Always a great experience coming in for my appointments. Amy, who usually works with me is always soo helpful, professional and pleasant to work with. She always shares helpful aftercare tips makes the experience so quick, seamless, and effective.The staff is friendly and super accommodating. I’ve been coming in since January and have seen great progress on my removal process! Highly recommend for your laser removal and fading needs.

This place is great! I have a tattoo that i got done when i was 18 and it’s time for it to go.. i reached out to Removery and they were all really nice since the first day. I just went to my second appt yesterday and Amy was amazing. Even though it was not my first time, she made sure to walk me through the process and explained everything once again. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to get rid of an old or bad tattoo.

What a fantastic experience! I visited for a consultation, and every aspect was thoroughly explained. Amy, who conducted my consultation, was incredibly kind and professional. She provided clear and detailed explanations. My practitioner, also named Amy, was equally impressive and displayed excellent bedside manners. This was my first time undergoing such a procedure, so I was quite nervous. However, everything went smoothly, and I eagerly anticipate my follow-up session.

Some years ago back in high school I got a small hand tattoo, now I’m about to joint the military and need/want this tattoo removed. A year ago I came across Removery via google search- this removal process has been great so far! Amy upfront is great- she is very knowledgeable, personable and attentive. My experience has been a journey because my tattoo was a very tricky tough one because of the artist work but I always had so much trust in Removery especially with my amazing Laser Tech, Janel, she’s very nice and she’s also thorough and very helpful with aftercare tips and instructions. She never makes me feel anxious or anything I’m Briefed always before she starts and during the treatment and even after. Consider coming here for your tattoos removals and be patient , this type of work takes time . Did a consultation for a tattoo I had for 18 years. They take pictures and have you feel out forms to get the details about your skin type, so they can find the best way to get rid of the tattoo, and treat afterwards. Kind of pricey, but they do have payment plans to fit your budgeting needs.

On my way a major road was shut down so after having to reroute I ended up arriving 45 minutes late. Despite this the staff still found a way to get me in. This is SUPER painful!!! BUT I am blessed Janelle is the person doing my removal! She is nice, patient, knowledgeable, encouraging and she makes this very painful experience better. Going through this is confirmation for me that getting tattoos was never worth it. When I arrived for an eyebrow tattoo (prior micro blading) consult I was warmly greeted by Amy and the process of laser removal was explained. I appreciated the honesty and management of expectations realizing that eyebrow ink is often different than standard tattoo ink. I met with another Amy for a test spot to see if the laser would work with the ink. She was amazing and explained every step. Removery is wonderful. I didn’t feel like I was being sold a package or sales pitch. They genuinely want to guide and help through the process. I am hoping to return to complete the removal process. Removery is a wonderful tattoo removal “spa” with a highly professional knowledgable staff.

I tried to cancel my complete package after my first session and instead I was given the runaround. I called this location and was directed to talk to Ally, a third party for the finance package. Thankfully I disregarded that advice and instead contact customer service. I was put in contact with someone who was able to cancel it. I get this is a business and you have to make your money but deliberately giving false information is not ok.

Honestly can’t rave about them enough. The proof is in the results. The pictures are from the original tattoo and picture after 3 sessions. The laser is bearable and you can take breaks. I recommend everyone go to Removery to remove your tattoos big and small. I go to the Arlington and Amy the specialist is amazing. And Emily in the front is so sweet and funny.

Just had my first removal appointment and couldn’t be happier with the experience! I walked in nervous about the potential pain [especially after reading some other reviews], but nurse Amy quickly put me at ease. She talked me through each of the steps and made the entire process go by quickly. The pain was extremely manageable and only lasted for a few seconds. Honestly can’t wait for my next appointment.

I had my consultation yesterday and was presently greeted by Amy S. The space was well kept, clean and smelling amazing! The check in process was quick and easy & the consultation took all of 5 minutes. She went over the process, measured my tattoo, explained the after care instructions + pricing info. Once we decided on the package we went back up from to schedule my 1st laser removal session. Saturdays are most ideal for me and was told the next available opening for that day was not until August. I expressed some disappointment because I’ve been eager to get this tattoo removed for YEARS and Amy S and Amy OK, who was the laser specialist that day were able to work their magic and squeeze me in same day! When I was called back Amy OK talked me through the entire process and set realistic expectations of the pain level, amount of sessions I will potentially need + answered all of my additional questions (which were a lot). She was super encouraging and let me know we could take as many breaks as I needed. I was able to power through and the actually tattoo removal took all of 20 seconds & in my opinion hurt less than when I got tattoo!10/10 recommend Removery at the Arlington location and working with the Amy’s!

I visited Removery in Arlington for the first time and my experience was absolutely amazing! My consultation with Amy S. was super informative and she was so personable which helped me make the decision right then and there to sign up for my package (which was a great deal btw). She took pictures and measured the tattoo I want to get removed and was able to fit me in the same day for my first laser session. She also gave me directions for my aftercare and provided an informational sheet for me to take home. Once I went back with Amy Ok I was explained in great detail what the laser treatment process would look like, precautions, explained aftercare instructions as well and gave me realistic expectations and time frame of how many sessions it may take to get the results I’m looking for which is complete removal. After sanitizing and icing the tattoo area, the laser treatment began which honestly wasn’t as long as I thought it would be and it didn’t hurt as bad as I thought it would. It honestly felt, for me, similar to how it felt when I got my tattoo. Maybe just a teeny bit more painful but not much. That was the only surprise because everything else had already been explained to me by both Amy’s so I was prepared on what to expect that day and days after. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and I am so glad that I chose this location for my tattoo removal.

I’ve been going for 2 years now to remove a small tattoo and unfortunately I haven’t seen much progress at all. The customer service is fine but the results just aren’t there.

Front office staff was great, the technician was great, and the office is clean, they took me in fast, affordable prices, and it didn’t even hurt too bad. I’m really happy with my first session. Tattoo is very noticeably lighter!

I came in for eyebrow removal on 11/22, I was helped by Amy and Laura. Both of them were very sweet and helpful. My procedure lasted less than 3 minutes. And the consultation with procedure was no more than 15 minutes. Definitely recommend this place. ❤️

This is my first treatment and to be completely honest it wasn’t painful at all. It more or less feels like rubber bands hitting your skin. The facility was nice and the staff (Amy and Laura) were very informative. I knew exactly what to expect. The pricing works for me and they even offer Military discount which helped out tremendously. I had my first removal session at the tattoo convention in Philly where I met Dustin. The whole team there was awesome and made my experience really enjoyable. They are both very information and will walk you through the whole process. My results and experience so far have been great.

Awesome service! Tattoo is fading way faster than expected. They send helpful text message reminders for appointments and respond to texts if you need to change or cancel. The whole process is way easier than I ever expected!

This place came highly recommended and I’m glad I scheduled an appointment. Amy and Mark are super nice and professional. The studio is clean and the process is very straight forward. I have two large tattoos on my back and a small one on the ribs’ area. I picked the unlimited package as my ink would take 10 or more sessions - no surprises there. I’m excited that there will be no scaring and all of the ink will be removed, thankfully I only have black ink. The procedure is fast, takes minutes and we take breaks in between as it could be a bit painful, but it’s either the pain of looking at a tattoo you don’t love or the laser. If you are looking for a good tattoo removal place definitely give them a try.

Did not receive the follow up information as promised. They’re weirdly secretive about pricing and wouldn’t share any price information outside of the in-person consultation. It’s minimum ~$1,000+ for a tiny tattoo. They price in buckets based on how large your tattoo is. It’s not a personalized price, so the unwillingness to share info is meh.

Went there for my first consultation and treatment. Both employees there, were open and honest with me and gave me realistic expectations.I have a very large pain threshold, and not much fazes me, but holy cannoli! Laser on open bare chest do not mix. During the session, all i could think about was why the heck did i get large tattoos on my chest?Thank God the lady was accurate and on point, it didnt last too long.

I came in as a customer who was originally seen at untattoo u. I hadn’t had a treatment in over 3 years (prior to Covid). I went to removery for my final treatment and there was a bit of confusion regarding my package. Gina and Amy were so accommodating and responded quickly and fairly to resolve the issue. I had a difficult time finding the location (it’s inside the Ballston shopping center), but had a great experience. I’ve been undergoing the tattoo removal process for years and have been to several locations and had different techs and this was by far my best experience. Ive put off removing three of my tattoos for years because of how difficult it is to find a judgment-free enviornment. Youll regret them when youre older is phrase everyone with a tattoo has heard. I didnt want to endure sessions of silent I-Told-You-Sos, especially when the decision to get and remove them is extremely personal. The atmosphere at Removery is incredibly welcoming. No one looks forward to cosmetic procedures, but Im glad Im receiving mine at a place thatll make the experience as comfortable as possible.

Love this place! They are awesome and knowledgeable. My tattoo artist mention this place because they have a Picoway Laser, which she highly recommend for tattoo removal. I have been seeing results every session!( everyone is different). They are very flexible and understand it is a painful procedure. I have been recommending this place to everyone!

I have not gone through the treatment yet but the personnel are very professional. I want to remove my eyebrows tattoo and the way they care about checking the side effects and gearing before really reduced my stress and helped me feeling more secure and certain for the upcoming treatment.

This was my first experience with tattoo laser removal… It was not nearly as painful as I had been led to believe… The Removery was highly professional and very clean… I had a medium size tattoo on my neck lasered… I was in an out of my appointment in about a half an hour… I would highly recommend that you go for a consultation if you have a tattoo you’ve been thinking about lightning and or removing…This will open up your options greatly for a nice cover-up!!! I got a memorial tattoo with a friend shortly after my partner died by suicide when I was ambivilant to basically everything. I dont have any other tattoos and was starting to feel buyers remorse about the design and size. The women at Removery were very understanding and worked with me to provide options for removing the tattoo that I would be comfortable with.

Everyone is kind and very informative here. I have nothing bad to say about them. The removal process wasn’t bad. But it does get very very very itchy and will stay red for a while. They did inform me that that was going to be a side effect. But yeah, great staff, amazing service. Cute place. Highly recommend. Pain level: 5/10 but that’s just me. :)

Everyone here is so welcoming and friendly. I got lost my first day and they were very patient and informative as to how to arrive. The office is clean and cozy. I am very pleased and I’m glad I chose Removery!

Hello I’d like to say this is the best clinic I’ve been to definitely no rush they go over everything at the consultation getting the whole package deal for removal way cheaper than another clinic I went to hands down best they use the latest technology Picoway better than the picosure and the q switch it hurt less too can’t wait for my next session !!!

I don’t recommend this place I had an appointment I drove 45 minutes it was hard to find the location as wellAnyway I came on the time but Amy told me she’s not able to see me she has something to do and canceled my appointment right away. I don’t think this ppl professional on their job also.

While the treatment can be painful, the staff is very good about making you feel comfortable.

When I Arrived I was kindly greeted by Amy who did my free consultation as well as the Lasar Removal Specialist Laura, the entire process was extremely smooth and easy, I answered a few simple questions on an IPad and then a few more questions during my free consultation, I was explained in great detail how the process works and how they take their time removing the tattoo which actually to me was not painful during my first session and it is affordable with payment plans. Each Lasar removal session is about a minute so mentally most individuals should be able to handle a slight pinch, I am looking forward to my Tattoo removal journey with Amy and Laura and I highly recommend their services especially since I never thought I would get this Tattoo removed until I met the right woman which I finally did so I can’t wait to get this off!!!

I think the people are great and the service is helpful but they do not follow up and don’t reply to questions via their portal. I told them this many times and don’t hear back—it’s very unfortunate

The location is great and care given during service unsurpassed! This can be a sensitive thing to do and Laura understands that really well and explains every detail.

Although I did not get my removal done there Amy was very informative and helpful in deciding if I wanted to move forward with tattoo removal.
