We had a great experience with Ben in creating and designing our tattoos. The people there are very friendly and made it a fun environment. Very clean and sanitary with their equipment which was important to me.

**customer service only complaint**Came in today with my husband and son so the 3 of us could get a tattoo together before my son joins the military. We were *greeted* by an artist who was clearly not happy to see anyone walk in, even though the place was completely dead (his whole demeanor was f@#$ off). My husband started talking about our tattoo idea that we were all looking to get and the artist stops him and asks how old my son is, my son lets him know hes 17, almost 18 and this guy immediately starts going off about how its a red flag that my sons isnt talking for himself and he wants to hear about the tattoo from my son only ...mind you, this is a family tattoo that we all were excited about and proceeds to act like were forcing our kid against his will; Im pissed at this point but also dont want to embarrass my kid so I let him continue to talk with him. They begin to talk about pricing and the artist gives my son an insane estimate, which I can only guess was to get us to leave.... so we did just that.Ive talked to other artist from this shop in the past who were genuinely nice and super helpful but this guy who didnt even tell us his name today will be the reason Ill never come back and never recommend, because no one should be treated like that.

I absolutely adore this shop! I had an amazing experience getting this tattoo and both times coming in with my friend and fiancé :) My tattoo was done by Ben and I could not be happier with the outcome! It was a very welcoming environment and it made it even easier for me to make myself comfortable ❤️❤️❤️

Hey yall, I had Ben as the tattoo artist. Everything was great. I had gotten a tattoo of a paw and everything about it was very special and it was delivered perfectly. Will I be coming in again ? Yes absolutely. I recommend this place.

I came in needed a cover-up and Benji took real good care of me. The tattoo came out amazing and he even touched up a smaller one I already had and made it look amazing as well. Definitely where Im going from now on.

All the good things that have been said about this establishment is accurate. The staff is amazing and make it fun, Benji has such a gentle touch, it was soothing and healing. Liberty let me choose a big tattoo design for a good price! she also went over an old stick and poke for free and made the whole experience great :)

Amanda will always be my artist! I have over 20 tattoos. They are Professional, clean,impeccable to say the least. I will not use anyone else! Highly recommend.

My husband and I got tattoos last weekend. We worked with Liberty. She was so kind, friendly and a talented tattoo artist. We gave her our ideas and she was able to create them. We also bounced some more ideas off her for future tattoos. Highly recommend this shop and this artist!

Had the pleasure to get tattooed by Ben Jones. He was easy calm and collected and was willing to get the right idea in mind before touching ink to skin. Soft hand and easy to converse with. The store is absolutely stunning! We drove 2 hours to get my friend her first tattoo. We called the store to see if they had any room for a walk in, sure enough they did! Liberty is an apprentice at the shop, she really was just truly amazing! She was so nice and made sure my friend was comfortable the whole time through the tattoo. Definitely have to go back to get another tattoo from her!

I would recommend this business and their artwork to anyone that was looking for a tattoo. They have several artists that focus on different areas of tattoo work, and they are very good about delegating you to an artist that they feel would do what you are looking for. They accept walk-ins, and were able to get me in on one of their busy days without question, when several other tattoo shops in the area had turned me down. Very friendly and the work speaks for itself.

This place is the cleanest, most immaculate shop I have ever been in..The energy is perfect whether it is your first tattoo or if you are an experienced individual looking for more to add to your canvas! My review is for Liberty, not the shop itself, although at times it felt like a day care with people yelling their conversations and various music genres playing at various levels.I reached out to the artist directly and got blocked by her, so Ill let that speak for itself.Anyways, I got two tattoos from her and one healed great (basic outline and some minimal shading) and one healed horribly (a fully colored one, its very scarred, faded, missing ink, the lines are too thick in some places).I let her know throughout the process of healing of my concerns (and she was great to reply), Ive never had a tattoo heal like this and Ive got more than 20, so Im not new to the process, it cracked and bled a few times during the healing process and it looked scarred often. Once it finally peeled, it was apparent that Id lost a lot of ink.She reached out to me and asked how it was healing and I said not well and sent some photos. She mentioned maybe some touchups in a few weeks and agreed that it healed rough which I agree with. A few days ago, I sent a message asking why the design wasnt on her IG page and if she had much experience with color as most of her posts were simple black. I wasnt looking for a fight, just curious because it healed so badly and I love the design (it was one she had drawn).Then she blocked me. I tried to take the higher road and reach out, but that didnt work. Id look elsewhere, there are plenty of other good places in Twin and in the Boise area.--It appears I cant reply to replies. I did not remove the Saniderm, it wasnt put on properly and kept lifting, Im happy to provide those photos and messages saying to just wash it with soap if needed. It WAS done beautifully, you are correct. I did tip her, that is also correct. I have not been back in your shop to obtain another tattoo, I came back the following day to get the Saniderm reapplied, which lifted within 3 hours. Im sorry that questioning her on her skills is considered verbal, mental abuse or harassment Id be happy to speak with management about this, but I also dont wish to revisit your establishment, whats a good email for you?

Benji did my tattoo. It was a hummingbird with lemon tree branch. It turned out even better than I imagined! I talked with him the night before and when I came in today he had it drawn up and we were ready to go. Very professional & personable as well.

Amanda does amazing work! She makes you feel comfortable and welcome and is very experienced. My tattoos are exactly what I wanted. She’s fast efficient and clean. The only place I’ll ever go to!

I got a tattoo a while back. I’m choosing not to state my name or what I got due to a slight amount of privacy. But the lady that did my tattoo was tattooing on my body like it was a piece of paper with a colored pencil. She left three divots/holes in my skin. Yes I let it fully heal I was aware of that, and when I took the “second skin” off 5 days later, half of my tattoo went with it (no not the scabbing) and on top of that the scabs from the tattoo on my skin were huge (I have other tattoos and none of them left scabbing nor did the artist push so hard into my skin). I’m just very sadden that I spent quite a bit of money on a tattoo just to have it end up with holes in my body as well not drawn in lines.

Highly recommend getting artwork done by Benji. He worked on the artwork that I was wanting in front of me as he was discussing what he was thinking of doing. He made sure it was what I looking to get before putting ink on my skin. Get your next tattoo by Benji.

Best piercing experience and amazing service! Ugly explained every detail of aftercare, told me exactly what to expect, and offered follow up to check how healing went/switch me to shorter bars. He also stayed and waited for me to get there, (I live over an hour away) even though he was already done for the day. I highly recommend checking this shop out!
