I got my first lobe piercing here and it was a great experience! Very reasonably priced especially for Arlington, Eddy walked me through everything, let me pick my jewelery, talked me through the healing process, and I could barely even feel the needle. 3 weeks out and it seems to be healing very nicely.

Frank has done the most beautiful job in making my vision come to life! So far we have had 2 sessions for my sleeve and are about to have the 3rd next week. Frank is extremely easy to work with and has a light hand. I am thrilled with how it looks so far and can’t wait to see it finished!

Really had a good experience here. Artist, Antonio, did great, professional work. The owner was friendly. Show up with some songs in mind so you can help with the daily playlist.It is a super small shop so make sure you have an appointment, even for your consultation. *It is super easy to make an appointment on their website, so know worries there.Make sure you arrive at the location with a bit of wiggle room time wise. Parking is a bit of an issue in the crowded strip mall where the shop is located. There are always spots open, you just might have to circle the whole complex to find one.

Let me start off how nice and cool the vibe was here. Frank and every artist here was so nice and chill. All the artist kept coming to his studio to check out the piece I️ was receiving and in ah how amazing it was looking. Major props to everyone being like a family in the studio and not like competitors to each other. Back to my tattoo it turned out better than I️ was expecting not because of the artist just because I️ knew realism is a tad bit harder. The realism to it and the detail I️ couldn’t believe it. Frank was so cool and smooth with it, very light touch to his tattooing not rough at all definitely found my tattoo shop home and will be back for more. Keep up the good work and thanks again frank best tattoo I’ve got in my life.

All the artists do phenomenal work. Ive had 2 large pieces done by Antonio, highly detailed with bright colors, they healed beautifully and he honestly blew my mind with the design and I couldnt be happier with them!!Everyone in the office is enthusiastically helpful. You can tell they love what they do. Hands down the best shop Ive been to, and I recommend it to everyone I know (and to everyone who compliments my tattoos)!

Antonio was absolutely professional, very detailed, environment is clean and everyone has an Amazing attitude. Felt like we knew the team for awhile. My husband and I experience was phenomenal.

Please read in its entirety. I was blocked from the piercer’s phone because of my review. First, I called and made an appointment but forgot and the piercer wasn’t mad about it and he allowed me to reschedule. The owner’s mother-in-law, Cindy,helped me get to an appointment after a lot of medical issues. I bought her a small bath and body basket because she was so caring. However on my appointment i forgot it at home. I forget things due to medical issues. I wasn’t told about their cash only business. When she heard about it she told me I should’ve known to bring cash. She went on to say more to me like the mishap was my fault. She was unbelievably mean. I didn’t understand why she spoke to me with an iron heart. I just didn’t understand that. Furthermore, when I wrote my first review I was asked if I wrote it and due to having brain surgery in my past I honestly didn’t remember posting a review. Nevertheless, I am disappointed with how mean Cindy treated me over the phone. Because of her I can’t continue with what I ultimately wanted. I’ll also say the owner was very kind to me, however Cindy’s treatment towards me ultimately ruined me being able to return. It’s a real shame I really liked the piercer’s work ethics.

Do not get pierced here. Me and some friends decided to get pierced by Eddie and it was a huge waste of time and money. To start off, hes out of a lot of the jewelry we wanted. He only had L shaped jewelry left for my friend’s nose piercings which he insisted he had to leave opened up. Because he bent the jewelry to open it up more, the piercings fell out of both my friends noses on day 1 and continuously after that until one of my friends had to retire the piercing from all the trauma it caused their nose. Next up we have the fact that he pierced my bellybutton crooked so it never healed properly and looked a little funky. To top it all off, he pierced my septum incorrectly. He didn’t go through the sweet spot so it was incredibly painful and made my piercing tilt weird. When I inquired about this, he insisted it was just the swelling, spoiler alert: it wasn’t just swelling. Overall horrible experience that cost us around $450 for the 6 piercings we got, most of which had to be taken out due to poor piercings and low quality jewelry. I am overall extremely disappointed

Antonio created a masterpiece on my arm. It is everything I had envisioned and more. It is an ode to lost loved ones and my own recovery and he nailed it. Highly recommend this studio and their staff. Clean, professional and welcoming.

Jenny (Antonio’s wife) was AMAZING. She was super sweet. Worked with me with my design even though I kept changing my mind. And it came out so beautiful! I love her! The entire staff was amazing. Nikki at the front desk was very thorough. Helped me get in when I could. And recommended the best artist for the work I wanted and was on point with who she picked. Will always go back to them for ANY piece I want. Top notch work, A++++ customer service, and unbelievable friendliness from everyone there!

Best experience with Eddy. Had a piercing challenge that even urgent care wouldn’t help me with. Eddy walked me through it, made me as comfortable as I could have been, and removed a piercing with little damage and little pain. Walked me through the aftercare process to ensure healing and little scarring. The whole shop has great energy and the way they speak about one another in such a positive way was something I immediately noticed. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone and plan on returning to the shop in the future.

I had an absolutely awesome experience with Eddy. I got four helixes done in one sitting with him, and he made me feel comfortable right off the bat. Hes such a genuinely cool guy. He explained everything super clearly and has you inspect the needles. Also- his placement was absolutely perfect! I wanted my piercings symmetrical with each other, and he made it look better than I imagined it could. I highly, highly recommend him!

Do not get a cartilage piercing from here!! i got one and it didn’t heal. the place is overall pretty sketchy and the stuff the dude says is the exact opposite of what to do for example put bactine on it. they pierce it with a thick and long rod and say to keep it in for a year. this will result in infections and the piercing never healing. i finally went to a different place to get it changed and they were surprised to see how poorly they pierced it. save yourself the pain and trouble and DO NOT get any piercings from here!

Eddie is great! Just received an earlobe piercing that had previous scar tissue. Very knowledgeable!Needed to update my prior review due to lack of organization with scheduling. But was able to come back thankfully! But had Called for pricing and to walk in and was informed there was one person in the chair, so I agreed to head that way 30 minute drive. Not recommended for an appointment. I get there and told piercer is at lunch and then there was an appointment that was just made. During the time I said I was showing up. Should have recommended to plug me in as the appointment. Would be over two hour wait. Moral of the story don’t walk in. Make an appointment.

Honestly my experience here was amazing, reps were so kind and friendly! i got tattooed by frank in memory of my stillborn baby boy, this guy literally left me in love with my tattoo! it was everything i was looking for ! he did not disappoint! frank was such a kind and talented person, would recommend him to any of my friends and relatives! it was honestly a pleasure getting tatted by him (: thank you champ!

From the design (partial cover up in full color), to the placement, to the patience and professionalism through a long session, I’m so glad I found Antonio as my artist. I got a forearm band tattoo and Frank did an amazing job with designing and detailing the tattoo according to my needs. Amazing experience!! Eddy is super professional and great at his work! He gives really helpful tips and suggestions on care and placement of piercings. He is super personable and makes the whole process enjoyable! I am someone who has over 20 piercings and this was hands down the best experience I have ever had with a piercer. After I had just gotten the piercings, I had gotten bumped into when I went out and about so they swelled up a bit and Eddy was super easy to get in touch with and very responsive. I came in the same day and he helped me out with cleaning and suggested good products for me to use to avoid any further issues. I will definitely be coming back here for more and recommending to friends often!

Swung by for a cartilage piercing and Eddy was such a great piercer to be with. He has a gentle touch that my ear is so thankful for! Super chill and nice. I had a great experience here! I 100% recommend getting your first, second, or one hundredth piercing here! Eddy is so knowledgeable in his field and does everything in his best effort to ensure you are comfortable and safe. He explains everything to you in detail including the healing process, and he even lets you check the sterilization of his tools. When he pierced my nose it was pretty much painless and very well done. I recommended Eddy to my friend and she agrees that he is great at what he does! I went here recently for the first time I got my septum pierced after being told from 2 other places that I don’t have a sweet spot, plot twist as a matter of fact I do have one after all. For starters, the staff was incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. We walked in as they opened looking for any availability as walk ins. They booked us an walk in appointment on the spot for later that day which was awesome. As we arrived later in the day, they offered us water and snacks while we waited. They were super organized and well put together. Our tattoo artist Jasmine was absolutely phenomenal! Words can not describe how awesome she was. Her personality was just so bubbly and funny. She was extremely easy to talk to. In addition, Jasmine was super gentle and light handed. I didn’t even feel like I was getting tattooed. She made a beautiful piece for my sister and I. Her line work is top notch. I’d go back in a heart beat and definitely plan on working with her in the future as well as the other artists. Absolutely recommend 100%

I have gotten multiple piercings from Eddie. He is so professional and sanitary. I started with a helix and when I wanted another piercing I knew exactly who ti go to. My wife and I recently went to Fluid Ink Tattoo for both of our first tattoos and we could not have made a better choice. Antonio, Jenny and Ivan are really amazing people.We did an initial consult with Jenny and presented our ideas and a few design samples and Antonio and Jenny offered suggestions on design and placement and we booked a date to come back.When we returned, the artwork was ready and incredible. The venue is a cool place, its kind of like what you would expect and want in a tattoo shop. My tattoo took about 5 hours and then I stayed around for my wife to finish up so I was there for the whole day, about 8 hours and never once did I feel uncomfortable. To be honest, it was like hanging out with friends the whole day.Jenny is super sweet and Antonio is an absolute professional. He works quickly and his tattoos are clean. He really created artwork that embodies exactly what my wife and I were looking for. I also felt the price was more than fair for the level of quality that you receive here.If youre looking for a tattoo in the DC Area, I would recommend Fluid Ink wholeheartedly, you will not be disappointed.

Jasmine did amazing on my tattoo. She was awesome at incorporating some editing changes to the stencil beforehand, and her attention to detail really brought the tattoo to life. I love looking it as often as I can! Definitely would recommend her

I absolutely love my tattoos and am so appreciative of Ezee’s work. He made me feel so comfortable and created the design on the spot, and was even responsive to texts related to aftercare.Thankfully he was able to take me since there was lack of communication with another artist. I am not someone who gets tattooed frequently and after submitting the Consultation Form, I was told to contact the artist via instagram. I contacted the artist, was told a day and time, and sent a deposit; however when I arrived at the appointment time, the artist was not there and I was told it wasn’t confirmed. I wish someone would have told me that I needed to actually have the artist say “confirmed” in order to secure the appointment. There definitely needs to be a better system in place to avoid conflicts like this.The last comment is I definitely overpaid for them after talking to lots of different people. Friends got tattoos that are MUCH larger and more detailed and they paid so much less (at Fluid Ink). I feel like I was taken advantage of my naïveté and charged $250 for two small, simple designs.To wrap up, Ezee was so great and glad he was the one who actually tattooed me. I’m sure he had no idea what I was actually quoted (I probably could have said $100) but I’m honest and told him the quote and happy he got the money instead of the other artist. Despite all this, I am still recommending the studio to friends and highly recommend Ezee.

Frank did a small minimalist tattoo for me as a tribute to my foster son who went home, and I couldnt be happier with it. Everything else i have is hidden and this was my first arm tattoo so I was worried I wasnt going to like it but it turned out so great. He was super patient as we made a few tweaks to get it just right. We decided not to color it in and let me sit with it for a couple of weeks to see if i like it better all black. Hes a uper nice guy and I would highly recommend him. Ill be going back to him for others in the future

I emailed one of the artists (01/31) in an attempt to start a sleeve. I explained what I was looking for including art style and material. I verified that this was something the tattoo artist could and wanted to do. Their assistant emailed back pretty quickly stating they could do the tattoo and asked for more specifics like what i wanted to start with. They never responded. I sent another email about a while later assuming they were busy(03/16) and still no answer.

I had an amazing experience at Fluid Ink. I had the opportunity to see tattoos from several of the artists while I was there for two long sessions and the entire staff is incredibly talented, not to mention super friendly. My tattoo was done by Antonio and it is perfect. I was nervous about a portrait truly capturing my pups personality and Im not very creative myself, so it was hard to even explain what I was asking for, but Antonio asked a lot of questions and worked through the design with me until it was exactly what I was looking for. My pup has exactly the right expression, including his little blind-eye. I know its hard to pick an artist since there are so many in the area, but Ill save you some time and tell you to go to anyone in this shop.

I searched for an artist to complete/fix my sleeve for over 4 years. I had a very specific vision and needed someone who had equal vision, skill and the professional attitude to get it done. I found Antonie by chance by searching through IG images and then looked through all of his posts to see his level of detail. After my first session I can truly say that him, his staff and his shop are everything I needed. Family friendly environment, clean and very professional. The most important part for me was how responsive and communicative he was with me throughout the process. I am extremely please with my tattoo and everyone loves it. 2 more sessions to go!!!

I had an excellent experience here. All staff was very professional, and Antonio took my idea and made it a reality. Cleanliness was an obvious priority. They even provided derm shield for me prior to leaving so I could make sure of proper healing. All around great experience, and I highly recommend.

This was a great experience!!! We called maybe an hour before and they were able to fit myself and three of my sisters in with no problems. Everyone from the tattoo artists to the receptionist was so nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They had us comfortable and laughing from the time we walked in until the time we walked out. Ivan is awesome!!! I highly recommend getting your tattoo(s) with him at Fluid Ink!I didnt really have a clear picture of how I wanted my tattoo to look like and Ivan did a great job working with me on how it looked, the placement, and size. He communicated his ideas and rationale extremely well - and was very patient given I asked him to do several stencils on my arm to see how the feather would look. I appreciated that very much!While he was working on the tattoo he was communicating his ideas to make sure I would be happy with the end result. Im very happy with how it looks!

Fluid Ink is an incredible shop. I walked in with the expectations of getting a consult, and my artist Erick looked me dead in the eye and was like “you got time? Let’s do this” which, for me, was perfect because I was leaving in a week and didn’t have that much time after that day. I normally do much more research on my artist, but all I could do on Erick was a quick Instagram search, and let’s be honest, I was not disappointed. Erick was phenomenal. Definitely one of my favorite artists ever. He took the time to listen to my designs. He showed me every unopened needle plus the expiration dates. He frequently asked me how I was doing, especially after hitting soft spots on my arm. I was under the needle for about 4 hours. That’s correct, he did a 4 HOUR WALK IN. It completely blew my mind. The man even offered me skittles. He takes so much pride in his work, his line work is amazing, and the image really got brought to life on my arm. I am so incredibly happy with my tattoo, I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. I didn’t have tattoos from Antonio or Ivan but I got the pleasure of seeing their work, and I can safely say I will not mind if any of them tattoo me in the future. Great place. Seriously.

Ivan, Ivar and the crew are amazing! They truly are professionals when it comes to dealing with customers that are a bit more sensitive to pain and phobias.It took me two tries to finally get my tattoo done thus being because my lights went out on the first try. I think one of the biggest concerns for newcomers is confidence and full understanding from your tattoo artist. Ivan is exactly who you would want to meet on your first attempt.I HIGHLY recommend Fluid Ink Tattoo Studio! As also suggest to eat VERY well the day before and hours before your appointment. HORRIBLE experience. They told me my artist didnt speak any english but that he was excellent at his craft and someone would accompany me the entire time. FALSE! Further, he improvised without my knowledge and gave me conflicting styles on my shoulder/arm tattoo. Owners (couple) were awfully unsympathetic. The wife said she would have her husband fix it for me; however, the day before my appointment she canceled. It took them forever to confirm an appointment as well. I do not live in town and flew all the way back to DC so I could make the appointment and they claimed her husband had an unplanned doctors appointment. We rescheduled and when I needed to reschedule that appointment due to a missed flight, I received no return call. Further, the husband was incredibly obnoxious when I complained about the tattoo that was completely NOT was I asked for. Hes a GRADE A asshat and was too busy smoking his cigarette to care that he has employees who improvise and cannot speak english. They should be shut down for this practice, especially when its a service that requires clear communication. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Very poor customer service and had the nerve to charge me $1200. The child they have at the front desk too is very rude and untrustworthy. Shes the one who assured me she would be available to help with the communication with the artist. She was nowhere to be found.

Just got my first tattoo a week ago with Ivan. My experience with everyone was amazing and so helpful to someone who was nervous about their first tatto because a lot other place I researched before them was not helpful. They thought cause I just wanted a small initial it was nothing. Jennifer the manager help walk me through ideas and what makes sense, just over all kind and knowledgeable and took time with m to help me. Ivan on day of getting the tattoo made me feel comfortable made sure I was happy with the sketch before being. During process it was quick and I didnt feel like Ivan had a heavy hand. After he went over what to do, what I appreciated to ensure it heals properly. Thank you again everyone. When I get my next tattoo I will be coming back here and to Ivan

I’ve had 2 tattoos done by Antonio, 2 by Ivan and 2 by Lotoe and I’m happy with all of them. The detail and art work are amazing. I’ve also recommended the shop to many other people, my son got 2 there with Ivan, sons girlfriend got one with Ivan and sent a friend for a chest piece with Antonio and everyone has been as impressed as me. You won’t be disappointed at all, the skill and customer service are great.

I made a last-minute appointment for a lobe and a conch piercing. Service was 11/10! Eddy makes you comfortable, let’s you pick your jewelry, and shows you what he will be using. He works with you on placement and provides great recommendations. I will definitely be back when I want more piercings.

Antonio then told me that he could do something better and gave me the reasons why. His vision surpassed what I envisioned. He was patient, kind and detailed out of this world. I got my piercings done with Eddy who has been just wonderful! He knows how to do his job very well, considering that needles are my biggest fear! I usually faint from just a little needle pinch but with him I got my nipples pierced!!!😀 Considering how great he was, I will get my piercings done only with him!Besides Eddy being so helpful and supportive, the environment is very clean! Very recently came here for my first tattoo. I was kind of nervous (mostly excited) and wasn’t sure what to expect. Erick was the artist I got and he did a great job! I got exactly what I wanted and he was very friendly and easy to have a conversation with. He kept checking in throughout the process of my small tattoo to make sure the pain wasn’t too bad (some points I forgot I was even being tattooed). I had a really good experience with the artist Chuck, good guy, good artist. No complaints. My tattoo is exactly how I imagined it. But there was this guy “Chad” (manager)? He was hovering and making rude remarks while I was getting my tattoo. I had the pleasure of getting my navel pierced by Eddy. I was a bit nervous since I read that getting your navel re-pierced can hurt more due to scar tissue. Got my first tattoo here last week with Lotoe. Right up front, I want to say the quality is excellent. When it comes to the art, and the quality of the work, they know what they are doing. If based only on that, I would give them 5 stars. Unfortunately, they had a pretty bad scheduling mix up with me that delayed my appointment by almost a month. I showed up, and they did not have me on the schedule because of some confusion with their recent studio move. Their fault? Yes. Annoying? You bet. HOWEVER, I want to say they handled their mistake very well and were very apologetic and professional, and did not waste any time reaching out to me to try and fix things. Mistakes happen and I feel like I was taken care of, so good on them for that. The studio is easy to find, its clean, comfortable, and the whole staff made me feel welcome. (I even got to play pacman while I waited, how cool is that?) So I will definitely get my next one here. Also, not that you can put a price on something like this, but I felt as though the quality of my tattoo justified the price. Especially with their free 30 minute consult. Check them out!

Antonio does really good work. With his awesome vision for artwork. He took into consideration what I wanted, put a twist on it, and brought it to life. I love that it’s not flat bodied, a lot of artist have trouble creating that 3-D blend.And he accommodated my bathroom breaks lol.All in all great artist, great dude, would definitely recommend especially for big pieces.

I agreed with Mr. Jason Nunley for more than a month, he was recommended by the receptionist of this office and recommended by Mr. Ivan Lopez and I paid him 100 dollars to save me my share, the vual would be today July 2. Three days ago I spoke with Mr. Hason to confirm my visit for today Friday July 2 and he told me that if we would meet today to do the work. Last night around 9:00 pm he wrote me a message telling me that he canceled my appointment because someone gave him the full money. It seems to me a lack of respect, lack of professional ethics, lack of word and lack of responsibility. I cannot trust people who work like this, much less in the name of this company that supports all its tattoo artists.

Got my first tattoo with Ivan this week and it could not have been a better experience. From the time I walked in for a consultation to him finishing my tattoo, everything was as comfortable as it could be for a first time. My experience here was amazing! I have seven tattoos already and wanted a coverup for one I had outgrown on the back of my neck. I had a consultation about a week and a half before getting the tattoo. At the time of the consultation, I only wanted to improve the one I already had but days before my appt, I thought of a man image of a woman I wanted to use to cover up the tattoo instead. Antonio, the artist, was very accommodating and My coverup came out great! Antonio was very professional and knowledgeable about the before and after processes of tattooing. I was given each needle hed use on me and told to inspect the date and status of all of them. His pricing was also reasonable, and I say that as an unemployed law student. Ill definitely be back for my next piece!

I found this place at the DC Tattoo convention that happens annually in January. Having conceived of the concept of my tattoo for the last 10 years, I knew I needed an artist who specialized in color. Enter Antonio. His work speaks for itself, and as you can see by the finished product. He was patient, very comfortable to be around-which is a good thing as this took about 5+ hours. I am so so so happy with the finished product, and my only regret is that I didnt review sooner. Before you go, know that the tattoo parlor is attached to a hair salon where theres a single bathroom. There isnt a bathroom in the actual parlor which is small. No big deal. Its got a great vibe to it. Come well fed! Lol. While I was sitting in my chair I got to watch the other artists working and there isnt a bad one in the lot. Just know what style youre going for and someone will take care of you here.The shops a little tricky to find if you dont know where it is. Youll find the entrance in the front facing the main street.. Head up a set of stairs to the 2nd level and youre there.

I met Antonio two tattoo studios ago (3 years ago) when he did an anchor on my leg. Since then he has completed a 3/4 sleeve on my left arm and a big cover up on my back, and I couldnt be happier!! Not only is he a PHENOMENAL artist hes a person who I like to do business with because he and his business partner Jenny genually care about the work that has his name on it. I have referred several people to him that have left just as happy as I have! With tattoos becoming more popular every year its hard yet imperative to find a talented artist who takes pride in their work without letting ego get in the way of quality artistry. I consider myself very fortunate to have met him when I did. The only reason Im giving fluid ink 5 stars is because I cant give them 10 stars. Not only do I recommend fluid ink, I encourage it!

This was a horrible experience. I went in for a consult and was told the artist charged $250 an hour. Seemed a little steep but Im new to the area and assumed things are just more expensive in a city. I have 5 other tattoos and have come to trust my artists.Since then I have met with 3 other artists in the area who told me this rate is absurd. I cant speak to the work of the artist but I can tell you there are other artists in the area with more reviews, better ratings, and much better prices.Do your homework before you commit.

I got a tattoo on my shoulder done by Ivan just yesterday. Couldnt be any happier definitely one of the best artist in the DMV area.

I went there because I waited at Ricks tattoo for over a hour just to get a picture drawn and told us they will give us a call back after waisting our time and I came here with a picture that I wanted and I immediately got into the tattoo and the price was definitely reasonable instead of getting over charged at another places trust me I went to a few tattoo places this is a great place to get tattooed

Very disrespectful and poor experience with trying to schedule. The guy did not want me ask any questions to clarify the process and hung the phone up on in my face when I stated I did not like his tone. Ill pass but good luck to others.
