Ive gotten 2 tooth gems from Courtney as well as getting pierced by Natalie! All of them are great and they all take time to make sure that they give the best quality in what they do. I love coming here and you should come here too!

I would recommend Village Tattoo to anyone looking to get a tattoo, big or small! I’ve gotten 2 from the owner, Phillip, and both turned out amazing. One was a short phrase in a simple font while the other was a slightly larger and more detailed piece. He treated both of them with the same amount of importance and care, making sure I was completely happy with it. He took my input while also giving me advice on what he thought would look best and it turned out great.The shop is extremely clean, organized, and each person has decorated their workspace so it feels like a comfortable environment to be in. I’ll definitely be returning.

On Saturday I brought my baby to get her ears pierced and we were turned away because we were misinformed. I don’t live in the area so it was a waste of my time. The previous day I called to make sure that my baby could get her ears pierced and they said everything was fine. I told the lady on the phone that my baby was 7 months. When I got there in person they said she had to be 8 months. The piercers excuse for me being misinformed was “the shop had a big event the prior day so whoever on the phone accidentally misinformed you” As a customer I could care less about your event; I care that you wasted my time. You all need to have your information correct the first time, and not willing to accommodate me even though my baby is about to be 8 months did not sit well with me when babies get their ears pierced as early as 3 months. Your shop your rules but its important to have your receptionist know what they are talking about.

Do not purchase nipple piercings here.1.) Nipple piercings should be internally threaded (they do not sell these)2.)When asked if they were surgical stainless steel, the person at the counter was unsure.A reputable shop should be selling high-quality jewelry.What they are selling is likely to cause irritation and effect healing (ask me how I know 😑)Last time I went into a shop, they were able to offer titanium piercings they could anodizine them. None of the piercings had the thread (the screw part on the bar). I got too comfortable and assumed this shop looked reputable and would have professional jewelry.Two stars because only because the workers were friendly.

I had a great experience at village tattoo, my piercer natalie was very nice and took great care of me and my friend. she went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, especially bc i literally got sick after my piercing and she even got me a trash can and a monster. i genuinely really appreciate her generosity and making me feel comfortable when i was already embarrassed. she also did a great job on my eyebrow piercing, i would definitely go back!!!!

They go above and beyond. Each artist available can do anything and everything, and they each have their own specialties. They are incredible. As Christopher Lane told me, Im here to make pretty girls prettier. They do everything in the best interest of the customer. Recommend to anyone and everyone wanting a tattoo or piercing 💕.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE Natalie! she is a wonderful piercer. Ive been going to her for almost 2 years now, between getting piercings to simply changing a piercing out. I am in my 60s and I had in the loss of a daughter, I wanted to get some piercing. I was blessed enough to get Natalie. I absolutely love her, she is wonderful she has been so kind and nice to me. I got an extra hole in my ears and I also got a nose piercing. I’ve had to get some MRIs, and she is patient to help me take it out and put them back in. Thank you Natalie!

Fantastic experience with Natalie on getting my belly button piercing.She’s an absolute professional and made the process so simple and easy. Definitely went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.Virtually painless despite scar tissue from a previous piercing. Natalie was wonderful!! My daughter went in to get her septum pierced. Natalie explained everything step by step. So there was no confusion. She was extremely gentle. We were very pleased with the service. We would go there again. They deserve the 5 stars. I would give them more if I could.

Friday the 13th was bustlin and yall were hustlin. Good work!! I appreciate u! I got my septum from Natalie. Dunno if its just me, but it felt like nothing and Ive had zero pain zero soreness. Obviously, that is the work of a pro. My nose anatomy is a little unique and she used her professional judgement and nailed it. As mentioned by my friend who got double nostrils, Natalie is your go-to for symmetrical piercings.

I made another appointment with Will a week later and he made me extremely happy !! I couldn’t stop showing off my tattoo he really is an amazing tattoo artist so nice and had so much patience with me ... I got a cover up tattoo and he reworked a tattoo I had .

Y’all Krystal was amazing! She did everything I wanted and more! She drew up this gorgeous design and was patient with the through the entire process! She even went to the convenience store to get me some nuts after my sugar started getting low and I became light headed (my fault as I didn’t eat enough before my appointment.) I’ll definitely be back for my other pieces!Oh and the girl at the front desk, I think her name was Natalie, was really nice as well.

Ive been there 3 times to be tatted by Chris Lane. 2 cover-ups and one original piece. I am happy with all 3. Chris is fun and personable and a true artist. You wont be disappointed.

(REPOST Original review was deleted)The tattoo artists are great, the piercer is not. I’d go elsewhere for a piercing because she completely misplaced mine and I had to get it re-pierced. She then told me to “make sure you like it because it’s the last time I’m doing it.” Ive never had this type of piercing before so I’d expect a professional to use their best judgment and KNOW where the placement should be, ya know? Anyway. I’d recommend tattoos here, not piercings.Update because my piercing never healed correctly and now I have scarring on my stomach because of the misplaced piercing. For clarification I was pierced by the Caucasian thicker woman who’s room is the first one on the right when you walk in. I attached a photo of the incorrect placement for better warning to future clients of hers in regards to belly piercings. I got second opinions and was told this was a blatant misplacement of a belly piercing no questions about it. It was not a belly piercing at all but a “surface piercing.” Sad because I tipped her hefty too. My own ignorance. (I took the photo down because I believe thats what got it deleted) Beware of the belly piercings at this establishment. Make sure you do your research on where the correct placement should be because the professional piercer wont be very much help and will have an attitude when you ask to come back to get it fixed. I shouldve just gotten a refund honestly.

Got my first tattoo today, it was done by Alex. He did my sketch we checked it, everything was good. He made me feel comfortable, he wasn’t heavy handed so the pain didn’t feel that bad. I will be going back for another!

I got my nose pierced yesterday with Natalie. She was very outgoing and comforting, made some funny jokes along the way. The process was quick and there was little pain. Feels great today, no pain at all. I definitely recommend this place and I will be coming back for future piercings! Thank you guys!!

Huge miscommunication on the price. Paid an extra $400 for a back tattoo because I did not feel like arguing about the original price we agreed on. Remember to always get prices text messaged or in writing, prices were discussed verbally so it would’ve been “she said, she said” kind of situation. Plus they only accept cash.The piece was okay and it felt rushed, could’ve been a lot better though 🤷‍♀️

After searching for a decent tattoo place for my granddaughters first tat, we just happened upon Village Tattoo. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will is an expert in his art. We will defonitely go back!!

If I could give no stars I would! Scheduled an appointment with Krystal who made an error on my daughter and I first appointment so she insisted on coming in on her day off to make up for the “mixup”. I confirmed the date and time with her ahead of time. On the day of the appointment, today Sunday February 12, 2023 at 10 am, no show!! We arrived minutes to 10 am and waited until 10:30. I called her three times and left two text messages, NOTHING! What a huge disappointment. My daughter’s first tattoo experience, killed! What poor business ethic!!!

I went to get my nipples pierced i forgot her name ): but she did great. She was patient with me and my anxiety and wasn’t heavy handed. She explained what she was going to do and do. I loved it n they are cute!!! Will be back for sure.

I love Village! All of their artists are super talented and their piercers are skilled. Im currently working with Will on a half sleeve and his work is stellar!!! I will add a photo of how it looks so far once my newest addition fully heals! Great establishment, highly recommended!!

It was a fun and spontaneous day. My husband, daughter and myself decided to get tattoos and piercings. Walking into the Village Tattoo shop, I could tell we were in good hands. The atmosphere was very clean, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist. We were serviced by Nick and Debbie Bear. Both A1 personalities. I was very comfortable and very impressed. I will return!!!!! Kudos to management for hiring assets to your business.

I got my nose pierced on a last minute notice. Rampage was very nice and helpful and she made us laugh. She was very precise with her actions and made sure she fully understood exactly what I was looking for and even offered her advice when I needed it. I would recommend her to anyone. I thoroughly enjoy my piercing.

Great service! The woman who did my ear piercing was super informative and helpful! I went back a second time to get my bellybutton jewelery replaced because I had such a good experience the first time. Definitely will go back to get my fourth piercing!

I had an excellent experience getting my tragus piercing here. my piercer (that I wish I got the name of) made it a very simple process. The piercer gave me and my friend clear direction of cleaning it and she was very nice and made me feel as comfortable as possibly. 10/10 experience can’t wait to go back!!

First time and impressions are everything the atmosphere wasnt the friendliest but Branden Anderson is by far one of the best tattoo artists out there. Because of him I give this place 5 stars. Hes an amazing person and made me very comfortable the whole 4 hr session. My tattoo turned out beautifully. Ill definitely be back.

Finding the best tattoo artist for darker skin is #1. I’m glad I found some talent (Phil) that not only covered this up but listened to my concerns and came up with a beautiful solution. Krystal did a tattoo for me back in April, but I could only have an outline done since I had a family emergency and was leaving the state for a few days. She did an incredible job on the outline and we discussed finishing the piece in June. However, since the end of April, I’ve reached out to her several times on different platforms without a response, yet she’s been active on social media. She is a really good artist but this is completely inexcusable. For this reason, I won’t be returning.

Great staff and great place overall. Theyre doing cash only right now but they have an ATM in their shop. Lots of artists who all have great work. I went and saw Rock Star (aka Chris) and he is very great to work with. Highly recommend.

Went for a nose piercing, a birthday gift for my wife. We did have to wait for the artist for about 15 minutes. The owner was super hospitable and had great convo, ask him about the mind lol. The piercing artist was friendly, gentle and thorough with instructions and education. She made sure the location was where we wanted. Affordable and clean. Even got a free lanyard! Will consider for next tattoo!

Absolutely amazing service and skill. Everyone is friendly and helpful and answered all questions I had. The first experience made me come back for a second. Second experience was even better than the first so Im planning a third very soon. I dont plan to go anywhere else for a piercing or tattoo. Their prices are great too! Have been coming here for years to get work done and never had a complaint but after my most recent experience i will not return. got a tattoo done by chris lane he was rude, unprofessional, made nasty comments about my weight, hair, and scars, told me to “get a bra that fits” and blatantly treated me and my friend differently. (she’s a petite pretty caucasian girl and i am the exact opposite) the work was ok, i only wanted some simple line work so i paid and left but that was hands down the worst experience i have ever had in this industry

Doug was an amazing artist to work with. I came in for a small tattoo and was able to bounce ideas off of him very easily, would definitely recommend! this is my third tattoo with village tattoos and the only place I will go.

Had my septum and nose pierced at the same time. I think my artist was Ashley? Cant remember but she was great and walked me through everything! The shop is pretty clean which is always a plus!

I wanted to wait until my tattoo healed before I reviewed it, but the place is clean and the atmosphere is nice. They only take cash but theres an atm in the store so thats cool. I got my tattoo done by Krystal. She was late, and things happen, so I wasnt that bothered by it. Shes cool, but the stencil for the image I picked wasnt placed down clearly and so some of the detail is kind of off. I got the tattoo almost a month ago, but its clearly fading already in some of the outer areas because they didnt get a good pass of ink like the rest of the tattoo.

Absolutely love this place. Nik is a fantastic tattoo artist. Made it super easy for me and he had a lot of great stories to listen to and he is great at listening too. He gave me a super beautiful bright orange tiger lily on my hip. I do have plans to go back next time I am in town. Krystal did a beautiful sunflower on my bestie. So if you are planning on getting a tattoo this is the place to go.

I went to village tattoo when I found out that they had a female piercer. To my surprise Debbie was awesome. She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. The shop is very clean and everyone that works there is just as nice. I will be returning for more piercings and maybe a tattoo!!! I recommend village tattoo to everyone!!!

Got in with Luc. He came highly recommended by some local friends. He is 💯! Very talented, professional, and easy to work with, and took his time which you want that with anything art related. The shop was super clean, the other artists were friendly too, and the place had a good vibe. I will be visiting him again soon. Whether you live in the area or are in town you should try to get on his schedule if you are looking for some ink work.

I am a return customer. My first time there and my first tattoo there were Awesome!!! I highly recommend Luc Baker if you do go there. This second visit...Luc was off. So I let Brandon do it. Ive had my tattoo one week and all of the color is gone. Whats left looks like a very old jail tattoo!!

My boyfriend who I love so much finally decided to let me get my tongue pierced and took me to Village tattoo where we met Debbie or D-Bear who was super cool and very professional so literally walked me through the whole process where she made me feel calm and relaxed through the process and because of her warm, calm and professional demeanor it wasnt as bad as i thought it be and after the process she was real down to earth as me, my boyfriend and Debbie spent 20 minutes just talking and being friends. Although this is probably going to be the only piercing I get I would DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone needing piercing or tattoos. D-Bear is AWESOME!!!

I went to the shop on Wednesday to get an estimate on a tattoo. I was immediately greeted by Nick, which I thought was very professional. He looked at my sketch and told me that he will be able to do it. I came in on Friday, a bit amprehensive about the pain level. I have 5 other tattoos but this would be the biggest tattoo with the most detail. Nick assured me that it wouldnt be that much pain. He talked to me throughout the duration of the tattoo. My tattoo came out freakin awesome! Again as I said freakin awesome! The detail and the color was off the chain. He is a true connoisseur or of tattoos and this company has a client for life. Kudos to the owner for hiring such professional people and I will be coming back and I will be recommending this tattoo shop to all my family and friends!!!!

If I could give this place O stars I would. I walked in , wasnt greeted. asked for a price on a small tattoo I wanted. gave a price. and told no booths were available. did not give an estimated wait time , and was NOT very friendly on this day. but it was a clean establishment.
