Store 930 is the worst! I was literally just in the banter located in front of Victoria Secret, store 849. Jamilyah was my original sales representative and she was impeccable! She provided me with additional financing options that I was immediately able to utilize for my large purchase. The quality of Jamillyah’s salesmanship was immaculate and I was more than comfortable returning the items that were recently purchased with her. I would easily make this a five star review if it only reflected the original purchase. Unfortunately, I made my purchase but needed to come back and do a return. The registers at 849 were down at the moment and they said they will assist me, just give them a second. I was impatient and went to the other store which is 930 by the escalators for assistance because they weren’t busy. I asked the employee, Bridget for assistance with my return because the other store system was down, and she told me i had to go back over to 849 and wait. Bridget was not willing to assist me with what i needed. I will not be returning to store 930. I could understand if Bridget was busy or occupied doing something. She was just leaning on the counter top doing nothing at all! Bridget be better!!! I wish i could do 0 stars!

Micheal and Jovaun did a wonderful job with helping me find my jewelry and save money today. They put each necklace on for me and helped me figure out the exact type of chain I liked best. They had me laughing the entire time and l truly enjoyed my experience! I left the mall very pleased!

Jamie at the st. Charles (Maryland) location was a doll and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The Service was amazing we bought several things. Make sure u give Javon Micheal and Jamie a raise there services was amazing they were very patient and kind.
Customer service is very poor at this location. Consultant gave me a half piercing and charged me for two but refused to admit her mistake when I returned for a refund. She knew she only gave me one earring and charged me for two. I could tell at my appointment she didn’t know what she was doing. When I reached out to Customer service online about the double charge they told me to return to the location and insisted that they could not assist me. When I returned, the girl acted like I was lying about her not giving me a second earring that she charged me for. I showed her the one piercing she gave me and she had the nerve to say “I would have charged you a $5 fee for only one piercing”. Well that was her mistake. She knew that she made a mistake and would not apologize or admit to it. After she realized she was not doing her job well she said “I’ll take your word for it” and gave me the refund. Then had an attitude as if I did her wrong! I asked if that was it after she gave me the receipt and she went back on her phone and just said “yeah”. Save your money and time.
Horrible experience. Made an appointment and showed up early enough to have a conversation with the employee. First he was at the other kiosk (not his). Then he asked the same question 5 times about me picking up something even after I said several times I was there for a piercing. I do not recommend this location.
Today me and my daughter got our ears piers and Zaire was very professional and very knowledgeable about what he was doing.
I’ve been going to this pagoda for YEARS . Their quality and pricing is untouchable. But today I go in just to get a tongue ring. When I was finally acknowledged the woman had an attitude and told me she was closing the store . I asked if the other one 2 feet away was open , she told me yes it was her store but that she was closing this current store and that she pretty much couldn’t help me . The young lady working with her said that she could go help me real quick . But she seemed disturbed and irritated . So I left . I have never had such horrible service before . You’re here to help your company make money . Not run it off.I will never come back to this location again . It was unacceptable and the attitude was unnecessary.

I went to Piercing Pagoda at the St. Charles Town Center in Waldorf a little nervous about finding someone who was willing to work with me to find the exact spot to match up another piercing above a stretched out hole. Thank God for Shayla! She worked with me and did an absolutely professional job. The place was busy, but she confidently worked with other customers while I chose my earrings. As a bonus, I picked out another pair on sale. All of the jewelry is top quality. The piercing itself was flawless. She took time to explain everything and sent me home with instructions on how to care for my new piercing. Thank you for a great experience!

First let me start by saying that the store manager Amanda was absolutely amazing. She is so kind, gentle, and pleasant. She pierced my 4 month old daughters ears. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by another associate and Ms. Amanda. Both ladies reassured us that we would be helped soon and they did just that. Amanda was so informative and really patient with my baby. My little one was squirmy and wanted to see everything in the mall and Amanda made sure her “markers” were correct before piercing her ears. She also recommended we come back in 4 weeks just to follow up so she could check my baby girls ears. I’ve never experienced such amazing and attentive customer service. Thank you ladies once again for an amazing experience. I highly recommend Amanda!

Beware of this place I’ve brought jewelry from the store in the mall. I was lied too by there employee that my bracelet was real gold it turned colors I returned the item on warranty only too purchase 6 more broken items I don’t recommend buying anything from them ripped me off and will not warranty out my last broken pair of earrings the backs fell off and stripped. I paid for a extended warranty that expired a week ago beware don’t buy there fake jewelry it’s not worth the hassle or headache
I have never left a review for anybody, and it’s not because I didn’t know how to, it’s more of the customer service now a days don’t truly value a customer. But both Kyrsten and Isaiah made this experience worth writing about. They demonstrated exactly what customer service should be. They answered every question I had, they explain every step of the process and we even had a pleasant talk. I came in set on getting a piercing and they were patience with me and helped guide me in the right direction for this piercing and the next one I plan on getting. They were both understanding and when it came time to getting the piercing Kyrsten took her time to make sure the placement was correct and that they were lined up. Isaiah was nice enough to let me hold their hand while Kyrsten pierced my ears. If you ever plan on getting a ear piercing I would highly and I mean HIGHLY RECOMMENDED these two! 100% would do it again and go back if I want more ear piercings.The piercing came out amazing! I already have two Cartledge piercing and two piercings on my lobe, this time I got a piercing directly in the middle to eventually replace with a hoop. And I’m literally obsessed with the piercing. If Kyrsten or Isaiah see this, thank you soo much for your time and effort I really appreciate it! Keep doing an amazing job!
Don’t waste your time coming here. Extremely rude manager, I would accept getting bad service from sales associates but not the manager. I guess to be 40+ still working at a mall kiosk will make a person bitter. I get it, it’s just Pagoda not Pandora or Tiffany’s but it would be nice to have decent customer service when shopping and spending your money at an establishment.

It took $110 to get my sons ears pierced then he had a basketball game and had to take them out the same day so I went back the next day and they tell me they cant put them back in so basically Im punishing my son for playing basketball when he really wanted his ears pierced and we had no clue that he couldnt wear them so I called the manager and they said to wait a while before we get him pierced again and now theyre healed so well find out and never could get it doneFake people

They made my infant wait over 45 minutes to have her ears pierced. There was one lady ahead of us (that wasnt in the chair) in which whom had taken her time to receive many different piercings. There was not much communication from the staff. It was bad customer service (on that day).
Go to this one by Hallmark. They are awesome. I must admit I have never been to the one under the escalator, I would hope they are as awesome as this one.
