Lea was awesome! She pierced both my daughters ears and my cartilage! She was so friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well organized.

Website says 10am open and its now 1055am and still is not open very upset because I have a return and need to be at the Drs office in 15 mins and still waiting for them to open!!!!!

Claires has been there for years. I drop in for things sometimes. But I recently took my son to get his ears pierced. It was a lovely experience. And they have many piercing earrings to choose from, as well. They use a small gun for the piercings. And send you home with a solution for your ears so to keep them clean and uninfected. You also get a 20% coupon for that same day, with multiple coupons on the back of the same card for the future. Worth it totally!

I bought a package of snuggie ring size reducers. they were small little pieces of plastic tubing with slits to fit on ring. the price was an unbelievable $8.50 they were worth about .50 cents but i bought them not with high expectation. Well they sucked and did not work at all. i brought them back 2 days later with receipt and they told me too bad no refund and it was not stated anywhere. Thanks Claire.

After waiting about a half hour while the staff chatted with the customer a head of us, she wouldnt pierce my 18 year old sons ears because he didnt have ID even after I said Id sign for him. Wont go back.

Ive gotten my ears pierced from there, and it was no good. I didnt notice any problems during the duration of time as it healed, I thought all was good. When it came time to change my earrings (after waiting the proper amount of time) my ears actually bled. Fast forward four years (literally four years), they still seem to have weird effects. Go to a tattoo place where they use a normal needle!

I got my ear pieced today with Melissa!! She was very professional and very kind. Angelique helped me at check out and also was very professional and nice. These 2 ladies are awesome. Best customer service I’ve seen in awhile.

My 8 year old granddaughter was getting her ears pierced and the girls were very patient with her because naturally she was scared, but they got her through it.

I got my ears pierced here, they pierced my ears unevenly, one too close to my head, another one too far down. If you want to get your ears pierced, PLEASE, get them done somewhere where the employees are not goth and smell like onions.

Went here at noon and yet were not open. The hours say they open at 10:00. The guy at the shop next door told me be called the manager and assistant manager, and no one is there yet. Two hours later.

Walked in three employees no one said hi to us . My girlfriend went to check out instead of asking did we find what we were looking for they chose to talk about what they were getting to eat for lunch . Terrible customer service but she found the earrings she was looking for .

Great stop for my nieces for a Christmas gift!

Were going into Easter weekend and Claires is the only store not opened at the mall. What sense does that make?
