Carlos did an amazing job on mine and my best friend’s tattoo today! We got matching tattoos 18 years ago and he put his flare on it and brought it to life way better than it has ever been!!* Chelsea was a fun plus while getting our tattoos! Great work environment! Looks like they all really enjoy their jobs and respect one another.

My first tattoo here was done by Emily and I love it. Just had an old tattoo covered up by Carlos and he knocked it out of the park!! Love this place. Clean, friendly staff and very professional. Impressive work being done here. Highly recommend!

Ive been wanting a sleeve for a while and I had a general idea of what I wanted but when I went to Carlos to get it done hes really brought it to life. Im in the middle of my horror sleeve and I cant wait to go back and continue working on it. He has a great eye for details and takes into consideration how it will age too! Phenomenal work and great customer service!

Went in about a month ago for a new piercing. Everyone there is really friendly, has lots of cool stuff on the wall, and conducts themselves professionally. At a follow-up, I watched them refuse tattoo service to an underage even though his mom was there and well, another place did it. So?We also spent a long time finding the right piece of jewelry fit for me, and they were really patient through that.So yeh. 5/5

Took my daughter here today for a nose & rook piercing. The lady at the front (I think shes the manager) was very nice & welcoming. I have always heard good things about the quality of the tattoos here so when my daughter said she wanted these two piercings I thought of this place immediately. The piercer was very knowledgeable. I had a few questions about whether the anatomy of my daughters ear (she has small ears) would allow for a rook & eventually an industrial on the opposite ear and the way she answered the question made me trust that she knew what she was talking about. If youre looking for excellent quality & great customer service definitely give Infamous Ink a try you wont be disappointed!

Went in for an industrial piercing, my first ever piercing, and was walked through the entire process. Was counted down and told what was happening the entire time. I was really nervous at first but was almost immediately at ease soon after. Hurt slightly and yes, you do hear a crunch. I belive it was Hallie that did mine and took less than 5 minutes to get it in and 5 minutes for set up. My husband walked in at the same time I did and got a tattoo done by Crash. His came out better than we expected even though Crash told us he wasnt having a good day and seemed to be in a bad mood. Went above and beyond our expectations from the both of them. Very professional and clean environment. We both felt safe and heard. Excellent place and wouldnt go anywhere else. Too bad we live out of state. Definitely would come back and absolutely recommend.

Went in because my stepson wanted to get his first tattoo. We were placed with Carlos. He took his time drawing the tattoo exactly as my stepson wanted it, and took extra care making sure the placement was perfect. Liked his work so much, we’ve commission two more tattoos from him! Can’t wait to get them!

Emily was an amazing artist. So patient and kind. I will be requesting her going forward if I decide to have anything else done.

Great piercings by Halie! She was very quick and knew exactly what jewelry we wanted. Has many jewelry options too!!! Would definitely go back to her for more!

Got my first tattoo here last summer, came in again the other for #2. I came in with a design, and it turned out perfectly accurate and a good size. Mr. Steve was speedy, accommodating, and sweet; he really made sure I was comfortable and happy with the design and sizing, prioritizing it over time even though I think I came in right before his lunch break.Also loved the lollipops.

I’ve been to infamous twice now, the first was back in august when I got my tongue pierced by Halie, and then again today when me and my friend went in and got tattooed by Carlos. Both of the artists were amazing and the front desk staff is so kind. Not to mention the quality of work and good prices :) highly recommend

I recently went with a friend and got a double helix piercing, but the alignment is off and the piercing balls are different sizes. The piercer didn’t seem fully prepared, and we were also skipped by several walk-ins. The piercer was polite, but the experience wasn’t great.

I stopped by the shop on 7/5/24 as soon as they opened with two pictures of the tattoo I wanted since I dont have Instagram or FB. The shop manager explained to me that one was AI and there was no way they could do that much detail because once it healed it would blob over (completely understandable). BOTH pictures were a half butterfly/half wing made of daises which I then showed the artist (Emily). Emily told me she could do it and to send her the images via Gmail so she could recreate it. We set on an appointment for Tuesday 7/9/24 at 5 pm and I paid a deposit. She told me once I arrive we would just do final details and could get started. Come 7/9 when I get there she tells me, Let me go pull up some images and you can pick what you like. Emily brought up some Google images of COMPLETELY different flowers than the ones I had sent her an image of. She stated the picture I sent her was blurry which even if that was the case I showed her in person and she had all of Friday and Saturday to re request the image as I have the timestamp of when I sent it to her (7/5 at 1:39 pm). I was literally just expecting almost the same image with a little less detail/flowers since the the shop manager had said they could not do that much detail! Emily had nothing ready for us when we arrived to our appointment time and after about an hour of her trying to recreate the image she says she cant do it and tries to pass us on to another artist. So at 6pm we leave, I try to go back in for my deposit back since it was not honored properly and they treated me like a walk in basically. The manager talks me out if it though saying Carlos can do the tattoos (sister tattoos) and he texts me. He apologizes, and was truly great, but when he asks when I can reschedule, we both couldnt come up with a good date because I am a grad student in the last 3 weeks of summer classes and have SO much going on and he said he was working on a big project/tattoo for that weekend. I tell him lets try for next Tuesday which I then messaged him on 7/15 to tell him I cant come in due to having to go out of town to work with my partner on a group project. I tell him lets try for Friday but by this time I just feel like the whole process is a hassle (i had set an appointment, my deposit was not honered and it just felt so overwhelming having to reschedule when as a grad student i dont have much time) and I start looking for other shops.From my experience I would not bother putting down a deposit as youll just be treated like a walk in anyway. I also second a comment on here that states, If youre not all tatted up, theyll treat you like youre stupid. I may not be all tatted up but my sister and I do both have ONE tattoo from Infamous (mine from 10 years ago when I turned 18) but I will never be getting another one here. Thank God for new shops opening up in Waco!!Editing this to respond to the shop managers comment: My vibe and my tattoo was SIMPLE...I am a simple person and I made sure to CLEARLY communicate what I wanted in regards to my tattoo at our initial meeting (clearly she forgot over the weekend). I showed her TWO images that were very similar. One had an ugly butterfly wing and I made sure to tell her I do not like that wing, I want a wing like this with daises (since the pic I showed had too much detail). She could have taken 30 minutes out of her Friday and Saturday that she was at work to make sure she had an image ready for me when I arrived. On top of being a grad student I am a TEACHER so I know very well that we should not work outside our scheduled hours bit of course I do. Carlos had TWO days Tuesday and Wednesday (7/16 and 7/17) to respond while at work before I messaged him again today 7/18 and tell him I decided to go with another shop due to no response. The LEAST they could do is give me a refund on the deposit I made since clearly she put in no effort to make sure my image was recreated like she stated until we arrived. My design was simple and she blew it. There goes the $600 you were going to charge.

Place was amazing, the woman at the front desk was so welcoming and you could tell she knew what she was talking about. Me and my girlfriend both got tattoos by Emily and they came out perfect. The whole experience and all the artists were so fun.

Big Shout to Brook and Carlos from Infamous Ink!! No appointment and Brook was able to reach out to Carlos and was able to tattoo me on the spot. Did a fantastic job!! Coming again soon.

One day, I came in with a group of my girlfriends who had been there before. I was treated fine and didnt really get to talk to any staff. But the experience was fine, went to accompany a friend to a tattoo. However, I went in by myself the following day because my septum ring had fallen out, and I lost it. So I needed to buy another. I asked to get one out of the case, and she said the piercer would be with me in a moment. I told her I didnt need it pierced. She asked me more than 5 times in different ways if I was sure I did not need it pierced. Ive had a septum ring for over 5 years. Finally, she says that the piercer needs to size me. I go back to the room. She looks at me for all of two seconds before giving me the biggest septum ring I have ever seen. That did not fit my anatomy and was not measured to me at all. I paid 15$ for the ugliest septum ring Ive ever seen. All while they wouldnt listen to a single word out of my mouth. If you come here with regulars or a group of people. Youre fine. However, if you come alone and arent covered in piercings and tattoos. They will treat you like youre stupid.

We came in as walk-ins on a Saturday night. My sister got her septum pierced and I got a tattoo in honor of my grandpa. Her piercer was awesome, made her feel relaxed and was done in under a minute. My tattoo artist Leroy was very compassionate to my situation, as my grandpa had just passed early that day. It was my first tattoo and I couldnt have asked for a better experience or tattoo artist. I enjoyed the tattooing itself, and the piece came out exactly as I hoped. All my tattoos and piercings will be from Infamous Ink from here on out. Thank you guys for your wonderful customer service. It was a beautiful ending to a very sad day.

I would of rated it 10 stars. It was a last minute thing we just walked in checked in and Crash was my Artist he was so nice and I did mention to him it was my first tatt so he took care of me so well he talked to me and had me distracted so I wont feel the pain which I really didnt it was more of a sting here and there I got my Brothers last heartbeat so this tattoo ment a lot to me at the end I loved it Thank you so much Crash I will definitely be coming back for 2 more

I brought my daughter in to get 2 piercings and jewelry changed. She had a conch piercing with no issues for over a year, but it was immediately irritated after they changed it to a hoop. We went to another piercing studio in college station for convenience, and it was discovered that the ring was too small, which was really disappointing so we had to change it out and pay for more jewelry. She also lost two of the earrings that were replaced within the first week because they just fell out randomly. That’s never happened before to her with her many piercings, which I feel speak to the quality of the jewelry they used.

My friend, Davie, told my that his dad worked there and that made me feel better cos its hard to kno who to go to, even though Infamous Ink has great reviews. Anyway, my pa passed away a few years ago and recently I found his signature on some old papers. Steve helped me realize what I wanted by patiently taking me through different options and I appreciate that so much bc I hadnt know I could do that. Thank you so much for being so great.

Haley is the most fantastic piercer I know! She always makes me feel so at ease and comfortable throughout the whole process. Very professional and genuinely cares about every piercing including aftercare! Will continue to go to her every single time!

I have had all but one of my piercings done with infamous ink and have never had a bad experience but recently I came in to have my labret ring removed for a passport photo. Removal was easy and comfortable and I had no problems. I came back later to have a new ring put in and was met with a long wait (which I expect coming to infamous- high quality yields high demand) but the jewelry they used on me was a captive bead hoop that they pried closed without the bead. All felt fine and I paid for the jewelry and left. A few weeks later it became irritated and swelled but had no room which only made it worse. I went to a different tattoo shop (also highly reputable) and they were offended by how infamous ink had left me. She began to explain how a captive bead hoop should never be used on a lip because of the sizing and especially shouldn’t be made smaller without the bead. My lip had ripped down the center and segmented into two half’s and I would have needed to go to the er had I left it for a couple more weeks. I was advised to never come back to infamous, because no knowledgeable piercer would’ve let me walk out with a nose ring on my lip. Infamous is expensive and waits are long, understandable for high quality but unacceptable now realizing I was not getting the quality and knowledge reviews claim. Very sad to be writing such a negative review about one of my favorite waco businesses :(

They were super slammed, Friday night and I walked in without an appointment, so understandably there was a long wait. The actual piercing took maybe two minutes, but the piercer was obviously very experienced so it didnt seem overly rushed or sloppy during the process. Very clean shop, the floors and restroom were spotless. Good music while you wait. The staff were very friendly despite being so busy. Very simple process as well which was nice since Ive never had any piercings or tattoos before apart from my ears. Paid a lot less than what I was expecting to pay. All around great experience, will be going back.

The staff here is extremely kind and their energy was great! I felt very welcome during my experience. I have gotten many piercings and this would be my top recommendation of where to go. The woman who changed out my piercing was AWESOME!! Definitely go here if you’re looking to get a piercing!!

We paid $60 each for a tattoo the size of a quarter with crooked lines that’s the wrong color. They made me do paperwork where i told them the color i wanted and still got it wrong.It was my first tattoo and they knew that. I genuinely didn’t know any better.0 communication between staff.

Me & my 2 friends came in for piercings & the staff greeted us at the door first off, saying how she thought the piercings we chose would look so good on us! the blonde girl at the counter was sooo helpful and got everyone checked in so fast! You could definitely tell she’s been working there for a while because of the way she was so good talking to me and my friends, VERY NICE & helpful staff! The pink hair girl doing our piercings was AMAZING, got us in & out so fast with the fun little small talk we were having while getting our piercings. 10/10 reccomendation to anyone wanting to try this place out!! Been going here for about 6 years now and will never go anywhere else.

Gotten my nose and septum pierced from Infamous’ piercing artist Halie. She is simply phenomenal. I have been to many piercing/tattoo shores throughout Austin and Waco and nothing compares to level of professionalism and intelligence she brings to the table. She was great at making me feel comfortable, very cleanly, friendly and went over and beyond the one time I did nearly pass out 🫣. She knows what to do to take care of her clients!

They accept walk-ins on the weekend, but you add your name to a list and they call you when an artist is available. It wasnt a long wait for a piercing, but it was a few hours for a tattoo. My sister and I both got our nose pierced by Taylor and he did a fenominal job! Very attentive, informative and patient. Shelby did my tattoo and it is so beautiful! He took my design idea and tweaked it to exactly what I was hoping for. His line work is very precise and water color splash shading is fun! The shop was clean and the whole staff, especially the front desk ladies, were super friendly! If I lived in TX (were on vacation) I would definitely go back for future work.

Myself and my girlfriend went in and are very glad with our tattoos. It was my first and I’m happy with the way it came out. My artist Shelby was very professional and was able to meet my needs.

People working there are very kind, all of my piercings except one have been done here. The piercer and the one in training are both easy to talk to and Ive never had a piercing get infected. I dont ever feel uncomfortable at Infamous. Great people and great art/piercings.

The artist was really good, he clearly knew what he was doing. I wasnt a fan of some of the pics on the wall, so I just watched a show on my phone, and it wasnt a big deal.

I got 2 old tattoos re-done, and my oldest daughter got a new ear piercing in both ears. Both of our artists were AMAZING. I highly recommend that you go there. When I go back to Waco next year, I will be getting a partial sleeve on one arm, and I will DEFINITELY be going to Infamous Ink!

I walked in, trying to get a cover up tattoo, I was greeted by the reception at first everything seems good at first like feeling comfortable when greeted , after that it from smack talking about my tattoo ,there I was told my cover up tattoo was poop in other words I can’t say, I was made fun of. Some guy named lefty Colbert jumped in the conversation because I was talking about prices, first of all I like to know how much I’m paying for a tattoo without any others jacking up prices , (big shot)Colbert said I was flexing,I don’t care how much I pay for a tattoo . I tried to get booked and was denied for not being patient, I waited all my life for my cover up tat project.

I love these people! Thoughtful, caring, and fun!! Recently, I had my ear peirced, a high center helix. I love it. Hailey is amazing, and the stud is great, too. Mariah is a great piercer and she did a great job on my conch piercing, and i recently went to Glitch for a sternum tattoo and i couldn’t have asked for anything better, she did amazing! I got a nose piercing from Hailey today and she was absolutely amazing. I was nervous but she took such good care of me. She was fast and before I knew it, it was all done! She’s so courteous and if you want a piercing you should definitely get it from her. 10 out of 10!!

The old blonde lady ruined business. We went in trying to get a piercing and she said “I’ve been here all day and I have a headache” and when we asked for tattoos she was very unhelpful and rude. It’s disappointing considering I’ve been in several times and have never been treated like this.

Got a tattoo 2 years ago and came back as a walk-in. Also, I got my daughters ears pierced here. Staff is always friendly and up front about wait time and pricing. Shelby and Steve were cool and did an excellent job. Come prepared with cash. However, they do have an ATM on site if needed ($3 fee on it). I would recommend an appointment. You can go by the shop and see their work and then connect to their social media accounts so you can communicate what you want exactly.

Horrible piercings, i’ve had to take every single one i’ve gotten from here out. don’t know how to do industrials. unprofessional staff.i cleaned my piercings properly and consistently, never slept on my industrial and realized after i took it out that my piercer had pulled my cartilage so that it had been pinned in a pulled position the entire time it had been in my ear. the hole on my outer ear did not point in line with the other hole the bar went through. it literally pointed forward. again i wouldn’t recommend going here there’s definitely better places to get pierced

Over the past six months, Ive had 11 tattoos done at Infamous Ink and all of them were done by Glitch. I moved here from Austin, so my tattoo expectations were already high, but Infamous - and Glitch, specifically - absolutely blew those out of the water. Ive done all kinds of tattoos with her, from a small black X that isnt even one square inch to a full-color, multi-session entire calf piece. Every one of my tattoos with her has turned out great and been such a tremendous experience. Glitch is not just an absurdly talented artist, but she is also so kind and really fun to talk to! When I got my knuckle tattoo, she triple-checked that it would not interfere with my career choice before she did it. Ive dubbed every one of our sessions as ink therapy because of how relaxing of an environment she creates for her clients. I could not recommend her enough!

I got pierced by Haile. Her room was very beautiful and I appreciated her very kind personally. I was very nervous for my first time and she calmed me down really fast. She took her time work my indecisiveness and I really appreciate how she answered my questions and my moms. If I had to get another piercing I would 100% pick her.

Went right when they opened on a Saturday and was pretty much fit right in for a friends tattoo and last minute triple cartilage piercing. Theyre always clean, professional, and have great attitudes. I can honestly say too that they hire great artists here and the guy that did my piercings was calm and quick.

Loved it before they got rid of Tori and Taylor since they were incredibly kind and safe. Not once did I have any unnecessary pain when they pierced or did changeouts on me. Sticking to South Paw now.

Being new to the area, I checked reviews online through Google searches and found this place to have the highest one. I stopped in on a Saturday which was busy to check out the shop to get a feel if it was a good fit or not. The front desk staff were very nice asking what I was looking for and booked an appointment for a consultation for later that day when an artist came available. I returned to go over the idea with the artist, liked his sketch so much I paid to have it done that moment. The artist took his time doing the tattoo which I absolutely appreciated, never felt rushed and it turned out great. Im ready to book another appointment for more. Thanks Infamous Ink!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND GLITCH!Lefty recommended me to Glitch because of the tattoo designs I was wanting and THANK GOODNESS. She’s beyond amazing. I’ve gotten two tattoos from her now and i’m obsessed with both. I can’t wait to go back and have her finish my patch sleeve. She’s blown my expectations out of the water with these tattoos. She’s extremely creative , nice and helpful. I’ve gotten quite a few tattoos from other artists and i’ve never felt 100% comfortable like i do when i sit in glitch’s chair. she’s killing the tattoo game!

Got a couple cartilage piercings hereOne was way bigger of a size than anyone shouldve given meThe other two got infected twiceFor some reason we went back and we were lied to about the wait, being told there was one person in front of us, turns out there was 2 or 3 and we waited in there for an hour when it was supposed to be a short wait before giving up with 2 people still in front.

I came on a busy Saturday afternoon and even though there were several others on the piercing list in front of me the wait was less than 40 minutes. Taylor was great- very professional and made me feel comfortable. The conch piercing was nearly painless and looks amazing!

Tori is amazing. I got two ear piercings, and she was so fast. She helped me pick the best look for my ear shape, which I really appreciate. Very personable and cool. She also did my best friend’s septum. My friend hardly flinched when the needle went through, even though she was nervous. Tori is super professional.

I have went to Tori for every one of my piercings (7 so far) and I absolutely love them and the layout. She is very professional, fun, kind and cleanly. She has always made sure I loved the position on my piercings And if not moved them until I did and she always makes sure I am satisfied.I have never once Had a bad experience. And always love the outcome. Never had a healing problem. Will not go to any one else, I trust her and her experience and opinion. Definitely highly recommend Tori for any piercing need!

Got 2 tattoos and my step mother got one as well. Great experience. Front desk ladies were very nice and professional. The wait was long but worth it! Out artist was Shelby. He was extremely nice and friendly, work was exactly what we wanted! Place was very clean and well taken care of, as well.

I’ve been to infamous a total of two times now, first time for a second lobe piercing, second time for a double helix (both done by Hailie). My seconds were done well and my friend got an industrial done at the same time, however, we were not given any aftercare instruction, other than the recommendation that we use the product Bactine. That’s red flag #1, considering that on Bactine’s website, they say to not use on piercings. However, the piercing was healing well, so my friend and I made the poor decision to go back for a double helix. When we get there, I tell Hailie that I want to just do one first and decide if I want the second later, so she tells me she’ll just do the top one in case I back out. WELL she then decides to just go ahead and pierce the area we hadn’t agreed on so I wouldn’t have the option to back out. Helix was pierced with a hoop btw. Anywho, after I get home, I start to think that maybe the hoop wasn’t the best option, and do a little research, and come to find out, a hoop can really be bad for healing. So I then call another shop and they tell me to come in so they can look at it. I go today and turns out, the hoops were for sure not good for my healing process, and I only got to keep one of them because she nicked a vein on the other. ALSO, we had my friends industrial checked, and we’re told that she definitely does NOT have the correct anatomy for the piercing and it will most likely reject later. She also had to have both of her helix piercings taken out because they were just completely wrong and causing much irritation and swelling. Take this as you will, but I will not be returning and am taking my business to Top Secret Tattoos and Piercings from now on.

I came here for my first ever tattoo, and I was more than pleased with my experience! The people here were precious, and above anything else, it was a clean facility! Shelby did my tattoo, and he was so nice and patient with me! 100% will go here again and I recommend it to anyone!

Got several tattoos at once here, the artist Hunter was fantastic, and the whole shop was very clean and they were all very friendly. The tattoos were reasonably priced, and the experience was overall a great one! They came out very clean, and both the color and the fine line tattoo turned out wonderfully. The wait was not long either, as I went right when they opened on a weekday.

No complaints about this place. Staff are friendly, walk-ins are welcome. Decent hours. Professional work. If they are not sure about a job they will chat with you about the details. The environment is very rich and welcoming. Ive had 2 piercings here and both healed no problem. Anyone I know whos got a tattoo here has not had an issue. They can be a bit pricey but that is the cost of quality.

I went to go get my first tattoo and I was really excited when it was done until I got home and looked a little closer and this guy Shelby couldn’t even stay in the lines of a stencil nor did he fill it in all the way. It only took him like 20 minutes so I know he could’ve taken his time and done a little better. Definitely won’t be seeing him again

There are a few things in life that you truly get what you pay for, tattoos is definitely one of those things. Stop in a talk with Brooke and listen to her recommendations, my artist may not be the artist for you.

I went in yesterday and managed to get the artist Hunter. It was my first tattoo and it was a pretty big one. He was super kind and courteous, and you could tell by watching him work he was a professional. I would 100% recommend this shop and especially Hunter. He spent 6 and a half hours on my tattoo and we didnt finish but he didnt seem to care about how long he spent on it, he focused on the quality. Definitely a great first experience getting a tattoo!

Best tattoo experience I’ve ever had! For my birthday, my group of 10 friends and I came in on a Saturday as walk-ins, and all wanted the same tattoo and Zach and his wife were extremely accommodating! They got us all in with a short wait time, gave us a private, unique experience and AMAZING service! We’re from out of state and I would totally come back just based on the experience alone. Great shop, great customer service, and great artwork. 10/10 would recommend

So far I’ve had 6 tattoos done at Infamous, and I’ve never been let down. Timmie has done 3/6, and I trust his talent so much that I literally just walk in, give a basic description of what I want, and he NAILS my vision. Great color work. I went in to get my septum pierced on 1 April 2017 and I was amazed at how clean and speedy the process was. Everyone was so nice and Tori, the piercer did an amazing job. Got a septum piercing. Piercer was wonderful, I got super dizzy after and she gave me a lolly and some water, and started asking me questions to help distract from the discomfort I was feeling. She also let me chill until I was ready to leave, very professional.

I had come in for a belly button piercings my mom recommended them, first my belly was not sanitized, I was not told what she was going to do, I did not have any choice if I wanted a count down. She told me to sit down I pulled up my shirt and she just took the needle and stabbed. And told me to go pay immediately my peircing got infected because its summer and its hot even tho I cleaned it 2 times daily just to make sure but it still did because of this I will never go again.

I recently got my helix pierced and the screw came out and I lost it, my artist is all the way in Mansfield and I couldn’t go up there so I went here to get help, the piercer not only helped my using a front I already had when I got it pierced but got a barbell that would fit since my piercing had become inflamed again from me messing with it! These guys are awesome for anyone in the area!

I have four tattoos and every time I’ve gotten one done I have gone to see Crash. He is an amazing artist that does beautiful and clean work and leaves you with something you’ll love forever. I absolutely love my first tattoo and I had a great experience. They answered all my questions, guided me toward what could reasonably fit on my body and where it would heal more easily on my body, and allowed me to bring two friends into the room. I even called later with concerns and they were more than willing to address those. I love my tattoo still!

The shop has a really good vibe, artists were interactive with customers and seemed to be having a good time. There were a few things that I would have changed about my personal experience in the shop but they were quickly taken care of by the shop owner who actually cares about the customer experience. I was pointed in the right direction by numerous people who have all had great tattoos done by several different artists at infamous and all of wich are very talented.

Great service and definitely know what they are doing. My ONLY complaint is the price of some of the jewelry you can pick for piercings... while they charge $5-$10 for a colored steel loop, amazon and many other places sell for cheaper.

Went in for a daith piercing. Got pierced by Iris. She was ahhmazing. Not only was she very sweet and had a great calming attitude, but she was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The environment was relaxing and staff was friendly. Some shops could care less if u choose them or not, but infamous ink acted grateful for our business, and that goes along ways sometimes! I will definitely be back!!!

Timmie is a amazing artist, with a great sense of coloring and his lettering is always on point, and every letter always looks the same. And he has a great hand light weight and never scars. It takes a few days for any of my tattoos to be healed. Dont go to any other parlor its a waste of your time. Call and book a appointment during weekdays so you dont have to wait in line.

Casey Privette did an amazing job on my side piece! ! He took the time to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and his attention to detail is phenomenal. Let me be the 1st to say how amazing this shop is. Tori is AMAZING and we love her. My daughter refuses to be pierced by anyone else. Let me give you a run down of what we have received. Tori has pierced all 14 of one daughter and 4 piercings of my other daughter. It feels amazing when you walk in the shop and Tori knows you by name and is ready for anything we may throw at her. When my girls turn 18 we will be getting mom/daughter tattoos and can’t wait to work with Timmie. Anyone that has issues with this shop really doesn’t know the artists or owners because every one of them will go above and beyond to make any issue right!

Love my new piercing!! That was until the swelling went down & was noticeable crooked. I told Tori that at the time it was pierced. I live out of town waited 3 weeks & sent her a pic. She told me to take it out & come back when I come back to Waco. I cane back. Got a credit & used it for a new piercing. That one was so spaced out that when it swelled while healing my lip sucked the ring in. I had go go to a different shop to get it removed. It took 2 people & pliers. I wouldnt recommend anyone to get pierced by Tori. Sorry not sorry. Bad jobs should be free!

Went in for my daughter to get her naval pierced. My DL, her permit, & birth certificate that we used for her cartilage & nose piercing was not good enough. If it was good enough for the last 2 visits, what made today different? The only difference was my black husband was with us today. IDK was the real issue was, but have NO intentions of ever visiting again!!! All that same documentation that was accepted twice in the last 1-2 years by you, was accepted at another place & they are even cheaper!!!

I didnt want to do a review but Im in so much pain & have been since I gotten my piercing Ive never had a problem with any of my piercing till I went to this place homegirl put a ring 2xs smaller in my mouth and lets just say my gums Ect is in pain Ive been in pain since I got it a month ago it says it takes up too 2months to heal which I dont understand when I didnt have this problem with my other side years back an yes I have been taking care of it since Ive gotten it & it just getting worse my ring is stuck inside my gum due to the small ring she used

I have been to establishments stretching from the east coast to the west coast and areas in between. I have to say the artists are exceptional in taking your ideas and transferring it into a work of art to be proud of. My wife took a drawing of our daughters, that was a memorial to her father and gave it to an artist to see if he could improve or make adjustments to meet her vision of how it should look. Crash took a copy of the pic and truly transformed it into exactly what my wife wanted. As we ALL know ... happy wife = happy life. The whole atmosphere and the attitude of the complete staff was very much directed towards exceeding all of my wifes expectations. Very highly recommend.

I got my tatto done by Timmie and it turned out awesome! The wait was a little long, but since I was able to watch him come up with a design based on my idea, I didnt mind too much. The whole experience was very professional and the consultation he did with me was extremely helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

I drove down from Dallas with my girlfriend to get a couple tattoos for her birthday. There was a short wait time before we were being tattooed by Casey. He was very receptive to the changes and ideas we wanted. He used his own creativity and talent to create masterpieces that we both are very happy with. Casey was professional, courteous, and nice. We will be back in for his work again.

Used to get all my tattoos done here and never had too much of a problem.Pros: the place is very clean and tidy. The choice of music is always on point. The atmosphere is inviting. I’ve come here with several of my friends and they gotten their first tattoos here. The artists are fairly talented and the people up front are blunt (a characteristic you want when considering a life long commitment like a tattoo) when discussing an idea for a tattoo. And their portfolios are all up front so you can choose which artist is best for you.Cons: Keep in mind that I’ve only dealt with one artist, Shelby. So your experience could vary. The biggest issue I had with him is finding time to get on his “schedule”. You would think that for somebody who is prepared to drop a lot of money on a tattoo that he’d be more willing to get you in sooner than later. That wasn’t the case. I got put off for weeks till I finally gave up. The other con, I wish they had been a little more honest about who’s capable of what around there. For my particular tattoo I would need a fairly skilled artist. But instead they referred me to a tattoo apprentice.......kinda sucked but it was a lesson learned.Overall decent place. Pricing is fair. This isn’t a review aimed at bashing Shelby. He’s still a great up and coming artist. Just throwing some constructive criticism out there. Be of luck y’all.

Clean establishment! Friendly service. Ive gotten multiple peircings here, by multiple peircers. Always nice, always clean. Never have trouble with my peircings. But very busy. So be ready for a wait, but its never a very long wait.

Getting tattooed at this shop was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had! This shop is incredibly clean, has a fun atmosphere and you’re greeted with a smile when you walk in the door. The lobby is full of amazing awards that Zac Lefty Colbert has won from all around the world, which definitely gets you excited for the tattoo your about to receive! Zac walked me through the whole entire process, even taking the time to explain the smallest details on a rudimentary level so I could understand exactly what he’s doing. I never felt rushed, he took his time and gave me the upmost respect as his client and the price was extremely fair for the quality of work I received. My tattoo took 10 hours to complete and throughout the whole process, everyone that works there came in the booth to see how I was doing and to compliment the tattoo which assured me it was totally worth all the pain and helped me pull through those final hours. I never met a person so talented and humble, Waco is truly lucky to have such an amazing shop and owned in my opinion one of the best artist in the country! Thanks again you guys, I’ll be back soon!

Ive been going to infamous ink for years and have never been disappointed.Zac and his crew are a trust worthy, fun and professional bunch that aim in quality art and piercings. I have strayed from infamous one time and thats all it took to realize I wont get a quality tattoo and experience anywhere else in Waco!

We went to get my son his first tattoo since yesterday was his birthday we got there at 2:20 they told us it would be an hour to an hour and a half wait at 7 o’clock at night we finally got mad and left after waiting five hours he wanted a simple bow fishing arrow going Through his skin. Then the artist after five hours of waiting told us it would be $300 for a little arrow going through His skin . I will never go back to the shop and I advise you not to either. I am covered in tattoos from my head to my toes and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had In a shop

Just went there last night for the first time, and got a Monroe piercing. Very clean, up to date, professional and a very pleasant experience. The music wasnt too loud like most places, and the artists didnt appear to be under any influence of any sort! (We moved here from Houston. Ha! This shop is such a breath of fresh air!) My artist was hunter and he did a amazing job. They wouldnt do appointments only walk ins. We ended up waiting over half a day to get two 15 minute tattoos but hunter made it worth it.

Had two tattoos done there and both were done beautifully. No complaints. True artists, clean and very professional. The staff were super friendly.

One of the rudest tattoo shops in Waco. They literally just copy and paste what ever you give them VS making their own design out of what you ask them too. Plus the owners will argue and yell at you, if you so happen to have a miscommunication over wether you make a appointment or not. (Which I never did)

Ive got three tattoos here, two by James and one by Jimmy, and six piercings total by MJ. They go above and beyond to ensure their art is well taken care of so long as I do my part to take care of it. I am definitely going back for more of both. I went in for an inner conch piercing that got infected a few weeks after I got the piercing. The doctor told me it was most likely because it was pierced incorrectly which hurt the tissues in my ear and caused it to get infected. Many friends of mine got piercings at the same time I did and they all had issues with their piercings.

Ive always had a good experience here. Mark is awesome.
