Betsy assisted us we our 6 month old and done an amazing job and they also do follow up appointments just to make sure everything is going good with the baby piercing and thats another plus I highly recommend

We came with my son Antwan to do an exchange. Antwan didnt have any of his receipt for the purchase that was 2 weeks ago. He made the purchase under his friends account.Jasmine was here the day he came to make the purchase and my son said she was helpful then so he wanted her to help him this time.Jasmine remembered him and remembered helping him. She even remember what he purchased and where the replacements were.She helped us with the exchange and even assisted me in updating my name which was misspelled. 😂We will continue to be loyal customers and we appreciate Jasmine.

Than when I had to make an exchange she and Haley both were phenomenal women . Who both helped me with smiles , and than I purchased myself something as well and they helped me again... Banter is the place to go for jewelry and very affordable prices.

Bailey is always so nice to me as well and takes very good care of me when I have an issue with anything ! I come back because of them and their excellent customer service go see them .

Hayley is the best everything! She gave great customer service, gave me details about coupons, and informed me about the different warranties that come with the jewelry. She was also very sweet and sent me home with a ring that is to die for! 10/10

Luv luv luv this place the lady was so niceeee, and she talked me through the whole piercing process didn’t even feel much, would definitely recommend this place and they automatically add an after care spray to your bill and give it to you, pierced my cartilage on Saturday it’s now Monday haven’t had any problems with it since then.

Got my both of my ears pierced today and I was worried it would hurt a lot, but it only stung for a second. The lady was super nice and calmed me down.

I went to get my ears re-pierced and she was very educated on what she was doing, said she’s been doing this for 30 years and was quick straight forward and helpful, overall great experience and kind worker !!!
