Customer service is top notch! The atmosphere is fun,energetic and very inviting and was greeted immediately as soon as I walked through the door! I got 4 tattoos here same day. I plan on getting my remaining tattoos here everyone is talented there and would go to anyone there! Highly recommend this place!

My mom, sister, and I went in to get matching elephant tattoos. This is the first tattoo for both my mom and sister and they were very nervous! The whole crew was so welcoming, Johnny did a fantastic job on all our tattoos, the banter between the guys made us feel so relaxed. You can tell these guys love what they do and we couldn’t have asked better experience! 10 out of 10 recommend, will definitely be back!

JD is an incredible artist at Top Secret. He perfectly balances whatever ideas you have with his artistic experience to produce an image that is better than anything you originally imagine. He takes his work very seriously which results in consistent outcomes. He’s done 2 tattoos for me now which I’m more than happy with. I highly recommend him.

Absolutely loved their service. I had a completely awful experience at infamous ink when getting my conch piercing. But here at Top secret they turned it into an enjoyable experience they gave me great advice on my piercing and pierced my Daith for me. Highly recommended!

This place was amazing. Me and my boyfriend got tattoos done by Conner and he was incredible. He was willing to talk and joke with us and so was everyone else. They’re super friendly and will work with you to reach a great price. I also got my nose pierced and they listened to my concerns and the sweet lady did an amazing job. I’ve been here before and they do great work. This time around J D was my tattoo artist. I went to him this time because I wanted a different style and because of what I was wanting… J D is the best. I already had a tattoo on my shoulder and always meant for it to be a sleeve so I’ve been adding to it. What J D has done so far…he added a reaper. We’re not done yet. There is more to come eventually. I love it! He did an Amazing job.

The environment was great! Everyone has a sense of humor and made me and my best friend feel welcomed. I’d definitely go back. The work Billy did on my hand was awesome for the lettering and design. He was smooth and quick with his work as well. 5 stars!!

Amazing service, I went for a piercing and Ive had my nose pierced almost 7 times. This was the one and only time it didnt hurt and it didnt get infected because they pierced it wrong. It was my partners first actual ear piercings as well and it did it so quick and painless. I would come again.

I have been here multiple times and Im always blownaway by how nice everyone is and the atmosphere is sowelcoming and friendly. I feel like not all tattoo shops are like that.I have gotten my nose pierced by Carrie and its rejectedbecause of an allergy to the metal but she is working with me and ordering white gold so I can still have my piercing. She is absolutely the nicest piercer I have ever come across.Billy Gamble did such an amazing job and Im so thankful for this amazing work of Timber. It means so much to me and he spent a lot of time making sure his markings were the same for me and his green eyes.Vibes at the shop, experience, and the tattoo: 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

Been to Top Secret for 6 tattoos now & I cant speak highly enough about them. My friends and I have had work done by nearly every artist in the shop over the past year or so (Johnny has done 5/6 of mine!) and theyre all crazy talented and super fun to work with.

Due to unplanned circumstances, the original artist that did my first tattoo is no longer available, but Conner pulled off the rest of my half sleeve very well and matched the original artist’s work. Highly recommend their services.

Absolutely love this place. This wasnt our first time. My daughter got her nose pierced by Carrie and she is amazing she has also pierced my ears and several of my friends! They have amazing atmosphere here and make you feel welcome. I highly recommend Carrie for any and all piercings. She makes you feel relaxed and before you know it you have a new hole in your body!

I came here for a thigh/knee piece. It was a last min thing, and they were kind enough to work with me. I ended up getting to work with Cass, and she’s such a sweetheart!! She’s so knowledgeable and one of the most talented people that’s done my tattoos. I’ve never had work done by a girl before, but Cass exceeded my expectations. I always go to Top Secret for piercings and once before for a tattoo (not happy with the previous artist) but he’s no longer there. They recently relocated and it’s a nicer place and location. The owner is really nice, and the artists are awesome. They will always acknowledge you as soon as you walk through their doors. If you’re looking to get some work done, don’t hesitate to check them out. They do not disappoint!

I came in today with a group of friends and got a tattoo, and my experience was amazing!! Everyone I talked to at the shop was light and easygoing and super welcoming- an overall great vibe. Billy tattooed me and he was GREAT. Easy to talk to, not overly rough, and very precise in his line work! I got a simple little ghost kitty just above my knee and I could not be happier with the result. This was my first time getting tatted at Top Secret, but I will absolutely be coming back in the future!

So originally me and mom went into the shop to get a couple of her jewelry in her piercings changed and the vibe is so beautifully balanced with professionalism and chill/funny. They were so good, we bought more piercings and jewelry AND a tattoo 🤦🏽‍♀️ but it was well worth it! 😆 definitely are gonna be back for Carrie’s lightening fast hands and Conner’s professional suggestions on my tattoo. To top it off Billy the owner was so down to earth that he’s about making your experience in his shop so welcoming.

Carrie did mine and my sisters piercings yesterday. She was so nice and welcoming. She was very professional and knows a lot about what she’s doing. I had my nose and second lobes pierced yesterday and still no pain today. Everything was great, quick and easy. I definitely recommend Carrie for all piercing needs!!

Very great service! Billy is my artist and he is absolutely wonderful! The environment inside the shop is extremely welcoming and the tattoos just make it that much better. Billy covered up a very difficult tattoo that no one else would touch and it is my favorite tattoo out of all of them that I have gotten!

We have had some great artwork come from this shop. In fact, we travel from KCMO just visit the shop. Great people, clean shop and awesome work.

Top Secret is a great place for tattoos! They were so kind and understanding of my health issues and the circumstances of why I was getting a particular tattoo. They did a fantastic job on the intricacies of my tattoo. The owner and the staff are very friendly and do a fine job of sanitizing their equipment and contact surfaces. I have never had a bad experience at Top Secret!! I’ve got several piercings and tattoos and always received excellent service. My 15 year old daughter got her naval pierced this evening and Carrie B took the time to walk her through everything she was doing and how to care for it after. 10 out of 10 would recommend them.

I visited the shop on Saturday 05/21/22 with my best friend Ashley.I can honestly say of all the tattoos I have gotten and all the shops I’ve gone to - this is the best place I have ever been. It was such a fun and welcoming environment.Everyone at the shop was helpful and answered my thousands of questions lol.Billy Gamble is the best ever! I am always nervous no matter the tattoo or placement. Pain is not my thing - but beautiful work definitely is. I spoke to Carrie about it and she offered the numbing cream and y’all it is a life changer. I set through both of my tattoos with ease. Such a wonderful experience! First, the shop was so clean. Got a piercing from Carrie and she was great! She was really knowledgeable, kind, personable, and took great care of me during the service. Her prep work was clean which is huge! She gave perfect after care explanations as well. I’m so glad I went in!

First and foremost MARCUS IS HANDSOME AF 😂❤️No but in all seriousness this place is AWESOME. Cassie did both my septum and nose piercing and I had a great experience! She makes sure you’re comfortable and walks through the process with you. Recently took my 18 year old niece who was VERY nervous but Cassie made her feel great. Very welcoming environment and all around good vibes.

I brought my 9yo to get her ears pierced and it was a great experience. Carrie was very calm and did an amazing job. Explained the process to my child and made her feel save. Ill recommend this place to everyone

First time visiting the shop , I came through to get a couple tats done. Conner was the artist who did my work , he is very good at what he does and is very funny. Had the whole room laughing. - Good experience, will recommend the shop, and definitely going to come back !

I was really nervous to get both helix on each ear but Carrie made the experience awesome by exposing the process and the atmosphere of her work room. Everything was so relaxing and she talked with me to ease my nerves. I especially loved a picture in her room “Relax it’s just a pinch” which is really was and it was a great experience. Will be going back for my first tattoo as well

This is my new go-to tattoo and piercing shop. Every single person I have interacted with here has been so extremely friendly and made us feel very comfortable being there.Before we came to this place, we had stopped at two other tattoo shops in Waco where we were not treated well and judged for our looks and tattoos we were wanting to get. As soon as we walked into Top Secret, they greeted us and smiled and immediately took care of us. Myself and my three friends all got tattoos, and even though we were a walk-in on a Saturday, they were with us promptly and had excellent communication with us about when we would be seen.The second time we came in, we went in for piercings and Carrie made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. We were taken care of very quickly and she did an amazing job. We had both previously had piercings that were done wrong at another shop in Waco, and she redid the piercings and they are SO MUCH BETTER. It was clear that the other ones had been done incorrectly.They are very professional, friendly, sterile, and AFFORDABLE. The work they provide is so high quality and worth every penny (and then some).

Carrie (the piercer) is such a gem! Amazing and professional, she is so knowledgeable when it comes to her craft. I’ve heard many horror stories about septum piercings gone wrong, so I was a bit nervous. Carrie knew exactly what to do correctly, how/why some piercers botch the septum, and explained the entire process while she was finding the “sweet spot.” It’s almost fully healed and has been a completely painless process. My boyfriend has gotten a piercing from her as well with the same experience. Can’t recommend her enough!

Five stars for Carrie the piercer, she’s the best in Waco. I didn’t do research on tattoo artists in the shop and came in as a walk-in for Friday the 13th tattoos. One star for the guy who tattooed me (don’t know his name, kind of short, kind of hot). This is the first tattoo I’ve ever gotten that’s been blown out.

Carrie does an amazing job with piercings and customer care. I went to her for both of my lip piercings and she helped me before and after with the nerves. She didnt push me to get it over with and she made sure I was feeling okay before I left. I definitely recommend seeing her for a piercing.

So I had came to this shop and it was my first one out of 3 and a known as “lucky” had helped me out with an amazing tattoo I’ve had 2 other tattoos before this half sleeve that he designed for me and this by far I could tell was gonna be awesome he was super friendly and answered every question I had for him. End result I could not be happier he tattoos like no other definitely a 10/10 recommend place. Everyone was super friendly and funny.

Billy at top secret tattoo and body piercings did an amazing job on my rib tattoo. He asked multiple times if I was okay or if I wanted to take a break, and even though I told him yes I’m fine he kept on asking. He is the sweetest person ever.

Lunchbox pierced my mom and I. She got a second nose piercing and I got a 5th earlobe piercing. Everyone in the shop was welcoming which was very different from other shops around town. Lunchbox was very knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely be back for more!

Today was a memorable day for my family and I as the customer service and clean environment of the tattoo parlor was a wonderful experience. 9 individuals got noise and ear piercings and was a great experience by Carrie Casarez who did our piercings. I had been putting off my piercings for a while since I was so afraid of needles, coming here had to have been the best decision I made. Everyone was extremely professional and reassured both my group of friends and I. We’re students at Baylor university and got discounts on each piercing, which was very convenient! I’ve been 3 times. Two tattoos from two different artist based on availability and one nose piercing. If you want tattoo artists that listen, take their time, and are nice, and do an AMAZING job. You definitely want to go here. Billy and Tony are who I’ve gotten tattoos from and they are both excellent and very good artists. I also got my nose pierced by Carrie and I was so nervous but she explained it all and did it very well. She was also sweet and overall very good at what she does.. I wouldn’t and won’t go anywhere else in Waco. I have found my new tattoo & piercing home. Check them out.

Was visiting from Houston and decided to get a piercing done with a group of family members. They made the effort to accommodate everyone in a safe environment. The shop was immaculate and clean and sterile. Carrie Casarez the young lady that did our piercings was so super nice. Me and my wife came in not really knowing what to get, Marcos greeted us and help calm my wife down since she was nervous. The whole staff was very patient and friendly and helped us decide what we wanted. I ended up getting two tattoos and my wife one. Price was fair, work was good, and shop was very clean with good ink and machines. Would definitely recommend using this shop for your next tattoo.

Cass was beyond helpful and a joy to work with… I wanted matching tarts, before one of my daughters moved to Florida and she was fast and she made it a breeze

Literally accidentally came to this place thinking it was a different shop, so glad I ended up where I did. Despite it being Friday the 13th I got pretty lucky! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I was very comfortable during the tattoo. I love the vibes of this shop and I think I actually have found my go to shop. Billy is the artist that made a tattoo I had been sitting on for a year come out so perfect. (Tip him with apple juice)

Went in two weeks ago for a belly button piercing and went back today for a nose stud. The staff is really friendly, the shop is clean and well lit, and they have a lot of neat merchandise. If you want a piercing done neatly and with a minimum of pain, I highly recommend their piercer, Carrie Casarez. Shes done a fantastic job not only on my piercings, but those of my wife and sister-in-law. We love her!!

I have gotten multiple tattoos and piercings from here. There’s rarely ever a wait and if there is it’s usually not longer than an hour. The people are mostly friendly and do good work. I did have my septum pierced here and it didn’t turn out so good, wouldn’t heal right and was still very painful after a month. The piercer, Carrie is very nice and friendly though. I would recommend this place if you’re in the area and looking to get in and get out for a good price. -Katelynn Townsend

My sisters and I were in town visiting from Louisiana, and we decided to stop in to get some tats done. We were SO impressed with the shop and artists. The vibe of the whole place was awesome. The artists were super nice and cool too. Luna did 2 of the tattoos and they came out so good! Seriously cant rave enough about this place!

Marcos did a wonderful job on my tattoo, while Carrie was extra sweet to my daughter who got her septum pierced, and Lil Joe was very pleasant and funny! Husband and daughter have been going here for . months. I went and got my first tattoo. Staff is friendly, they make you feel comfortable. Very clean place and I seen them sanitize frequently. Staff all wear mask. Prices are great. I wouldnt go anywhere else for tattoos or piercings!

Worst experience I’ve had, they discriminate on people with certain charges. And act unprofessional as well with it. Great experience with the piercer there. It was very clean and a easy process. I love the fact my piercer was so organized and cleaned her area after each piercing section and would chat with me the entire time. I was nervous and she helped me calm down alot. I can not wait to go back and get more piercings. I also plan to go back to get my tattoos started.

Only leaving one star because you have to leave at least one. I went in today for the Valentines Flash they said they were having. They told me they didnt have the flash quite ready and asked for a couple minutes. I said no problem. After about 20 minutes, I was told itd be a couple more minutes, again I said no problem. I waited for an hour and was never shown any flash or acknowledged again so I left. I would not recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable pricing for some new piercings and had them changed out with no extra charge. Austin piercing shops charge for the jewelry, any actual piercings and to put the jewelry in even if its to change existing piercings.

Everyone was friendly and didn’t break the bank. They have great aftercare instructions as well. They are truly awesome.
