I had a full back piece done by Kimmy and let me just say.. if you are looking for an artist who will treat you like a friend and make you feel comfortable right off the bat all while doing incredible work, go to Kimmy. I couldn’t be happier and I can’t wait to go back to her soon! The whole shop and everyone I’ve met in there has the BEST vibes. 10/10.

Place was clean, Joe was fun, had some great discussions and loved loved LOVED my tattoo. Exactly how I wanted it. Healing is going great, really knew what he was doing. Will be coming back once I draw up my next one.

If you’re looking for high quality work don’t book Mr. Mastle. Plenty of local tattoo artists advised me not to go here. I should of listened.

Posting for my fiancé:I was recommended by the owner to see Finn to plan out a sleeve. I had my initial consultation and it went well enough. We scheduled the first session for a little over a month later that way she could work on the drawing. I was told I would have the drawing in about a week. A week goes by and no drawing, no big deal I know they are busy so I let it go. Finally 2 weeks before the session I reached out to see if the drawing was ready to which I was assured I would receive the drawing in 3-4 days. Those days pass and still no drawing, I let it go for a few more days until a week away from the session. I email once again for the drawing to which I am told the sleeve is too complex and she can’t do it. There’s nothing that annoys me more than wasting my time, here I am close to 2 months into this only to be told that she couldn’t do the sleeve. If there was even a shadow of doubt about your capabilities why would you take on the project, let alone wait until a week before the session to cancel? I get it, people are busy, but to string along a potential customer for almost 2 months just to bail last minute is extremely unprofessional.

Very amazing place. My first tattoo was done here today and Kat was my artist (i believe). She did my tattoo within 15 mins and its absolutely beautiful! The planets all represent something different within ourselves and I have had a big struggle with mental health this past year. Getting to represent my growth on my body only makes me feel more confident.They are very fast, painless, nice! The shop is very clean. Prices are amazing too! If its your first tattoo, they go through the whole process with you before starting. They also match everything to your comfort. Definitely getting more tattoos here.

I got an AMAZING tattoo here, my second and my first was a really simple piece so to have someone reassure me it was going to be okay was a blessing. Super funny artists who are excellent, I had Joe (the owner) tattoo my mom and I and we love our tattoos and will definitely be coming back. I was getting tattooed on my sternum and as awkward as I am, Joe made me feel comfortable. I went in nervous because it was only my second tattoo and he made me feel confident in his abilities. My friend went with just for support and the staff helped make him feel comfortable and now my friend wants to go back to get tattoos also. Great place!

First time visiting. I was worked on by their tattoo apprentice Finn. Finn did a great job, and the owner was present the whole time to give advice and critique for his apprentice. Much larger inside than I had expected with atleast 3 separated rooms to tattoo in

Ive been going to Mastle for a few years now, specifically Eileen. The shop itself is always clean and very well kept. All of the artists are friendly and laid back and its the perfect environment for getting tattood. If youre anything like me, you want to feel completely comfortable and at ease when going in for some work, Eileen has always worked with me on ideas and offers up her own ideas as well. I believe her work speaks for itself, she is an artist outside of tattooing and I feel that makes for the best of tattoo artists.I highly recommend Tattoos by Mastle based on their professionalism, quality of work and over all positive atmosphere.

Great place to get amazing tattoo work completed. Eileen does great work and the prices are even better!!! If you are looking to get a tattoo, or are on the fence, stop in and talk with the staff. They are extremely knowledgeable and a great group of people to work with!

Clean good place, some artists have more skill than others, one goes a bit deep when he tattoos which causes quite a bit of bleeding and longer healing process. But Ive never had a problem myself, if you want a simple design that takes 10 my minutes go here

Friendly Artists, Beautiful Work, Awesome Prices!My husband and I have been returning to Mastles for the past 3 years for their awesome work and service! All of the artists are extremely talented: We personally have had tattoos by Eileen and Josh. Even my sister, mother, stepfather, and aunt have had tattoos done by Joe and Josh! We all love this place: extremely fair prices, clean facility, extremely hygienic practices, very personable and fun conversations! We return every time we want another tattoo, and have never regretted our decision. Please, dont get an overpriced tattoo at the beach: you will get a better quality tattoo and service at Mastles for a much more fair price!

I have 17+ tattoos from different artists in various places in Lancaster County and other places in the country. I found Tattoos by Mastle artist Josh Constein several years ago and will no longer go anywhere or to anyone else. ALL of the artists at Tattoos by Mastle are true artists and do what they do because they love it. They all truly care about what you are putting on your body and understand this will be on you forever. They will never slap the same tattoo on several people - any tattoo you get will be made your own one-of-a-kind piece. I am stopped frequently to be complimented on my work from this shop. They communicate with you thoroughly to make sure you are getting what you want, they spend a lot of time making sure the placement, the piece, and everything are perfect and they take as long as they need doing the tattoo. They will not rush through work for money like some places and their prices are amazing for the breathtaking work you will receive. You will also not find anywhere more clean in the area; they are refreshingly OCD about cleaning everything that you or they touch during the process. I wouldnt recommend anywhere else to someone looking to get a great tattoo.

Ive got to say, tattoos by mastle in akron is an excellent place to go for all your tattoo needs. It is a very clean/sterile & friendly enviornent. All of the artists here are very talented. I personally go to Eileen and have gone to her for years. I constantly get stopped out in public by strangers who compliment my artwork that are visible throughout my arms. I even have a very beautiful portrait done by her that everyone just adores, it makes me feel very good about myself that these tattoos stick out the way they do to complete strangers. Her color techniques are on point. I HIGHLY recommend this establishment to anyone looking to get some wonderful artwork done, like I said all of the artists here are very talented and the atmosphere is comforting usually with music playing in the background and casual conversations. I just am very pleased with the artwork on my body and I am forever grateful to have found this gem of a business.

We had a mother /daughters tattoos scheduled over thanksgiving break, because all of my daughters would be in town for the holidays. They canceled our appointment on Friday (we were scheduled for Saturday) with no explanation. Now we’re scrambling to find another place.

Theyre nice. They have clean lines. Plus, Eileen and I basically mind melded. She could totally see my vision.
