DO NOT USE MARIETTA PLASTIC SURGERY. HORRIBLE DOCTORS, DEHUMANIZING AND UNCARING PRACTICES. They truly have absolutely no care for the final product of what they produce. They just want your money.Dr. Hanna butchered my breast reduction. He offered to do repairs on one oversized breast but not the butchered breast with ruined areola, misshapen breast, and hard places in my breast where he reopened me.I had had a hematoma in the left breast which got big, hard and painful. He said I should ignore it and it would eventually go away, getting upset with me for even bringing it up, saying angrily You just wont be happy unless I do another surgery! His staff came behind him and quietly let me know I definitely needed the surgery and they removed 500 ml of blood!I had 2 more follow up appointments for my drain and they never checked my breasts and they forgot and left in painful stitches for 3 months, leaving more scars and pain. I thought they left it there for a purpose.Then I was told if I wanted that one bigger breast fixed, I would not have to pay for the surgeon (who botched it), but would have to PAY AGAIN (after paying 14k) for the facilities and anesthesiologist for them to fix their mistakes. They quoted me 2000.00. I said I shouldnt have to pay anything since their Dr botched it and they havent called me back since.I am getting a lawyer for negligence and find a GOOD surgeon who can repair what he botched.

I came into the office wanting to see what could be done about my loose skin since I have lost over a 100lb. The skin has been pulling on my lower back for months and the pain is excruciating. The staff other than the Doctor was very nice but kind of pushy. When the doctor came in to have the consultation with me he didn’t have much bedside manner. I am quite young (24) but I felt as though he didn’t take me seriously. I felt like just a piece of skin for him to cut open. I will be looking for other opinions.

Everyone was so nice. Natalie was pretty amazing and I really liked how gentle and knowledgeable she is. I am very happy with my results from my Botox and filler. I highly recommend.

I have had great customer experience every time that I have interacted with doctors and staff at MPS. I loved my Diamond Glow Facial with Tonya in the Woodstock Location. She talked with me about my skincare and what was working/could be improved on. So far my skin has been tighter and acne clearer in just a few days after the Diamond Glow facial.Dr.McNeel has also been informative for procedures and has a strong reputation in the Canton/Woodstock community. Tammy the patient coordinator is always willing to listen and talk to me as well.

Excellent experience with my surgical procedures. Dr. McNeel and his amazing staff make you feel very confident and at ease throughout the process, especially surgery day. His surgical nurses (shout out to ESPECIALLY Alex! She was incredible!) and staff are AWESOME! FROM painless IVs (the nurse anesthetist is SKILLED!!) to the transition of coming out of surgery and anesthesia with ZERO nausea, which is usually a problem for me in the past...they work like a well oiled machine!! I highly recommend this practice...you will be in expert and professional hands!

If you are considering breast augmentation, you definitely want Dr McNeel of Marietta Plastic Surgery!I did a ton of research on breast augmentation, using sites such as Real Self & learning about over VS under the muscle, & the newer “dual plane” technique.Many of the photos I saw online frightened me. The results looked so unnatural! I wanted smaller implants & a very soft and natural look. My favorite photos were of women who had the newer dual plane technique.It was a surprise & delight to find out that two of my friends, one who had her implant changed for new ones, & one who had breast reduction, a breast lift, & a little bit of augmentation, were both patients of Dr McNeel. Both of them have such natural looking results, but I instantly knew that he was my guy and MPS was the place to go.My former career was in the medical field. So when I tell you that the care & service and communication was THE BEST I HAVE EVER RECEIVED, believe it!Dueing the initial surgical consult, I was allowed to try on different sizes of augmentation in a sports bra to decide what size I was comfortable with. The patient education showed me pre-surgery, two weeks after surgery, three months after surgery, & six months after surgery. The photos online never show this! You get to see how the breasts will likely look once they have settled in! The photos online are usually only two weeks after surgery and nothing else! That’s why they didn’t look natural to me!All of my medication’s were called into my pharmacy two weeks in advance. No rushing around just before the surgery to try to fill anything, or having to wait in a car after the procedure. They prepare you for success!The instructions they give you are clear, concise, and not confusing! That’s a first in my experience in the medical field! They always answer the phone, a nurse practitioner or physicians assistant calls you back very quickly to answer any questions you have, if you don’t manage to get them at the moment you call Marietta Plastic Surgery.I had my breast augmentation done October 3, 2023. I only used a little bit of pain medication, Tylenol three with codeine, for the first two days. Then I didn’t need it at all!After about two weeks, I let some of my female friends know about my breast augmentation & they of course they wanted to see my new breasts.Even just two weeks after the surgery, they were astounded at how natural they look and how perfectly they fit my body. The technique that Dr. McNeel used (dual plane, 225 cc Mentor silicone for my 5’ tall, 95 pound body) not only gave me very minimal bruising, which was gone within about five days, but my own breast tissue is over the bottom 1/3 of the implant & they look soft with round curvature at the bottom, full & very natural. And they haven’t even finished Healing & softening yet!Also, all of the surgical staff that I met with before the procedure encouraged me to bring in photographs of breast implant results that I liked. So I walked in with two pages, approximately eight or nine different breast implant procedures on other people I had found on other websites.Dr McNeel quickly identified one photo set of “before & after” where the lady was similar to me & let me know that her “look” was closest to my predicted end result, with normal variances, of course.Ladies, I have wanted breast implants for six or seven years. I did an entire years worth of research. And I scored a home run with Dr. McNeil & Marietta Plastic Surgery. I cannot encourage you enough to go see Dr. McNeel and make him your surgeon.Also, three of my friend asked for his contact information. I hope that they go to see him and be as happy as I am with their desired breast augmentation.I am a “very fit” person by most peoples’ standards. I have low body fat and lean muscle, BUT I WAS NEVER HAPPY with my breasts or my upper body “profile.” With my “new girls,” I felt so confident and beautiful!Call Dr McNeed at MPS - don’t wait to feel confident & beautiful.

I went for a consultation yesterday and had an amazing experience. The office feels more like a spa and the staff make you feel very relaxed. Dr. Hanna and nurse Alex were extremely personable and answered all my questions. I was in and out in 30 minutes including scheduling surgery!!Update : I went in today to be educated on Botox and fillers. They were very patient, explained everything thoroughly and made excellent recommendations. I am very happy with the results and will be a regular patient!!

I hate to leave a bad review, but I would want to know this occurred if I were considering Marietta Plastic Surgery for cosmetic injections. I came here for Dysport injections and ended up with a lopsided smile. I understand that first-time injections with a new patient can be a learning experience, but over the years I have had about 5-6 people do first-time Botox or Dysport injections in my face, and this is the first time I have had an issue.I would have loved to give the injector another chance, and even scheduled a follow-up appointment for her to see my face and either fix it then or take note about what to do next time. But when I got to the appointment, I wound up waiting 30+ minutes in an exam room without being seen. I asked what the delay was, and I was told that she was with another patient. I don’t know if they just had a scheduling error or what, but I was there on my lunch break and finally decided to leave because I couldn’t wait any longer. I expect this is an unusual occurrence, otherwise they wouldn’t have such good reviews, but it left a bad taste in my mouth, and I prefer to take my business elsewhere.

I have really enjoyed the experience at the office and the dr .’s and all of their staffMy only advice is to lower their Botox prices. Many other places, offer Botox for $8 per unit and Dysport only $4 but yet Marietta plastic surgery charges much higher , if they can offer a more competitive prices, I would definitely recommend them

Love the staff and PA-C Natalie!! She is sooo great and really knows what she is doing with fillers. It’s important for me to feel comfortable and I can’t say enough about her and how kind and skilled she is. I have consulted with and have had fillers from the doctors there as well and they are great too! Overall just great!

Love Love Natalie. This was my first time here and I’m so happy I went. Natalie took her time with me listening to my concerns. She was extremely efficient and super sweet. I walked out feeling great and my lips already look amazing. The Doctors and staff members were so nice and inviting. I have not had my surgery yet but they have answered all I have had questions and request for. Do not recommend. I’ve had 2 surgeries here. One breast augmentation, and one tummy tuck. Took over a year to heal from the tummy tuck, and my scar is horrendous.

I have been a MPS “patient” and breast cancer survivor since 2015. I had another breast revision surgery 6/19/23. I’ve had all my breast reconstruction & revision surgeries, liposuction surgery, breast tattooing and eyebrows done here.Side Note: KRISTIN did an AMAZING job on my breast tattoos and eyebrows!The surgeries were done by the BEST SURGEON in town, DR. HANNA!Dr. Hanna is phenomenal at his craft and is a really cool, down-to-earth person! He makes all of his patients feel comfortable and confident. I told him I’ve been around 8 years and he is never getting rid of me! The MPS staff is also wonderful!!

I had an excellent experience end to end starting with the consult. Dr. West was very thorough and realistic. Sitting down with Tiffany to talk about pricing and options and scheduling.After putting down my deposit, I had to reschedule due to work obligations. That was no problem. Then COVID hit. Once everything opened and procedures resumed, I got back I got back on the schedule.Happy to say I had my procedure last Friday and couldn’t be happier. Extreme proficiency, expertise, and competence, with superb and warm friendliness from Kathy Canada, Certified Laser Practitioner. Ashley is fast and on the money. The Insurance woman looked perturbed for some unknown reason. She should focus on her area of operation and stay in her office until needed, rather than gawk at the clients. If I were her boss, Id set her straight. Note: Vbeam Tx for returning pimples and redness, 23 Feb 2023. Today, 24 Feb 2023, the pimples are gone along with 80% of the redness. Kathy was such a pleasure and proficient, I recommend her without hesitation. Ashley was pleasant and helpful. This is a great office for Vbeam.

I was a first timer to the world of fillers. Dr. McNeel thoroughly explained the process to me and understood my goals. I am extremely happy with the results! I look and feel so much better! There was no drastic change in my appearance. The change is very subtle, just what I wanted. The result was so good that when I went to the gym the next day my trainer didnt notice right away! FAST and EFFICIENT. The office staff is so incredibly nice. There is basically no wait time, and they take you back so quickly. I didnt even wait long in the room waiting for the doctor to come back. If I had noticed the two star YELP review on Marietta Plastic Surgery, I would have NEVER gone there to begin with!I’ve been several times for little touchups and fillers and such. I have even had some good experiences. But recently, I received a newsletter stating that I could get a discount on fillers in August, and though I had already scheduled my appointment for August in July, when I called, I was told they would STILL honor the discount.I was just supposed to mention it at check out, but I forgot!So when I called, to request the discount credited back to me, my call was transferred to several people, and I was told someone would call me back, and that people had tried to return my call (though I had no missed calls on my call log)...so I knew I was getting the runaround.When I was FINALLY able to speak with someone, she told me because I had not mentioned the discount when I made the initial appointment, I could not use it… Even though I explained that I had made the appointment BEFORE I received email with the discount, and that I had called and asked if I could still use it.Her reply to that was if I had actually done that, it would have been in the notes. Seriously?! Wow.I had been told that Marietta Plastic Surgery was way more expensive than most places, but I just assumed it was because of their superior quality. And even when I received not-so-superior results (minus Dr. McNeil: he’s super-good), I continued to be a loyal customer/patient.S the whole “extra expense” thing makes a lot more sense to me. It’s sad that instead of honoring a loyal customer’s discount, they would prefer to hang onto a few hundred bucks. Not a lot to them… but a lot to me.Now I. feel guilty for all the referrals I sent them in the past..Oh well... all I can do now is warn people to stay away ...and save their money ...and do business with companies that HONOR THEIR WORD.If I can dissuade just one person from over-paying at Marietta Plastic Surgery, I won’t feel as bad about not reading the reviews first!

I got breast augmentation 1 1/2 years ago at Marietta Plastic Surgery Company. Due to Capsular Contracture on my left breast (scar tissue forming around breast). I recently went back and asked what needed to be done. Long story short, they want to charge me ( for 1 breast) $3950.00 (including a $175 discount) to fix it. I can understand paying the Anesthesia, facility fee, and new implant ,but the company also wants to charge me $1750.00 to perform the surgery and $.00 Cos175met Assure(?). I started crying on the phone to their Patient/Client Counselor (Tracie) and asked her to please ask the Dr. to work with me on the price. When I googled other Plastic surgeons, a lot of them waive the procedure fee for their clients. Anyway, I never got a phone call back, I ended up calling them a week later. I didnt get a phone call back, again. Instead, I got an email that Dr. West had denied my request, the next day. I have been distraught. Crying and depressed. I am in constant pain and discomfort and not to mention my breasts are now uneven. I just dont have another $3950.00 . Dr. Fabian actually performed my surgery, but since he is no longer working there, I was told the other doctors were not going to waive the procedure fee. I did not choose Dr. Fabian, but was assigned to him, however, I did choose Marietta Plastic Surgery Company. I feel this company is Very UNCARING and greedy. I feel as though they believe they did me a favor by performing Breast Augmentation on me, even though I paid them over $5000.00, as if they were the only Plastic Surgeons in the world. I am STILL waiting for them to call me back because 2 weeks ago I was told that they would reopen my file. My husband has called them back twice since then and was told Tanya (the last women we spoke to) was unavailable and would call us back. She has not. Pick another Plastic Surgery Company. I wish I did!!

I made an appointment for a complimentary consultation for a breast reduction. Complimentary would imply free, right? Not here. On entry I was pressured into handing over my insurance details, and any questions to Dr Hanna regarding cost of a cosmetic vs a medical procedure were met with vague avoidance, leaving me none the wiser, and I left feeling confused and a little bit weirded out. And then the bills started showing up. I contacted them to question why I was being charged for a complimentary consultation. I was assured it would be looked into, but received nothing but more bills and threats of collection agencies. I finally paid the damn bill, purely because I refuse to let these devious people screw up my credit.

I had a wonderful experience. My consult was extremely comfortable and thorough. Everyone was so kind and friendly.

Dr Hanna is the worst. I had a breast aug done last March. Straight out of surgery I knew something was wrong, was told for months it was swelling. Went into office numerous times to get answers. I was on painkillers for months. I finally reached out to a surgeon in Florida. I discovered I was bottomed out and had lateral displacement straight out of surgery, and at some point developed capsular contracture. A very painful experience. Dr Hanna and Dr West both denied anything was wrong and I looked great. I looks awful. My breasts were halfway down my chest wall, lopsided, awful.I had my breasts redone by a different surgeon and the difference is night and day.I was told one thing one week, and another the next from this practice. Yeah, I think maybe theres some pocket work that needs to be readjusted, you might be having some lateral issues to literally no. I never said that. You look fine.There are plenty of other surgeons who dont have such a bad reputation in the area. Do yourself a favor and avoid MPS.

I worked for a plastic surgeon 7 yrs & never saw such poor results with deformity. VERY unhappy.
