My daughter got both an eyebrow and nostril piercing. The shop was super clean, and the staff was very friendly and professional. She was extremely thorough when going over the aftercare instructions and answering any questions we had. I highly recommend Silver Tuna Tattoo and Piercing and well be back in the future!

I went in to get my first tattoo on one of their walk in days. This tattoo was very important to me and I have to admit I was a bit nervous when it came to what to expect getting my first tattoo. There were amazing staff who created a comfortable and fun atmosphere, and Colton did a great job with my tattoo.I think its safe to say that this wont be my first tattoo and Ill definitely be coming back for more!

Been years since I worked with Mertzy and Sarah since opening the Silver Tuna, but like the past, exceptional service. Sarah is so knowledgeable and will tell you exactly what she feels is best for you as far as placement on a piercing before she does it. She’s so sweet and personable. I feel way more relaxed when we talk small talk and talking me through the piercings before they happen. So she’s understanding with that! As always, I left knowing the proper aftercare on my piercing and didn’t leave there not knowing what to do. Can’t wait for my next one! Thanks, guys! Congrats on the new business/building!

This place is very welcoming! Im not one who looks like I would get a tattoo, and everyone was so kind. Very clean, very professional, and great conversations all around! Branden was my artist and honestly, he read my mind and it was insane! He made the process easy, and I walked out with a beautiful tattoo! I cannot wait to get my next one!

This place is amazing. Colton is one hell of an artist and the 1st piece if my half sleeve turned out great. All the staff are really nice and personable. There was a girl in there getting her 1st tattoo and mertzy was talking her through the whole way. Showed me what kind of people they really are. Great artist who just love what they do. Ill only go to this shop ever again.

I was here 2 years ago to get my nose piercings done. I had a good experience, so I decided to come back and have my boyfriends ears pierced. The environment was very calming for someone whos never had a pericing before. Sarah was very nice and talked us through the process the whole time. She gave us very clear after-care instructions and was just an overall very nice and friendly person.

From booking my appointment to walking out with a tattoo, I could not be happier with my experience at this shop.I primarily spoke with Sarah and Mertzy. The booking process was simple and painless, Sarah made me feel welcome and was open to any ideas or thoughts about my piece.On appointment day Mertzy got right to designing and then beginning the tattoo, again welcoming and easy going.It was an overall great experience, great conversation and received an awesome tattoo.Will be returning and would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a tattoo or piercing.

I just had the best experience getting pierced by Sarah! I got my tongue re-pierced and purchased some new nose jewelry. She was so sweet and so fun to talk to! Silver tuna is such a clean and well organized shop with lots of character. Sarah is so talented at what she does and put in 100% effort to get my double nostril piercings to line up just right, and they are perfect! I also felt so comfortable and she made the process fun and easy! She also went above and beyond in explaining aftercare and answering all of my questions. 10/10 recommend.

Silver Tuna is by far the best shop that I have ever been to. Sarah (piercer) and Mertzy (tattoo artist) are so amazing at what they do. They are very easygoing and laid back but yet still able to focus on their work. It is very obvious they are clean and sanitary which is HUGE for me. Not to mention their pricing is very comparable to other places, and their quality and comfort is wonderful. They make such a great team. I will not go anywhere else for my piercing and tattoo wants. I will recommend them to everyone.

Sarah did a phenomenal job on my nipple piercings. I was so nervous walking into a building I never went to before, but she was so reassuring and made me feel so comfortable. Mertzy is amazing at what he does and so easy to talk to. He will offer his professional opinion on placement and design and make sure you’re completely happy with your design before starting. The shop is clean, warm and inviting. Feels like you’re walking into someone’s home. LOVE it there!!! Sarah is also awesome at what she does. She can do super cool anodized jewelry to make your piercing pop. Need some ink or a great piercing or 2, this is your place.

The people that own/work in this shop are the most authentic, down to earth and accepting people I have met. I walked in and felt like we had all been friends for years. Mertzy, Sara, and Colton are by far the most caring, wonderful, amazing, talented tattoo artists and piercing artists I have ever met. Living in Wisconsin we have come to expect snow and Sara made it a point to reach out to me the night before we were supposed to get a big storm to see if I would want to reschedule for MY safety. Having lived here all my life and very close to the shop I said nah we should be good.Then she messaged me to see if I wanted to come in early. I mean seriously!? YES!!!Then I asked Mertzy if he wouldn’t mind doing another small tattoo for me and he did!! Sara also helped my fiancé start the process of gauging his ears! They went above and beyond for us and I am so lucky to know these fantastic peopleI have never met a more caring bunch of talented individuals and hilarious down to earth too boot!I will always be a client at the Silver Tuna! If you have t been there ABSOLUTELY go!! 100% recommend!!

I brought my 16 year old daughter to Sarah for a basic earlobe piercing after a previous mishap at Clairs. She advised we wait 6 weeks to let them heal completely and then come back for the repiercing. Sarah was tedious at making sure the piercings were perfectly straight and explained the process as she went along. Everything was very clean and I trusted her completely to pierce her ears. She explained the aftercare thoroughly and we left with the cleaning product and an aftercare sheet... plus some fun stickers. My daughters ears werent even red or swollen and she told me she forgot they were even in that night since they didnt hurt one bit. I completely recommend Sarah for piercings she knows her stuff.

Silver Tuna is one of the best shops in the state. From their top notch customer service to the personalized custom experience for each individual customer it would be difficult to find a better tattoo and piercing establishment. Not only do I endorse this shop its the only place I will ever go. Kelly Mertz and Sarah Hansen have set the bar high for all other shops not only in the valley but the state as a whole!

Best place EVER!!! Great atmosphere love the location even tho im 2.5hrs away but once you meet and get poked by Sarah or Mertzy or get any tattoos done by Mertzy your going to love everything they do, and once you meet them, youll be friends instantly, but then that changes cause they make you feel like Family. Im usually very picky when it comes to tattoos but with Mertzy im very comfortable with him making the decision an letting him do his own thing with color choices an everything, an ive gotten so many compliments on my tats that Mertzy has done on me an i absolutely love everything about them. I highly recommend them both, they take your imagination and bring them to life with their work. Also there Clothing apparel is amazing i absolutely love the zipper hoodie i got, and wear it quite abit. Once you go there once, youre going to be going back there again and again.

Ive been getting work done at shops around appleton and madison and this BY FAR my favorite. The atmosphere is professional but exceptionally comfortable and laid back, not to mention I LOVE the decor. I swear tattoos hurt less here too ;) You folks have a great thing going, keep it up!
