Julissa Miranda did a very excellent job on doing my eyebrows she is very precise with her work and I couldn’t be any happier I was their till after closing and she didn’t rush until everything was perfected , with that being said they walked me to the car making sure I got their safe!

Absolutely amazing shop. Went here to get my belly pierced. Very clean shop, very gentle piercer. They talked me through the whole process, and made sure I was comfortable. Did not shy away from my million questions. Just today I called to ask about long term care and body safe jewlery metals to change my piercing out with. The man on the phone offered me three different websites to choose from if I did not want to buy jewlery from the shop itself. Totally worth the price.

The majority of people there are great. Extremely kind. Their secretary or whatever he does, James, is extremely rude. James would try to talk to you yet turn away and continue dealing with other people when you try to communicate what you want done. Dont bring your child in and expect to sit in the waiting area with you because if your appearance rubs James the wrong way, he will tell you to leave meanwhile letting others leave their children to wait alone in the sitting area. Nice shop, very clean and nice displays. Seems like it could be a decent place without certain peoples presence.

So, I had been putting off getting permanent eyebrows for some time. My sister encouraged me to reach out to Julissa! Best decision I ever made! I’m so very happy with my brows and I haven’t even gone for my “touch up” yet. I have recommended a few people to her that are also happy with their results including my MIL. I’m so happy to not have to pencil in my brows ever again. Julissa is also so down to earth, friendly and funny! Extremely thorough with her mapping and details! Couldn’t ask for a better artist. Also, their staff amazing. I was there a little late and the gentleman that was working the front desk walked me to my car! Exceptional service and quality shop!

I had an appointment with Julissa to get permanent makeup, and I’m so glad I did! She did such an amazing job. She made sure I was comfortable and explained everything she was doing. Everyone in the shop was very friendly and the atmosphere was very chill. Love it here!

If you need somewhere to go for your brows, look no further! Julissa did an absolutely AMAZING job with my brow lamination/tint. She’s super thorough, knowledgeable and the absolute sweetest! I’d highly recommend her to anyone wanting to get their eyebrows done!!

Im not sure what all the bad reviews regarding the piercer are about, maybe this is a different guy, but I stopped in the shop yesterday for a surface tragus piercing & he was AMAZING! Very patient, soft spoken, knowledgeable & friendly. I didnt even know the piercing was done he talked me through it and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Had another sweet guy in the room seeing how everything was done, all the staff were really friendly. Id recommend 🖤 Just to add this guy was the only knowledgeable piercer about surface piercings in the area, every other shop i spoke with either didnt do it or did it with an incorrect bar . Thanks again!

They were absolutely amazing! I got my nose pierced and i was there for not even an hour. The piercer and everyone else there are absolutely so kind, they handled the piercing with care and cleanliness! It was 80 dollars as well including the jewelry! I 100% recommend to anyone wanting a new piercing.

Piercing was expensive and placed completely wrong. After several days of it being incredibly sore and severe bleeding and swelling it had to be removed and repierced by someone else. The initial piercing was also overpriced.

I have gotten three tattoos there so far (left and right triceps and a full leg piece in progress) and the artists are kind. The ink is holding up so far and Genevieve is caring about the clients. She made sure the designs fit my preference and wasnt upset to change some details. The front desk workers are funny and kind as well. I will be doing all my business here from now on while in PA. Had a great experience from the time we walked into the place til we walked out. Brought my daughter for a naval piercing. The piercer Roy was honest and professional for telling us that she is unable to have a naval piercing. She did end up getting her nose pierced and Roy did the best job. Very happy with it and it’s healing amazing too. The girls at the desk were super nice and welcoming along with the apprentice piercer. Thanks guys! We will def be back!

I went to Julissa for PMU brows. All of Town Hall’s staff are friendly and welcoming, and Julissa is no exception. She did an in person consult with me a few days prior to answer all of my questions, and was super prompt in sending me info via Facebook messenger. Throughout my PMU appointment she was amazing - she took her time to get it exactly right, it’s clear she is highly skilled and knowledgeable in what she does. She’s personable, sweet, and thorough in her attention to detail. I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking about PMU.

Went here today for a quick walk-in. Ive been here before and always had good experiences! Today the artist who did my tattoo was Vinnie. He was very professional and informative about everything, and answered all of my questions with knowledge. Very relaxing and clean environment, people are nice, and fair prices. I had a great experience at this place. It was a really easy process and the man who pierced my nose was so kind, funny, and positive. I was really nervous about getting pierced, but he really made the whole experience enjoyable and easy going for me. Don’t remember his name, but I really appreciate his positive and kind attitude!

Literally walked in with a tattoo I found the night before not even sure what I fully wanted or where for that matter and Nathaniel was amazing! I love the work he did!

Fantastic experience every time I have been here. The artists are both friendly and professional. They make sure that you are satisfied with their work before, during, and after. As far as tattoo shops go, its also important to be safe and clean, which they also make a priority!

Walked in for a new ear piercing and they did not disappoint! I was unable to get the piercing I originally wanted due to the structure of my ear, the piercer was very nice to take the time and explain why it would not work and the risks it could cause. He then quickly suggested other piercings I could do based on what I already had. He was super nice and easy going which made the experience 100% better. The waiting area and piercing areas were very clean. They also had a great selection of very nice jewelry! Can’t wait to go back to get another piercing!

Got a piercing and 4 tattoos here. I will say my piercing was amazing (done by Pat) and my tattoos are beautiful (done by Evie). However the desk girl is incredibly rude. She doesnt know how to answer questions and is snarky when she actually could answer. I feel bad because the people I actually worked with were so friendly and amazing. The environment doesnt feel super friendly until youre handing over the money and youre leaving. My sister (17) was told she would be able to get a piercing done as long as she had a parent. The frost desk girl was very rude and told us you need to be 18 with a parent to get the piercing. The new piercer tried getting my sister to get an ear piercing done. We laughed walking out thinking that clearly they dont understand what being an adult means. Ive always felt so awkward going in there but evie made me wanna keep going back.

Done very well and fast! Everyone was very kind. The place itself was very clean.

Went in today with my sister and her friend for piercings. Roy was absolutely wonderful and made the appointment fun. He took the time to make sure we were happy with the placements and adjusted them as needed without issue. My tummy is particularly difficult for a navel piercing after having a baby a year ago but he was patient and I ended up loving it a lot more than I though I would. I would highly recommend Roy and I will being going back to him with my future piercings

My piercer was on vacation, I stopped in here to get my nose piercing changed out for a hoop,( 3 month old piercing) I was barked at with a very condescending tone saying that my nostril was not healed, he also stated that whoever did my nose did it way too high, that a hoop would be massive. Lo and behold I went back to my place and got the hoop and if its just fine.

I called to inquire about nose piercings for my two daughters, who are under the age of 16. The male receptionist that answered the phone was very friendly and professional. I am very hopeful for a positive experience!

I am very impressed with their work. Both times that I have gone,I was able to be seen right away,I am grateful for that because I know it can be hard to book appointments per scheduling. Everyone in there is super friendly,they make sure that you are comfortable with the experience and I will definitely go back. I am also spreading word about their amazing work so other people can have the same experience.

We went for Friday the 13th tattoos. It was our first time there but we were not disappointed! Very friendly service and great artists. Definitely will be back

So much to say… I had my first appointment on 2/5/22 with Evie. The shop is clean, and everything was opened in front of me. My appointment began late, despite my arriving 10 minutes early. She was unable to finish the tattoo in this sitting. During this sitting, we spoke in detail about how I got screwed by tattoo artists in the past. She explained how keeping to her schedule was very important! She scheduled me to return to have my tattoo finished on 2/20/22 @ 12:30. She even wrote it down and gave me a card. I showed up for that appointment and was turned away. She had double booked someone else (after my appointment was already booked) and I got bumped. I drove 40 minutes for the appointment, but apparently this guys money was greener than mine. They offered me a credit towards my tattoo and another appointment that’s a week away. Apparently their time is far more valuable than mine. This is the most expensive tattoo shop I’ve ever been to, I can honestly say that I was expecting far better. I left with 1/2 a tattoo and a poor experience. I returned 2/26/22 and had the tattoo finished. I did get an apology and they honored the credit towards my tattoo. The tattoo looks good and is healing well. Not sure if I’d return after the double booking incident.

The artists here are very professional and have a keen eye for unique and robust work. The staff is also very accommodating and reliable. Honestly, you have to be able to trust the process these artists have to have quality work. I’ve seen some people come in and want some clip art tattooed which they can do but if you are patient the work is extremely rewarding and awning. They will do small pieces and general tattooing but I just want to reiterate if you’re looking for detailed work these artists can create something specific for you. I am immensely thankful and grateful for their kindness and tailoring. Tattooing for me is a form of therapy and I just wanted to share their ability goes way beyond tattooing. Thank you again!

Came across this picture from long ago. I used to be there getting my little cheesy tattoos when I worked at prime trucking. I got my inner ear pierced and asked him to take a picture, and he took a selfie. I just came across this on Instagram. I hope the shop and people survived covid and life. Got my septum piercing done here. Pat was kind and patient. I had some anxiety about it but he had a very chill vibe while he explained what he was doing as he did it. Ill be returning to get my jewelry changed out and if I need anything similarly done in the future. Staff seemed very friendly with everyone who came in.

Best experience ever for my little girls ear piercing. No Claires or Piercing Pagoda can compare. We used them for my older daughter and her piercings are crooked! Wish I knew then what I know now! Clean precise,patient, a true expert Ryan is. Definitely recommend! High end jewelry. Worth every penny.

I do not like the piercer. He would try to sell someones kidney if he could. Seems like that all he was really trying to do. He would talk down any other jewelry for nose rings as novelty jewelry and the ones in his shop are of best quality. I dont know what he did but he was trying to fit a nose ring in my nose. I told him I had just got it done 2 months prior and I was so on pain. Seems like he was going to put a bigger size in my nose and he stretched it out a little. I will never go there again. Im so happy that I got my nose pierced in NY.

Ryan the piercer has always done a great job with me!!!! I went there for both of my nose piercings and re-opening my navel. I go there for my jewelry changes or for new jewelry for the piercings I’ve gotten done by him. The prices for the jewelry are great prices because their grade A. I’ve never had a problem with any of my jewelry from him. Great guy really funny, very clean shop I plan to get my tattoos done there as well in the near future. I’ve had my nose piercing, both for 2 years now and they’re doing fantastic. 5 stars from me!

Go somewhere else where your business is actually wanted. Arrived at 1230 today asking to get a piercing and was told the piercer does not come in until 130. I asked to be added to the list and they said to come back like 5mins before 130 to join the list. I returned at 130 and was told they had no availability till 3pm. When i asked when they opened up the list they said they opened it at 110 as if i wasnt there earlier asking to be put on the waitlist and was told no. So i took the 3pm slot and they said they would call me when they were ready. Luckily I chose to go somewhere else and was pierced before 2:30pm. Because these guys never called me back. Dont even bother wasting your time here. I went to Marcs tattooing and was treated excellent and my business was appreciated.

Everyone there is so amazing. The piercer who did mine and my bestfriends nose explained everything and answered any and all questions we had. He is the type who isnt only for the money but loves what he does and makes you feel so comfortable. I later that night seen two charges on my account but again from the start they explained everything from what could have happened and said if one of the charges didnt drop they would reimburse me. Such a great and friendly place to go.

Vibe was way off in this place. Happily left when I was told my “body wasn’t meant for a naval piercing” Whereas an explanation without my asking may have been more appropriate.

We had a great experience here! We walked in with no appointment and asked to get tattoos done. We were in and out within an hour and a half! Everybody was so pleasant, helpful and friendly. The tattoos were just like we wanted them. There is a $100 minimum fee for walk-in tattoos but they didn’t upcharge us at all and we walked out with complimentary lollipops, pens and hand sanitizer. 10/10 would reccomend!

Got a large back tattoo by Bob Lewis, who is a phenomenal artist! I wanted something kind of specific and he designed and did it so well. I love it! I also went here to Ryan the piercer to get my belly button done which have never given me issues (except for when I used the wrong jewelry and went to him to ask what was wrong, he had me change the ring to one of his and I had no more issues.) I will always go here for any future tattoos or piercings and jewelry.

My 7 year old wanted her ears pierced, this is the only professional place I could find in the area, Pat the piercer was excellent with her, and made sure she was comfortable with everything. Walk-ins only so expect a wait, very clean, definitely worth the money.

Ryan did my industrial and nose piercing. He was awesome. He has a great sense of humor, very kind, gentle, and takes your mind off the pain. He is very sanitary and takes his job very seriously with clients safety. His area is sanitary and clear of clutter which helped me relax I will be going back for future piercings! I recommend him to everyone.

Terrible customer service. Wife and I wanted matching tattoos. We could not make a appointment do to sudden price change wanting 600 dollars for 2 tattoos the size of a 50 cent piece.. we called back yesterday to reschedule and they told us we were delusional and hung up the phone on us. Do NOT GO HERE!

I had my 1st tattoo done. Nathan was the artist. I dont know if he was just being gentle due to it being my first one but very professional and easy.

Pretty upset. Ive gotten my daith done here on both sides. Immediately after it was done he told me he may need to re do it because it wasnt straight. I let it go because the pain was pretty intense and it never healed. I got a keloid on it and was always sore.. ended up taking it out. My sister got her tongue pierced, one side is not straight at all and its been 6 months and its still sore. She went back up and got immediately blamed for jewelry not being of quality and tried to tell her that his was the best. She ended up buying new jewelry and still in pain . Got my belly button done in January, 6 months later its stuck in place every morning and still hurts pretty bad. I showed him and was told its fine and still needs to heal. Im not happy, too many issues. I take care of the piercing (I have piercings from other places that healed fine and fast no issues) at this point I cant blame myself. Just be careful when going, I dont recommend it. He is so quick to blame you or the jewelry and just tell you its fine when its clearly not.

Kay at the front desk is so dependable and hardworking. She makes sure everything is good and goes smooth! Planning tattoos with Victor is easy and a smooth process and I am so excited for the outcome! Good people work here.

I dont remember the blonde girl who did my tattoo August 2. She was very nice and calming during my session. She made sure I was feeling alright throughout. Would go back for another tattoo probably next year. It did take a long time to get back to my session but it allowed me to calm down.

DO NOT GO HERE. They are Most expensive place in WB for jewelry and tattoos. But definitely not the best. BIG Maybe on being higher up there on top 10 in the area. They say you get what you pay for exactly the response expected from sub par service. Even the piercing studio has the smallest jewelry inventory available. Just the attitude alone says it all. After the bad experiences at town hall tattoo, I found triple6tattoos. Bruce is amazing and everyone is friendly and actually experienced. They’ve done more than 25 hours on me and I couldnt be happier. Bruce is a well known/famous artist with tons of magazine coverage. He has the best people in the area in his studio. And actually fairly priced. Town hall tattoo is a joke. If you want quality work from experienced tatto artists at a fair price. Go anywhere but here. Youll end up with an overpriced crayon drawing on your skin. What could you possibly expect from a hole in the wall tattoo shop in back of a dying mall that has 7 stores left in it

If going for a piercing, just save your time and go elsewhere. I cant speak for the tattoos or artists, but my girlfriend wanted a piercing so we arrived at 3pm. People who arrived at 5 were getting in before (Not appointmens, walk ins btw). Finally 6:15pm rolls around, and they take back someone who just showed up. We had to leave so the time spent sitting there was wasted.

Got a tattoo from Vince back in June, and Im going back soon for another one. Great atmosphere, and artists. Ive heard people complain about their prices but considering the high quality of work that you get the prices are very reasonable. Im not going to pay less for a lower quality tattoo from a different shop. Definitely one of the best shops Ive been tattooed in.

I can only speak for the piercer in that I don’t recommend this place at all. He increased the price a nostril piercing and attempted to charge me $105 for the piercing, not including jewelry. I called later and asked for the price of a nostril piercing and it was $70 including cheaper jewelry. He also agreed to help me change my rook jewelry, but read and ignored my messages. Do your research and find any other place.

Lemme tell you, I’ve been to so many places that have let me down. This is first place that the minute I came in to the shop I felt like they knew me. A guy Corey pogue was there killin this tattoo. I didn’t even want interrupt him making magic, so I waited. I went up to him and told him what I wanted. And did he deliver!!!! It was outstanding. He is gonna do my whole back in December!!

Waited for over an hour, he had a smoke brake.Took 10 min for him to do my tattoo.(Paid $206) Was my first tattoo, on a scale from 1-10 Ill give him 6. My first tattoo wasnt as good as I thought it was going to be. The W and R were ok, but the D was WAAY TO SMALL AND WAAAY TO CLOSE from sign, and the circle at the I from family didnt even close, it looks like a C. Screwed me up.(Note: Changed my review)

Piercer loves to hear himself talk. If I could have finished a sentence, or asked a question without getting interrupted, I might go back. I just wanted to buy another earring and have it changed out. That was impossible. I’ll find another shop.

Im a Tattoo Artist without a shop and my Son got his first Tattoo here on Friday and I was very impressed by the way the shop was ran, the caliber of all the Tattoo Artist, The cleanliness of the shop.Great experience, Great Prices.I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to get a great Tattoo or Piercing.

Ryan pierced my daughters ears. He super gentle and great with kids. He stands behind his jewelry and is always available for question. Ryan will pierce lobes of the child is able to ask for it themselves.

Waited for literally over 2 hours for my wife to get a single piercing, there was only 2 girls in line in front of her , how on earth did it take an hour to pierce each one?!? I got so disgusted when they finally finished my wifes I just walked out even though I was supposed to get a piercing after her because lets be honest who knows how long it would have taken, this place is a joke, go elsewhere!

I had 4 small tattoos done by Vince in the last 2 years he was great, clean professional etc. I had a jewelry swap by the piercer don’t recall his name but he was informative and made me feel less uncomfortable. Overall I like the shop.

I called ahead of time to make sure I only needed a parent to get my nose pierced. When I got there she told me I would need an id (I am a minor ) then she lied to us and said its state requirement witch it is not.

I went before the covid-19 hit to get my nose pierced the price was $45 I didnt have the money at the time but I recently wanted to get my nose pierced and the price is now $70 so not really worth it better off finding a another shop or buying the kit and have someone help with it

Went there for a an eyebrow piercing and a second lobe piercing, lost the ball to the eyebrow had to go back charged me $15 and was guaranteed it won’t fall out again, it did, and just checked my second lobe piercing, is still sore and now it’s bleeding and possibly infected, will never ever go there again
