Andrea did an amazing job on our tattoos. We also got some piercings while there. Everyone was extremely clean and careful.

Piercer was low on patience when working with my teenager. Piercing was crooked and we were told it would look that way for a little while due to immediate swelling we waiting for over a week and it was still crooked so we had her take it out so it could heal and we could try again some where else. Not a great experience at all.

I have 2 stars because my daughters nose ring was not in the right place had to go back the 2nd day to get her re pierced... but they made it right... but as a business it should have been done right the first time

I have gotten all my piercings done by Josh! Very professional, very clean, talked to me about the proper after piercing care, he even made me a custom industrial bar! Def will be coming back and seeing him. All the staff was friendly and welcoming and you can tell they all take pride in their work! Highly recommend Earths Edge for all your piercing/tattoo needs!!!!

Went here to have my nipples pierced and was my first time at this particular shop and when I tell you Josh is one heck of a piercer, you can take that to the bank as I now have over 12 piercings done and will always be returning here from this day forward. Josh was professional and super quick with my appointment. Couldn’t have gotten any better. 5 stars!

I went here to simply get jewelry taken out of my ear (old piercing my body was rejecting, not pierced here). The piercer removed it, but when I asked if he could put something on it to sanitize he would not, saying its his own supply. I assume he WOULD use sanitizing green soap or other if I was receiving a piercing (lets hope). I still am a paying customer and I dont see why he couldnt use a little squirt of his personal supply on me. Honestly the vibe was weird and the interraction was very off-putting. I would not reccomend using Earths Edge for piercings or jewelry removal. I wish I gave my money to someone other than this person at this tense-feeling, up-tight place.

My first piercing since my ears were pierced as a child. Good customer service. Everything was done in a decent and timely manner. It went well and my nose piercing is doing very well. Im very glad that I went there. Good price and the jewelry was a little better quality/more options than what Ive seen at other places I checked out.

My husband and I were able toGet in last minute for a couple small tattoos. Don did a fantastic job and was more than welcoming. We liked him so much we booked the following Friday for another one for each of us to have old tattoos brough back to life. Again did a great job. Highly recommend

I got my Ashley piercing done here today, the shop is very clean and very well presented on the inside, the pierce was very sterile and made sure I liked the placement before piercing me. He was very quick and made it as painless as possible and made sure to give me good tips to help with the swelling! I had no appointment and I was seen in an extremely timely manner! Also the price was very affordable compared to most places I checked! I highly recommend!

Went in the other day for a nose piercing and Aaron did an amazing job. Super friendly and a dope dude to be around and everyone else was nice as well. The piercing itself is healing awesome, the people who have negative after effects likely don’t care of it properly but my experience was great!

EDIT: Two more piercings later, be careful who you let pierce you. My first experience was great, and since then Ive gotten two sets of asymmetrical piercings. When Ive asked for placement to be re-marked, I got told theyre sisters, not twins. Seems off to me - your body art is worth the 5 extra minutes it would take to get that placement as accurate as possible. Even after correcting placement, the piercings themselves still came out crooked and not quite how I wanted them. Ive just learned to be okay with them and embrace them as imperfectly perfect. Nobody wants to sit through a repiercing when the first one didnt go right 🤷‍♀️ I was recommending this place to a lot of people at my work, but I dont feel right doing that anymore.-Original review - Got a tragus piercing here, and Ill be back! Bro was super nice and efficient, and the environment is neat and clean. The healing has been soooo smooth, and getting the piercing done correctly in the first place is half the battle! 100% would recommend.

I came in as a walk-in, and the gentleman who came to the counter was very kind. He went to see if his artist, Jen, was available. Jen was so sweet, and had good input for how she would customise my tattoo. The shop was very clean and the mood was so chill. Whilst I dont have gauges or anything like that, their jewelry counter was well stocked with much to choose from. As I waited for my turn, the gentleman at the counter helped two more folks who had come in. Again, he was very attentive and kind. I plan on getting another piece done, and will definitely be returning to EE!

Wonderful staff and super chill enviorment! Place makes you feel right at home. Jennifer is amazing and so sweet, she did a beautiful job on my cherry blossom tattoo. If your looking for floral pieces Jennifer is the one to call!!! Love her! Xx(Edit) Went back since and got a beautiful scorpio moon piece incorporated between the cherry blossoms. Im so very happy with the results! Jennifer was very patient when it came to placement and making sure it was how I wanted it. The red ink for the moon came out so vibrant and lovely too, which was just the cherry on top of a super sweet perfect sundae!

I got another small tat there and was very impressed with how clean everything was. Very nice place and I will go back for more in the future.

Got my first nose piercing here at 15!! Im 29 now and same guy who did it then did my new piercing today! Great place and very sanitary! Prices are awesome

Went in for my second lobe piercings. The man there seemed bothered by having customers, lol. Which, I understand not having fun at your job, but it was a bit weird when he wouldnt explain the aftercare of the piercing to me until another customer was ready to be given the same spiel cause he didnt feel like saying it twice... so I just... stood there awkwardly... anyway, thats not the reason for the three stars!*After* I got my piercings, I read other reviews saying the jewelry used for piercing is larger than necessary, or sometimes just incorrect for the type of piercing. Im not that knowledgeable and figured mine were fine. But after I changed the jewelry to these lovely gold studs after the healing period, I understand now the bar was probably too thick? Three stars because I could be wrong, its just my suspicion based on what happened to me, and some other reviews.Yeah, the gold stud got imbedded in the hole in my lobe overnight, had to get it out, it bled a bunch (for an earlobe), and is now sore, tender, swollen, and slightly hard!I will say that the atmosphere is better than other piercing studios Ive been to. Nice waiting area.Edit: can confirm, after accompanying my friend to a different piercer, they used much smaller jewelry.

I got my Industrial done tonight and the price was amazing! I paid 30$ and Josh was super friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. He instantly put me at ease. Definitely recommend them and WILL be going back for all my piercing and tattoo needs!!

Amazed at the whole experience! My artist Sarah did a fantastic job, and all I gave her was a bunch pictures of what I wanted and she created the perfect piece! The whole place was super clean and everyone was very professional! If you are looking to get a tattoo or piercing I would highly recommend giving them a chance! Im confident that you will not regret it!

Great experience. I arrived as a walk-in without an appointment and they were still able to get me in pretty quickly. Reasonable pricing. Enjoyed the personality of the staff and the professionalism of my piercer. Will definitely go back when Im ready for my next piercings.

I got my septum pierced by Josh on 9/26 and after noticed it was crooked. I was told it was just immediate swelling and that it would decrease within a couple days, even 3 days maximum. I was a bit skeptical due to how crooked it did look. Due to that feeling I went to another shop on 10/1 and was told it was pierced completely wrong/crooked. They advised me to take it out, let it heal, and try again somewhere else in 2-3 months. Unless you want a crooked piercing and $40 down the drain I suggest another shop. Very disappointed.

DON’T COME HERE!!! Staff was beyond rude. Unprofessional. Will NEVER come here. Want to be treated with respect? This is not the place for you. As I was being disrespected by Josh, the other dude was being disrespectful to a lady at the counter telling her she doesn’t know what she’s talking about. Josh and the other guy both ganged up on me!

Robert did a sugar skull tattoo about 10 years ago and it still looks fresh. I get so many compliments on it. He did a great job.

My grandmother and I came in to get our second holes in our lobes pierced together, Josh did an amazing job! He is so nice and does things perfectly and is a professional! Definitely go see him for every piercing need!

Im getting my tat re-done there, made an appointment for s few weeks. I finally got my half sleeve redone by Sarah Lacy. She did a fantastic job. It looked better than the original ink did. I very highly recommend her. No one else will ever ink me again shes my artist for life from here on out.

Piercings was too small and I asked him if he was sure that’s big enough and I felt it was off after they went in and was told it just take time to get used to them after a couple of days the piercings caused damage to my bottom lip and I had to take them back out

Earths edge is professional, respectful, clean, friendly, and if I could give more stars I would. Robert is the man, and made my experience 100/10. He listened and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. In my opinion Robert went above and beyond for my specific request, and I’m so very grateful he was able to help me with it. I’ll only go to him moving forward.

Got my first tattoo here. I had it customized by one of the artist. I emailed him what I wanted and how I wanted it and he altered it exactly the way I wanted my tattoo. He was very patient with me when I had to cancel my appointment with him twice. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful and informative. The place is clean and theres a lot of art to look at to give you ideas on what you want for your next tattoo or piercing. Each artist has their own style and they really listen to what you want. I highly recommend this place. They really know what they are doing. I will definitely go back there before going anywhere else

I love Sarah she is the sweetest most down to earth person. My adrenaline was pumping, and she relaxed me. Best clean lines, no blow outs, she is a great artist. Will work with anyone on what she creates. Always listens close to what you want. One of my good friend recommended her, and Im so happy she did. Thank you Sarah I love my tattoo!!!!

Every time I have gone to earths edge they have always been professional and helpful. Every artist has their own specialty and can accommodate to your needs and desires for your work of art. Every artist is professional and helpful and if they cannot fulfill your dream tattoo they will direct you to the best one for the style youre looking for! They do not disappoint! 12 out of 10 would recommend!!

I recently got my first tattoo here and could not have been more pleased with the experience. I am such a baby when it comes to pain but the staff were amazing and made me feel really taken care of. I have also been pierced here and had a great experience then too! I would highly recommend going here if you like artists and piercers who are passionate about/take pride in their work!

We went as a group with the expectation there would be at least two probably 3 to be serviced. Unfortunately they man turned our third party away, and told her she could come back like almost 2 hours later. We declined to wait since all our dollars didnt matter and the party of 4 with 3 to be pierced was already there. The piercer had a hard time getting piercing pieces into position and aligned, actually watched it slipped while in his grasp at least three occasion before he was able to properly have it adjusted to do such. Looked amateur to us. Not the most friendly, welcoming group of guys. Their rapport and customer service is subpar to say the least

Everytime we have gone in for a consultation we have been told someone was coming out to talk and price our piece. We then sat there for 20 min and watched the artist come out and get someone and take them back to tattoo. We ask another artist walking past if he could look at them and price them and he told us, the other artist is better than me, she will take a look at it?! Very strange!

My girlfriend got her cartilage pierced here. I have to say as bad as a rep tattoo parlor get this place was great! The people here took their job seriously and 110% knew what they were doing. From checking 2 ID and giving you a run down on how to take care of it. From just a friendly customer service. This Guy named Josh did it. He did great!! Very sanatized and safe!! If your looking for a piercing come here first! Good deals!! And good people!

I came here for two piercings on my forward helix. The piercer was very friendly, helpful with selecting jewelry, and the environment was clean, but the one of the earrings fell out two days after having it pierced. This has never happened with any piercings I have gotten elsewhere. Very disappointing!

For the last few years Ive gone here and Shane has done my last 7 tattoos and each one of them has been awesome. Everyone in the shop is friendly. The shop is very comfortable. They definitely have my patronage.

Years ago, I took my mom here for here for her first tattoo and she loved them then. I went to get my daith pierced 3/17. Joshua did my piercing. He was amazing. He told me it wouldnt hurt, and he was right. It was just a lot of pressure. The piercing itself took no more than 2 minutes. I would recommend this place to others.

Beware. I had my tragus jewelry changed out yesterday, and the posts are too long. The piercer knew this when he changed them and said nothing because he knew they don’t carry the shorter post. I realized it last night and came back first thing today to have it fixed. That’s when I find out they have to order the right post and want to charge me for it. Great way to have someone pay for a service and then PAY AGAIN to fix it. Beware.

Tattoo artists are amazing! Been there for all of my tattoos currently and have never had an issue. I have only been here for 1 piercing and it was my septum, it is insanely crooked and needs to be redone at another shop. Will definitely recommend for tattoos to others though!

It’s was my first time going and I was excited to get my belly pierced. So, when he pierced it was pierced too deep into my stomach and pierced a little off to the side which made it Look Crooked I came back and I told him nicely that I didn’t like the piercing if I could at least get part of my money back and he said it wasn’t his fault and no I couldn’t get none of my money back. ):

I came in to get my nose screw jewelry put back into my nostril piercing after it fell out. The piercer was very kind and quick, however he broke my placeholder jewelry when he took it out! The titanium hoop I had in was expensive and now I have to go buy a new one :(

Josh is amazing I didn’t feel a thing with my Tragus piercings!! I love it so much I’m thinking about my next one!! He did my left and right tragus and I swear I made myself more nervous than it actually felt because I felt no pain only pressure!! And he did them both in 10 minutes or less!! Thank you Josh!!

DO NOT GO HERE. I got my nose piercing here and they did not advise me to get a stud instead of a hoop, which was a huge mistake. Studs allow drainage which hoops do not. A couple of days after I got my nose pierced, a large red bump arose on my nose which later developed to be more of a peach skin color. When I went back to my piercer, he told me it was a keloid. This in fact was not the case. I had to go to a piercer in Charlotte which told me it was an wound and got it all cleared it up. These piercers don’t care about their customers, they simply want to get paid and that’s it. Please go somewhere else that actually care about their customers and their healing process.

My second home. Best guys in town Robert Frazier has been tattooing my husband and I for almost 8 years. Started tattooing oyr son and Josh has been piercing us and our kids for years now as well. Professional, clean and all around top notch place to be.

I just got my septum and both nipples pierced, and I have nothing but great things to say! I’ve recommended several of my friends now, because not only are their prices great, but the environment is clean and professional! Would totally come here for your piercings!

Will never return OR recommend this location ever. I have to live forever with errors/mistakes to work I had done that ALSO went over tattoos I already have covering part of it up. I have no confidence in the work I had done on my arm. Ridiculous!

Piercers are very condescending. i’ve had over 18 piercings from shops all over NC and have never had an infection or bad experience but left here with cheap oversized jewelry (far more then was needed to accommodate swelling) ultimately leading to infection/scaring. I’d recommend a self piercing kit from amazon before i recommend Earths Edge to anyone.

Experienced and professional. These people complaining about tattoos fading must not understand that like anything else, they require maintenance. You don’t complain about your new car getting dirty after awhile. You wash it. I’ve always had a great experience here.

GOT MY SEPTUM PIERCED CROOKED!!!!!Do not go here for piercings.Went to get my septum pierced today and it went horribly. Didn’t even get a count down and I nearly passed out. But that’s mainly probably because it was pierced super crooked and incorrectly. The guy said it was just from swelling but I could literally see where the jewelry should’ve come out of my nose on the right side and it was way too far back and wasn’t up for enough like the left side. I had to take it out and I know I won’t be getting refund which is cool I’ll go somewhere else in 2 months and have it done correctly.

In response to there reply to my other review under the name pretty m there were two people there and neither wanted to SPEAK TO US!! one was doing nothing and the other was cutting something the size of a piece a paper and all we did was ask could they tell us where some examples were and we would go look for ourselves that only requires a voice! how hard is that?? And If he was so busy once I told my fiance we would go to another shop why did he run out the shop after us to shout profanities at us? So once again dont get me wrong I have over 60 tattoos and understand the tattoo shop isnt like a church or anything lol so your kinda free to have a great time but also remember its a business....

Nice visit at first, the piercer was very clean and professional - until I found out that he was not versed in piercing correctly. I went and had another tattoo/piercing parlor check on the status of my piercing (tragus) and was told that the piercing was done incorrectly. That it was pierced too shallow and close to the edge of the tragus. Very clean people but inexperienced with piercings apparently. Waste of money!

I love Earths edge Jon story is the absolute best. The shop is always kept nice and clean, The staff is always there to help if you need anything very quickly to set you up an appointment if you need one.

The food is as authentic as it possibly can be and they made it exactly the way I wanted it, something some places won’t do.

Dont listen the the bad review Taylor gave! I went to earths edge on my 18th birthday and got a tattoo on my side. The guy that did mine also does my dads tattoos and he had movies playing. And in my personal opinion. The movie playing helps take your mind off the pain. And my tattoo turned out great so I knew that he knew what he was doing. Will most definitely go back for my next tattoo.

Very professional! Went to see josh and got a double nose piercing and my earlobes! He was very thorough, professional and friendly. My peiricing didn’t even hurt! 10/10 would recommend thanks guys!!!

Came here to get my Ashley pierced (lip piercing) piercer never bothered to ask me if I liked the placement of where it was going to be never explained how I should care for literally nothing I was shocked . I then went to buy the replacement jewelry bc the bar was too long after swelling went down and the one they gave me was way to small and they didn’t do nothing about it. 0/10

Went there today to get nose piercing changed out. Very disappointed. No knowledge and had no idea what to do but told me to comeback Monday and someone would be able to figure out how to “bend” the jewelry to fit my piercing. Thought it is pretty simple but I guess not. Would not recommend

I got my tongue pierced here and it had cool decor and nice people. Very professional and my tongue looks great after a week, they give you great advice on care.

My dad got his ears pierced & the needle artist did an amazing job. This is the best place in town for tattoos, piercing etc. I highly recommend it if your in the market.

My experience with a guy doing tattoos in my living room was better than at Earths Edge. If the guy doing your tattoo does nothing but watch the T.V while doing your tattoo, get your money back and go to someone who knows what theyre doing!

I got my septum pierced and it was severely crocked. He told me it was because of the swelling. But after the swelling went down it still ended up being obviously crocked. Kinda bummed, but hey.
