it got quite angry after few hours of hard line work and the design its self is fine.

Cotton was very patient with me...I had several ideas for a tattoo to commemorate my new granddaughters. He kept it simple so as they grow I can add on to it. Cotton had a gentle touch that didnt leave me feeling as if my skin was being dug into with a dull blade. It healed quickly and without issue.

Warmart is my to go to place for body art.I have gotten tattoos from Josh and Kenny and they both do great work.My wife and kids have gotten tattoos and piercings there as well.Great atmosphere and very professional.

This is the best tattoo shop in town. Kenny is amazing. All the staff there are freaking awesome. I’ll definitely be booking more tattoos. I highly recommend this tattoo shop to anybody and everybody in Idaho. They are extremely helpful and make sure you get what you ask for.

Had a good experience the first time I took my daughter in a year ago to get her ears pierced with Rod. I took my daughter back in last week to get a second piercing, but Andi ended up doing it this time...unfriendly and rude. We wont be going back again.

I went in to get a new piece of jewelry and was charged $10 for them to take it and put in a new one for 5 minutes. Im not trying to sound like a Karen or anything but if I’m buying jewelry from them then it shouldn’t cost to take it out and put a new piece in, especially if i didn’t know how. It was just a helix piece of jewelry. They simply asked if i wanted to get the jewelry taken out and didn’t tell me I would be charged.

Took my 9 year old here to get her ears pierced. They have a great selection of quality earrings. The artist that pierced her ears was so sweet and a very calming presence for a nervous little one. He was quick, precise, and very trustworthy. Great people here, highly recommended.

Took my 6yo in to have his ears pierced. He was super confident and talked to the lady helping pick out his earrings who was super helpful. My son got so nervous as soon as it was time to pierce. Rod was patient and let him take a second to breathe and let him sit on my lap so he was more comfortable. My son got one ear done and didnt want to do the second one and no one made him feel bad or like he had to do the other. We left with a happy 6yo with a great looking ear piercing!

Went n got a piercing the other day n Andy was my piercer. She was very professional n the piercing was painless. The place is very clean n the staff is pretty cool. Will be going back. Highly recommend!

FEBRUARY 2023I went back to Rod for a tongue piercing. He was the only experienced piercer that was willing to pierce my tongue with having a short tongue. He did amazing it was so quick and smooth. Rod explained every step of what he was doing and made sure to explain aftercare . Rod was patient and answer all of my questions. I will continue to trust Rod with any future piercings.MAY 2021 : Rod did my spider bite and my husbands Labret. He was awesome , great personality, precise, gentle, you can tell by his work he been doing this 30+ years. The shop was clean , staff was very friendly and helpful. All around positive experience. Will be going to Rod for future piercings!

Ive gotten two tattoos done here and each one turned out incredible. The healing process was super easy and there werent any problems, they are both still vibrant and havent faded. I cant remember the artist who did my first tattoo (Im so sorry!) he really made me feel comfortable for my first time getting one and I love the art he did, its still forever going to be my favorite. Cotton did my second tattoo and I couldnt have asked for anything more, his style is prestine. He didnt leave scarring or fading even on the parts blacked out. Definitely coming back here really soon by far my favorite tattoo shop.

My wife and I cannot express how grateful we are that someone like Rod exists. This man has so much talent and experience that we would trust no one else to do our pirecings. We drove from Emmett ID to have him pierce my wifes tongue. She has wanted her tongue pierced since she was 13 years old and had always been told her frenulum was to short. No one would even try to work with her even though there was other piercings , like the venom or a scoop. After consulting with Rod and being examined he was confident he could do a normal vertical tongue piercing. Rod was gentle and precise with his work. He took the time to answer all our questions and explain everything from what he was doing and after care. My wife loves her tongue ring !!! Thank you so much Rod you are the best.

Yeah… So I took my adult daughter to this place to get her tongue pierced (I hate piercing but to each their own 😅). I took her to this place, because I know Rod has been piercing forever and I guess trusted that.I expected that since they have been around for quite a while, she would be in good hands. Now I’m not saying the people who work here are bad or the place is trash, but the moment I saw him pick up a barbell ball off of the floor, and then place it on someone’s body without even re-sterilizing, I was done. She was also pierced with to small of a bar, which meant a almost 60 mile round trip back to the shop.I do private tattoos for friends and family only, I am very familiar with important sterilizing procedures, and I guess maybe I just take it to the extreme but people can get majorly sick from infections and you never know what could be on the floor of a tattoo shop. I do not pierce, it freaks me out, which is why I brought my daughter into this shop. She wasn’t asked about placement, told about swelling. Nothing. I was extremely unimpressed. Most people don’t know the procedures taken for safety, I did not see that there, and that concerns me.I almost died from a rare strep infection through a breast piercing. Definitely need to be more on top of sanitary procedures. They didn’t use clamps for the piercing either which intrigued me, I’m not sure if that is supposed to be better, but I have been under the impression it is not… I expected WAY better from a professional shop.

Loved my experience here! It was fairly fast too! Was maybe there for 20 minutes. Pick out my jewelry, got it sanitized. Piercing was quick and easy, very clean place as well! The man who did my septum was nice and thorough with aftercare. He even said to come in and he would change my jewelry if I needed to before the 3 months was up. For my next piercing, i will come back! It was a great experience. Very laid back environment, awesome red and black color scheme inside. Meet 3 employees and all were friendly! Loved it here!

Had 3 people and myself wanting small tattoos and Kenny stepped right up and knocked em all out, such a cool person and really enjoyed the time in the shop, if i could give 10 stars i would. Hes very patient and jokeful and really made it a great expierence!

I took my young daughter in to get her ears pierced. And while the initial experience was good, her earring that I paid $30 extra for fell out two days later. When I took her back in to get a new one since we couldn’t find the one that fell out they charged me another $30. When I asked what to do to prevent it, they told me it probably just didn’t get pushed in hard enough the first time (admitting their wrong) but continued to charge me $30. When I asked about why they were charging me they said I had to talk to Rod who pierced her but was not in. When I talked to him he said it was up to the person that helped us that day and there was nothing they could do about it and he would not refund me for something that was their fault, or a faulty item. Needless to say if you want good customer service do not go here as they do not stand behind their work or products. Edited to add after talking to them that the second pair fell out two days later and when I called he hung up on me!!!! He hung up on me!!! He never offered me a partial refund! Worst customer service ever!

Got nose piercings on both nostrils with Andy, process was simple and they always made sure to have me check if I liked where the marks were. Little to no pain, honestly just like popping a pimple.

Got my bottom belly pierced. We had marked it and talked about placement before he pierced it. After the jewelry was in I looked down it was far more to the left than what we marked. I got up told him it was crooked and he reached out and pulled The jewelry straight and said “it looks straight to me.”( NOT the first piercing they’ve done crooked)Also rod get a lil too weird and touchy with little girls.

Awesome experience! Kenny did a great job! Attention to detail and his personal customer care were the top two things, in my opinion. Rod and Kenny both took care of us and would definitely recommend.

We took my granddaughter, age 6, to get her ears pierced. They followed proper guidelines, such as wearing gloves, cleaning her ears with alcohol and educating my daughter about after care to prevent infection. My grandaughters ears healed quickly with no problems. Overall, it was a good experience!

Warm art has a very comfortable feel and atmosphere and even has merchandise (sweaters and t shirts etc.) To purchase in store. Kevin was very friendly and open to my input for tattoo designs and helped me to figure out the best placement and style that was perfect for what I wanted. I highly recommend warm art tattoo to anyone who just moved here looking for a good place for great tattoo artists.

Getting my first tattoo I was extremely nervous and my artist Joshua was extremely patience and kind, letting me reschedule the next day because i wasn’t sure if I wanted the tattoo I chose. He was very professional but also chill at the same time, and made me feel welcome and comfortable. 100% recommend, my tattoo came out exactly the way I wanted, if not better

I went and got a tattoo best experience. Cotton was an amazing artist and was really good. It was my first tattoo and helped me relax. I also got my belly button re pierced and they didn’t even charge.

Very good. Got my septum pierced yesterday, cried a little, bled a little, got a cool piercing. Will probably come back again to get pierced. A tip: not all of the piercings are internally threaded so just look til you find one that is.

Joshua did a fantastic job on my two tattoos today. Ive been searching for the right artist and today I met him. Been in lots of tattoo shops and hands down this is the best shop ever. Clean, friendly atmosphere!

I was very interested in the work they do based on the reviews, but after seeing the nasty commercial on TV I am going to steer clear. I dont like the vibe from that at all!!! I like to have fun when I get a tattoo, not feel like its going to be some sort of dark ritual. They may be talented, but I am going to have to go to Boise I suppose.

Took my two-year-old in here to get her ears pierced they were so nice I was freaking out because they only do one at a time with a needle not with a gun but she did great. They were kind everything went awesome and her ears healed perfectly would recommend to anyone

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Brandon is awesome! He did both tattoos of my boys feet on my arms and his work was flawless and we were in and out in no time. Would not spend my money anywhere else and I will definitely be back for more!

Was visiting Idaho for a week and decided to get my next tattoo. Kenny Thompson did an excellent job on my tattoo. I’m very pleased with the way it turned out it looks amazing. Very friendly workers and very clean environment.

Got my tongue pierced here. Bar was too short and was improperly placed, which limited my range of motion and caused so much irritation. I paid 30 bucks to get it and had to turn around and get it removed today. Im not coming back for anything here, it was a waste of money. According to my doctor who has piercings, it was done completely wrong.

Took my 3 year old in to peirce her ears, it was a little expensive in my opinion... but it was a good experience... very friendly and super clean... very professional...

I went in with a friend of mine to get piercings. I went first and the man pierced my nose... The needle went all the way through and hit the ground and without asking he instantly pierced my nose again. At this point I was bleeding rather badly and have never had a problem with passing out from a piercing before as I have many but I remember waking up and him telling my friend to catch me. It was not a good experience and will not be going back.

My wife got 2 piercings and Rodney did a wonderful job every step of the way 10/10 would recommend

Had my daith piercing stretched and Rob Kinney, he did a great job, quick and was super chill and helpful and gave me pointers on future stretching. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful shop but I was there looking for Bubget and they sent me one block away. Neither spot has Bubget car or truck rental. Airport has Bubget but only cars.

I have gotten 2 tattos and 3 piercings at Warmart and havent had any problems. My last tat was done by Josh. Went in one day and decided to add on to it the next day. Josh really brought it together. Rod has done all my piercings and not a problem one. I would recommended Warmart for tats and piercings. The people working there know what they are doing. Good job Warmart and the new place is awesome.

The people were very sweet and helpful and patient but no one wore a mask and my piercing came out a little crooked. I love it anyway but if youre really serious about masks maybe go elsewhere.

First their employee didn’t even give me the right size to begin with, and than had the audacity to tell me that AFTER if i put It on i cant Return it like why didn’t you tell me to start with and it wasn’t even my fault YOUR EMPLOYEE gave me the wrong gauge size so i lost my money because they didn’t do their job, thanks never coming here again
