Highly reccomend going here for a tattoo the two that spike has done the im broken and the rose, the rose was a cover up and turned out amazing! The other two was done by laura the armadillo was from the dart board and i love both of them. they are very nice people i love talking to them and its a really good expierence and i got a septum peircing done by amy and she was very caring got me a soda and made me feel very comfortable and i absolutely love it and i will continue going here for even more tatts and peircings and the prices are also affordable compared to most other places as well also very clean they use all new needles and cleans the before each session and after

Everybody at Wonderland is phenomenal. Lau did a dartboard tattoo for me and the line work and shading is perfect. This was only my second tattoo after a bad first experience and she was super patient with me. Super clean and comfortable. Awesome atmosphere and people. Three of us went and they had us talking like weve known each other forever. Will definitely be going back.

Absolutely enjoyed the energy the vibe and the tattoo process. Had a great time talking to employees before during and after. I’m pleased to say I’ll be coming back for a few more ideas.

I looked at the reviews online and thought I could trust this place based on all of the positivity. However, I did not have a good experience. Granted, the piercer was nice, but pierced me incorrectly and was not prepared with cleansing tools to suit me and my friend. The experience started out nice, however he did not clean mine or my friends ear before piercing or after because he had just run out of witch hazel (which apparently isnt supposed to be used anyways), then proceeded to pierce me incorrectly despite the initial marker being okayed. Shortly after leaving the shop, I was able to clean my piercing and see that it was pierced incorrectly, too close to the surface of my skin and that he had ripped my skin rather than create a hole. I decided to reach out and express my concerns, to which he replied that it was okay as long as I liked it. I told him I was worried about the healing process, but he assured it SHOULD heal fine. After seeing this, I contacted another shop, and the piercer there told me I needed to remove my piercing immediately due to it being botched and high risk for infection as well as rejection. She repierced my ear in a sanitary, professional way and told me I would have to wait until both piercings were healed to even attempt an industrial bar due to the trauma left behind. My ear bled so heavily once she took the bar out that the collar of my shirt was soaked with blood. So basically, I wasted $65 plus tip on a botched piercing I dont even have after one day. My friend had a better experience though, despite the lack of preparation and aftercare.

I called to bring my daughter in for a piercing. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and answered my questions with ease!I seriously didn’t catch the name of the gentleman who pierced my daughter’s ears because I have a weak stomach and couldn’t watch. We brought in our whole family (2 adults, 3 kids) and there was nothing but kindness and positivity from the man who pierced my daughter’s ears. Not only was he kind, but he made my daughter feel comfortable. He took his time with her and went at her pace, didn’t rush her. Thank you for making that experience a positive one for her! Two days later and she can’t stop smiling and saying how nice you were!

A lovely and safe experience! Amy was absolutely phenomenal with her supportive and encouraging attitude. She talked gently to my friend who was receiving a piercing and nervous. Told her every step of the process. And she helped me get my old piercing settled with cute jewelry. Highly recommend.

Got my first tattoo here at 57, best choice I ever made have had three other ones since and never disappointed with Spike. Also got some piercings here as well and Amy is an amazing piercer. I would absolutely recommend this place. They honor the military as well by giving them discounts.

My friend from outside of the area and I wanted to get matching tattoos before she had to go back. They managed to squeeze us in after their final scheduled appointment and were so kind about everything! While we were waiting, Amy and their new apprentice Jade did a fantastic job with both mine and my friends piercings! They were so sweet and friendly that we ended up spending almost 3 hours there just chatting away! For our tattoos, Spike did a beautiful job giving us exactly what we wanted. He handled my nervous talking and small twitches very well! They also gave us pillows and offered waters and did everything they could to make us comfortable.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WILL BE BACK :)

Wonderland is a fantastic place that helped me when no other shop could. I was having problems with a piercing and I had tried having it removed several times. But Amy was able to help me. Wonderland has a safe environment, I did not feel judged at all.

I did a walk in with Amy, she was absolutely AMAZING ♥️ Made me feel super comfortable and helped me with my anxiety about getting my piercings done. Showed me what she was doing and what to look for when getting piercings done since I was so new. 10/10 would recommend. Amazing.

Amazing place, the person who periced me was very nice. I went in for a nose piercing and they were nice, they explained everything throughly, cleaning, changing, and everything. He was gentle with piercing. Just a full out nice place and great service. It’s a very clean place to. Def recommend

Awesome experienced tattoo artist. Took the time to make sure the tattoo was exactly what I wanted and too extra effort to make sure I was comfortable. Very relaxing and spike has a feather touch. They also do piercings clean and comfortable. My fiance got her nose and belly button done. So happy I went to wonderland than the other places Ive been.

Definitely a great place to get pierced! I got my septum done today and everything was super professional. All of the tools were sterilized properly and they walked me through the process since I was nervous. The price was pretty good too!! :)

I took my almost 3 year old here a week ago to get her ears pierced and couldn’t be happier. He was so patient with her and as gentle and professional as could be!I also have to commend the shop for their cleanliness! There were several people waiting and there were absolutely no shortcuts taken in the cleaning between clients just to move people along quicker. Cant recommend this place enough.

Got my septum pierced today by amy and she is the sweetest, i was super scared walking in today but she made sure my nerves were calmed, and walked me through every step of the process and was very clear about cleaning, and healing instructions, got my bellybutton pierced last august and was perfect. 10/10 would recommend😁

Amy is VERY professional! Very sweet and very clean! She is the only one Id trust piercing myself and my daughter! My daughter got an ear and nose piercing and loves them! I got all my facial piercings from Amy, and my industrial. Bottom line: she is amazing!

Love it here, Spike is a fantastic tattoo artist, and they also do piercings Very friendly people and its a family-friendly place. And theyre doing creative activities to bring the community together..concerts and now arm wrestling tournaments. If youve never been here you should really check them out.

I went in last Friday night for a septum piercing by Amy, the clamp slipped and the piercing was messed up and I had to take it out. But fast forward to today- she made it up to me completely by giving me a full refund AND re-piercing it making it perfect. Here’s to healing! Amy is awesome and we are only human. Yesterday i got my septum pierced and my belly button done. amy was very helpful and did very well with explaining the after care and was very kind and funny to me and my friend! definitely will be going back soon!

I brought my daughter in for her nose piercing for her 16th birthday and the gentleman was friendly very knowledgeable explained everything the establishment was clean and felt comfortable wold go back for more business

They seemed to young to be tattooing and when we walked in after we were told to come in they looked at us and basically said no we dont have time or the kid said I dont feel well to do it.September 9th 2022, we were 4 adults and a child, we walked in and you all looked at us like we were in the wrong place.. we were told to come in by a man the night before over the phone to have 4 small tattoos done just lettering, the female behind the counter said she was sick and didnt feel well, if so you shouldnt have been there. Nope this is not fake at all. We ended up going to Underground tattooing around the corner where they didnt have an issue with doing the work we wanted.

Amazing service got us right in for 3 walk in tattoos after a different shop dropped the ball. Very friendly great atmosphere and wonderful work would 100% recommend

I got a tattoo done here and it was so beautiful. This tattoo was suppose to be done on someone else a long time ago but never got it done so I guess the tattoo was meant for me. This place is the best i dont care if anyone says other wise, this is best in Watertown. I plan on coming back here for another because I love this place so much and the tattoo artist Spike is a genius and his wife is awesome, the best duo I have meant. I highly recommend this awesome place.

Both my sister and I got our nose pierced and the guy who did the piercing messed up placement and angle. Almost a year later now and my sister still can’t get a nose ring in properly. Won’t be back again.

Had a piercing done today by Jake. I was super nervous and he made the process a breeze and practically pain free. He was very kind and put my nerves at ease!
