The new management team is horrible and disgustingly rude. I sat there while she was on her phone… the manager. The employees were working though. She said we will be with you in a moment… I came there to exchange jewelry but told me her DM said I could not and have to go to Chicago or back where I got it. I called the store and she hung up on me when I called. Very unprofessional and they would not be eating behind the kiosk. They have their food all over the tables spread out and drinks everywhere.

The employees were really nice and helpful, I came in looking to get a new piercing and the girl talked me through everything, from the cleaning process, to the steps she was doing leading up to the piercing. Made my expirence really comfortable! I will definitely be coming back.

Such a great experience! My daughter was nervous, and their associate put her at ease immediately. She had no tears, and enjoyed the whole process. Much better than another store who seemed bothered by us even asking about piercing. Highly recommend!

Absolutely ridiculous. How this company is even still in business I havent the slightest clue. Bought my daughter a pair of bracelets for her birthday. Got the warranty incase they break. Smart choice ( or so i thought) because shes 6 and broke one within the 1st couple days of having them. Brought it back in to get a replacement and they dont have it in stock (only place that has ong is greenbay). K fine. No big deal. Ill just keep an eye out till it come back in and switch it out then. Wrong. It has now been a month and Im told that its not in stock anywhere and theres nothing they can do. My only options are to buy something else at 30% off, of get in store credit for what I paid for the broken bracelet. On top of that, the guy who was being helped ahead of me brought in a broken necklace (this was apparently the second time it broke). Did you know that you can only utilize your lifetime warranty once? Then you have to pay the difference for a new piece plus pay for another lifetime warranty on said new piece. Will never be shopping there again. I dont think the guy in front of me will be either as we both left with our broken pieces of jewelry.

Went and bought a chain about 6 years ago. Lady told me when I bought it that there is a lifetime guarantee on my chain. If I lose my receipt to not worry because theyll always have my name and number. Took it back because it broke. They ask for a receipt. I dont have one but I gave them my phone number. Not in the system. Than I have them my name. I wasnt in the system. Than they tell me that they updated their system. Isnt a lifetime guarantee a lifetime guarantee? Unless the woman lied to me at the point of sale. Never going here again

If I could give this place negative stars I would. This place is trash. I bought a ring here and was told the warranty was forever. I ended up needing a replacement and was told I could get one if I came in. Went there and it was someone different that I talked too on the phone and was told it couldn’t be done. So I drove an hour for them to not do it. Service isn’t good and they are rude most of the time. 0/10. I’ll take my business somewhere else.

My mom works here and her coworkers are so kind to everyone, my mom works hard and provides the best jewelry for everyone. Everyone is so kind and helpful I recommend coming here for piercings

So I had previously got a cartilage piercing here and evrything was great I cleaned it and evrything and to this day it’s still good. I went back about it 3 months ago to have 2 more done each on separate ears. Not only did the first one get a weird bump on it to the point where I had to take it out after 1 month, by the second one did too, just today I had to take it out cuz of the bump. I went into a professional place and asked what it was .. it’s because they don’t actually take out the piece of the cartilage like they’re supposed to. Which makes ur ear infected and forever has a big bump on the back. Thanks.

The staff was very nice and welcoming and gave a lot of great insight on what would work best for each individual customer. The shop is very welcoming and clean for everyone.

Two ladies working and several people around. I waited 20 minutes and I wasn’t even acknowledged so I left.

My girl got her ears re-pierced & could not be happier with the piercing or the staff! We are so happy to have stopped here!
