I got a smiley piercing done here and it was a great experience and environment. i had acrylic nails so it was a bit hard to hols my but Theron was very patient and understanding. Very happy with the result, would definitely recommend!

They pierced my 14 year old daughters ears real quick for her without any issues. The gentleman working the store was very nice and informative.

Went there to get a nose piercing after going to a place that had an extra long wait. I was in and out by 30 minutes. The person who did my piercing was very nice, efficient, and clean. I especially liked that the piercer showed me the piercing needle in the packet showing that it’s clean and new. It’s been about two months now since I’ve had the piercing and I’ve had now infection so, I’m very happy!

Theron is the greatest!!!! I won’t let anyone tattoo me or my daughter unless it’s ONLY Theron. He has done my last three tats and they look amazing, he also did my daughters tats and she absolutely loves them. Very clean environment and extremely professional. Theron makes you feel at ease and he is always making sure your ok. I refuse to go anywhere else!!!

Got my nose pierced here, 6 weeks in my piercing in my nose starting lifting out my nose! Come to find out another piercer told me the piercing had closed from the inside my nose! I called the number of this operation instead of having me come in to look at what happened he told me to use tea tree oil. waste of money!

One of the tattoo artists, Theron, did my septum piercing way too low and refused to refund me. I was hoping he would at least admit to his mistake and redo it properly for free but he refused that as well. His reasoning was that “everyone else would come by saying their piercings were done wrong too”. Overall terrible customer service.

Thank God for GPS bc I would have passed this place easy. Outside looks sketchy as hell but inside was very clean. Staff were very friendly and professional. The guy that did my piercing was great.
