Went here for thr first time today to get a vertical labret. Cody was super knowledgeable and friendly as well as clean. Best piercing experience Ive ever had and Ive had a lot....Ill definitely go back for any future piercings.

Ive waited to write this review because of how highly I see others speak of Jenna. In hindsight, I wish I had trusted my gut. I got my septum pierced by Jenna at Celestial Piercing in 2022. I didnt know what to expect as I havent had many piercings before. I went home with a lot of pain. The jewelry not only hurt but was so tight I couldnt open my mouth without it digging into my nose. I messaged her right away, and she tried to reassure me it was just swelling. Knowing it didnt feel right, I asked to remove it altogether, but she insisted on switching out the jewelry instead. After that, I kept my piercing for years because I didnt want to complain or say anything negative. I wanted to trust my piercer, as so many people had advised. It hurt so much it was hard to blow my nose after all those years. I finally had it removed, and the shop that removed it confirmed my fear: it was pierced through the cartilage. It bled when I had it removed, but I felt relieved not to be in pain anymore. I wish I could say Ive had an amazing experience like others, but I cant.

I got my first nose piercing here and I dont think Id go anywhere else. He was very nice and made sure to take his time explaining aftercare and answering any questions we had! The whole experience was great. Highly recommend.

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Went here to get an industrial four months ago, didn’t have the anatomy for it even though they said I did, they ended up piercing it crooked and through my flat. Kept getting never ending irritation bumps and eventually a keloid. I took care of it with a saline rinse once a day, left it alone, didn’t sleep on it, and kept it dry. I ended up going to a different studio where they took a look at it, Blue Lotus Tattoo and Piercing in Madison, and they were appalled. I had it removed. Hopefully the scarring subsides soon. I would’ve rather they just told me my anatomy wasn’t right.

I picked this after looking at many other places based off of reviews and pictures and I definitely do not regret it. Cody was amazing I got four peircings and he let me take breaks in between was upfront about the price. The process was great I never felt uncomfortable. He gave all the information for cleaning and healing. Even after he realized from a picture that the one wasnt fully closed and cared enough to call me so he could close it which I did not expect. I can garentee that I will be coming back and I have already recommended this to all of my friends. The place was also very clean and had a great vibe right away when we walked in.

Cody is not only awesome at piercing, he is also awesome at supporting the healing process. I went in for help with a 3 month old piercing and he was fast, kind, and thorough. You can expect good care that extends beyond the initial appointment!

I’ve had piercings by both Jenna and Cody and I’ve never had a better piercing experience than at Celestial. They are true professionals. Place is always squeaky clean, they explain everything about the process, and are super kind. Love this place. Well worth the investment into quality jewelry and services. I also think it’s great that on their intake form they ask your pronouns and what name you’d like to be called by.

Had my earlobes pierced by Cody. Im happy with the service, the jewellery, and the aftercare.

Had a helix done by Cory. This is my third try (other two were done in different states but sadly had to be taken out). He was super professional, his studio room was sparkling clean and he explained everything to me. Confident this piercing will heal nicely with all the knowledge he shared with me. Would highly recommend Cory for any and all your piercing needs.

Cody pierced a rook for me. He was super calm and professional and even though I expected it to be on the more painful side, it ended up being one of the easiest piercings Ive ever gotten. Its super straight, looks well placed to me. I expect it to heal well. I really liked the aftercare pamphlet I was given too. Super thorough. Cody even anodized the titanium for me so it blends better with my current jewelry. I would recommend this place to a friend and will definitely be back for more soon :)

Jenna pierced my 15 year olds ears and Cody did my sisters nose during this visit. Both were super friendly and professional. They both really made my sister and kid feel totally comfortable before and during the process. Inside was very clean and the atmosphere was really relaxing. They had a lot of quality jewelry to choose from as well. So happy we chose Celestial.(Also, Im posting this about 2 months after our visit and all the piercings are healing nicely, without any problems.)

My daughter and I came in to get both of our ears pierced. It was a great experience! To start their studio is very classy, love all their decor. The jewelry selection was great! Jenna was super awesome! She did an awesome job with my daughter made her feel super comfortable! The fellow that helped do my daughters ear piercing also did an awesome job! They were so quick she didn’t feel a thing! Jenna of course did a fabulous job on myself as well! I will definitely be back if I want any more piercings! Highly recommend!! Contacted Jenna to curate piercings on my ears. We set up an appointment and she was able to help me plan a really beautiful set up! She understood exactly what I wanted. Expertly offered advice based on my ear anatomy and spent time helping me to choose jewelry. Super impressed with the quality and assortment of jewelry to chose from- worth the price. She walked me through the piercings we did today, offered knowledgeable aftercare instructions and was just generally enjoyable to hang with for a bit! Can’t wait to go back for my other ear, thanks Jenna!

I could not be happier with the outcome of my visit. Two of my friends and I all went in for septum piercings today (5/28/2022). The store is incredibly clean and well-kept, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. Cody did all 3 of our piercings and was careful to make sure we were happy with placement before doing the actual piercing. When he did do the piercing, it was virtually painless and any stinging was gone within minutes, and it looks AMAZING. One of my friends ended up not being happy with her gauge, and he changed it out without question or charging her extra.On top of this, the ball at one end of my horseshoe piercing came off and fell into a drain when I tried to put it back. It was 20 minutes before they closed, and when I called they had me come in since I was still able to get in just a few minutes before they officially closed. They replaced the ball with no extra charge and were happy to accommodate the fact that I had lost mine.I will definitely be going back for piercings in the future if I am able, and I would 100% recommend Celestial Piercing to friends/family :)

Jenna is AMAZING! She made me feel so comfortable, and was also very fast in her technique making it feel like just a pinch! I would recommend anyone looking for any type of body piercing to go here! The environment was very clean, they use sterilized equipment, and even autoclave jewelry before placement! I will 100% be going back for further piercings!! Thank you again Jenna! Today was my first time at Celestial Piercing and I had the best experience! I went to get professional advice on previous piercings I had gotten and Jenna was absolutely amazing! She explained everything to me in a way that I could understand it and was so generous and kind during the whole process. I couldn’t recommend this place more! I traveled about an hour for my appointment and it was so worth it! When I walked in, I could tell this place was clean and everything was sterile, so it made me feel extra safe. Unfortunately, I had to remove my piercings, but I felt very taken care of with Jenna. 100/10!! I hope to be back soon!

Cody did my septum piercing on Nov 24 and was FANTASTIC. He explained what was happening every step of the way so I knew what to expect and took very good sanitary precautions. He took his time to make sure the placement was right and then did the piercing itself quickly and precisely. His after care instructions have been very helpful. The absolute BEST place to get pierced! Cody and Jenna are both so friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about their work. They only offer the best jewelry available, along with offering custom jewelry so you can get exactly what youre dreaming of. Super clean environment, and I love that theyre appointment only. I cannot sing the praises of this place enough! For years, I have wanted to piece my nose. Despite this being a long-time desire of mine two traumatic childhood experiences with ear piercings—with one resulting in an allergic reaction and the other resulting in a bacterial infection—kept me from doing such. Lucky for me, Celestial Piercings is a far cry from the popular mall store I visited for piercings in my youth. Like, seriously. Far, far refreshing cry.Where do I even start? First, the moment I walked in I felt welcomed by piercer, Cody. And he was not even the piercing artist I was working with! However, he kindly checked me in and directed me to the jewelry until Jenna, my piecer, was able to greet me. Jenna then meticulously talked me through the jewelry she had available, as well as what would be best for my piercing.Once I chose my jewelry (which, by the way: arrive to your appointment early. You will want time to look over their jewelry. The collection is extensive, of-quality, and gorgeous!), Jenna walked me back for my piercing. Now, in my days leading up to my appointment, I thought I was going to quaver with enough nerves to register as a level seven earthquake. However, Jenna used her conversational prowess to calm me down and ease me into the piercing procedure. Jenna, miraculously, made the impalement of ones flesh as painless as it can possibly be. In fact, it took her seconds to complete the piercing!So, if youre reading this, and youre nervous about a piercing: do it. Dont wait years like I did. Jenna and Cody will ensure that you dont regret your decision.The downside to a place like this, however? Im already thinking of what my next piercing will be.Thanks again, Jenna! You rock!

I loved working with Jenna Bee, she was so kind and patient while she helped me choose my jewelry. I think the only thing I wish was different would be to have clearer pricing of the jewelery and necessary add-ons. If there was a pricing table visible of what goes into each piercing, and the different components needed for the jewelry, I think that would have made all the difference. There was no clear signage on the price ranges at the display case and she had to look up each piece to tell me the price. When booking online and emailing beforehand, I got the impression that I could spend under $100 altogether for a single lobe piercing but I ended up going over that for something closer to the cheapest end of the spectrum. I dont really mind the price since I know the shop uses the safest metals and piercings, and Jenna was so courteous and knowledgeable. If the jewelry display was more clearly priced I would have given a 5!

Jenna is absolutely amazing at what she does and I am glad I chose to come here! I got my septum repierced (was previously placed incorrectly by another piercer) and she was very knowledgeable and helpful with it. Very sterile/clean and has lots of jewelry options! Definitely coming back for any future piercings :)

Jenna was awesome. Super informative and helpful. Plus the aftercare pamphlet she gives you is awesome! I will say the price of the earrings themselves are more on the expensive side, but they’re good quality so it justifies the price.

I shopped around to try to find someone willing to do my initial piercings with black studs and no one would help. Cody went the extra mile to order what I wanted and was professional during the actual piercing and explained everything in great detail from the procedure to aftercare.

Made a appointment for some piercings and they orginally said it was 60$ went in for the appointment and they doubled the price for the jewelry and didnt mention any of the time of appointment setup. Even called to ask before setting up the appointment and they didnt say anything about that. Do not go here they are falsely advertising their services. Id give a zero star if possible such terrible service
