I had my conch pierced by Halie and I absolutely love it! She uses real gold jewelry that doesn’t tarnish and the aftercare has been so easy! I also had a tattoo done by Faye. She was so helpful and patient when creating the design and did a great job! I highly recommend Hidden Gems if you’re looking for a tattoo shop that feels clean, safe and comfortable to be in!

Absolutely amazing!!! Halie was sooo great with my teenager daughter. She was calm, accepting, understanding and gave my 14 yr old her first piercing with ease!!!! My daughter is terrified at the DR and Halie creates a cool and easy experience. We will be back!!!! Yall go see her!

I wanted to share my experience upon meeting the owners of Hidden Gems. This couple came into my place of employment Saltgrass and sat in my section. They were the nicest and coolest people Ive crossed paths with in a very long while. My GM even happened to stop by their table and spoke with them for a short while and found out they are owners of a tattoo shop here in Waco. After they left, he shared this information with me. Being they made such an impact on me, I started searching, which led me to here. They turned my average night into a great night, which it should have been the other way around. My job is to make sure they have a great experience while dining out on a Friday night, and the exact opposite happened. Well, see, I dont have any tattoos, but I have definitely been planning on getting one. This just solved the question of whos doing it. Extremely nice people and very generous. Halie was amazing! Super clean and inviting environment! It was worth the hour drive! Got three compliments on my piercings already and it’s not even been an hour! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! And they offer so much more than just piercings! I see more trips to the shop…it truly is a Hidden Gem!

Hidden Gems in Waco was an amazing experience! If you are looking to get a piercing for yourself or even your loved ones, but would like an upscale, relaxed, clean environment (unlike what you’d get at a tattoo shop) then Hidden Gems is the place for you! Ash (stabby.critter on instagram) did an amazing job with my rook and my flat today! They made me feel comfortable and relaxed and were super professional! I highly recommend getting pierced at Hidden Gems!

It was the best experience. Halie is very sweet and understanding. She takes her time with everyone. If you have a question she answers it. Your never rushed. She talks to you and makes you feel comfortable. I give a 20 star rating. Ill definitely be back. Shes pierced my girls noses and ear and they love her shes the best.

I got my nipples pierced by Halie here at Hidden Gems a couple weeks ago. Quickest and easiest process EVER!!! I had no issues with them at all. Personally I think this is the most calming and welcoming piercing shop in Waco.

I took my daughter here for and 2nd piercing and her helix. She was super quick with the piercings and did it very safely. My daughter has very low pain tolerance and it didn’t hurt much at all. I recommend this place for anyone.
