I had 5 piercings done at the same time on 30 June this year and everything went amazingly well. Staff was friendly, safe, and valued cleanliness and customer awareness and education.I went with this place after researching quite a few in the area and am glad I did. Now, about 5 weeks later, Ive had zero issues with healing after following their aftercare instructions and so, overall, have had a great experience.At 41 years old, I dont know anyone looking for recommendations, but Id recommend Craigs place to anyone looking.Thanks!

Quite simply: If you want a piercing done right, go here.Never had a bad experience. The price is well worth it. All of my piercings have healed/are healing well and Blake was a sweetheart each and every time. Their jewelry is high quality and always fits just right. I have a pair of stud earrings in my lobes that are my go-tos from here. Everyone in the shop has more than enough expertise to throw around, is quick and efficient, and will work with you without judgement.I recommend all my friends to go here and have not found a shop that can do quite as well as they do. You get what you pay for and what you pay for is a job absolutely well done here.

We just took our daughter to get her ears pierced she got two 14k gold earrings in each ear . I cannot tell you how amazing this place was from the time we walked in till the time we left we felt so comfortable. Blake was our piercer and recommended to us from a few friends he was absolutely incredible. Everything was sterile clean he walked my daughter through the whole process. There were no surprises. She felt totally comfortable and so happy and excited when we left. We will definitely be back and definitely be recommending this place for anybody who would like to get a piercing. I got two earlobe piercings today on the same ear and had a great experience! The studio is clean and quiet. I had only a few minutes’ wait for my appointment during which I could choose my piercing jewelry. Hooks was super efficient and kind and did exactly what i was hoping for for my second and third piercing on one ear, and also gave me some inspiration for future piercings even though i have weirdly-shaped ear cartilage. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Thanks for a great experience, I’ll definitely be back!

This store is on the pricey side but there is a reason for it. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to witness them providing instructions to an 8 yr old girl getting her first piercing and adapting the same instructions to give to me as a 23 yr old with more piercings than I can count. Jewelry is high quality, explanations are very thorough and easy to understand, employees are gentle with their touch and handle with care. I came in for a walk in and was in and out in less than 45-minutes. As someone who has had plenty of piercing horror stories I have finally found a place I feel excited to return to for my next piercing. Shout out Jason for the great vibes and nice work!!

We had our 12 year old daughter’s ears pierced today and the experience was amazing , from the front office to the piercers it was stellar service and upmost professionalism. Craig pokes u is amazing. I got my nose pierced by Blake a few years ago which was wonderful. I recently got my tragus pierced by Hooks. She was patient and very knowledgeable about the piercing which is what prompted me to move forward with the last minute decision of the piercing. Hooks was great. I’ve had no issues so far with the healing and I continue to recommend Craig Pokes U to all of my family and friends, each one having the same great experience as me.

I just took my young teenager to get 2nd piercings on her earlobes and it was a wonderful experience! After having her original piercing done at 5 yrs old at Claire’s, I have since learned about the advantages of needle piercing vs the machine and although significantly more expensive, I think it’s clearly worth it to have a knowledgeable professional for your piercings. The difference is night and day.Blake at CPU was kind and extremely detailed in his explaining everything. He talked directly to my daughter and not me, and walked her through each step of the process, showing her the sterilized tools, and instructing her on how to do the aftercare. He was extremely fast and skilled with the actual piercing, it was quicker and gentler than we expected and both ears were done in less than 2 minutes!They have a large selection of piercing jewelry, and you purchase each earring as a single. It is definitely expensive- I paid $160 for the piercings and jewelry (I got the least expensive starter earrings). However these are holes in your body that will be there long term so I think the expense to have it done right is worthwhile. I myself have Claire’s-type piercings from when I was a child and though they are even, they were not done straight and it affects what earrings I wear to this day. So happy I went to Craig Pokes You!

Professional, knowledgeable, clean, and great with kids and adults alike. My 8 year old was walked through each step of the process by Blake. He spoke to her directly. She felt safe and in control of the experience. The place was clean and the piercing came out beautifully. Other than the second pinch, it was a painless experience. My daughter is chuffed and I am too.

I got my daith recently by Blake, and from the moment I walked into the shop and getting help from the girl at the front desk, I felt welcomed and comfortable, everything was so professional, and worth the visit. Nice environment and good quality jewelry. my only issue is that some staff has been stand offish and rude when talking to them and I often feel rushed out of the shop. As well as that the price of the jewelry is exorbitant and the way the owner responds to negative reviews unprofessional. Like I said piercings are fine and jewelry is good. Just not a very welcoming shop.

Blake did a double nose piercing on me today. He was so patient with my back and forth with placement and was the sweetest thing. He’s been piercing for as long as I’ve been alive so I trusted him immediately. It also barely hurt and I really enjoyed the little time I spent with him tonight. This is my second visit to the shop, but my first for an actual piercing. The prices are pretty steep but the jewelry im sure is the reason. All in all I had a really good experience. I will be asking for Blake for all further piercings.♥️Updated review:One of my piercings was a tad bit off.. you could barely tell unless you really looked but it really bothered me. I called and was able to come back in for Blake to fix it. He was very kind and so was the staff. Literally no problems to get my issue fixed. I really appreciated that.

DANIE HOOKS IS THE QUEEN! I brought my 10 year old daughter on her birthday to get her ears pierced. Danie could not have been more affirming, knowledgeable, and kind. She made my daughter feel so special, empowered her to make up her own mind and her own decisions, and talked her through everything before anything happened. Very clean and professional, all paperwork is done on a tablet. They will send you a full printout to your email of the receipt and care instructions. Ive been there twice. A lot of kids are there with their parents. Very child friendly for newbies. Recommend for anyone child to adult. Free care cleansing spray with piercing.

Such a fantastic experience with Blake! Our daughter had been asking to have her ears pierced, but was nervous about the process. Not only is the shop clean and professional, but Blake talked to her through every step and gave her the time she needed when she got anxious. My boyfriend and I have been going to Craigs for the past year. I’ve gotten my conch pierced and my boyfriend has gotten his septum and both nostrils. Jason is an amazing piercer. They makes you feel comfortable, shows and explains every step they take and gives you candy afterwards hahaBlake is an amazing piercer as well! They took care of us when we got butchered at another shop and even refunded us on the charge for new posts when replacing them. It may be pricy here but it’s for good reason. I will not be going to any shop other than this one.

I had a belly piercing that I thought had closed and I gave the shop a call. The gentleman who answered the phone was extremely polite and friendly. They told me to come in so the piecer could assess the piercing. When I arrived to the shop I immediately noticed how beautiful and clean the place is. Jason was who assisted me with my piercing. He was very kind, polite, and extremely helpful. He guided me on what type of jewelry he would suggest base on my sitting posture which I think is very smart to observed. This is my second time coming to this place. The first time I went to place they did my flat surface piercing. The second time was to replace it because I had to temporarily take it out. What really got me was their bathroom and how they clearly were thoughtful of woman. Super plus in my book.

This place really earns every one of their stars. Hooks expertly performed my daughter’s ear piercings today - and in addition to the piercings, I felt like she gained a big lesson in body autonomy, control and self-confidence. We weren’t rushed AT ALL, even though we were walk-ins, my daughter’s confidence was wobbling a lot in the moment, and I have to imagine we took significantly longer than an average client. Recommend highly!!

Omg this was such a great experience!!! My friend decided last minute she wanted to get her nose pierced and I decided to get a second nose piercing. The appointment was easy to make. We had a wonderful piercing experience with Blake. My 9 year old daughter finally mustered up the courage to get her ears pierced but we were all nervous based on how she acted getting her flu shot the week prior. I don’t think I can say enough positive things about our experience. I took my 10 year old yesterday to get her ears pierced after she & I researched options. The space is bright and open with plenty of cute bee decorations and after checking in you are assigned a piercer. We had Matt who immediately put my daughter at ease by joking with her. He showed us the earring options, ensuring it was something she would like for months. After picking them out, you pay & go through the waiver on a iPad. I love that the child has to sign in addition to the parent.There were plenty of rooms for piercing, all of which were bright and clean. Matt explained the process to her, showed how to tell if the needle was coming from a sterile pack and explained how they used the autoclave. He gave her the option of having both ears pierced at once (which is great for a child with anxiety) and Jason joined for the other ear. Right before the piercing he led her through some breathing and told her when they would be proceeding. It did hurt but he gently talked her through (while I was holding her hands) and it was quickly done. He had her agree on the waiver that she was happy and clearly went through the cleaning process in various ways.The best part came today, when she was showing a friend the website and talking about all the different piercers and where she interacted with them (this is Matt, this is Jason, Blake & Wade were at the front desk, Danie was helping the people in front of us). She talked about the process and how cool it was. I have no doubts that she will be sharing similar stories at school this week.The details - it took 30 min. We had a 2:30 appointment and we’re out at 3. And at no time did we feel rushed. Making the appointment was easy and they sent a confirmation, requirements, and reminders. It cost about $400, which isn’t cheap (the earrings are the big price point), but it is worth it for 14k gold that will be in her ears for 6 months.

Great experience. I was able to book a last minute appointment to get 3 piercings, helix, 3rd on one lobe, and 2nd on the other lobe. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I really liked the selection of jewelry available.The piercing process was very professional and clean. The woman doing my piercings did a great job explaining the process and after care. She really took her time to make sure all the piercings were in the locations I wanted. The piercing itself hurt a lot less than anticipated and she was very quick and efficient with the piercing then putting in the earring all while explaining everything she was doing the whole time. They also give a card with a date for recommended followup appointments to make sure everything is going well and decrease the length of the earring once any swelling is done.Now heres to properly caring for them for many month until they fully heal and hoping they dont have issues.

Absolutely the best place to take your child to get their ears pierced properly and safely. Their building is extremely clean and organized, and the piercers show you the sterilized equipment to be used. The 2 piercers explained everything in depth to my daughter beforehand, and nothing was a surprise to her. They were great - she didnt even flinch during the piercing. Also, they had a great selection of medical-grade earrings to choose from to wear until the piercing heals. They also teach you how to keep the piercing clean and send you home with a bottle of sterile saline spray. Its definitely a great place for piercings!

Time for a new piercing!The staff is nice, extremely patient when choosing my earnings.Jan 2023 I had a piercing done in Vegas. BIG MISTAKE. My ear swelled and the earring became inbeded in my ear. The amazing piercer had to push earring from inside the skin and cut earring from ear. (A woman, sorry, I dont remember her name). I went here a couple weeks ago to get my daith, conch, repeirce of my fourth lobe, and jewelry change all in one sitting. They had many beautiful jewelry options and the staff were very caring, clean, and informative! I felt very shocked after my daith since it was my most painful piercing, and they allowed me to take a second to breath, drink some water, and have a little bit of candy so I could brace myself for the next two piercings. I’m definitely coming back for my next couple of piercings!

A week ago, I went for an ear curation; a piercer looked at my ear and told me which piercings would be best because everyone’s ears are different. I ended up getting a conch and helix piercing. They don’t use piercing guns. They were very professional, knowledgeable, clean, and kind. I felt comfortable and not rushed during my entire visit.Although they take walk-ins, it is best to schedule an appointment through their website before arriving. They were fully booked on a Monday. Heads up, the parking lot is through a small little alleyway that’s hard to notice at first. Also, please if you are a minor, make sure your guardian brings the proper IDs as listed all over the website (I.e birth certificate, driver’s license, and passport). Also, the price of earrings may seem pricy to some people because they’re real silver and gold. It’s good that they’re real because I and others I know are allergic to fake metals. They also have titanium earrings which are good for people who are allergic to gold. They also have genuine and non-genuine diamond options. I asked them the price range over email before going, but it’s something that can catch people off guard. A suggestion for them would be to include a price range on their website. It’s also cash only but there is an atm on site. My piercings are healing nicely and they do one month follow-up appointments. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience!

I had my nose piercing done with Wayde! I loved how smooth the process was and how knowledgeable the piercer was in explaining what position would be best to heal in the right way. Such a great experience! I had a tragus piercing earlier today and Blake took time to explain the process. I got light-headed afterwards and he was very helpful, and gave me a candy and a glass of water. He was reassuring me the whole time as I felt embarrassed and he made sure I knew I could take as much time as needed.I paid $215, which also included the aftercare saline solution. I got a beautiful 14k gold and titanium earring. They also have diamond earrings. I was worried I wasnt going to find something I like, but they have such a beautiful collection - I wish they would put pictures on the website so that I can choose before I go next time!I took a picture of some of the earrings they have for my daughter - I will definitely bring her here for her first piercings!Also, the front desk lady was very welcoming and helpful!

Wow! I’ve had a couple of piercings elsewhere in the past and when I tell you these guys are the best I mean it. I won’t ever go anywhere else for my piercings in future! I enjoyed coming here to get my tragus. Found this out about this piercing place on Google, and eventually, a colleague told me she goes here for piercing. I was a little confused about the price point because somebody told me over for one piercing it would be $30.00 (phone call to establishment). Once I arrived there for the earring and piercing the total was $170.00(one ear). Given I had a horrible issue with my belly button I just paid the price because I just wanted my piercing. So far it has been about a week and a half and no complaints. I’m cleaning it constantly and I don’t regret getting it done. I would recommend you come to this establishment but make sure your pockets are heavy. Two Tragus Piercings (14k gold)= $340.00

My fiancee and myself went in to have our ears pierced. The staff (Rob and Tishy) were very knowledgeable and experienced. The atmosphere was inviting, laid back like being at home. The furniture is antique and fantastic! The selection of jewelry was great! Dont listen to the bad review, come check it out you wont be dissapointed! Oh, just remember Dont freakin touch it!

Right off the bat, the disclaimer on consent made me so happy; I am a firm believer in children being able to give their own consent. The shop was clean and presented well. I brought my daughter to get her first piercing because of all the good reviews that indicated that this establishment was kid friendly. She was terrified…not because of the piercing but by the piercers appearance. He looked odd to say the least. Unfortunately, all of the employees look like they perhaps belong in a traveling circus with the many modifications to their face. This place truly gives off a skin head, rotting teeth, racist vibe. My second complaint is the pricing….I found the piercing to be overpriced for the experience. I see many people from the reviews who were ok with it, but I just really didn’t find it worth it. Pretty disappointed based off of others reviews but I guess different strokes for different folks. I won’t be back….ever.

Got my septum pierced here last year (I cant remember the piercers name but she made it a BREEZE!!) and since then Ive lost the jewelry twice. Both times I drove out to the shop and had Blake take care of me immediately. I always have a great experience with the team - Ive also never had any adverse reactions to the jewelry they use for piercing or sell. Recently I bought a beautiful piece from them that also features a lifetime warranty on the gems! I recommend this body art shop to all my friends/family. Im extremely needle-phobic, and was partially sedated on doctors orders and for the safety of everyone involved. The office was pleasant, clean, and very inviting. Everybody was so kind and patient with me whenever I lost the plot of what was going on, and getting the earrings put in went quickly and relatively painlessly. The jewelry selection was nice, and they were able to show me that they had sterilized it before they put it in.Jason was the best piercer I could have asked for, and if I get any more work done I am absolutely coming back here. I will also be recommending it to others in the future. If I could give a rating higher than five stars I would.

Blake did my helix piercing today and it was the best experience. I felt comfortable asking any questions, it was such a calm atmosphere, and the pain was minimal. You can also tell how seriously they take safety. I will definitely come back for future piercings!

To be honest with you, this shop is really good. All the staff is friendly with a high customer service value. I did my piercing with Blake. That guy knows really well what he is doing. He finished my procedure in less than a minute, and he explained to me all the details for the aftercare. My piercing was difficult for my own anatomy, but he handled it so well with the correct recommendation for what I needed to wear. I returned after a couple of days without an appointment, and he was available to see me for the follow-up. I recommend this place to yall.

You wont use anyone else once youve experienced the care and kindness of this shop!From the explanations of every step, to the authority of ones self being respected even for photos. I just cant imagine taking my kids anywhere else!I secured an appointment for my 10yo easily online and was able to have her best friend have the same appointment time for her piercings.Blake took wonderful care of both girls and helped to calm their nerves and emboldem them with body autonomy. He didnt rush a single step. He told her what was on his table and what they were for. Even showing her the earings and such were freshly sanitized from the autoclave(?) with a test strip. He even told her when he was throwing away the setup trash, that it wouldnt be reused.He encouraged her when one ear was done and she had an tiny glimmer of not doing the other ear. This kind soul also dabbed away her one hanging teardrop when he was cleaning up the iodine.Excellent aftercare instructions and made sure we knew we could come back at any point for aftercare checks.100000000x recommend this place for your children. It may have taken us 6-7 years to come in when she was ready from first hearing about Blake in that viral article, but it was well worth the wait and even better than the high expectations Ive had all these years.

OMGGGG!! 3 words to describe my experience: clean, transparent and experienced. Jason was so kind, knowledgeable, accurate, gentle and funny! I originally came in for the industrial and couldn’t get it due to a previous piercing I had. I loved that he checked out my ear and gave me his professional opinion and advised against it. I ended up getting my the nostril and tragus done. I felt so comfortable the entire time: from choosing the placement, to picking out the jewelry, to showing me the needle and the piercing station, from sanitizing to after care: I knew it all by the time I left. I will definitely be coming back to see Jason! Thank you so much for giving me an amazing experience!

I came here for the first time to get my double helixes done. Everyone in the shop was super nice and helpful at making you feel welcome. Matt was my piercer and he was amazing, not only with helping me with picking out jewelry but the entire piercing process. He talked me through it all step by step including sterilization and placement of the piercing. Matt told me about body makers and how to make sure that they are only used on your body. The piercing itself was relatively painless, maybe a 5/10. The initial push through was the worst but again, Matt was awesome about it all. I wish I had given a bigger tip because he totally deserves it. I’ll definitely be back for my next piercing in the future.

This is our 3rd time here, between my daughter and I, and its always been such a pleasant and a very professional environment! Theyve always made my daughter feel at ease... and me as well lol! Perfect experience for a 4 year old girl ! Studio is clean , not scary looking at all, tons of options for earrings ( the kind with the flat back that you want) , we didn’t have an appointment but went when they opened and they were able to accommodate us. I’m sad I don’t remember the name of whom we worked with today but from start at the reception desk to finishing with the piercing professional I couldn’t be happier with our experience and even more happy I didn’t just take my daughter to Claire’s. It was painless, quick, sterilized ( he made sure to show us and explain just how sterile) also was very thorough on every detail of what was going to happen , when and what it would all feel like which really helped my daughter. I can’t recommend this place enough it’s worth every penny. I will be sure to send all my friends on the market for piercings.

Went to the store to change my helix piercing from 2022 from a stud to a hoop. i explained to my piercer that i have very sensitive ears and the only materials that work are titanium and 14k+ solid gold, eventually shelling out over $200 for a plain 14k gold hoop. i followed strict cleaning procedure but less than a month later i started experiencing painful burning and swelling in my ear. i had to get it removed and get antibiotics. i have multiple healed piercings and this has never happened before. it was a very painful and upsetting experience (and expensive). i also got a mid helix piercing on the other ear with titanium jewlery that seems to be doing fine, i.e. the reason for two stars instead of one.

Recently got my nose pierced by Blake. I’m very satisfied, he walked me through every step. I was so nervous but he made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be back!!!

I went to CraigPokesU for a few piercings a couple of months ago. The experience was nothing but exceptional, I didnt have an appointment and just walked in. Only had to wait about 15 minutes to be taken care of. The piercing studio is quite clean, and the staff are nice. I have a few additional piercings i want to get and will be returning back to CraigPokesU. Ive had to return a couple of times in the past few weeks due to my piercing piercing taking some time to heal and Ive been welcomed to the studio each time. Just be mindful that everyones body reacts differently to a piercing what might take one individual 3 months to heal may take another 6 months-a year. Would highly recommend.

If I could give 1/2 stars, I would rate it a 2.5 and that’s only because my first visit was awesome. I got my nose pierced at their old location in 2022. I had gotten it pierced previously in 2021 by another shop and they did a horrible job at sizing. After research and checking reviews I chose Craig’s to get it repierced. The lady that did it was quick and informative. My nose healed quick w/o issues. Fast forward to 2023 and almost a year later, I decided I wanted to change to a hoop. Note: the lady that pierced me asked if I would ever want to change to a hoop before she pierced me so she could position the piercing right and I told here yes, I do eventually want a hoop. When I went to get the hoop at the new location, the guy who helped me looked at my piercing and said he knew what size hoop I needed and we got started. Getting the nose ring out from my initial piercing was painful and I started to bleed even though I was fully healed. He still put the hoop in and it was nothing but pain for days. I thought the pain would leave after a few hours but it didn’t and I noticed my nose was swelling and the hoop was basically splitting my nostril. I went back after a few days of pain and they took it out and I had to pay another ~$150 for removal, new stud, and putting in the new stud. I spent almost $300 for a process that (I thought) should have been simple or at least more accommodating to a customer if the staff’s judgement was off.Picture with nose ring was taken a few hours after it was put in. Other picture is right after I went back to get it taken out.

Love, love, love this studio. I’ve had two sets of piercings done here and Blake was professional and above board. I did my research on local studios and CraigPokesU checked all the necessary boxes for licenses and certifications. I even had to walk in one day after having to take out my piercings for an MRI. They were super helpful and polite getting them back in when I was unable.

This place was professional from start to finish, especially in the time of Covid-19. There staff was friendly and courteous and the store was impeccably clean. Blake was excellent with my 10 year old. He explained the entire process as he went and calmed all her fears. Definitely recommend!

Took my daughter here to get her ears pierced for her 5th birthday. Making an appointment online was very easy and they have clear instructions on what you need to bring (ie birth certificate if they’re underage). It is cash only as well so make sure to bring enough of that to also purchase your jewelry, although they have an ATM in case you forget.Our piercer Blake was so kind and explained everything to her in a way she could understand. He marked the spots for her holes and explained how everything would remain sterile. I felt great as parent taking her heart because of how professional the staff was. They had two piercers available and were able to do both ears at once. There were a few tears, but all was made better with some starbursts and a ring pop. Overall a great experience.

Got my nostril pierced on Monday, 5/1. Really nice facility, helpful and welcoming front staff. The jewelry selection is also gorgeous. I think Blake pierced me - he was great. Very professional, quick, answered all my questions, and the process went smoothly. Definitely will go again if Im in the area after the next month or so of healing.Thanks for everything yall. I am obsessed with this black opal stud & cant wait to match on the other side.

I got my nostril pierced with Jason a few days ago and it was a lovely experience. He was super accommodating and let me know everything that was going on. He created an amazingly comfortable atmosphere and made sure I was happy with everything before proceeding. Awesome place.

My 13 y/o really wanted a 2nd ear piercing. We took her to CPU and it was the best decision. The store/facility is beautifully decorated and clean. The staff were really wonderful with my daughter and very knowledgeable. My daughter said it was like a spa for ear piercings. Yes it is more expensive than the mall. But you are getting their expertise and cleanliness along with allergen safe jewellery.

I’ve gotten my septum and my daith done here, and both experiences were great. The staff is very friendly, the piercers explain the process to you, and it’s always quick and easy. Plus the shop is cute!

I brought my kid in for a consultation because I felt that the earrings done at another place was off-centered. We saw Blake who took his time to carefully measure the placement on each ear and confirmed with me that they were perfect. He didnt even charge for the consultation and also gave her a little Swedish fish treat. This place is so kind and professional and I definitely would come back for future piercings here.

Professional, hygienic, kid-friendly, creative. Pricey, but that pays for great customer service, better products that last, and free follow-ups if something needs to be checked out with a piercing.

I went in for a re-piercing for my nose. Everyone was nice and pretty helpful. I only have one suggestion, that being while doing the procedure (re-piercing, piercing), please try and talk the customer through what you’re doing and check in while doing the piercing to make sure they’re doing okay, if they’re in a lot of pain, etc.The person who did my re-piercing just asked me to lay down, and then immediately started re-piercing my nostril, and it hurt quite a bit, but they were just completely silent, saying nothing during the 2-3 minute process. I think I was visibly in pain, but they didn’t really check in during or after. Again, they were very nice overall, and I would recommend going here for piercings, but just a tip for the workers there so that we can feel cared for and aware during the process.

Came in to have my Septum pierced. This is only my second body mod, and my first time at Craig Pokes U. I didn’t schedule ahead, but the walk-in was easy and the wait was minimal. My piercer, Blake, was thorough in his explanation of the process, helped me with the disclosure form and was over all as professional as he was kind. He made the whole experience highly enjoyable and I am so pleased with the work. I love my new ring, and I even god a ring pop cause Blake is a sweetie. Thanks, y’all!

I got 3 helix piercings done here. I brought my own jewelry that I paid a decent amount of money for (APP certified medical grade titanium, no less). The piercer told me that they had to use jewelry I bought there for the initial piercing but that they would change it out to my jewelry I had bought once it healed.It healed and I just brought in my jewelry to try get it changed and they told me they can’t change it out unless I purchase it from their store. Now I’m stuck unless I buy MORE of their jewelry because I can’t change it myself without hurting it. Nice little trick. I wouldn’t have gotten pierced here if they hadn’t lied about their policy.

Great experience for our daughter’s ear piercing. Very, very clean place and they really take many sanitary/safety precautions. The individual who did our piercing was excellent-he was friendly, spoke directly to my daughter, and shared with her what he was doing every step of the way (including leading up to the piercing, to inform her so she wouldn’t be scared). There were no surprises and she/we felt very comfortable. No complications after the pricing and her earrings look great. More expensive than other places (I.e., Claire’s), but worth the extra money to know that it was done in such a safe and comfortable manner. No comparison to less expensive mall sites. Definitely recommend!

The best!!! I have scar tissue on both ears from both piercing and non-piercing accidents and was worried I wouldn’t be able to get them repierced the way I wanted. Matt (the best, give him a raise guys) not only had an insanely comfortable presence in the studio itself but managed to deal with the scar tissue in a way that I’m happier with my repiercing than I was with my original piercing!!! Never going anywhere else 😎

All staff was amazing! The shop is very inviting and friendly vibe. One of my daughters was on the fence on a second piercing and we filled out everything and let her decide on her own. I took my seven year old daughter to have her ear lobes pierced. All of the staff were wonderful. Everyone was patient and explained everything to my daughter. It was clear that her consent was necessary (as well as mine). They had a nice selection of jewelry to choose from. And, they answered all our questions and gave information about caring for the piercings. They also have you return for a (free) checkup a month after the piercing.

Although I didn’t get a piercing done by this place I still wanted to share my experience! :)I made an appointment online for a naval piercing (I was charged $30 and it was non refundable). I went in for my appointment and before getting the piercing done there is a routine anatomy check, which concludes to if I am eligible in getting the naval piercing done or not. (For instance naval piercing isn’t for everyone, some anatomies aren’t suitable) Unfortunately during my anatomy check it was revealed that I was not eligible to get it done!However I just wanted to mention that I truly appreciate for the honesty and genuineness because it’s hard to find businesses that has concerns for their customers safety and it’s not all about being greedy for money!They were also kind enough to refund my appointment fees as well, which they didn’t have to but they still did! I would recommend them for anyone one who wants to get piercings done! :)

The shop was very busy but the employees were still attentive and walked me through all the information I could possibly want to know before my appointment. Amy walked me through each step of what she was doing at every point during the piercing and Im in love with the results. I recommend this shop to anyone looking to get piercings.

Great place to get piercings done! Might be a little more pricey than some other places but very worth it since they great quality and selection of jewelry. I have gotten my conch and flat done here and they are healing great! Probably going to come back soon for another piercing!

The entire place was very clean, beautiful, and professional-looking. I was seen quickly to remove a difficult septum piercing. It was really stuck, but the piercer took their time and patience. They were so gentle, it didn’t hurt at all even though they really had to take their time undoing it. I would trust them to do any piercing!

This was recommended to me for my daughters piercing. She is 8. She was nervous. The place it ultra clean. They are not in a hurry. They even throw away the marking pen that they used. It was a great experience. They offered to have 2 piercers at once so that it was over faster. It was like a spa! Would 100% recommend!

I got my ears re-done from having them done at claire’s ages ago and this was 1000 times better, and better from other piercing shops i’ve been to! The process itself was very fast and I felt very comfortable. An all around great experience! They are thorough and the environment was clean and comfortable for all ages. Blake pierced my 5 year old daughter’s ears. He was great about explaining the process step-by-step and making her (and me) feel comfortable. An apprentice pierced her other ear so they could be done at the same time. My daughter got her ears pierced here and it was a great experience. Blake was wonderful--he explained every step calmly and patiently, and let her tell him when she was ready. She was reassured by his soothing manner, and I was reassured by their sanitation processes and ID requirement.

A little late in my review. I had my nose pierced long ago and needed it redone cause it closed up.. way back in the day Craig pierced me when he was working out of a tattoo shop off route 1. Years later I again lost my nose again same reason lol so naturally I wanted to go to who I trusted but that shop was closed and I heard Craig opened a shop and saw Jason needed some more “pokes” to finish up his licensing (I think hehe). Jason was great! He walked me through the entire process, things have definitely changed for the better with technology! I was taken back by pricing, only because that part wasn’t the same at the tattoo shop haha technology was come a long way since then and I’m fine with paying for my safety.I was suppose to go back to get it checked and completely forgot due to life and work however everything healed perfectly, I followed all the cleaning instructions and used the solution I purchased in house and had no issues.I do plan on going back for my rook and tragus and to see the new shop! I hate to leave a negative review on a local business staffed by such lovely people but I dont think anyone should get advanced piercings here and I feel a responsibility to say so. If youre here to pierce your ears or something, fine, but Id go elsewhere for anything else.Here are the issues Ive had:1. I got my philtrum (medusa) pierced here 4 years ago. It is crooked and off center. The bar they used was too short that it started embedding. Went somewhere else to get it fixed. Remember this for later.2. Came back to get other piercing bars shortened. I ended up having to buy all new jewelry and the posts, even though I got my philtrum done there. I spent over $100, and I know if I went to the place I trust it would have been free. Also, the jewelry they added to my other lip piercing fell out and the piercing closed up.3. The bar they replaced in my medusa is again too short. After 4 years of being completely fine, it suddenly started swelling up massively. The swelling went away once but came back (I did nothing to cause it and even if I did and just dont know, this kind of thing doesnt happen to such an old piercing) and it is so bad that it got properly infected. Its swollen and bleeding and embedded. Im writing this review from urgent care.Im really sorry, craig pokes u people, but if you cant change a bar without me needing to get previously my completely fine piercing cut out of my face, you shouldnt be getting business.

We decided on a piercing studio for our 7 year old daughter’s first ear piercing. BEST CHOICE EVER. We had Blake as the main piercer, who is absolutely amazing with children. Amy was the second piercer as they recommended to do both ears at once. The piercing is great, she barely flinched, actually didn’t flinch at all. I really just can’t say enough amazing things about Blake. I walked in so nervous for my piercing, and just honestly scared in general of the process, but he kept me so calm and walked me through it so well. I was even emotional after, and he was so sweet and gave me a hug and just made me so comfortable. I came back about a week later to change the jewelry, because my lip is swelling more than we anticipated. This part was pretty painful, but he made it so quick, and was very comforting. I’ve told all my friends to come to Blake to get their piercings done. He’s really the best!

My experience was so great -went in for a consult in regards to getting my belly re-pierced due to a not so good experience with another piercer at a different location. I felt super nervous going in for the consultation but after speaking to Blake, I knew I was in good hands. He was able to re-pierce my belly- I was able to pick from a variety of beautiful jewelry. The place is very clean, vibe is great, everyone is super friendly- very professional..My anxiety kicked in a little at some point by thinking about my last experience but everyone made me feel comfortable here! Everything was explained to me from start to finish + aftercare! Will go in for a follow up in a month! I felt safe, I knew I was in good hands where I no longer felt anxious- I felt super happy inside. That feeling of being able to trust again after an experience that made me a little scared. I can’t express how happy and grateful I am. The placement of my piercing is perfect, the jewelry is beautiful- I read some reviews about people complaining about “overly priced” which is ridiculous… you get what you pay for! This place is worth it!! High quality is worth paying for- cant afford it..go somewhere else that fits your budget and possibly end up costing you more in different ways…Anyways…THANK YOU for making my experience special.

The only thing this place cares about is taking money from customers than the welfare of the client. I got 2 piercings, a nose piercing and a daith piercing. The issue was my nose piercing. I picked a smaller gage than 18g and the bar was too short and did not accommodate for my swelling. The sad thing was that I asked them if the nose ring would be a good choice. Would not recommend this place because they care more about the sale of their jewelry instead of the health of the client.Edit:I went to this place. My piercer was a white female with healed cutting scars on her arm.I am only informing other people of my experience. This was my experience, and it was not 5 stars.

We came here to get my daughters ears pierced, she six and she can be very anxious about new things. They were so great with her and were even nice about having to wait for a picture of my daughters birth certificate (we were visiting from out of town) Blake was so great about explaining everything to my daughter and he even made her laugh. Him and the other piercer did such a good job and my daughter was extremely happy. I would definitely recommend people go there, even the guy at the front counter was so great. He even looked up a place for me to take my daughter to get her ears looked at in a month for healing where we live because we live in a different state.

We love it here. Took my 8 year old for her ears, and loved that they asked her for consent, and took time to explain the process and how to care for them- they spoke directly to her, making her feel autonomous and capable. The piercing was perfect and the jewelry is gorgeous and high quality. The only down side is that their parking lot is VERY tiny so avoid bringing your big suv if you can.They offer free follow ups, and made sure it was healing well, taught me how to remove the earrings because I couldn’t figure that piercing shop kind out 🤦🏻‍♀️, and were all around wonderful. Highly recommend.

Rob was AMAZING!!! My son and I went in to get a nose piercing. I am a wimp for pain and Rob took his time to explain the process and joked with me all the way through. I can honestly say the pain was a 3 out of 10 (10 being intense). My son is in college in NC area and they even provided advice for a piecer near his school for assistance. Rob is super knowledgeable and very willingly offered advice on upkeep. The receptionist Tishy was extremely welcoming and Blake and Rob together are HILARIOUS!!! We will be back for more piercings!!

100% recommend this piercing shop. I had never had a piercing before and went in for a helix piercing. Everyone in this shop was super kind and walked me through the entire process and answered all questions I had. Blake was my piercer and he described all of the steps and made me feel comfortable with the process. The shop was spotless from the lobby to the piercing rooms. Everything was sanitized, they sanitized my earrings before it was placed in my ear, and there were 2 steps of sanitizing my ear before they pierced. Additionally, they discussed after care of the piercing, received after care solution, and a follow-up date to return to examine the piercing to ensure proper healing and changing out the back after the swelling has gone down if needed. 3 things to consider when coming to this shop: parking is limited, depending on when you go there may be a wait if you don’t make an appointment (walk-in) - I waited about 1.5 hours, and this shop is slightly pricey. Helix was $70, lobes are $60 plus the price of the jewelry that starts at $30. They accept cash only but do have an ATM for use inside.

Wow! I had the most amazing experience getting my nipples pierced. I am legit blown away. The studio is very clean and well organized. They have a beautiful selection of jewelry to choose from. The sterilization process of the needles and jewelry is unlike any I’ve ever seen. You can tell they invested a lot to give their clients the best. Blake was so professional, accommodating and supportive. He is highly skilled and my piercings were relatively painless. I honestly could have not have asked for a better experience.

I walked in this morning without an appointment hoping they could fit me in for my first nostril piercing. So professional! CraigPokesU is a lovely boutique dedicated to piercing with experts on staff to help decide on jewelry and pierce you with confidence and ease. My nose piercing started closing up overnight, but my piercer was able to get my new jewelry in without issue. His confidence and skill made the need to size the hole back up super comfortable and quick. Highly recommend for new piercings and for finding new jewelry when you want to update. The staff is so sweet and the whole operation is extremely professional. Great experience, love my nose piercing, and would absolutely recommend. Amy walked me through the whole thing and i was never rushed, even as we waited to make sure i didn’t faint after (it was quick and pretty painless, but my body needed a few minutes to recover). Very clean and sanitary from top to bottom, and the front desk lady was running a tight ship and giving everyone great service despite multiple appts/walk-ins happening at once. Nice jewelry selection too, but it was the staff that really deserve the recognition.Edit: went back with my 12yo who needed one of her first holes fixed (mall kiosk - never again) and Blake was awesome. Great bedside manner and he corrected the first hole and did her second. Again the whole staff was lovely, the experience was great, and a secret stash of ring pops was appreciated. The flat back earrings are also so much better than the butterfly ones that require extra monitoring to ensure they don’t get too tight. You get what you pay for, so don’t cheap out on body modifications!

I loveee this place and wouldnt let anyone else touch my piercings! Been coming here for years and the service is top notch. I drive an hour from PG county every time. They know their stuff better than anyone else in the area from my experience. Never had any problems with infections or placement, and the staff is so sweet. I have around 17 piercings - this establishment has been the most friendly, knowledgeable, professional one Ive been to yet. Yes, they are more expensive than the neighborhood tattoo parlor, but thats because of their top quality pure jewelry.I came here originally because I wanted my new nose piercing to be perfectly aligned with my existing nose piercings on the opposite nostril and yep I was glad I came! Blake aligned it perfectly and really took his time, which is so rare in my experience. HE EVEN WIPED AWAY MY TEARS!! (Nose piercings usually cause you to tear up naturally) What a great guy. Will definitely return to do dermals and maybe go ahead with a vertical labret. They earned a loyal customer.They are very child friendly by the way. Went to get my lobes pierced and my girlfriend went to get a septum piercing. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and guided us through the process. The establishment is very welcoming and clean. I didnt really understand why they dont take card (I didnt ask them) but it wasnt a big deal, they have an atm in the store. I love the resin floors, I spent most of my time waiting looking at the floor haha. Over all, great experience. We were comfortable the whole time and Im really happy with the result!

Blake and Amy are both fantastic. It was very sterile and clean, felt very safe. Both explained the process very thoroughly and answered questions. This is my third time getting a piercing and I went with a friend who it was her first time, and we both had a great experience. All my piercings have been at different shops and this was the best experience I’ve had. They have free follow ups and I feel very confident in the work they do. I had the BEST experience all through my visit. i came in for a walk-in appointment septum piercing and only waited for a very short time before i was taken back. the lady at the front desk was so incredibly nice and very informative with anything and everything. once i got back to the room, i was walked through everything that blake was doing and was informed about the whole process before we even got started. he was quick but careful with the piercing and i was over in a minute. he was clear and very very helpful when explaining after care and i even got my own cleaning solution. the jewelry was excellent quality and this whole experience was amazing. so glad i had the privilege to be pierced here :) !

I went to this place for the first time with a bit of an emergency - a new piercing I had gotten elsewhere had too small of a post and it had gone into my ear.All the staff were extremely kind, professional, and helpful. The piercer was able to identify the issue quickly and get it fixed for me by sterilizing my jewelry and installing a larger back post. All very clean, easy, and quick!Since I was there, I decided to have a jewelry change in another piercing. The staff were again patient and helpful as I picked out my jewelry and made sure I got what I was looking for. They have a great selection of jewelry, it’s pricey but high quality and gorgeous. Wonderful specialists! Everything went very well, though my 4y.o. was obviously scared and nervous. There were two specialists, and they serviced her together so that there is less pain. Everything went very fast, and she didnt even make a scuick, getting her ear lobes pierced.One thing that robbed me wrong is that push for paying cash. Businesses that push for cash transactions definitely have a bad reputation. Thanks for letting me use my credit card.

The entire crew was great. Blake did my industrial piercing and was patient and amazing. He did an ear anatomy check, lined me up, made sure I was good with the placement, and pierced away. I left a very happy camper!! The shop is also very clean and sanitary. Blake also gets extra thumbs up for how he treated the customers before me when their little girl was all set on getting both of her ears pierced. He focused on the emotions & readiness of the young child (as his customer) and that made me smile.

I called and explained my situation after having a negative experience in another shop, having an embedded nostril piercing and in pain. The receptionist was very comforting and reassuring that they would take care of me. I came in and the whole experience was positive. I am no longer in pain. The piercer was gentle and very nice. I booked an appointment online and didn’t realize my child can’t swim for 30 days after the piercing. I saw this in the confirmation email and asked right away if I could reschedule until after the pool season. But they refuse to. Their $30 deposit is non-refundable and won’t let you reschedule past the 30 day mark. As a consumer - it is my opinion that this is such an antiquated policy and I can’t imagine I’m the only one that feels this way. My appointment is 3 weeks away and I requested a reschedule within 30 minutes of booking.

Its 2021, please take yourself and your kids here for proper, professional piercings and not the mall. Such a amazing experience at Craig Pokes U! They were so professional, knowledgeable and confident. They were very welcoming from the moment I arrived, easy going and I was able to take my time. Amy was so great because I am sure I rambled some of my unsubstantiated fear about getting two measly earlobe piercings. But she was clearly experienced and walked me through every step of the process. The piercings were super quick and easy! They have a great assortment of jewelry and I love that their standard is flat backs (no poking posts!) Im so glad that Arlington has a great space for ear piercings.

This was my first piercing at an actual piercing place and it was everything I could’ve hoped for! The two people who helped me out at the front desk were so kind and professional when going through the paperwork and jewelry selection. They had so much jewelry to choose from that were all super cute. When I had to wait in the waiting room for about 10 minutes to wait for the piercer, Blake, to sanitize and sterilize everything, which I even saw him do through the little window in the lobby. When I got back to the room, Blake explained everything to me and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole experience. I got my tragus done and it was quick and easy! They say to come back a month later to get the piercing checked (free of charge) to make sure it’s healing nicely. 10/10 experience, would definitely come back again!!! Thank you!!

Got the ole Prince Albert done at Craig Pokes U with Blake. Very pleasant experience. I was nervous as hell and didn’t know what to expect. I was immediately impressed with the clean and professional studio when I walked in. I was on time and didn’t have to wait at all. Blake took me to the piercing room, also clean and sterile, and explained everything to me at length. It’s obviously not a pain free procedure, but it was much less than I expected. Blake was very knowledgeable, very professional, very patient and, most of all, very gentle. Highly recommended.Also kudos to the girl at the front desk. She’s young but knows the business. She seems to keep things running well there.

I have never written a google review before but our experience with the staff at CraigPokesU, needs be shouted from the mountain tops. Amy, Blake and Jason went above and beyond in helping my daughter work through her emotions and anxiety. She was the one who wanted to get her ears pierced and yet she totally freaked out when she went back to the room with Amy and Jason. They both stayed calm, affirming and patient with her. I was ready to lose it in frustration after 40min of my daughters emotional roller coaster but their calm helped me as well. My daughter kept apologizing for her emotions and both Amy and Jason affirmed her that she did not need to apologize. She was choosing something to happen to her own body and that is a big deal. We actually ended up leaving the studio and going to Heidelberg Pastry Shop just down the street to decompress, process and give her space to decide if she wanted to try again. (FYI: Super yummy place)When we walked back in, no one gave her a hard time about being back, or being dramatic. They and all other customers were positive, upbeat and encouraging. Blake ended up switching out with Amy and he had so much wisdom in how to encourage my daughter, as he has observed her emotional reaction the first time around. If this had been any other place, especially Claires, her ears would have been pierced in the first few minutes of our arrival without waiting for her to be ready or truly giving consent. Amy, Jason and Blake take consent more seriously than anywhere I have ever seen. They literally got into position at her ears and then she had to give them permission to actually follow through with the needle(s). Her anxiety got the better of her several times as they were in position but again, no one shamed her or got impatient. She chose to take a quick bathroom break and finally came back absolutely determined to do and she did!!! The whole place cheered for her when she walked out the room. Blake was so tender in his care of her afterwards. He gently wiped her tears, and affirmed her bravery. He even respectfully asked me if he could ask her for a hug. I said yes and when he turned and asked her for a hug, she said yes! and gave him a huge hug.My daughter is so proud of her decision, the way the piercings look and that her body was honored 100%. She is only 10 and when she came back to our neighborhood and shared her story with her friends, several of the girls said they had been pierced before they were ready or without giving their permission, which made her sad for them. Although it was a long, emotional process I am deeply grateful for the lessons my daughter got on body autonomy, true consent and being honored in working through big feelings over something as simple as ear piercing. THANK YOU 10x over Amy, Jason and Blake!PS. every other person we saw come and go during our process was treated respectfully, kindly and they all seemed very please when they walked out the door. 10 out of 10, recommend this place.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Blake was wonderful. They do a follow up to make sure the piercing is healing right. The jewelry is really pretty, though be ready to spend more than you’re used to on piercings. But it’s totally worth it!

The staff here is great! Craig **EDIT Blake ***** pierced my cartilage maybe a year and a half ago. It ended up getting extremely infected though and I ended up on antibiotics, but I believe that it has nothing to do with the shop in this case. The prices are absolutely insane compared to other places, but there is a larger selection of jewelry here. If this is your first piercing, I definitely suggest it, but if you’re looking for just a quick in and out to be cheaper for the same basic-grade metal and service, you can definitely find somewhere else.Response to business: Extremely unprofessional response and very backhanded and passive aggressive. Not necessary and surely not a good way to draw in customers 🤠

My 4yr old daughter had her ears pierced today by Blake and Amy. The entire booking process, reminders and information about the appointment was seamless. I walked in on a Sunday evening and only had to wait about 10 minutes for my piercing and the shop was pretty crowded which is awesome! The shop is so bright and airy which made me feel comfy and at ease. The front desk worker was so nice and helpful; we were given lots of attention and not rushed at all even though we were a little indecisive about jewelry. Amy did my septum piercing and did such a wonderful job. Time was taken to make sure the piercing was straight and in a good spot for my anatomy. They also asked how I wanted the piercing to hang (low or tight against the septum) which was a nice surprise. I was nervous but when Amy actually pushed the needle through I literally did not feel a thing. It was so quick and smooth. Amy is AWESOME and she made me and my friend so comfortable and at ease. Will definitely be coming back next time Im in town.Update: my septum healed perfectly in 2 months!

Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I stopped by to swap out my tragus earring because I keep getting skin reactions. Staff encouraged me to try one one more technique to try to get my piercing healed swiftly. Appreciated not just getting sold an earring but really trying to understand and provide help on how I can best get to my end goal.

Went there with my sister and mom and had an awesome time! The staff was very relaxed and professional, and had great senses of humor. Blake pierced our ears and was extremely professional, explaining why they kept everything so sterile and the importance behind it, and calming my sister down as she was nervous for her piercing. Poorly placed belly button piercing - didnt have an anatomy for it but they pierced anyways. Had to get it taken out, wish I was told / explained that my anatomy did not call for this piercing. Had 2 other piercers look at it and explained that the bar was far too small, it was pierced too deep, and that I did not have the proper anatomy for it. Bar was way too short, and it was digging into my skin, bottom gem was not visible whatsoever because it was pierced so deep. Wish I had gone somewhere with honest piercers, who would have saved me the trouble of getting a piercing that is not possibly for my body. After understanding the anatomy required for this piercing, I feel taken advantage of and that I was not told anything about my anatomy so I would just pay the $160 and get it done.Not interested in receiving a snarky response from whoever runs this page, merely sharing my candid experience getting a belly button piercing from here.Response: I do have a picture, it looked too snug since the first day. I was hopeful it would get better which is why I returned for another unrelated piercing. The release was signed before the piercing was done, not after. I was not asked to sign anything after I got my piercing, all the signing was done before! Your response does not intimidate me, I have painted a clear picture that I believe is very informative for future customers. I got a double helix piercing by Amy a few months ago and could not be happier. As other have said, Amy is incredibly skilled, patient, and thoughtful. I was nervous and Amy was very calming. The person at the front desk was also kind, helpful and patient as I asked about the pricing of many different pieces (I ended up paying approximately $330 total for two gold studs + the cost of the two cartilage piercings). When I returned to get the posts changed, Holly was gentle, skilled and patient, even swapping out my jewelry twice after I decided much too late that I wanted it anodized. I will definitely be returning to and recommending CraigPokesU.

My 7 yo wanted his ears pierced so bad, so we came here and happy we did. Everyone was very nice and inviting, they explained everything in detail and it was super clean. Blake did an amazing job! He talked my son through the whole procedure and he had another girl pierce one ear while he pierced the other at the same time. It was quick and he made my son and myself feel so comfortable. We had such a great experience here and I will definitely go back for future piercings. Its been a week and my sons ears are healing beautifully. The team is honest; respectful; kind; clean; sanitary; etc, They could have overcharged me and they didnt. I got my nose ring repaired and my naval done. No pain. If you want a piercing, come here, hands down. Its all they do, so they can truly show you the level of attention and care you should expect for a piercing. I do recommend making an appt (the appt hold fee comes out of your total charges). I came here for my septum and everything was clean, Amy the piercer was knowledgeable and as gentle as could be, and she found my sweet spot right away (which means so much less pain and perfect placement). She clearly explained my aftercare and checked in on me at several points. I love my septum and couldnt be happier!

Got a nostril piercing by Amy, who was, as other reviewers have mentioned, incredibly thorough about explaining the process, including the piercing itself, jewelry handling, and aftercare. I felt very comfortable and sure in the chair.She marked the spot, let me verify positioning with a mirror, then stuck a sterilized needle through my nose to insert the tiny gold stud of my choosing.Front desk lady was very friendly and efficient. The entire visit from form signing to walking out the door, piercing in nose, lasted no more than 20 minutes.I live in DC and certainly have closer piercing shops to me, but chose CraigPokesU for the great reviews. Blake and Amy are great, Ive been pierced by them and I brought my daughter here too because I trust them. Piercing prices are fair. Less one star because gold pieces are priced higher than other places, titanium is on par. Overall, highly recommend.

I was nervous about getting my first cartilage piercings, but was immediately reassured by the professionalism, cleanliness, and kindness that I found at CraigPokesU. My temperature was taken, I signed some forms, the jewelry and tools were sterilized, and every surface I came in contact with was wiped down so I felt very comfortable and safe. Every step of the piercing process was clearly explained by Blake so I knew what was going on. More money than Ive spent on piercings before, but really great quality and service that definitely make it worth it.

Danielle was so sweet, helped me pick out a stud and explained the piercing process, sterilization (which was very important to me), and after-care. Craig pierced my nose and was so kind and definitely made all my worries and nerves go away. The process was super super quick and simple. I was in and out of there so fast. With that said though, I did not feel rushed at all! They explained after-care very well and they were so incredibly patient with answering all of my questions and concerns. I paid $100 for the piercing, jewelry, and saline solution all together (which I dont think is bad at all-- quality care and service). Well worth the money and far drive. Cant thank them both enough for making this an easy process!!!! I would hands down recommend them if you want a piercing!

I got my nose pierced and had such a positive experience. Their selection of jewelry is nice and I think prices are reasonable. They were so professional, talking me through every step they took so I knew what to expect. I can back today to have the jewelry changed and even though I had someone different this time, they were just as amazing, professional, and friendly. Ill never go anywhere else in the area for piercings!

I went here for two piercings, and the entire experience was lovely! Blake did my piercings, walking me through all the steps he was taking and ensuring that I was calm and felt fine throughout the entire process. I was also told all the aftercare steps and able to ask questions the entire time! I highly recommend this place, and look forward to going back for more piercings!

As someone whos spent the better part of my twenties poking and prodding myself, this was one of the best piercing experiences Ive had. I went in to get my septum pierced, and the team was so incredibly patient and kind. They were both super knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process. Im absolutely thrilled with the results and will definitely be sending everyone I can their way! I cant say enough good things about the team and their studio!

Went in for a nose piercing. Had a GREAT experience with both the people at the front as well as the piercer. They were VERY VERY patient with me, comforting, and thorough. I took about 40 minutes to choose jewelry and they acted like it was no problem at all. Brought in family members to piercing with Blake and he both took into account their (picky) opinions and stuck by his expertise and opinion. They are also well connected to other good piercing shops around the US (for aftercare etc.). Strongly recommend!

I went to CraigPokesU to stretch my existing lobe piercing and to get an upper lobe peircing. The person helping me in the front was very nice and explained everything to me as needed, and helped me pick out the right earring for the type of piercing I was receiving and that was in my price range.Blake did my actual piercings. I let him know that I was a little nervous since I havent gotten my ears pierced in over 10 years and I am just not a fan of needles. He was so understanding and kind and talked me through the whole process. I knew I was in good hands. Afterwards he explained the care instructions, and Ill be back next month for a free checkup on the healing. Thank you Blake and the rest of the staff for this awesome experience, and when youre there be sure to tip your piercer.

I love this place. I am a return customer and have gotten 2 piercings done by Amy. She is heaven sent and amazing at what she does. Not only does she take the time to make sure the piercing comes out how YOU want it, she super professional and super sweet. They sterilize they jewelry, clamps and needle right there so you know is super clean. They are amazing on their Covid-19 precautions right now. I will never go to another piercing shop again.
