Absolutely fantastic experience! The shop is beautiful and welcoming. Everyone was very professional and nice. Charity was incredible! Her artwork is top notch, she has a light hand so there was no pain, and she was a joy to talk to!! Would 100% recommend.

After looking at a ton of shops and a ton of artist I decided to go with Three Ravens for my cover up. I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The booking process was so easy, everyone I came in contact was really cool and super sweet. My specific artist Autumn was amazing. After a short conversation she was able to pull off exactly what I wanted and you can’t even see the terrible tattoo I had before. I’m heading back in to see her soon and I can’t wait! If you are looking for a relaxed vibe full of really cool people, this is the spot for you. They are so inclusive and chill.

Brought my 7yo for ear piercings. Our piercer Eryn was VERY kind, patient, and encouraging. I appreciated how Eryn spoke mostly directly to my child since this was their appointment . Overall, a great experience and I would recommend other parents with young children who want their ears pierced to consider 3 Ravens.

Three of my best friends and I all got tattoos with Zaya yesterday and could not be happier with the experience!! She did an amazing job with our fine lines, had the perfect music playlist and kept me calm when I was a little nervous. The shop was beautiful and we had a private space for the four of us to hang out together while we each got tattooed. Highly recommend Zaya and 3 Ravens!

Dr. Valentine is the best piercer I’ve ever dealt with! She is so kind and helpful. She walked my friend and I through everything that was happening and explained every step of the way. It was such an awesome experience! Even though I live 3 hours away, I will definitely be coming back to this place for all of my future piercings!!

My girlfriend and I stopped in here while visiting Athens. I wanted an upper lobe piercing in each ear and she wanted her upper lobes and nostril piercings reopened. The front desk staff were really friendly with scheduling same-day appointments for that Saturday. Eryn was our piercer. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. She followed sanitation protocols and was able to meet both our requests in a reasonable amount of time.The facility was very clean and organized with nice plants throughout.

It was very easy to submit a tattoo request and the staff handling the scheduling had great communication. Chris did a great job with my tattoo and also communicated well. He had a stencil ready when I arrived that was the exact size I wanted down to a 100th of an inch! It was a great experience all around.

Hello, I went today, they made me waste my time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. They made me fill out some pages and a somewhat strange protocol, apart from scheduling an appointment, they dont attend to you on time to place a piercing, which only takes 6 minutes. The person who places the piercings wants to place the one she wants, not the one you want. Thats why I go to place what I want. Thats why I go because I have money to pay. Besides, they are super expensive. For something that costs $15 they charge you $60. There are better places than that in Athens. Thats pure advertising. I got a piercing last year by Erin Everest. She’s so sweet and knowledgeable. She’s great at what she does! She has this wonderful personality that immediately puts you at ease when you’re nervous. Today she changed my jewelry. She and everyone else at the studio are just so great.

I brought my 8 year old here for an ear piercing after several failed attempts at Clair’s. The staff is extremely friendly and inviting and the shop is lovely and clean. Our piercer was such a sweetheart and walked my girl through every step of the way. Will definitely return for my own tattoos and piercings.

Amazing experience! Couldn’t recommend a better place. Dr. Valentine did such an amazing job recommending earrings to go in my ears and she explained the process clearly. She kept everything clean. I also didn’t feel much pain at all when getting my ear pierced. Dr. Valentine told me to breathe in and on the exhale she pierced my ear. Great process.

Got a conch piercing yesterday with Keri and it couldn’t have been a better experience. She was so kind, welcoming, and warm. She did a great job educating me and fitting me for a future hoop. 100% recommend 3 Ravens - especially Keri Valentine!

I’ve gotten one piece done here and I’m currently working on a sleeve. I have a few tattoos from various shops and artists but I have never had such an incredible experience. Front desk staff is so friendly and nice, the shop is incredibly clean and welcoming. The decor and vibes are immaculate and my artist is second to none. Zaya takes the time to listen to your ideas and provides knowledgeable insights to make sure that you leave with truly mind blowing work. Their personality is instantly welcoming and you feel like you’re in good hands from the start all the way to finish. I can’t recommend this shop or Zaya enough. 3 Ravens is the best of the best.

I got my first tattoo with Charity! She was absolutely amazing and helped me feel more comfortable getting a tattoo. This was also a very meaningful tattoo for me and she listened to what I was looking. I really loved the design and the experience! I definitely will come back! ☺️

My daughter had the best imaginable experience getting her ears pierced at 3 Ravens! We did the tandem piercing (awesome)! They were patient and explained everything so well to my kiddo. It was all super clean and I feel well educated on how to care for her healing piercing.

Absolutely elfin fantastic from beginning to end. Every single person I came in contact with was so so nice and so so knowledgeable. Specifically Carmen, Christopher and DEVON. I came here last July to get a conch piercing. They were nice but missed and had to repierce. Six weeks later I went to get it downsized. It was extremely tight and painful. After a week I went back because it had started to grow over the backing and they put a longer post on. I’ve been very good with cleaning it and thought it was healing great. I tried to change it today and discovered a huge piercing bump filled with pus.

3 Ravens was amazing. From the quick appointment (a roadtrip tattoo was a must) to the service. Zaya was AMAZING!! Her work was phenomenal!!! Clean lines and a light touch!! I really enjoyed my experience here and would reccomend them to anyone!!

Wonderful! I brought my almost 10 year daughter to get her lobes pierced and couldn’t be happier! Everyone took great care of her and walked her through everything step by step. Made sure was fully comfortable and helping making it such an easy smooth process. Super easy to work with. And even after leaving came back to see if possible to get one more done along with a friend and she was very accommodating willing to have us come back within an hour. Couldn’t be more thankful for such a pleasant experience.

I drove an hour and a half for my service and was called 5 min prior to my appointment to be told they would not be fulfilling my piercing service. When i went in, I was spoken to as if I was ignorant even when I did not fight their refusal and was going to leave unserviced. Will not be returning because of the unprofessionalism that was evoked towards me. I respect he right to refuse clients but not 5 min prior to service.

I am a (many times) return customer at 3 Ravens, but this was my first piercing experience with Keri. She was amazing. I wanted an industrial, but my ears wouldnt allow for it, so Keri helped come up with an alternative; 2 piercings, with a chain between them. I LOVE IT!Update: I just got my first Miss Devon tattoo. It is a botanical piece that contains cherokee rose, larkspur & sweet pea flowers. Her work is exquisite. I couldnt be happier.

Keri was a fantastic piercer! She was very gentle and professional. The way she cares for her customers is comforting and also exciting! She explaines everything carefully and thoroughly. The best part of piercing was that it did not hurt!!! It was super quick and I felt a bit of pinch. Minor pain faded away in about 30 minutes. She pinpointed (pun intended) important details to take care of it afterwards. I love the way my ears are pierced. I cant stop looking at them. I cant wait to go back for a check up and I may get another one then. I recommend Keri with 110% confidence!

Kai is the best!! Got double high nostril piercings with a connecting chain three days ago with Kai, they took the most time and care I’ve ever had with a piercer to help me pick out the most stunning jewelry and chain. When it came to positioning my piercings, they continually marked them until they were perfectly placed, and even got another piercer to come and triple check the placement. Kai’s excitement over how the piercings looked (they are so perfectly placed and GORGEOUS) really made me happy. Love their personality and kindness 💗💗 was so sweet with making it as pain free as possible and was very kind about the whole process. would go back to Kai a million times over just from this experience.

I went to get my lobes pierced for the first time by Dr. Valentine and the experience was all around amazing. She was very thorough, answered all my questions, explained the entire process while also adding education about piercing. The piercing was excellent and I haven’t had any pain or issue since. I’ve come back twice to have both my rook and septum pierced, both turned out beautiful! I’ve had both previous pricing a done by Dr. Valentine, and she is the absolute sweetest! They make sure to walk you through the entire process which I greatly appreciate! One of the key parts that makes me feel at ease is that they don’t show you the needle which calms my nerves a lot! Ten out of ten would recommend to anyone looking for a tattoo or piercing!

I turned 50 on Jan.9th and to celebrate, I finally got the courage to do something that I have wanted to do for the longest time. I got my Helix pierced and added a 3rd hole to each of my lobes. I did a lot of research for the best place to go, and 3Ravens is 3rd in the state of Georgia. How lucky are we Athens. I was really nervous and excited when I walked in to the store but it was so welcoming by the front desk staff(they loved my Betsey Johnson earrings glasses )that my nerves seldon down. Dr. Valentine was my piercer. Her knowledge of walking me through the whole process of piercing from being to an end;I knew right then I had chosen the right place. Everything was so clean and sterilized it was absolutely the best. She even was cool about the fact that I wanted my husband to be with me just to hold my hand. That ĥe felt welcomed. Plus, the candy helped also...Lol. If you want anything pierced or tattoo go to the Best place in Athens and tell them I sent you. 🤪 Thank you for your awesome customer services and for making me feel comfortable in a situation that can be scary.

We worked with Keri and Eryn to get our little girls ears pierced. I knew I wanted to take her to a professional and we got exactly the experience I was hoping for. I chose this tattoo parlor because they had great reviews and the option to pierce her ears in tandem.We will use them in the future and I highly recommend both of the ladies to pierce your littles ears just like we did!

My fear of needles is strong, so it takes me a bit to hype myself up for a new piercing. Keri made sure I knew everything that was going to happen and when it’d happen. I was very nervous about getting my first face piercing, but the environment of the shop was clean and inviting which calmed my anxieties. Dr. Keri Valentine was my piercer and i cannot brag enough about her! She sat down with me before the process to ask if i had anything i wanted to ask her or talk to her about. As she was mapping out my placement, she was very receptive to any changes i wanted to make and i did not feel rushed at all. I let her know i had a small fear of needles so she walked me through step by step and guided my breathing as she was putting the needles through. Afterwards she gave me detailed advice for the healing process and i was left with no questions upon leaving. I would highly recommend this shop for any first-time piercings! Thank you Keri!

This place is amazing! I had my septum pierced today and the experience was overall great! My piercer, Kai, was super kind and answered all the questions I had. I was super nervous since this was my first facial piercing, but it went by super quick and wasn’t too painful minus the slight pinch which is expected. It took about 15 mins in total, and I absolutely love my piercing! I’m definitely coming back later to get my nostril piercing!

I went in for a second lobe piercing with Keri. Hands. Down. Best piercing experience Ive ever had. She was so thoughtful and took time to explain everything she was doing, the instrumentation she used (which was packaged in sterile fashion so being a past surgical assistant, this was awesome) and really helped me feel relaxed throughout the whole experience. I had a torn piercing for 17 years where one earring sat lower than the other. She was meticulous in correcting this to ensure excellent symmetry and overall appearance. From the time I walked in to the time I left, I interacted with nothing but friendly and professional people. Ill be back here again! Highly recommend.

I had a medusa piercing done at the end of August. I’ve been pierced many times before and I am very aware of how to take care of my piercings. When the service was done, our piercer specifically noted that they use short posts on oral piercings despite the usually high level of swelling on oral piercings. Despite consistent and above standard upkeep on my piercing, it has embedded in my mouth. Now i’m out the money of the piercing, the jewelry, and however much it’s going to cost to get it removed from my mouth by an actual medical professional. Hard pass on getting pierced here again!

10/10 would recommend! Frankie was so fun and easy to work with. I didn’t have a clear idea of what I wanted and she combined some of my ideas and drew an amazing piece. Overall great place and environment. I will definitely be back for future tattoos!

Today was my first visit here, and I absolutely had the best experience. Amy was my artist and I can’t express how much I love her talent. We had three consecutive appointments with Jay on a super busy Saturday and SHE WAS AMAZING! My youngest daughter was getting her lobes re-pierced after a not so great first experience and Jay was so kind and comforting to her the entire time. The prices, especially for some of the jewelry pieces, are higher than some other shops, but the experience was well worth it. Just got my rook piercing done with Keri, amazing experience! This is my fourth piercing with 3 Ravens and every experience has been amazing. Keri is so patient and really walks you through the entire piercing process, I’ve never felt rushed and I can tell she genuinely cares. I went with my two best friends to get a piercing and had the best experience. The staff was super accommodating as to book us all appointments on short notice. Everyone I interacted with was just super sweet- very kind souls. Mr. Jim and Jackson pierced my nose, and again they were so nice and talked me through the whole process and made sure I was comfortable. I appreciated this and also that they went over the aftercare process so thoroughly- I know how bad infections can be 😬 so that’s super important. I was in and out within 30 minutes, which includes having to fill out the paperwork and all that. I will definitely be going back to them in the future for any piercings or tattoos here in Athens. ❤️

Today was my 3rd and last session on a big shoulder piece with Yody. First two sessions were 6hrs long and my last one around 1 and a half hour. During the second session I had an idea for a small change and he was completely cool about it. I watched my tattoo go from good to great to perfect. Both costumer service and quality of work were top notch. Definitely recommend.

My kids had their ears pierced with Trinity and Madison in December, which was a great experience. Several months later, my youngest was having some issues with her piercings so we had to go back for a piercing check. We saw Jackson, one of their piercing apprentices, and he made my kids feel safe and comfortable. He was patient and gentle with them, always obtained their consent before touching them, and I really appreciated the respect he showed them while we were there. I had an old, faded never-my-favorite tattoo that was in major need of a coverup! Natalia sat with me and helped me pick what would best cover my existing tattoo, and although in kind of an awkward spot (behind my ear), Natalia did a wonderful job! The atmosphere at 3 Ravens was relaxing and chill, and I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever about my experience. I’m super pumped with how great my new tattoo turned out and hope to return for more soon!

I had a my tandem nipple piercings done by Madison and Ms. Devon and they did amazing!! They were super careful to make sure my piercings were as even as possible (I went for diagonal) and also gave me the option to have a rose gold color bar (amongst other colors)!! I’m inexplicably happy with my piercings they look sooo good!!!! I’d give it a 4-5/10 and they were really accurate with placement but quick to get it done!!! Thank you!!!!

Jay was my piercer and she was great! Very clean and professional. My septum turns out to be slightly deviated so my horse shoe ring looks a little crooked. She offered to redo it for free if I wanted but honestly Im not bothered buy it. Very pleasant experience and I would go there again for future piercings.

She made me feel comfortable instantly and did it so smoothly. I wish i could give more than five stars. Decor is dope and so is the vibe. Do yourself a favor and get your work done here. You won’t regret it!

I will admit it is very nice on the inside feels like a massage parlor almost great staff but I believe this place is more for college kids looking for a quick tattoo..I went here for a basic logo design and its been almost a month and my tattoo is just real patchy, I never had a tattoo artist tell me ..(if anything is wrong we can patch it up when it heals)..I appreciate the jester and still appreciate the service but this was way overpriced for the quality I got. I have plenty of tattoos and Im the 1st to say dont be cheap with tattoos..you get what you pay for..and in this case I paid to get a super nice bulding for tattoo to be done in but the quality is about 6 out of 10 for the tattoo. Customer service is really nice though..but I just cant recommend this place. The quality of my tattoo is what I would expect to find at a tattoo party and we all know tattoos parties are the worst.

My 10 year-old daughter wanted her ears pierced and multiple friends recommended 3 Ravens. They could not have been kinder to us and were so patient with her when she got nervous before the piercing. Jackson, her piercer, was so gentle, kind, and reassuring, not to mention funny and disarming from the moment we met him. First class all the way! Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I had a wonderful experience at 3 Ravens! Every staff member is courteous and welcoming, and they clearly care about their clients. The shop is clean and well maintained, and COVID precautions are in place to protect everyone. I saw Kevin for a tattoo and will definitely be returning! His communication was clear while we worked out the design, the quality of his work is incredible-- I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I cant wait for my next visit!

Today was my first experience with 3 Ravens and I have to say I was impressed. I have many tattoos from a variety of different artists. I have to say as far as first impressions go I was pleased with the personal experience I shared with my artist Jim. The work itself was very well done, given that it was a smaller scale tattoo I appreciated the speed and detail. Also, the friendly interaction before, during, and after was one I can say makes me want to trust and return for more work. The price was fair and did not feel like I was being played. I plan to make more appointments in the future and hope this helps others feel comfortable choosing this shop.

My 6yr old got her ears pierced and 3 Ravens (specifically Jackson) did an amazing job! They explained everything in detail, the earrings, the cleaning, the process & tools. Jackson was so kind and good with my daughter and made her first piercing experience great!

Keri was incredible. She explained everything very thoroughly both before and while she did everything. She was very patient when I needed a second between piercings and even provided some juice for me to drink. Both piercings went really well and they looks great. Such a fantastic experience.

My experience was great!! I had an appointment with Keri for a helix piercing and she was so careful and thorough. She made sure I knew exactly what I was getting and what to do afterwards, which was very helpful since it was my first cartilage piercing. She made the whole experience very enjoyable! Would definitely go back and recommend to a friend!!

The 3 Ravens Tattoo & Piercing shop has been one of the best experiences that I have had in a tattoo shop. The staff was very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. They were very organized and were right on time. My artist was Kevin and I would rate his work 100/10! My tattoo was so realistic, and he was light handed during the whole process. He constantly checked in on me and made sure to allow breaks to sit through 5 hours of tattooing. If you all are looking to get work done please check out Kevin and the rest of the team. In addition, Kevin’s pricing was definitely the cheapest around. Thank y’all for a wonderful tattoo and great experience. 10/10 would recommend!

I needed to have my eyebrows corrected from a previous tattoo and Amy is amazing! She has been working with me to correct my issue before adding the corrective ink. She has been so great as I have a slight phobia due to me previous experience and she is excellent and very patient. She is an artist and will work with you to achieve what you want to enhance your look.

I had an appointment with Mr. Jim last weekend for my naval piercing. It has not been able to heal for a year after I got it pierced at another place and he took a look at it and gave me really good advice, changed out the piercing for a better quality jewelry, and told me everything he knows about taking care of a piercing. It is really important that this information is communicated to clients when getting piercings because otherwise they may run into issues (like I did). Mr. Jim had a really good energy and was very kind and helpful and made sure I was comfortable. I dont usually leave reviews, but my experience was so good that I thought I should.

My 2 daughters (9 and 7) wanted their ears pierced (7 year old first piercing and 9 year old 2nd piercing) and Kari made it SO enjoyable for them! She communicated everything. Let the girls feel things and ask as many questions as they wanted. It was overall the best experience and they have life ling customers in my family.

My almost 9 year old daughter has been wanting to get her ears pierced for a couple of years. 3 Ravens always comes highly recommended for kid ear piercing - and rightly so! It was so easy. Jay and Madison were kind and patient with her and explained every step of the process making sure she gave consent for each thing. The studio is beautiful, clean, and professional. We had a 10/10 experience!

I came in at 1:30 for a short notice midlife crisis piercing type thing. The boy who helped me (was SUPER SWEET and super CUTE, I can’t remember his name, but I believe it was Jackson?) I’ve never had professional piercings. He walked me through it, was super quick, exactly what I wanted, and I walked out maybe 20 minutes later, hardly any blood and I barely felt it. They also fit me in within 24 hours. The studio is clean and super professional. They get a 10/10 for me.

I got a nostril piercing with Jay, and it was wonderful! I told her about my worry about placement, and she let me check before piercing (but the first place she picked was exactly what I had in mind). She explained what was going to happen, and it was over very fast and looks super cute! The rest of the staff were also fun and easy to talk to, and it was super clean and as COVID safe as possible. Will definitely be back if I decide to get any more piercings!

Couldn’t have had a better piercing experience! Went with my 17 year old daughter for a nose piercing and it was perfect from start to finish. Kai was her piercer and addressed the process with amazing clarity, kindness and professionalism. I would definitely request Kai for your piercings! Overall, 10/10. 😊

My 6 year old daughter got her ears pierced at 3 Ravens and they were absolutely wonderful with her. I would highly recommend anyone interested in piercings go to them! Everyone we interacted with there was so kind and knowledgeable.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The space is airy and light. My tattoo is amazing and beautiful. Yody made sure to walk me through his process, was respectful of my time and comfort level, and created a beautiful work of art. This is a place I would recommend to all my friends.

Called & made same day appt with ease to swap out my nose ring for a new one. Jackson provided great customer service & has a relaxing vibe …gave me a painless experience!! Shop is very clean & I’ll definitely be back. My only critique is I wish the selection of piercing jewelry was larger & more eclectic.

I couldn’t be happier with the service and experience at 3 Ravens. Trinity was knowledgeable, kind, gentle, cool, adorable and has the aspirations piercings you’ll want and will help you plan your piercing journey. 10/10 will return and would go back tomorrow if my body healed faster.Also, the atmosphere was cool and homie, lots of plants. Everything was clean and sterilized.Love love love!I went back for two more piercings and I would go back 10000 more times if I wasn’t moving. Trinity is the best and Jay is great too. I had an ankle tattoo done by Natalia and it turned out exactly how I wanted! All of the Three Ravens staff was so friendly and helpful, they truly made my first tattoo such a great experience! The space and equipment was clean and pleasant :)

3 Ravens was incredibly generous in telling me that I had a gift card on file that would expire soon. I decided to use some of it on a lobe piercing and I’m so glad I did! This was my first piercing and Keri was so great in relaxing me and telling me what she was doing every step of the way. I’m so glad I chose them! Definitely recommend

Fantastic experience here! Ms Devon had no problem making small adjustments to the design to meet my needs. She walked me through which spots might hurt most and her workflow so I could know what to expect. All of my many questions were answered fully. My tattoo turned out exactly as I imagined and I’m in love with it. Would recommend!

I have been to 3 Ravens twice now, and each time I go back, I am all the more impressed by this amazing studio. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by a clean, aesthetically pleasing atmosphere and the most kind, helpful staff members. My tattoo artist, Tyler, has been so wonderful each time Ive visited, and he made me feel so comfortable and relaxed while getting my first tattoos. He is patient and friendly, and it’s so enjoyable carrying on a conversation with him during my appointments. Tyler is such a talented artist, and I am absolutely in love with the 4 fine-line tattoos that he has done for me- I will most definitely be back for more ;) HIGHLY recommend 3 Ravens to anyone!
