Removery Tattoo Removal & Fading

Things were going great for a little over 2 years until this week. You would think after paying $3,590 to remove 7 tattoos, the client would be treated better than being told I was being untruthful by staff. Management needs to step it up and rectify what caused me to update my 5 star review that I had given them in the beginning of the year!

Such a wonderful place and such a wonderful team. I spent no time at all as a first time patient Shout out to Riley and Alli. (Hoping I spelled that right) Not to mention free candy... who doesnt love some free candy!!!

Im new to this location since the Ft Worth location closed but happy to find it. Super friendly and understanding with my pain tolerance. Each time Ive gone here, they have always had me feel welcome and are open to any questions I have and communicate clearly. Definitely recommend this location.

Riley is the absolute best! She always goes above and beyond with her service! We enjoy talking with her and she always makes us feel welcomed. We chose to book with Riley because she loves her job and knows what she’s doing. She makes sure she gives all the information we need after every laser session and is very patient!

This was such an amazing experience! From the moment you walk in the doors, you’re greeted and taken care of. The lobby was cute and very clean as well as the rooms!! I was pretty nervous going into this, not knowing what it was going to feel like and now I am super excited for the rest of my sessions. I truly do recommend Removery for anyone looking to get rid of a tattoo that no longer brings you joy.

I always have the best experience at the Arlington Removery! Everyone is so nice, friendly, and understanding. Getting a small tattoo removed and the whole thing has been very easy and straightforward. Cant recommend this place enough!

I went to Removery in Arlington today for my second laser tattoo removal treatment and, once again, had a great experience. It only took about 5 minutes and the staff is so caring. Im planning to get this covered, so Im only lightening whats there and have a couple of more sessions to go. I highly recommend their service if you have a dark tattoo that you want covered.

I had my first ever session here on thursday and ali and riley were the sweetest! they went over the whole process with me and made sure to make time for all the questions i had since this was my first time getting laser. super quick and easy, and made me feel comfortable!

If you want to get a tattoo removed, this is the right place! I was scared at first i had never gotten laser removal so i had no idea what it would feel like. The ladies there were so welcoming and they made me feel comfortable with going through this experience. Highly recommend them, i can’t wait for my next appointment:)

Riley was amazing at the Arlington office. She explained the progress well. Riley was quick and efficient. I love that she went through the process without taking unnecessary stops throughout!

Removery Arlington is amazing! They gave me so much information about my options and made the process easy! They’re so nice and helpful, they gave me a stress ball to squeeze and detailed aftercare instructions.

OMG Clarissa is AMAZING!! She really deserves a raise. This is definitely not a relaxing procedure but she always makes me feel so comfortable and she’s so patient and honest with me. And she always shows me my progress, which really helps with motivating me. I love her to death! I’m glad she’s doing this journey with me 😊

So far so good! yesterday was my 2nd appt! and Clarissa will be missed cause she was patient and great with me when I almost tapped out! lol but she knew I needed them gone so thanks to her! and I am really hoping the next person is just as great as her.. ;)

Everyone is super friendly, scheduling is easy and flexible. The laser process itself is a little painful, but for my small tattoo it is like lightning quick, and the techs really know their stuff.

Very friendly,informative and got me started already today after my consult which I really appreciated as it is a bit of a drive from where I live so to already have one session done was spectacular!!

New location in Arlington is clean and stylish. Staff are really nice and professional. I have been to a couple of Removery locations, and Arlington is by far my favorite!! Update - Just had another treatment here today. I have taken basic laser tattoo removal courses and Riley (sp) is very knowledgeable in the field, very detailed in her work. You professionalism and skill is very appreciated!!

From walking in, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The girls today made sure that I was informed of all that I needed, helped explain any questions I had, and did everything they could to make sure that I was not only happy with my first session, but really set me up for success for all my treatments to come. 😊

I had a great experience today! This was my first tattoo removal appointment. My consultation answered all of my questions and made me feel confident in my decision. The actual process was better than anticipated. The pain was tolerable after my ice pack and stress ball. Thank you girls for making this a positive experience! Came in today for a consultation. The staff was super friendly and everything was well explained and they were able to get me my first session same day. Overall great experience and will be back to continue my next session. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of tattoo laser removal!

Update: I had my 4th and 5th session, initially Amanda did my first sessions but she moved locations. I was a little nervous for someone else to jump in where she left off but I couldnt be more happy with the experience and results. Ill start by saying Alli was so sweet and accommodating, she helped me set my appointments up with Clarissa. Session 4 was my first time working with Clarissa, she made me feel super comfortable and after reviewing my charts she knew exactly where we left off and where to begin. During the session she would make sure I was as comfortable as can be, icing locations as we moved through the arm - it definitely helped with the pain. On session 5 we went up on the laser frequency to break up more ink, obviously doing a spot test at first to gauge my skins reaction. I cannot believe how much fading has already happened, everyone who has seen it cant believe it it was a full color half sleeve. We have 2 more laser sessions to go, I already set my appointments up with my tattoo artist to tattoo the area with something I love. Im so excited for that - thanks again Clarissa and Alli for taking such good care of me. I couldnt give them a higher recommendation!Initial Review:Ill start by saying Ive had 3 tattoos lasered then covered and this is my 4th. It was my first time coming to Removery though, and by far the best results Ive gotten after only 1 session.My laser tech Amanda was beyond amazing! She walked me through everything including some aftercare tips I had no idea about that helps break up the ink in between sessions. Anyone on the fence about getting a tattoo lasered for full removal or to lighten for a coverup this place is where you should go. Highly recommend, 11/10!Ill add this, working in the industry most artists dont want to do a coverup unless the tattoo has been lasered to lighten it up. It gives the artist so much more room to work with, everyone wants to rush right into a coverup and that usually leads to another mistake. Take the time, get your tattoo lasered then get something amazing to cover it.

I cannot say enough good things about this business! From the customer service to the explanations, to the actual tattoo removal process is excellent! 👌🏼 Just wow! Not all that many good places like this with every detail anymore. Im grateful! I didnt even know about these removal places, but when I found out, I ran to my closest one. Which happens to be right next to a tattoo place lolShe has all my photos, and boy can you see a difference after first procedure! Now Ive had my second one, and only one more to go. Its very nicely done and it doesnt hurt! It doesnt feel great, but it goes fast and is just a little bit uncomfortable. I recommend it 100 percent!

Amanda is a great laser tech! The office is always clean, and she always supports the surrounding businesses in the shopping center. She let me put flyers at her location to promote my Pilates studio. I highly recommend coming to see her if you are in the Arlington area.

The staff was very professional, curtious, friendly, knowligable about their job, customer servious oriented.

I have really hated my eyebrows for the past years. I had them microbladded about 5 years ago. The microbladding is really still an eyebrow tattoo. After a few months of being really dark, then my eyebrows turned like a blueish gray and then I had to cover all of the time. I searched forever for a place then found Removery. Amanda at this place is amazing with her customer service and contact. Seriously I hardly ever write about businesses. Ever! I had my first session today and already they look a million times better.

A professional place with friendly and helpful staff. Gave me all the info and answered any questions I had. They let me know about different payment options that would better suit me. Very kind about scheduling or rescheduling dates for appointments.

I got to the location around 10 min early (since I’m a new client), and the door is locked, lights are out, and no one is inside. Knocked on the door, no answer. My appointment was at 2pm. Wouldn’t return or recommend. Was text no less than 10 times with reminders and communication for the appointment just to have no one there.

Riley was very reassuring and made the process as comfortable as possible. Overall, the place felt comforting and judgment-free. I would definitely recommend it.
