Marc’s never fails at delivering! I will go there again and again. It is SO CLEAN. The staff is so friendly, and helpful. I have been getting piercings from them since they started on Wilkes-Barre Township Blvd, and they always heal flawlessly. Their healing advice is bar none. I’ve been pierced other places and found Marc’s to absolutely stand above the rest. Hayley recently did a tattoo for me and was so sweet! She did an excellent job and I adore how she did my tattoo. It looks like perfection. Taylor recently switched out a piercing for me and gave me such great advice, was exceptionally nice and professional. They are simply the best. 10/10.

Had a great experience here with Taylor & the staff when I ordered a high end jewelry piece for my industrial piercing. They were very professional and worked in close contact with me throughout several fittings and adjustments. I especially appreciated how they worked with the jeweler to make the piece fit my ear perfectly. Will definitely be using them for high end jewelry purchases in the future for all my piercings.

Been going here for a year now and have gotten a lot of tattoos from Melissa and a lot of piercings from Taylor and overall they’re the best! From customer service to making sure you’re comfortable! You will never walk in and feel uncomfortable!

My dad is a 73 year old Marine Vet who has lung, kidney, and liver cancer from agent orange in Vietnam. He only has a short time left and he wanted a tattoo of mine and my boys(his grandsons) signatures so when he is buried in the ground we will always be with him!!! :-( My heart!❤It came out perfect!!! Identical to the paper we signed!!! We are do happy with it!! His 1st tattoo and its perfect!!!!

Went here to get a nostril piercing and mostly talked with Mark and Chris who are extremely polite and professional, Chris did a great job with the piercing and went above and beyond to fill me in on aftercare. Everyone who works at this shop is extremely polite and will make you feel as co.fortable as possible. I 100% recommend this place for all your pirecing and tattoo needs they are just amazing.

Taylor is an excellent piercer with a calm and cool demeanor! She knows her biz and is happy to answer questions, all while ensuring sanitary practice. You couldn’t ask for a more consummate professional.

Marcs Wilkes Barre location is seriously like a second home for me. I started coming here in May 2022 and pretty much have a standing appointment every 3/4 weeks. The staff is amazing, Jon is an amazing piercer and takes great care in his work.I cant say enough good things about Corrine. Shes the only tattoo artist Ive used though the art of everyone else speaks for itself. Her line work is ABSOLUTE PERFECTION, I constantly get compliments on the artwork. She is amazing, great to work with, puts you in the drivers seat the whole time. Definitely cannot give them all enough praise.The shop is always neat and tidy, cases look clean, always something good on to watch while youre getting checked in.

Always a pleasant experience. Ive had several tattoos done by Jarid, and I love them all. Today we brought my 11 year old daughter in to have her ears pierced by Jon. She was nervous but he totally set her mind at ease. He is very professional and friendly, he took the time to explain everything he was doing. I am so glad we chose to take her to Marcs. Their shop is spotless and their entire team is a pleasure to work with.

They were able to get me in for a piercing the same day I called which was wonderful.The gentleman at the front desk was polite and helpful.The piercer, Jon, was super polite, professional and informative. He explained what he was doing as he was preparing to pierce, and answered all my questions.The whole shop was nicely put together and very clean. My only complaint would be that the TV had on a program showing animals in danger/dead. I know this won’t bother everyone, but, for me it seemed unnecessary.Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning!

I have now had two piercings done by Jon in the Wilkes-Barre location. He is very professional and clean. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get a new piercing! Very friendly staff and answers any questions you have.

I went to get a navel piercing there & it was great! They were super clean & I am in love with the piercing! It’s very straight & hardly hurts. If you want to get your belly button pierced, this is the place! John was very calming & walked me through the whole thing, I was very nervous & he helped me through it. 100% recommend!

I just got my nose pierced here today by John & I will definitely be back. He was very professional, extremely knowledgable & easy to get along with. The shop overall has good vibes & the staff is super friendly and polite, which is hard to find in most parlors. The prices are decent & the quality of the work is superb. My new favorite go-to tattoo shop!

Love Marcs. Jon is a fabulous piercer. The shop is beautiful and everyone is friendly. Got my nose pierced. Called and made an appointment for the same day. Extremely happy with my piercing.

I’ve been here twice so far. Once for a naval piercing and then today for nipple piercings. Both times I have been there, the piercer Jon has made the experience as relaxed and unnerving as possible. He walks you through every step of the piercings before he even does it. It’s such an awesome atmosphere, and the people that work there are amazing. Even the gentleman at the desk was polite and very professional when I called before hand and when I came in. Very nice. I will be coming here for all of my future piercings and tattoos.

Had a piercing done recently and would 110% come here again. The employees were all knowledgeable, replied quickly to my emails. and the shop was doctors-office clean. The piercer made me feel comfortable (even though I was terrified) and totally knew what he was doing. I’ll definitely be coming back for a tattoo.

Loved getting my tattoo here. Really nice people who do quality work for a great price. Vinnie was an amazing artist, who my wife knew from highschool. He was extremely gentle in the Tattooing process that at one point I think I forgot I was even getting a tattoo. Would definitely go back.

Have had 4+ sittings at Marcs 315 in W-B with Dani and she is AMAZING! My husband got his ink done by Andrew at the same location and he did amazing work as well. Super clean, super nice, super friendly and amazing work! I get compliments on my ink constantly...so much that I have to carry their business cards around to hand out when I get asked!

Jon is an amazing piercer! Very professional and made the whole experience a breeze! He explained everything he was doing and my cartilage piercing looks awesome.

I really like their work. I only go here. I am only giving it a 4 star because the last tattoo I got, you can easily point out the multiple mistakes she made. I had to get it touched up in a month, which seeing as my other tattoos didnt need to be touched up for almost a year, bothered me.

I got my septum pierced by Jon, it was a very nice experience! He is very polite and I like the way he explained everything to me.

Great place with a clean and friendly environment. Any kind of tattooing is an experience and Jarid was awesome both times I went to him. Also always happy to talk Aliens and horror movies with him.

PSA: DO NOT get any sort of piercing at Marc’s Tattooing on 315. I went there to get my tragus pierced and 2 days after the entire earring got lodged Into my ear (I panicked and pushed it back through by myself and almost passed out). The piercer then gave me a larger front stone to put on to make sure it didn’t pull in again and i hated it cause it wasn’t what i wanted (and ugly lol) and I went back a month later to see what else we can do and he said just leave it but i hated it because it wasn’t what i originally wanted. I then went to a different piercer at a different location and was told that the earring I originally had in my ear was actually a nose ring! They aren’t made to be put into ears the way they are shaped. So needless to say I got fixed up by this new piercer and got something I actually wanted. When I called Marc’s to see if they could give me some sort of refund or let me pick out a different earring for something else he refused and said “that’s the one you picked out, we don’t give refunds”. I’ve never got a tragus or a nose piercing prior to this so how would I know the difference? He should have guided me in the right direction!! The color of the stone also faded a little from the time I purchased it which was only about a month ago, so I believe the brand of jewelry they advertise there is a knock off. I’m just saying, this guy completely ripped me off and was no help to me at all even after I told him the situation. So at all costs avoid Marc’s for ANY piercings!!

Very impressed with how kind and considerate the staff was. It was my first piercing in a tattoo shop, and my artist walked me through the whole process, making me feel very comfortable. Will be returning in the future.

I’ve had 2 done here. The first one about 7 years ago. Which still looks amazing. And the other about 3 years ago. I would never go anywhere else. Clean. Professional. Talented artist. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.Headed back for #3

Laid back and comfortable staff, good at what they do.I got an industrial for my first piercing with them. Set me up, everything done nice and cleanly.

Jon was awesome , I got a double nostril piercing and he was super quick and precise. He talked me through everything.

The absolute worst customer service. BE SMART AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! CUSTOMER HAPPINESS MEANS NOTHING TO MARCS!!! Changed my review - credit card dispute went in my favor so I can use the $s to repair the damage they did.

The work here is second rate. My wife and I spent $800 on a tattoo that was starting to fade inside a year. In talking to other ppl they told me that they were told to EXPECT this and they would HAVE to get it touched in the first six months and at least once every two years!I have seen 20 year old tattoos that look better the one year old tattoo from here. Lucky for me they didnt screw up the design of the tattoo but I know two ppl that they misspelled NAMES on theirs.STAY AWAY!Also to be noted when I posted this same review on Yelp I was notified that it was taken down at the businesss request so they are actively banning bad reviews on social media.

Want to make a permanent mark somewhere on your body that represents something you like, something that reminds you of whatever or a multiple of other wants and needs that will cost you a period of time and money ... rest assured this is PERMANENT so before you take the plunge take heed to the following...Make sure that you want to do this and for GOOD reason..Make sure what it is and where you want it is the BEST decision ever...DONT RuSH into this and take your TIME...Make sure you can afford it and make sure the place where your going is the best place for You and they only way for you to figure this out is to research the Tattoo Parlors within a 50 mile radius or wait for a local Tattoo Convention in your State or nearby ones so that you can see other work that will meet your criteria, ask alot of questions about everything and anything...if they cant be bothered move on... Im sure you get the guist because this is again PERMANENT and so that you understand this the bigger they are the harder they will be to redo it or cover it up...any more questions please ask...

All I wanted was a name covered up on my forearm. Was told its against policy. Tried to upsell me with flowers tattoo. What a joke. A cover up is a cover up. Must not need business here. On to a real tattoo parlor I guess.
