Absolutely AMAZING!!! I got my first tattoo ever done here and I was extremely nervous, but Yuli made sure I was comfortable and explained the entire process to me thoroughly. The tattoo looks EXACTLY how I wanted it to, and I could not be happier!I will definitely be using this place in the future!

Kelly is ridiculously talented. His vision and artistry were miles past my greatest expectations.The shop itself is clean and inviting, and the artists are friendly and professional.Id give the place ten stars if I could.

Got my watercolor shark done by a sweet lady named Yuliana. Store was very clean and the atmosphere was nice. She made sure I knew exactly what was going on as well as going over the aftercare with me. This is day 14 and its healing up very well. very minimal scabbing/peeling and colors are still holding up good. Probably going back when I get my second one!

Tina was awesome, I definitely will recommend this place. She did my piercing some years ago, and she was super sweet I came in today, and she did my piercing again, and she was very patient and sweet. 10/10 I definitely recommend.

I went in to get my tongue pierced. The lady at the front desk I didn’t catch her name, but she was absolutely amazing. She took a very good care of me while I was in the seat getting my tongue pierced.

Wow! I am SO happy with my tattoo Chris did for my friend and I! They are stunning and we love them! For my friend’s birthday, I decided (A little last minute) to get our mismatched “matching tattoos” finally covered with something beautiful. I reached out to Kelly’s Tattoos to see if they had any availability. A friend if mine had gotten his tattoo here years ago and it is gorgeous, so I took a chance! They were able to get us in that weekend with Chris. Upon arrival we were offered a coke or water and greeted with friendly smiling faces. Chris took his time designing our tattoos paying attention to all the details. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here for your tattoo! Watching some of the other artists, I don’t think you could wrong with any of them as they are all so talented, but of course I can’t recommend Chris enough! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I went here today and this was my first official big piece. I had Terilynn who didn’t amazing as you see. Service was great and she talked and made sure I was comfortable. I would 100% recommend this place over every tattoo shop I’ve ever been too. Great artists, variety music, great service, they offer drinks for free, they send you home with free after care, very helping, good vibe, you should go to this tattoo shop. Thank you so much!! I got my first tattoo here. I cant stop singing my praises. It was beautifully decorated and it felt like home. I even met Kelly he joked around with me which help my tattoo artist set my mind at ease. Ill be getting all my tattoos done here if possible.

LOVE going to this business since Ive moved to the Tyler area a few years ago! The staff is wonderful, warm, and easy to talk to and listen attentively to your needs and desires. They really want you to walk away pleased with their effort, artistry and hard work. Love getting jewelry here and have always had a great experience with nose and ear piercings! Very nice and welcoming. I came here the other day to get a new piercing and everyone was super chill and knowledgeable. They were calming and the piercings look great. I though I left my keys at the shop when I left and so I called them to ask if they were there while we turned around. They helped me look all over for it, and even were searching the parking lot when we showed back up. 12/10 customer service. Thank yall so much!

I don’t recommend this tattoo company AT All. 🙅🏾‍♀️ they charged me $80 dollars for a simple heart tattoo on my face to cover up an unwanted scar. I called them 1 week later complaining about the tattoo design, telling them it isn’t healing correctly. the lady at the tattoo shop told me to come back in 2 weeks to actually see how the healing turned out. I returned that following weekend like the woman required me too, and showed her how her work turned out. she Denied that the heart looked like a scar instead she said it looked fine. She didn’t offer me a refund or to help fix the problem. Instead I went to another tattoo shop and let them fix the problem, that they should have done.

Dear did a great job! Exactly what I wanted. She listened to my requests and drew up a perfect arrow. It is positioned perfectly!She was also very patient with my 72 year old aunt that was getting her 1st tattoo!!

I called last minute on Friday night 1/20/23 to get a daith and industrial piercing and they got me right in and was so wonderful! Everyone was really nice. The lady that did mine was so sweet. She told me exactly what she was doing when she was going to do it. I will definitely be going back to them for any tattoos or piercings. You guys ROCK!!

Best Place in Tyler. Terrilyn is my artist and is amazing. I have also gotten some smaller pieces by yuli and the other artist as and those came out great. The vibes are top tier and they are the most kind and friendly people. Welcoming everytime I step into the establishment. I have also gotten some piercings with them that I loved!! I will always recommend them.

I was visit Texas, and came into get a touch up oon a tattoo that was done at this shop about 4mnths ago.As always, the staff is welcoming, and more than willing to work with you. They make sure that you are getting exactly what you want.Their shop is clean, organized, and well lit.I love their table.The shop provides beverages to drink and has bowls of candy on their tables.I would highly recommend this place and their current artists.To sum it up, phenomial staff, great shop!

Loved Eulley ( sorry about the spelling I’m not sure how to spell her name) she made my experience great and did a super fantastic job on my sons name 💗. Kelly was amazing! I came in with just a general idea of adding to a tattoo that to be honest, was a mess. By the time it was done, Kelly not only added to the existing tattoo but completely redid and fixed the original! He was super helpful, made an effort to understand the importance of the tattoo to me personally and above all..... did an excellent job!

I walked in & asked about walk ins, they told me depending on what I wanted they do, however I kinda already knew what I wanted would be an appointment, which after I showed them they said you’ll definitely need an appointment. Ok that’s fine so I left to discuss with my husband and as I walked out, both girls looked at each other and made a stink face then rolled their eyes. Little did they know my husband was out front and sitting in the truck and was watching. He didn’t tell me until the next day about this because he didn’t want me to go in there upset. So rude my money spends the same and might have followed through with an appointment, but disrespect doesn’t sit right with me.

Great atmosphere! Very clean and nice shop. Staff was very friendly. Took all of 7 minutes but a great vibe. I’ll be back for a tattoo next! Love my nose piercing!

I feel the need to leave a review since there are a few bad reviews, and it originally made me unsure of coming here.Everywhere else I tried that day just wasnt happening, so finally I decided to try Kellys.I was just getting a simple tragus piercing.And Im really glad I came here. It was quick, easy, clean, very friendly and comfortable environment.She did a very good job with the piercing, everything was clean, and I didnt even feel the needle go in.My piercing is currently doing really well.I will be coming back for my next piercing!

Great service!! It’s open and clean and they offer you beverages and entertainment (Tv) while your getting your tattoo done. Kelly did my tattoo and it is amazing!! I go back in a month can’t wait to see the finished piece !!

I got my septum pierced here on May 13. They didnt use a clamp. It was crooked when it was done and I tried to let it heal to see if it would get better. It didnt. I went back to see how it could be corrected and I was told that it isnt crooked. Very unprofessional. Ill just go somewhere else to get it fixed.

Yuli did a great job on my tattoo on Friday. She is awesome. Wish I lived closer so she could do everything I want.

It is a very nice place to get a piercing done the piercer is very professional she helped me out with my tongue piercing and she just did my bellybutton i will definitely be going back!

I have a few tattoos but Kelly has been the best artist to work on me. The shop was clean and professional and he’s honest with you. He worked with me on my arm piece and created something even better than what I had in mind. Will be coming back for sure!

I came in looking to get my snug re-pierced and they answered all of my questions without getting annoyed like Ive encountered at some other shops. They didnt have the size barbell I needed, and the piercer showed me a ring that couldve been used, but I was deadset on the barbell/size and she didnt try to push me into getting it or make me feel bad. A clean shop with nice people!

Incredible customer service! I never ended up getting a tattoo here because I was told they didnt know when they would be able to do my work. Besides this all the people I spoke to were very friendly

Kelly may seem rough around the edges, but he is nothing short of a sweetheart! Him and his wife run an excellent studio. Will go to them for any piercing or tattoo needs when in town! You 100% get what you pay for.

I have had my tongue pierced prior, but I came in yesterday to get it redone. Everyone was super nice, so as I’m speaking with the piercer I had a picture pulled up of my old one in the exact spot, but she assured me that she could tell by the scar tissue and she does about 15 a week and she did not mark it for me to see and it was pierced completely crooked. Even with the swelling it is noticeably bad. I wish I could upload a picture and honestly get my money back.

My boyfriends little sister got her first tattoo here the other week. Kelly did it himself and I just say he does beautiful work. He got us in right away too. The prices are good as well. Would definitely recommend Kellys.

Tatto artist was nice went in an got a wedding band an yes I was told thier was no guarantee on it staying up to bold it was going to fade I still accepted but the final result was not even crisp an it peeled off like a sticker in a week... two weeks after I get it re done at another place an its like new bold not peeled .so Im wondering is this place good or not

The lady that pierced me didn’t explain everything well at all to begin with. I cleaned my piercing properly but it ended up swelling anyways. I went to another piercing shop and the pierced there said he wasn’t letting me keep my piercing because I didn’t have the anatomy for it and that it wasn’t pierced with starter good starter jewelry. I have never been here for tattoos this review is for piercings only. I would recommend going somewhere else.

We initially agreed on something. But as the progression went on the more I didn’t like it. But the Minute I would speak up he would bully me into not wanting to speak at all. He said he was a 30 year veteran of tattooing and he knew what looked the best. I ended up paying a $1,000 to get what was supposed to be one large tattoo. It looks like these Are three Dept pieces. The colors don’t go together. He is not a professional at all!! I had to get mine finished and she had to go over the entire piece. He didn’t outline it at all. We went to Tattoos by Pattie in Longview!! She was amazing and I’m proud to show off my tattoo now!!In response to his comment... everything that happened is exactly what he says in his response below. Pushing his 30 yr veteran to push the tattoo in his direction. And yes I looked at my husband because who else am I to look to when I am being over talked and bullied. Trying to blame my husband for bullying me also shows your arrogance that I had to deal with during this process. All in all we went with what your professionalism advised and it was 30 yrs worth of apperantly doing whatever you want on people then kicking them out of your shop.People please beware. We lost 1000 dollars on his idea that wasnt my vision!!!

As far as piercing goes, this place is great. I got my septum and tongue piercing here. The lady was very nice and she let me know everything she was going to do before she did it. I also got my friend to get his septum pierced here, and again, great job. I would give 5 stars for my piercing experiences.I went in to get my first tattoo. My mom came with me. She and my dad had gotten tattoos from there, so I figured it would be a good place. My tattoo artist was Lil Paul (who no longer works there, but has his own shop). I told him what I wanted, he gave me a price and I set up an appointment. The tattoo was red ink and about the size of my fist on my rib cage. It took about an hour. The pain was incredible, but the result was so worth it. Once I saw it in the mirror, I cried because it was exactly what I wanted. I thanked him profusely and of course tipped him. My best and first tattoo experience. Worth 5 stars. No questions.However, in 2014, I went with my best friend to get matching tattoos. My best friend went first and hers turned out great. When I get in the chair, he placed the stencil on me and started doing his thing. Nothing out of the ordinary, just felt like I was getting a tattoo. Whenever he was finished, I looked at it in the mirror and was so disappointed in the result. My line work was inconsistent and the shading was not solid. He also left off a dot (I got a bass clef/treble clef heart and a bass clef has two dots. Mine only has one.) I was too scared to say anything, so I thanked him and left. That’s why I only gave 2 stars. I had many good experiences at Kelly’s, but since I have gotten that last tattoo, I haven’t been back. To be clear, my tattoo artist was NOT Kelly. I do not remember his name, but he was wearing a Ducks Unlimited hat.

Ive had my septum and rook done here. I have anxiety and this place has a really relaxing environment which was really great! Both peircings have healed great, and I am planning on coming here for any future peircings.

Kelly took us right away, a characteristically gruff yet good hearted Marine veteran. My sister wanted some simple script and he did an excellent job, clean, full, dark lines..priced at $100. She is very pleased with it, thank you!

I got my belly button done here a few weeks ago and around the 2nd week the top ball started to sink into my sink. I got worried and went back in to ask about it and showed it to the lady that pierced me and she said it was fine. I was cleaning it properly and was doing everything I could to help but it kept getting worse. I went to another piercer at another shop to ask their openion since I noticed it was getting worse and worse since I talked to my piercer at Kelly’s and the guy said that it’s too far gone, that I should just take it out. He said that if my piercer would have changed it when I first went in to ask her about it then I would have been okay but at this point nothing would make it better. I’m so pissed that I wasted $40 here for a piercing just to have to take it out because she said it was okay. I don’t reccamend going here for a piercing.

I love this place!! Very professional & relaxing environment!! I came to Kellys to get a leg tattoo. I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted & Kelly was very patient helping me figure out which artwork might be best. We choose a beautiful piece that I am truly happy with. I get lots of compliments too lol. I dont want to forget to mention Tina is the BEST @ doing piercings, Ive seen many people come in & get get piercings & left very pleased. Got a last minute tattoo a couple fridays ago. My artist was kris I believe (I’m awful at names, it was a man). It was an amazing experience and very homey in there! My tattoo came out beautiful and I love it. Fair priced for great product.

I had my septum pierced twice here and both times were wrong! First one was too high and right against the cartilage, and this time its too low and through cartilage. Now I have to get it repierced for a third time! Never wasting my money here again.

I love coming here to get piercings! They are always friendly, professional, quite clean, and they do a fantastic job! Someday, I will get a tattoo here. As for now, there is no other place I trust for piercings.

Read Facebook reviews about this place thought I’d hit it up. Biggest waste of time. Spent an hour trying to convince these people of the tattoo I wanted. Not the o the wanted to give me. Even when we didn’t agree they were trying to get a deposit from me. Didn’t seem legit at all. Don’t believe Facebook people. They edit the reviews.
