Don’t go here and pay cash. You won’t get your money back if you need to do a return. The associate wouldn’t issue my refund because they “didn’t have enough money”, but they had money she just didn’t want to issue my refund and have the register at 0. That is ridiculous, when it’s clearly not my problem they don’t have enough money I should still be able to process my refund either way it goes. Now I have to waste my time and go back another day.

Bought a gift card for my daughter to get her cartilage pierced as a Christmas gift and told the sales associate what the gift card was going to be for and had my daughter with me when I purchased it. Took my daughter today to get it done and was told the new rule about them having to be 13. My daughter will turn 13 in a few months but pretty irritated I paid for a gift card over $60 and the person who sold it to me didnt bother to mention this new rule! We cant get a refund for it so at least I have her birthday gift now but still wish they would have informed me before I paid for it.

If I could give it zero stars I sure would. I bought myself and my son a pair of earring from here and with in two days his earring fell apart,while in school so he put it in pocket but lost it during athletics so it is gone I know nothing can be done. The pair I bought are not real gold can’t be nope not at all my ears hurt so bad are red and painful and only time that happens is if I put fake earrings in I have my Kendra Scott’s in first hole in ear and they do not hurt or feel have any the feeling I have when put the diamonds studs I bought for second hole in ear but no one will help rude customer service I don’t have receipt but figure I could be looked Up in their system nope not going to happen so there went 100 dollars of hard earned money to the trash over something I was lead to believe true was not the earring are fake I know the diamonds are not real of course but the gold is said to be 14kOne huge lie!!!!!Thank you a very unhappy customer who will not shop at your location ever and will be sure to let everyone know what awful service your company gives to those that spend there money.

I had to return to have my ears re-pierced and I was a bit nervous about having it redone. The ladies there great and are all State certified; unlike Wal-Mart or Claires. Theres also now a one year warranty that comes in case you have to have that same area re-pierced. One thing Ive learned from research is that you really should have real gold to start with. Piercings are free with the purchase of eating at Pagoda. They will pierce kiddos too. Just remember if you have a baby get pierced ears that it could aggravate their ears. I have several medical doctors in my family and its best to have this done when kids are at least 12. There are veins that run throughout your ears so its really important its done professionally. For $7 more, you are provided a ear cleaning kit which is very beneficial to your healing. I highly recommend it!

Called and asked what their most inexpensive piercing was. Was told $18.99. Decided to make the drive. After getting to the store, was told that the true minimum price was closer to $30 (the $18.99 was the cheapest earring, which is mandatory to buy; and the piercing was another $7 to $10 on top). So was essentially lied to and made a trip in vain.

Both my kids have gotten piercings here with no issues. Warranty on the jewelry is a must for any damage as they replace it :)

They were helpful but jewelry was too pricey for their quality it is good they have layaway but still I have to look at quality and price if it were a little better quality than I would be happy to pay accordingly

Like this place they have nice jewelry for reasonable price my only problem is that I go in the mornings before I go to work which is after 10am but before 11am and there is never anybody at the counter very annoying to walk all the way into the mall to not find nobody I think they should at least put a sign explaining why theyre not there during their business hours

They never answer the phone and overpriced they dont even know how to pierce right one of my babies ears the earing is lower !

The woman who did my mothers ears and mine was very nice and worked efficiently and swiftly. I love the results

They Don’t know how to answer the phone so when I got there I wasn’t able to piece my baby’s ears because I didn’t have the right documents. Highly upset.

I have not visited piercing pagoda at all.
