Thomas Greene is a great artist and worked with me on a design he know what works well on your skin and is a unique artist with bold coloring. The shop is super clean and they do great work. I would recommend any of the artists there. They book fast so be sure to make an appointment.

Love this shop,has a great vibe, its clean,the staff is awesome and the Artists are second to NONE! Tons of works are hung all around the place to enjoy and choose from. I have been in a lot of shops and this is my go to place. Mike Harris is who I choose but you cant go wrong with any of these Artist. FIVE STARS BECAUSE 6 WASNT AN OPTION!!

I can’t rave enough about Magic Tattoo! Joee did such a spectacular job on my sternum/belly piece and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. From the very beginning, Joee was meticulous about her work adjusting the size/shape to fit my body just right to the final tiny lines she added for detail. Thanks so much for such a fun funky piece!

My favorite things is getting to boast about who’s done my tattoos - Joee at Magic Tattoo! She was Athens best kept secret for a little while but I think people are starting to catch on. I’ve had four separate sessions with her and every single one has been expert, creative, and comfortable. Everything went smoothly from the scheduling to the tattoo itself. Took him 2 hours to complete and it looks great. Very friendly and laid back place. Will definitely be back. I got tattooed here back when it was Hammer Gods Tattoo, and then again this past week, the experience at Magic Tattoo was definitely much better!I did get tattooed by a guest artist, however I also talked to the owners and had encounters with them, and each time was a nice experience. All of them are very helpful and welcoming. And most importantly the place is very clean! Highly recommend checking them out for new ink!

We visited Magic tattoo when Shelby and Martin were guest artists. Ive never walked in a tattoo shop that was more welcoming and friendly. Everyone there was helpful and I could tell truly cared about their customers.

Joee was absolutely amazing! She was fast and professional, and she totally put me at ease while I was getting my first tattoo. Booking an appointment through Instagram dms was easy, and my full-color, 4 inch tattoo was $100 and exactly what I wanted. She even helped me apply a new bandage (at no charge) after I failed to get the second one on properly.

Amazing experience at the shop and with Joee, shes incredible! Truly cant recommend Magic Tattoo or Joee enough.

Definitely one of the best places to get a tattoo in Athens! I have gotten 4 tattoos from this establishment, and they alway have done an amazing job. I totally recommend this place to anyone who is unsure about it!

I called to see if Magic tattoo did hoop ear piercings. They dont. Person on phone was nice but we got disconnected before they could tell me some places that do.

I was very happy with the tattoo and plan to go back for more.

Joee and/or Tom have done my entire half sleeve 🙌 couldn’t recommend them enough. I recommend them to everyone who asks me where to go. Hands down the only people I will go to.
