Blake did my tattoo today and I freaking love it. I gave a rough idea of what I was looking to get and gave freedom to make it one of a kind tattoo. I left feeling like I got a beautiful peace of art work and had a very great experience. He listened to what i wanted and made it all come to life. His goal was to give me what I wanted and make sure I left happy. 10/10 would recommend reaching out to this shop for all your tattoo and piercing needs.Blake also is a fantastic piercer as I also got both my nipples done the same day. He was extremely professional and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. He also made sure my son who got his lip pierced the day prior was aware of what was happening and made him feel confident in the whole process.I am beyond happy to have went to Anbu tattoo and had such a great experience. Will definitely be coming back!

I have been searching for a tattoo artist that can really nail anime art and I found that at Anbu Tattoo! The parlor is clean and I really appreciate that there are privacy rooms. My tattoo came out absolutely stunning and I will be returning to get more of my tattoos done at Anbu! Shout out to Blake (the owner) for being super accommodating, professional, and super detail oriented over the course of my sessions!

A++ experience in every way possible. This is a veteran owned business (thank you for your service Blake) and it is top notch. Spotlessly clean from the location to Blake’s procedure. This was my 4th tattoo overall but my first with Blake and it’s the best experience I’ve ever had getting tattoo’d. My family and I all wanted basically the same small tattoo (my mom’s first, at 72 yo!) but Blake made them unique to each of us, which was truly wonderful. We felt so lucky to find his business, all the stars aligned. He happened to be able to fit us in, he uses state of the art equipment (all my other tattoos were done using the old style of tattoo gun), he’s a gifted artist, he’s totally personable and could not have been nicer or more accommodating, especially to my mom who has a hard time getting around due to Parkinson’s. We all LOVE our tattoos. I live in Virginia, was up visiting family for Mother’s Day but I can promise you, for any future tattoos I will be traveling back up so they can be done by Blake. If you are looking for talent, creativity, excellent method, great personality and a comfortable space-look no further, Anbu is your place.

For starters the shop looks and feels clean. going in you’re immediately greeted and made comfortable. blake himself is so easy to talk to and get along with. he talks you through what he’s gonna be doing before hand and while doing the tattoo. he makes sure your comfortable throughout your session and makes sure you’re feeling okay asures you take as many breaks as needed. definitely recommend checking out this place out i know ill be back

I’ve gone to a ton of parlors and anbu has given me the best experience by far. I got my tragus piercing done by Blake and multiple jewelry switches, my ear had no problems healing he did an amazing job. I love his tattoo work and will be scheduling any of my future appointment with him

Been looking to get a tattoo for a while now, but could never find anyone that would take the time. I finally found micheal and man he’s doing an amazing job. Him and his girlfriend ashley always take sure great care of everyone in their seat and always makes sure everyone’s experience is the best it possibly can. I recently got a tattoo from Blake at Anbu and the results were absolutely stunning. The tattoo was heavy on line work and shading and he absolutely hit it out of the park, the results were absolutely breathtaking. On top of that, Blake is so personable, kind, and considerate. He made the whole experience amazing! Will definitely be getting all future tattoos done with him!

There is no better artist I have gone to, Turtle Magic truly is a wizard he turned my dream to reality with a tough realism sleeve but there is no job to tough i would recommend him to my closest of friends and many others! Book your Appointment now!!!!!

Very unprofessional customer service. My wife had been trying to get an appointment and was told they cant do anything till after the 19th of August so we booked one for the 22nd and got a msg at 10pm at night 12 hours before our appointment stating they cant do it. She has called numerous times and also maged numerous times with no response. Totally unprofessional in my opinion especially seeing how they only gave us a 12 hour notice.

10 Star review: Just received an amazing piece of artwork from Blake. He was great to work with and understood how special my tattoo was to me. His work space is very clean and organized. All the artists here maintain a very professional art studio. I plan on doing business with this group of artists again in the near future. The prices are great and worth every cent. I hope they keep receiving business and keep this shop going. Its the best one in town I have seen.

Super friendly and professional. Answered my message within a timely manner and worked with me to get a appointment within the timeline I gave. The artistic ability is 10/10, gave me everything I asked for and then some. Comfortable atmosphere in the shop is a plus as well and they nailed it.

Blake did an awesome job! He calmed my nerves before getting my belly button piercing. It was not painful at all, and he included good instructions for aftercare. The shop is very nice, and it’s a welcoming, clean environment. I’m very satisfied with my piercing!

Blake- What a professional! Incredibly easy to talk to and bounce ideas off of. The whole experience was great from start to finish. He was able to work with my ideas so well and he gave me my absolute favorite tattoo of all time! He was even helpful in the after care process when I had a few questions following the appointment. Got my first tattoo done at the shop today and had a great experience! Always a great experience with Kelly. She explains everything really well and her tattoos are always beautiful. Very professional, helpful and understanding. I have now done both a 4 hour and 9 hour session with her and am glad to have found an artist that I can actually trust the work will come out good and how I wanted it to.

Turtle is a pretty great guy, he’s very professional and puts his best in his works. I recommend him 100% anytime you go to Anbu Tattoo Shop. He’s very dedicated, he worked with me and made adjustments through the entire tattoo process.

Very clean environment. Super friendly staff! We walked in, asked if they had any availability & they took us instantly. The artist made sure to show us that he was using brand new, unopened equipment. After he was done, he made sure to put Sani-Derm on the fresh ink and told us to keep it on for a few days! I’ll definitely be going back often!

Known Blake (DP) since 2013. Served a stint at Drum and a tour to Afghanistan with him. Awesome guy, great personality, and an even better artist. I’ve been following his work from his start. Highly recommend!

So far since I been up here I’ve only let turtle do my tattoos. I like his improvisation and freehand work. If you’re going to get anything done I suggest you go with turtlemagictattoos the man is the truth.

Turtle is an amazing artist, he did 2 portraits on my arm & they are so realistic, I always get complimented & asked who did them! If you are looking for realism, black n grey or portraits of any kind he is the one to hit up!
