I took my daughters in to get their ears pierced. Kirby did a great job working with them on the perfect earrings and which metal to pick (my oldest had a bad allergic reaction when she was pierced at a different retailer). Kirby explained everything around caring for their new piercings and made everyone feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. I highly recommend visiting Banter if you are looking for a great experience!

This place was amazing. I have done a ton of research on where to get my daughter ears pierced for the first time. Banter was convenient and very clean! My daughter is 2 1/2 and we needed somewhere that can be patient and answer all of our questions! Kirby was AMAZING! Not only did she talk us through the process, she let my daughter watch another client go first to ease her anxiety. We were so grateful to have Kirby to share this special moment with us. I wish I knew the name of the associate that helped us BUT I brought my 4-month old in today for her ear piercing appointment. It was scheduled for 30 minutes and took MAYBE 15 minutes, paperwork included. The woman who pierced her ears was super sweet and gentle. She guided me on exactly how to hold her for the best and safest experience. Highly recommended!!

I usually don’t leave reviews but man…I would not recommend this location to anyone. If I could leave negative stars I would. We came to this location to get our 7 month old baby her ears pierced. We literally got to the location as they were opening so the first ones (11AM). The lady talks us through the product and process. As we came to a decision as to what earrings we wanted to get, another customer comes in and the lady just leaves us there and attends this other customer. So in our heads we’re like it should not take long. 10 minutes pass and she’s still not done helping the lady. So me and my wife decide to go to the restroom real quick and then come back. To our surprise SHE IS STILL HELPING THIS LADY OUT. We took this day off of work to be able to come and get our babies ears pierced so we decided to wait it out even longer. By the time were fed up with how long it was taking it was 11:50am!! 50 minutes of freaking waiting when we were the first ones there. I don’t understand how the lady just decided to help someone else when we were the first ones there. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TO BE THE FIRST ONES THERE ONLY TO GET IGNORED AND WAIT 50 MINUTES AND RECEIVE NO HELP. We ended up leaving this terrible place.

Got a second piercing here this week and Amdla was amazing! Took care of me from beginning to end, eased my fears, and got me quickly on my way in time to catch a flight at DFW!

Asia was so great with my daughter who just turned 5. My daughter got really upset after the first ear piercing from the pain and shock of what happened and it took her almost 20 minutes for us to talk her down and do the other ear! However Asia maintained her professionalism and did not seem bothered that my daughter was giving her a hard time lol . The store was bright and clean and a had a great selection of cute earrings for my daughter to pick out in stock! Will definitely recommend! Thanks again Asia!

Love visiting this Arlington TX store! Everyone is always willing to help, and great suggestions regarding the best piercing for you. For instance, if your ear is not made for an industrial piercing, they let you know instead of taking your money and doing it anyway! That lets me know they care about the customer!!! Yes, I would recommend this place to shop and get pierced!!!

Superb Service. If youre a picky person, this place has my approval. My 14yo daughter just got her ears re-pierced ( I let them close when she was an infant) 3 weeks ago. I was hoping she would want them pierced for high school, so for the past 4 years, I worried that I wouldnt find a sanitary or certified location. Im so thankful for the honest reviews. This place is a gem!!

I came here for a nose piercing after having a really bad experience somewhere else, and the piercers here were really sweet and patient with me and all of my questions! they were super thorough, and gave me everything I needed to make sure it turned out okay this time around. Definitely recommend!

Warm welcome as soon as I walked through the door. I explained what I wanted and the staff got right to work helping me. During my visit I purchased a pair of earring studs, a nose stud, and ear piercing in both ears. Received an extra item free. I was in and out in no time. Exceptional service.

Walk up to a booth in menlow lower level and a young women by the name Michelle M greeted me and she was just the sweetiest. Horrible. The employees are clueless. The piercer is an apprentice and she didnt feel comfortable with piercing... so why are you here?!? A complete waste of time.

The employees or nice but the piercer is never there and basically comes when she wants… Had her apprentice to change my nose piercing and everytime I try to get it switched out it’s always some excuse!!
