Dia helped out with picking my jewelry! Definitely had amazing customer service!!

Online it shows that the store closes at 9pm I get there at 650pm and the girl that was closing had an attitude for some reason and said she was closing early because the mall was closing. When I asked if she could do one piercing she looked at me like I had 5 heads and with a snarl said Im closed! Being in customer service you need to learn to speak to people in a polite manner unless they start off nasty. I didnt start with an attitude and Im ashamed for that store, while i was walking away with my wife i told my wife well online it said they closed at 9 and the lady at the counter came out with a smart remark and attitude and i snapped back at her telling her i wasnt talking to you i was talking to my wife so calm your attitude down and she kept on. I walked away, i hope she can learn something, Courtesy Professionalism and Respect goes a long way...

Best experience today we came in to get my 13 year old daughter her helix done and we had 2 amazing employees Trinity and Todd they were super patient with us and extremely helpful. Ty so much for making the experience way better then the last 2 times I went.. I highly recommend them if you go

I got my 6 month old’s ears pierced with Adrianna. She was super sweet and knowledgeable. I was very nervous and she made the process comfortable and quick.
