Arkham Tattoo

I’ve been researching for the last few months on someone who did amazing color. I stumbled across Arkham Tattoo and I’m so glad I did! I’ve been here twice in the last few months to get work done. It’s an amazing atmosphere , EXTREMELY clean and affordable. I’ve worked with Marc both times and I don’t see myself going anywhere else. He really took the time to talk to me about my ideas and brought them to life!

I had the absolute best experience with Eric Starr. He took time to consult with me on my vision and then came up with something even better than I imagined. Im excited for future sessions as we finish my sleeve.

Met with Eric to set up an appointment for a tattoo. Will add photos after completion. The shop seems very clean and professional. Have only heard good things and saw beautiful work. Eric Starr is so good his work is actually called a tattooo due to everyone telling you ooo I love your tattooos. The man is talent personified and I won’t let anyone else put ink in my skin.

Just got some work done from Eric Starr, along with my son.Very happy with both tattoos! Mine is pictured, and there was some complicated geometry for Eric to figure out to make the lines look straight.Came out great.I’ve also gotten work done in the past from Mark Warnick, along with my wife.These guys are the best at what they do. The shop itself was very nice and clean, and the artists were kind. I got this tattoo from around 8 months ago & this is how she looks healed. The blowouts are bad, shading didn’t set very good, and it itches still. research your artists ahead of time!

Great experience! They were able to fit me in for a walk in appointment, and I truly appreciated it. Clean environment and knowledgeable people, who were also very professional. Eric Starr did a great job and was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable and that I was in good hands. I would recommend and would go back!Also, their new location is in the same plaza as Second Sole and is located next to Quarter Up in the plaza.

I highly recommend Arkham Tattoo for anything you need done. I got my entire bottom forearm worked on because I wanted a cover-up and it’s so gorgeous. My artist was Eric “Chico”. They were very nice and chill people and didn’t judge. Great artists, great environment, I recommend.

I’ve gotten five tattoos by Eric here so far and feel no inclination to go anywhere else at this point. The experience is always straightforward with no BS, I get a design that I love, and everyone performing work here is easy to get along and communicate with. If you’re teetering back and forth about whether or not you want to get your first or fiftieth tattoo here, don’t hesitate to at least give them a call to initiate the conversation. You can also look at their prior work on their website/social media pages. They’ll help you out however they can, and get you scheduled once you’re ready to pull the trigger.

Nothing but the best! It was such a delightful experience from the moment we walked in until we left. Marc did my friends and I tattoo. Bianca was also working and she was so very sweet. The best conversation! This place doesnt feel like a typical tattoo shop. Definitely cant recommend enough!!

I have gotten two large tattoos done here and one small one. I love the environment and the staff. Eric Star did both of my large MC ESCHER tattoos. They are amazing! Eric is very experienced and knows his stuff! Kyle did a castle crashers tattoo for me and it also is awesome! Really both do quality work. I wouldnt go anywhere else!!!

Did a lot of research on tattoo places and Arkham came up as one of the best. All the 5 star reviews weren’t lying. The place is clean and everyone is really friendly. Ryan was my artist and when you spend 5 hours in a chair with someone I recommend him. Great conversation and his work is impeccable. I look forward to the next 20 hours in the chair with him completing my sleeve.

Great shop and great people. But my tattoo experience here wasnt good. Niot even after 5 hours there was a strong yellow color around my tattoo, I was told it was normal, my tattoo took months to heal and the bruise wouldnt go away andUnfortunately my tattoo ended up bluring and falling out within the first month of having it. Went to have it fixed else where and no one can fix it

I went in to interview the artists in the shop and ended up leaving with an incredible tattoo on my foot. James, who no longer is at the shop, was very talented. I have been there two times and didnt leave disappointed. Eric is extremely talented and very friendly. All of the people there are exceptionally gifted and make the experience pleasant.

My tattooer was Eric “Chico“ . Hard to get a hold of. Not an artist! Zero personality. More importantly he is a digger. Hard trauma to the skin. In my opinion I think he did it on purpose because I told him I have a nerve injury and those are the darkest spots and sloppiest. Eric the owner was a professional to talk to.

Absolutely amazing experience! I already had a drawing made up & Ryan worked with me to get all the dimensions right. He offered his opinion when it was needed & it helped make the tattoo perfect ! He told me he couldn’t get the points on the stars i wanted to be as crisp as the drawing, which i knew ahead of time wouldn’t really be possible, but the points are super crisp & it all came out really amazing & more than i could have hoped for! Super nice & clean facilities, I will definetly be back!

When my daughter and I first saw our tattoos they were beautiful. Until the next day. My daughter was very red and swollen. Mine was very red.My daughter went back to the shop. She was told it was normal. She ended up in the hospital with cellulitis that very same day. I ended up with an infection and there is a lot of scaring. These tattoos were so sentimental. Now we have thousand of dollars in medical bills and scars.Very disappointed! As an artist you should be able to recognize when a tattoo is infected. Instead you said it was normal. 25 tattoos in my lifetime and I have never had this happen.

Im new to the area, and I was looking for an artist for a new piece. I scheduled it pre-pandemic shutdown, so it got pushed back. Once they reopened, Ryan got in touch with me quickly and was great to work with. He was helpful in explaining the design tweaks that he made/why he made them. Tattoo turned out great, and will be back!

I knew for a very long time that I wanted to get a tattoo but was hesitant because I wasnt quite sure where to go. A good friend of mine recommended Arkham Tattoo. I was instantly impressed when I walked in and noticed how immaculately clean the shop was. Still nervous I explained to the owner Eric Starr what I had in mind. Eric was so very patient and took extra steps to make me feel very comfortable and figure out exactly what I wanted and where I should put it. Getting a tattoo is not the most comfortable of experiences but Eric made me laugh through the hole process while never loosing focus. I was so happy with the end result that I couldnt stop smiling for days. I couldnt have picked a better place to go for my first tattoo and I have been a repeat customer since. Absolutely love this shop!

I called short notice to get one of my two tattoos covered up. Patrick was able to fit me in that same day and he did an amazing job with my cover up and making me feel comfortable. I absolutely loved my first experience with Danny at Arkham Tattoo! I went in a week prior to getting the tattoo, told him what I wanted, and he did a fine job! Sharp, clear lines, the tattoo really pops! Dannys very professional! The shop is clean and spacious and I got a terrific tat for a great price. Danny will definitely be doing my next one!

Erik Starr at Arkham has been a great pleasure to work with now having done 3 tattoos for my family (left to right -my father, myself, and my sister) everyone at the shop was very professional and knew how to work with all of us 2 of us being first timers. Erik took great care with each of our tattoos even matching them after a year in between. I look forward to getting more work done from you guys in the future. Take the time and go to Arkham for any work you need done you won’t regret it!!!!

I have been tattooed here in the past and had good experiences. Most recently I was given the run around and will not be going back. I respect the fact that these are artists and they can choose to accept a client or not, just please be upfront and honest about it. After making an appt more than a month in advance, the artwork wasn’t as previously discussed so I had to make another appt, another month out. When I checked back to see the updated artwork it was still not as discussed and I was then told…maybe they weren’t the person for the job. Once again, I respect their decision but would appreciate upfront honesty when we are talking about something that isn’t cheap and will be on my body forever. Could have saved us both a lot of time and frustration.

My experience was exceptional with the staff and environment while I was there. I went home happy. After my tattoo had healed you could see certain things that were not up to par for a finished tattoo that cost $500. So I went back for them to tidy up and I really wasnt pleased. I was told touch ups and fixes are free for life as long as the tattoo was received in their shop. I ended up paying an extra $100 for them to shade for about 20 mins where the previous artist made a mistake. After that spot healed you can still see a noticeable difference from the rest of the tattoo. So in the end I paid around $650 feeling like it couldve been done better at a different shop. Dont get me wrong the staff are very nice along with the atmosphere. But in the end its about the tattoo you will have on your body for the rest of your life.

Eric Starr is wonderful with cover ups....I came here for a cover up on my back 2 years ago.... now my back sides and thigh are all tattooed :) I would never trust anyone else ever and his work was all free handed. He has not only turned into my favorite tattoo guy but he also makes me comfortable in the shop while Im being worked on. I will never go anywhere else EVER!!! He also tattooed my fathers signature from an old letter on my back and it looks identical to my fathers writing!

Got my first ever tattoo today and Eric and Ryan are awesome! Ryan did my tattoo and he made me feel so comfortable and was talking. He explained to me the process and everything. Definitely go here if you want a tattoo

Both times I have been here I have had great experiences. I first came here because theyre down the street from me, but now I would drive from a state away for these guys. Their artwork and handiwork are unmatched, and theyre the nicest, funniest people who will ever repeatedly stab you. If youre getting tattoos elsewhere, stop it. Arkham is clean, professional, full of talent, and makes you feel like youre hanging out with friends.

Patrik did a Mandala on my back. It was super fun experience. I was really nervous, it was my first and still only tattoo. He made me super comfortable and all the guys were extremely professional with their clients who were being tattooed at the same time. I would definitely suggest using him and I will be using him in the future.

My buddy got two of his tattoos done here and they turned out great. I decided I wanted to get something done and for my first tattoo i chose the right place. Amazing art work, great staff. Just an awesome all around experience. Highly recommend Arkham Tattoo!!

Don’t get me wrong the shop is really clean and the staff was really nice, but my tattoos didn’t meet the expectation. I got two tattoos on my ankles and both of them have wobbly lines and the second one has lines that are too long and the artist forgot to finish the piece. All in all great customer service but not as great tattoos.

I have been getting tattooed by Eric Starr for 10 years now, and Danny for 2. I have never met any other tattooers more professional or intune with their clients needs. The shop is intimate enough and it doesnt have the stereotypical tattoo shop feel. Walking into Arkham you can see everything that is going on, from the drawing, to the actual tattooing. (though if youre getting tattooed in a more private area they do have privacy screens that are available!) If youre looking to be treated professionally, promptly and in a cleanly environment then Arkham is your choice.

This place was nice, clean and quick. I will return when I am ready for my next tattoo Because the owner Eric was patient, kind and understanding of my concerns. They did a great job.

I don’t have a problem with the art skills, It’s the customer service that needs work. I went in a yr ago for a quote and got attitude. Just yesterday I called for a few questions about a touch up and maybe a new tattoo. Once again very rude and was told with an attitude that they are busy, then hung up.

Recently got an awesome tattoo from Ryan. Made me feel confortable and totally at home. His attention to detail and finished product is amazing. Highly recommend Ryan!

I called to ask if the no guest rule still applied and I got the response “yes we’re still living in a pandemic” and the woman laughed while she said it it was extremely unprofessional and rude. I have nothing against this rule I was just asking if it was still in place seeing as the website said this goes into effect on may 18th.

Originally a five star review now down to zero if I could parts of my tattoo on my wrist are raised up and look horrible and their are parts where the ink didnt stick after he tried to hammer in my skin which turned parts to hamburger meat and was charged 120 for this no thanks save your money go else where I know its a cover up but no good here

I had a quote covered up. It came out so nice. You cant even tell the quote is underneath there. I get so many complements. I cant wait to have time to get back there to see them again.
