Woodstock Tattoo Studio

My friends and I found Felix through Google because we were looking for a tattoo shop that had walk-ins. Felix happens to have his Fridays open for walk-ins. His shop is so clean and he was so welcoming. We planned to all get a small tattoo each but Felix is such an amazing artist and so accommodating and chill that 2 of us got larger pieces. He stayed past closing time to get our pieces done and I even scheduled an appointment for later this month. Would have to drive up 3 hours but hes worth it!!! Thank you again Felix!

Felix was amazing! He was super accommodating and welcoming with three walk ins at the last minute. He also worked with two of us to add on to what we originally wanted on the spot and did amazing work. We all agreed it was one of the best tattoo experiences weve had to date!

Did such a great job with my daughter’s name (her handwriting) - made it look like its own cool font without compromising her work. Love it- also appreciate that he made time for me last minute on a busy afternoon. Thanks!

I had an amazing experience. Would recommend Felix to anyone!My goal had been to get some difficult scars on my arm made less noticeable; Felix achieved that with a beautiful piece he came up with. He was extremely kind to me (and very understanding) and his artwork is beautiful. I have never felt prouder of a tattoo than this one. I don’t have to cover up my scars with long sleeves anymore because I have an incredible work of art for folks to stare at instead :). It is such a relief. I am excited to get the other arm done here.The way the bottom jaw of the skull and one of the petals work together is really cool.My expectations were exceeded here. A big thank you to Felix ❤️

Got my first tattoo yesterday Felix did a great job!! Environment was welcoming , calming and clean! Great price and work was amazing! i am very indecisive and they had worked with me patiently and his wife was very helpful! I recommend you give them a chance you won’t be disappointed!

A great place to get tattooed. I had met Felix at a tattoo convention in Asbury Park NJ and was sharing booth with Rodrigo Melo. Started a full sleeve project with Rodrigo at the convention and went up to the Woodstock location to have more work done. The tattoo shop is in a convent location in Woodstock and easy to get too. The shop is clean and well setup with really cool views of a steam/brook. Everyone I met so far from this shop have been very professional and put out excellent work. I would absolutely recommend wanting to work with Felix, Rodrigo and I think Susan was the other artist working at Woodstock Tattoo.

I love this place. So far I have two beautiful pieces from Felix and I could not be happier. He puts a lot of time and research into the designs and is very detail oriented in his work. Additionally the studio is very clean and has a great atmosphere. There are windows that offer stunning views of the local nature, stunning artwork adorns the walls, and he has a great playlist. I will definitely return for more work.

I was going to be in Woodstock/ the surrounding area and my wife and I wanted to get a tattoo of a local landmark while in town. I contacted the shop via e-mail a week or so ahead to schedule an appointment, and sent some info and pics to describe what we wanted. When we arrived Felix had sketched up pretty much exactly what we had been envisioning!Everyone was friendly, the shop was very clean, comfortable and professional. It was my wifes first tattoo, and Felix was a great artist to work with. We were very comfortable and both our pieces turned out great. the location was pretty cool too. Very grateful we stumbled across Woodstock Tattoo, our experience couldnt have gone more smoothly!

Felix is such a talented and professional artist! I love my tattoo and I will definitely be back for more from him. The studio at Woodstock Tattoo is also very nice with some tranquil views. As a bonus, the playlist he had on was A+.

Im going to start by saying the tattoo itself wasnt bad work BUT it was the complete opposite of what was wanted. My mom contacted Felix about a month ago with an idea of a tattoo and sent him pictures. She made an appt and brought in more pictures to show what she wanted. He drew up a flower of what he thought would look better instead. Well once it was on her, she realized it was the exact opposite of what she wanted. (she wanted delicate and he went bold...she wanted multiple flowers and he did one...she wanted light and he went dark...she wanted smaller and he went bigger). You can say it was her fault for agreeing to the sketch but a sketch can be deceiving. The trust of the tattoo artist was LOST and by than it was TOO LATE. She thought listening to an experience artists input would be a good idea...but he did her WRONG. So for that no stars are deserved...she has to live with the permanent ink. So for that it was worth a review.

I love Felixs beautiful, detailed artwork. I get compliments all the time! Iove my floral pieces and butterflies.

I dont doubt their art, the tattoos coming out of this place are beautiful. Definitely do not go here if you are a newbie and arent the type to get tattoos on a whim. I went to get my second tattoo (a small mountain range) and the guy refused to stencil it on and wanted to free hand it and seemed offended when I asked him to stencil (twice by the way) (sorry, but if its going to be on my body forever I want to know exactly what its going to look like). He then went on to tell me I was making him uncomfortable and that I didnt seem to know what I wanted. (I did know, I just wanted him to stencil it!) He was very condescending and I ended up leaving and feeling stupid even though I did nothing wrong or unreasonable.

Lovely clean shop and the artist was really nice. Super happy with the work he did, which he had to freehand. Thanks!

My wife and I have both been tattooed by Su. My wife Requested a simple yet specific tattoo, and Su drew it free hand hitting the nail on the head.I had a pretty extensive cover up done by Su, and I was relieved to know that is her specialty. She took her time detailing everything to ensure a perfect cover up. Everything came out beautifully and I can’t recommend Su Houston enough. This is a terrific studio.

Great vibe and low key. Clean studio and great tunes. Felix is a great tattooist and a humble dude.

Great tattoo shop. Went in on the walk in Friday and got anniversary tattoos with my wife. Felix was awesome and took our basic idea and made it a unique concept. Also worked great within the space (arms with lots of other tattoos). Work was fantastic and color looked great. Quick i thought too.
