Seamless online booking, experienced professionals, and strict health protocols are taken to the next level. I am happy with the quality. However, the customer service can improve mainly with newcomers and first-time users like me. The lack of tact, kindness, patience, and dialog is not on the books; maybe it is on a frame up on the wall with the rules, as I heard. The kindest moment was when I was guided to breathe during piercing; that was human. I loved the earrings I chose. They have good taste for them. I got out so fast that I forgot to ask about the post-care. Maybe it was a busy day for a human touch.

Omg the cleanest most professional place I’ve ever been to. It’s by my apartment and I just found out about them. I accidentally knocked off the top of my nose ring and got replaced here. The young lady at counter and my female tech did amazing today 6/19/2024 they both don’t normally work on Wednesday I was lucky. I made sure and left a big tip. They gave me good knowledge and look forward to coming back.

My experience with Virtue & Vice was amazing. The online booking process was easy. The staff that greeted me were kind, helpful, and knowledgeable (I didn’t get their names). All the staff I interacted with were extremely professional. Lena did my piercings and she made sure I was comfortable and walked me through the entire process before and during the piercing. She also made sure to show me everything had been sterilized. I am SO happy they were recommended to me. I will use them for all my future piercing needs.

Cozmo was fantastic! I made an appointment the night before and wasn’t sure what I wanted. When I walked in Cozmo suggested a double conch and that’s what we ended up doing! Cozmo was super sweet and calm, and the whole process was clean, quick, comfortable, and fun! Front desk was friendly and helped with jewelry selection as they have a ton of great options!

Go see Allen for your piercings. I originally went in for a VCH but did not have the right anatomy for it so I got a Daith. And then came back the next day for the HCH. He was highly professional and personable. The place was very clean and any questions I had were answered knowledgeably. It took longer to fill out paperwork and pick out the jewelry than it did to actually pierce me. It also hurt way less than getting an IUD (both piercings). I will definitely come back and request Allen as my piercer again.

I cannot believe the unprofessionalism I experienced at this establishment. After spending hours reading the great reviews, I chose this location, only to be met with disappointment. I spoke to a young lady, received directions, and confirmed my arrival. However, upon reaching the place, another young lady informed me that they wouldnt have time to see me. When I requested to speak to a manager, to my surprise, the rude young lady turned out to be the manager, who then proceeded to tell me she was having a bad day and wasnt in the mood.As if that wasnt enough, a gentleman questioned whether I had a full meal, despite me explaining that as a gastric bypass patient, I can only eat small portions and had already consumed a full meal and a snack. I felt discriminated against when I was then told that for insurance reasons, I had to have a full meal, despite having already explained my situation. Moreover, as a person with Vitiligo, I am no stranger to discrimination. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was informed that they didnt have the owners information.Regardless of how many people this establishment serves, its clear that they lack empathy, compassion, and most importantly, active listening skills when it comes to serving potential customers. Shop has amazing vibes! You’d never guess it’d be on the corner where it is on Cheshire Bridge Rd. In fact, I missed myturn and got pulled over for making an illegal left to turn around. This shop made me feel much better after that encounter though and I had a delightful piercing experience. They had a wide range of jewelry for even basic titanium. They’re super friendly and helpful about aftercare too :) My piercer, Meg, was super nice. She showed me proof that her needles were sterilized and helped me prepare for my piercing. The piercing itself wasn’t too painful and she talked me through the entire process. I’d be happy to come back in the future for more metal in my body 😁

I did a lot of research and came to this piercing shop because all of the piercers seemed very knowledgeable. I got a labret piercing and the girl recommended that I get a specific piece of jewelry. Came back in 3 weeks to get refitted and they said it wasn’t ready. I said that it was fine but that I wanted to change out the jewelry ball at the top because it was hard to clean and I felt that’s why it wasn’t healing properly. The guy said that he would’ve never pierced it with that and gave me a bigger ball to pop onto the front. 2 days later it started to sink into my lip and become embedded. What was the point of paying over 100$ plus tip?Edit: I went in and they told me to go to another shop or take it out. No other assistance was given.

I had the best experience from beginning to end. I walked in because I lost my nose piercing and went to a place I googled closer to home but fortunately that experience led me here, the previous location was the opposite and the person wasn’t friendly and replaced my piercing so tight that my nose was sore and swollen and had to find another location to remove it and get another that fit better. The staff was so helpful and Lena was amazing. She removed it in an instant and I finally got what I really wanted, a small diamond nose piercing. My pain started to go away and I’m so glad I found this place. I Will definitely come here for any other piercings and recommend to anyone who’s looking for a clean friendly and professional piercing shop.

Nice Try. This has nothing to do with your policy on eating within a four-hour window. I have clearly stated multiple times that I have eaten, yet you continue to be unprofessional and rushed. I suspect the owners longstanding success is due to professionalism, but perhaps there is a need for additional training in customer service. Stop gaslighting – you were rude, and regrettably, your behavior reflects poorly on the business. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Have a purposeful day.

Went to get an industrial. Sadly, my ear didn’t have the right shape. So got a single helix instead. Allen was very professional, and the piercing itself was very easy. I’ve had a lot of negative experiences, but this was quick, easy. I’ll update as it heals, but I absolutely loved this place. Left saying I’ll be booking Allen again.

Perfect experience for my 7 year old. Every thing was explained and no tears were shed. Happy daughter and happy Mama. We will return and refer friends and family. From the check in to Ms. Lena the place is a step above the rest.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Allen was a top tier piercing professional and the receptionist (so sorry I did not catch your name!) was lovely to talk with and very informative. Cant recommend the place enough! You might be thrown off by the strip mall location but the inside vibes are on point 🫶✌️

I have had two piercings done here since January and I am blown away by how great Virtue and Vice is. Cozmo did an excellent job with my eyebrow and nostril piercing as well as answered any concerns I had about the healing process. Running the front, Sam was super friendly and they helped me select my starter jewelry as well as pick out some new hoops for my lobes. Thank you both so much!

I have been going here for all my piercings and I went recently for philtrum/medusa and had it done with Cozmo. I’ve been pierced by him before and he’s really calming so you barely noticed during the process he pierced you because he has kept you comfortable. All of a sudden it was done! I have felt that way during previous visits so I know I’m in good hands and I would highly recommend if you want a piercing, go to Cozmo at Virtue and Vice!

Going here will make you realize how truly bad all the piercers you went when you were 18 were 🧍🏼‍♀️I’ve gotten pierced by Cozmo four times and he hasn’t let me down yet. You’re never rushed and the staff walks you through every step of the way. Even though I’m not a toootal rookie, I appreciate all the extra work they put into making sure your piercing not only looks good, but heals beautifully.If you’re like me and found yourself in some somewhat questionable shops in the past, the prices might seem more than you expect, but I promise you that it’s money well spent. They have a pretty varied selection of jewelry, too, so you can more or less choose what you’re willing to spend. Truly can’t recommend enough!

I was pierced recently by Cosmo, and I had such a great experience! The conversation during the whole thing was great, he was professional and he was the best piercer Ive had. The whole shop did an amazing job explaining everything and breaking it all down! Would recommend 10/10

I’ve been going to Virtue & Vice for well over a decade. They’re so professional; I would never get pierced anywhere else. I always recommend them to my friends! My current favorite is Meg. She’s so wonderful! I can’t say enough good things about this place.

I have gotten multiple piercing done here by Cozmo and I cannot rave enough. Not only have the piercing healed super well but if I ever had any questions he was open and willing to answer them. I highly recommend, and plan on going back for more piercings in the future!

I love my new piercing(Daith)! First of all, this place is nice, clean, and the employees are very thorough. Everything was explained before I was seen, then once I was brought back, Allen, my piercer, explained the process and made me feel comfortable. Youd think after giving birth to triplets I wouldnt be nervous but I was and he took my mind off of it. If youre thinking about getting a piercing, do it! If youre contemplating where to go, go here! The lady at the front desk was super rude. Instead of being patient and friendly, she was condescending and not welcoming. Thankfully, my actual piercer was really cool and made up for the experience.

Lena was awesome! I only went in to have jewelry exchanged from a conch piercing Id gotten done at another place. I asked questions about jewelry material and allergens, and she gave me great advice on helping my piercings heal faster. Will def go back to her for piercings in the future. I chose a titanium (implant grade) post that was in the $30 range and they plated it to be gold for free. Great service!

My experience with virtue and Vice was awesome. I called and asked about an appointment and they luckily had one for shortly after. The woman upfront was so kind and welcoming. They let me take my time picking out jewelry and she was super helpful and thoroughly explained the process. Cozmo was my piercer and he did an amazing job. He placed the earrings in a spot that complimented my ear shape. I highly recommend vice and virtue for any of your piercing needs. Do note that the jewelry can be expensive, but the quality is more than worth the cost. Thank y’all so much for the exceptional experience!

I’ve gotten pierced here 3 times over the last 4 years and Lena has always been my piercer. She is quick, strong, and gets the alignment right every single time. I’ve never left the shop unhappy. I am just so happy that there is a shop with extremely professional and honest piercers in ATL.

Blown away by my experience! So many beautiful jewelry options and the front staff was so friendly and informative. Allen, who did my piercing, was so calming and professional and did such a beautiful job. So happy with my helix piercing and would definitely recommend coming here!

It would have been easy for this place to take my money and have me sign a waiver, just to hope for a clean line, no complications and a solid heal. What I got was a professional, informed, candid and courteous opinion on the procedures viability and risk. Most importantly, what I got was no regrets. Big ups to a classy parlor!

Cat gave me a conch and third lobe piercing about 5 months ago, and theyve both healed beautifully! She also tested out my first lobes which I thought had closed, but it turned out they were actually still open :) Thank you Cat!(first photo is when they were first pierced and second photo is when I switched everything out for simple black jewelry)

Amazing experience! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was helped picking out a gorgeous piece of jewelry and instructed on how to care for my daith piercing. I took my 12-year old daughter to get her ears pierced here. Allen did the work, it was impeccable, very professional. He explained everything in detail and measured both ears carefully. The process was smooth and my we left super happy. It has been two weeks and the piercing healed perfectly, no issues. Allen did a great job!

Staff is very friendly but would not recommend coming here for nipple piercings! They pierce them laying down. Gravity is a thing unfortunately and now mine are crooked 😩 Not to mention it cost me $300

Meg was incredible! I came in for a jewelry swap/installation and she was super patient with me and gave me her professional opinion on certain pieces which I definitely appreciated. In addition, she did a checkup on my healing piercings (piercings done by a different shop) and a recommendation (per my request) of other ear piercings that would fit my anatomy! Amazing selection of jewelry at a variety of prices, very professional, super clean, and very covid conscious which I greatly appreciate. I cant wait to come back in a few months for some new piercings!

I know this review is way past over overdue but here we are. I believe I made an appointment online via website. Last year, I wanted my tragus pierced for my birthday. They were very professional and understood that I am hard of hearing and needed to use my an app in my phone to help understand the care and pricing without struggling. They followed protocol during the pandemic. It was quick and easy. I definitely recommend this place. Here it is my birthday is coming up soon and I thinking of another birthday piercing.

Was able to get a last minute walk in appointment to do a spontaneous septum piercing while on atrip in Atlanta. They have beautiful high end pieces to chose from! Cozmo did my piercing and I have to say with his calm confident talk and high skill through the process - I barely felt the piercing! Highly recommend this shop! 10/10 ⭐️

Love this piercing studio! It is always spotless and they have a fantastic selection of high quality jewelry. I was a little nervous to go back during Covid but they have taken every precaution and I felt completely safe there. I have gotten 5 piercings in total from Cozmo and I cant recommend him enough. Had my double helix done by Lena about 6 wks ago, the procedure was quick and painless! So far my piercings been healing perfectly with no issues. Absolutely recommend them no question, youre in good hands at Virtue and Vice!

New customer for a helix piercing with Bato and it was a great experience. All of the staff were very informative and friendly, and answered all my questions. They take all the safety precautions you would look for in a piercer and made sure I was comfortable with the after care instructions before I left. No issues with the healing after almost a week. They are friendly and very helpful and most importantly clean! And whenever I have a problem with a piercing or want to switch anything out, I just hop on over and theyre ready to help. Cheaper options for around $20 and luxury jewelry with gorgeous stones and real gold for upwards of $500. I’ve now had my nose piercing for almost a week and I can’t stop thinking about my experience. I originally had an appointment with Eric, but due to forgetting my license at home, I had to leave and come back. Eric was so understanding about the situation and was very pleasant. The woman at the front counter did a fabulous job assisting me in my jewelry selection and being flexible with my leaving and returning. First thoughts, amazing!When I returned, I was introduced to Cozmo. My new appointment was scheduled for 4pm, but since I arrived early, he was willing to help me (Eric was on break). Cozmo was fabulous! He made me feel at ease, I was very nervous, and walked me through every step. He told me when to breathe, exhale, listen to me talk, and the whole thing took less than 5 minutes! I am extremely grateful to Cozmo for making my visit an amazing one! Thank you!Everyone was so kind and welcoming! Should I want another piercing, this is the place to go!

We took my newly eight year old here to get her ears pierced. She has been wanting them since she was six so this was an on going conversation for us with her. Lena met us for the consultation and walked her through everything. I absolutely loved that she talked to her to ensure she understood what she was getting herself into. Dear daughter still wanted them. When we came back she was so excited. She was obviously a little intimidated about the pain and Lena was honest with her that it would hurt, but only a little. Lena took it slow to make sure she was fully ready to commit. She went through care with the both of us and did a fabulous job piercing. My daughter absolutely loves her earrings and shows them off to everyone. She needed reminding a couple of times but after the first couple of days she fully takes care of them herself without prompting. She also ensures to ‘eat healthy meals and drink lots of water’ because the pre-care said to and I am not about to tell her that it was just for beforehand 😅 would definitely recommend!

I’ve had 4 piercings done here over the years and everything is always top-notch. Most recently, was able to get a last minute appointment and had an awesome experience getting daith and septum piercings with Allen. Definitely my go-to piercing studio and one I recommend.

Just got back from being pierced by Lena, who was great. The entire staff was great. They answered all of my questions before hand walked me through the process and what to expect. When I went back with Lena she was amazing. She addressed all my questions and helped me feel at ease. I have been pierced before and have many tattoos and yet I was still nervous, but after talking with her that nervousness disappeared. I fully intend to come back to her for any future piercings.

Great team. They have kept their Covid restrictions and I appreciate it. Less people to deal with and making it crowded in the waiting area. They are very efficient and have the best jewelry compared to their sister store Queen Bee. The artists work at both so their isn’t a difference in professionalism and care. I go to Eric but have been booked with other artists. All nice and clear with directions / next steps especially if you have issues with older piercings.

Cool place with a nice staff. I specifically wanted a shop with APP certified body piercers, and I was not disappointed. Everyone was friendly and I got shown lots of great jewelry to choose from. Eric gave me a second set of lobe piercings on my upper ear lobes. He was fast, skilled with a needle, and courteous. I will definitely be back for more piercings.

Get your new piercings and jewelry here. Seriously, eleven out of ten experience.I had my septum jewelry changed out and a second lobe piercing added to each ear. From walking in to walking out, I really can’t speak highly enough of everyone I interacted with. They were all so patient and kind; I was able to take way too long picking out my new jewelry, all the while getting thorough information on everything. Bato was my technician (if that’s the correct title). He was very gentle in replacing my septum ring—adjusting the hinge of the clicker to fit properly—and took his time with making sure my new earlobe piercings were perfect!I will absolutely be back, either for more piercings or more jewelry.

I got my septum pierced here and I could not be happier with my experience! From the moment I was met at the door, all of the employees were so kind and considerate. The atmosphere was very calm, clean, and comfortable. I was given very clear and thorough information about my piercing and the aftercare, and they made it very easy to select the jewelry I wanted. They even take the time to prove to you that your jewelry has been properly sterilized.Now I have to brag on Lena in particular, because she provided the BEST experience I could have asked for, especially with me having a lot of anxiety over this being my first piercing. She has such a kind and warm personality and made me feel right at home in the studio. She was more than accommodating to my fear of needles, described in detail every move before she made it, and then did the piercing perfectly. She is extremely knowledgeable about her piercings, and if youre nervous someone may pierce your septum in the wrong spot, she is the best person to go to! I cant recommend Virtue & Vice enough, andI cant wait to go back for my next piercing!

Will definitely be back!! Went in initially for 3rd ear lobe piercings. Allen looked at my ears and told me because of where my current piercings were, the new ones wouldn’t be even. After looking at the placement of my current piercings closer and the anatomy of my ear, he informed me I wouldn’t be a candidate for any additional lobe piercings. We decided on a tragus piercing. I love that he took his time and didn’t just do something because I wanted it and gave me great professional advice. The entire facility is clean and Allen took hygiene precautions very seriously which as a nurse I could appreciate. The process was perfect! Very knowledgeable crew there and all of the people there were a vibe. Lots of good education on how to care for it, information on how it will respond on planes and sleeping. Will be back in 6 months to get the other side done. GO SEE ALLEN!

I have been to Virtue and Vice many, many, many times! Each time is a new fun experience where I get to reconnect with some of my favorite people. I especially love Allen, Eric, and of course the wonderful Lena. They’re all extremely professional, passionate, clean, precise, and kind throughout the whole process. Getting pierced can be a scary experience but going here I always know I’m in good hands. I genuinely love each and every worker here, front of house or piercer! They’re all fantastic at what they do!

Went today for the $13 Friday the 13th deal. First time I’ve gotten a piercing since 2002 at Claire’s in the mall lol it was a wonderful experience! I waited for about an hour and a half for my turn because it was walk up only. In hindsight, I probably should have just made an appointment on a different day, but whatever. It was all good. The front desk guy (I forgot to ask his name!) was super friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. He went over all of the instructions for after-care in great detail and even gave me a nifty card with a QR code on it with the info in case I forgot.The selection of jewelry was insane! I already knew what I wanted so I didn’t waste any time trying to decide, but I will definitely be back just to do some shopping. Gorgeous pieces! As for the piercing itself, Allen was awesome. Personable, professional, and as genuine as they come. He showed me how everything was sterile and made sure I liked the placement before he went ahead with the procedure. It was done and over with very quickly and, honestly, getting my brows waxed hurts more than what I experienced.I’m definitely going back for any other piercings! 10/10 would recommend!

The shop was extremely clean. Jessi was extremely helpful in which jewelry would look the best with my existing piercings. Cozmo was great! He walked me through the whole process and made sure I was comfortable with everything he was doing. The environment was professional and clean which is absolutely important when getting piercings.I have had some traumatic piercing experiences in the past at other places, but I felt extremely comfortable at V&V. I got 2nd holes on each ear lobe to wear double piercings. Highly recommended. They rock!

I was really nervous and excited to go here after considering a piercing for years, and considering this specific shop for months.I feel very similar to the review from Jessica Torres, the emotional aspect of their customer service is a bit lacking for a place with over 4 stars.Keeping your employees safe from catching COVID is very important, but people do need more ways to feel comfortable when making a permanent body modification. I wouldn’t recommend going here if you’re nervous and/or new to getting piercings and you want emotional support or need time to feel comfortable in a new environment. If you can handle going in alone for a quick visit and don’t struggle with indecisiveness, you’ll probably be fine.I really felt like I had no time to think about what I wanted, and the jewelry selection wasn’t posted online or visible from the outside in any way, so I couldn’t have chosen what jewelry I wanted in advance. I also had a miscommunication about getting both ears instead of just one that day, and I felt pressured to just get the one ear because of time constraints. It just felt like I was not allowed to get comfortable and make sure I got exactly what I wanted.I think getting the actual piercing in was professional and clean. It’s good that they take safety and cleanliness seriously, but there’s not many resources available to help ease nervous customers into the way they do things. I think it’s important to make sure there’s more resources to help nervous customers feel comfortable.

I’d been wanting this piercing for a while, but was always hesitant. The girls at the front desk were super helpful. Cozmo did his thing. He pierced quickly and efficiently. Pain was a concern and let me tell you, this was a 1/10. Really it didn’t hurt actually. I can’t wait to come back for any other piercing needs or to change my jewelry when it’s time. Came in for my first piercing today and the entire staff was amazing and friendly! I chose Lena to do my piercing but the other staff were helpful once it was my appointment time. I came a bit early and they kindly explained I had to wait till my appointment time, which was consistent with the email they sent. They took their time to help me pick a piece that would be easy to work with and manage as a first piercing. When Lena was sanitizing everything, Sam helped to go over the administrative pieces and piercing care. Would 100% come back!

I came here for my first piercing, a nostril stud, and a few months later to downsize the post. Everyone was friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable. The shop is clean and prices are appropriate. Would definitely recommend if youre feeling nervous!

This piercing studio is amazing! Really clean, thorough, and informative. They educate you really well on the piercings youre getting done and on how to take care of them, also they have a beautiful selection of jewelry to pick from. I have gotten both of my piercings from here and everyone i have met here is incredibly nice. I have been trying to get back to switch out my jewelry for a month now, and i have always had to cancel or put it off due to scheduling conflicts. But today i was finally able to get in and get my jewelry downsized. They were super understanding and very quick, i was able to get in and out in no time. This was my first piercing shop experience. I went in to get my septum pierced. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me and were supremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. They answered all my questions and took care of me. The shop is clean and feels very safe.My piercer was Allen Wilson. He was the best! Very thoughtful and cool person, who is adept at what he does. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed the moment I got into the room with him. I thought it was going to hurt badly but he worked some magic because before I could feel much of anything, he was through and I was sitting up and out the door.Overall, it was a great experience, and I would go again and I would recommend Virtue and Vice to anyone who is looking for a new piercing. Went in for the first time to get my septum pierced and I was incredibly nervous. I probably asked my piercer, Eric, about a million questions and nearly backed out of it five times. He was so incredibly gentle and patient even though I was being a bit of a pain, did not make me feel a problem for my anxiety at all. Went I decided to go through with it, the piercing itself was so painless and the experience was so very quick! I would highly recommend going, it is going to be my go to place from now and on! The staff up front was also so so kind, I felt so comfortable there. Big thanks to everyone at Virtue and Vice for making a very scary experience for me a pleasant one. ❤️

I went in for a septum piercing and couldn’t be happier! Bato did an amazing job working with my nose, as I have a slightly deviated septum. He made it as painless as possible and went above and beyond to make sure it was straight and correctly placed. He even helped me select the right sized jewelry for my nose shape. Lowest rating possible. How can I explain?Read all the bad reviews. Its a theme of rude arrogant staff who disrespect there customers. Even the shops replies show their disgusting attitudes towards the people who pay them.The place is dingy from the outside. The people who work there are woke and entitled on the highest level I have experienced in a long time. If thats for you then you will like this place. For me you couldnt pay me to get anything done on this dingy place by there privileged staff. I hope the owner corrects there atmosphere and environment. I was beyond offended and disgusted.We went elsewhere and were completely satisfied and treated with respect by a different establishment. This place is soooo overrated !!!! They do have very nice jewelry options though. :)

I went for the halloween special and they made sure i ate something before doing my piercing! the process was quick and i was in and out in ~30 minutescozmo is the best!

The booking process was very easy and their communication was great too. I got my third hole in both ears and a helix on my left ear.The shop was clean and their health and safety procedures were great. I really liked how they give you a little aftercare package that has a brochure that explains how to clean your piercings, what to expect in the healing process, the type of jewelry you purchased and their business card along with a nice pen. I was also able to purchase sterile saline solution from them as well.Everything was explained clearly to me at the front desk and picking out my jewelry was so hard because there were so many beautiful pieces to choose from 😭.Everyone was very friendly and Cozmo did a great job on my piercings. I appreciate that he was talking me through each step so that I could not only prepare myself but it really helped me feel very relaxed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Love this place! Person at front desk was really friendly and patient. They were also super thorough with the after care stuff which is so so appreciated. My piercer, Allen, was also really nice and did a great job! I got an eyebrow and medusa and he was super smooth w both and turned out nice and even. Everything was very sanitary and comfortable. Also the mask policy so great! Overall just super good experience. If i plan on getting anymore piercings definitely will be coming back!

I had an amazing time, so quick and easy. Perfect for a first piercing, I had Bato, and they were an absolute gem. The shop is still practicing covid guidelines, and show you and keep record of sterilization. They are very diligent and careful. As long as you follow their guidelines around arrival/ eating/ alcohol you will breeze through your appointment.

First off, I myself have not been to Virtue & Vice for any of their services, but I used to work next door for a few years. I can truthfully say that I have never seen any of their customers leave with anything but smiles, taking selfies. And they are ALWAYS busy, so they must be doing something right. Clean facilities and same staff for many years. I have noticed that they no longer leave the door unlocked and you will be let in by an employee, who is there watching the door with everyone else in the store. I guess for safety? Dont know. But sometimes they have long lines of people waiting to get inside, so I think that they run some really good specials or something like that.The Babylon Cafe next door has been open 10 years this March, and VIRTUE & VICE has been at their same location a lot longer than Babylon has been around. I guess they take good care of their customers.

I told them that I had a metal allergy and requested (and paid for) gold jewelry, and they ignored me and put in jewelry that caused an allergic reaction.

I really appreciated everyone in the shop for allowing me to come in and get my nostril and lobe piercing even though I missed my scheduled appointment. Allen was very kind and funny and I was in and out so fast! I was super nervous before coming here to get my nipple piercings, but Lena was amazing, and incredibly kind and comforting. The entire staff went above and beyond with helping me, and the entire process was so much easier than I expected. I’d suggest anyone to go here for any questions or concerns they have about piercings.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I was a bit nervous coming in to get my nose pierced, but the staff did such a good job of putting me at ease. The place is VERY sanitary, and my piercing artist Cozmo was amazing. He was so kind, quick, and he made sure I knew exactly what to expect during during the entire process. I also like that they have the option online to return for a healing check up. If you want a piercing, THIS IS THE PLACE!

By far one of the most professional places I have ever been too. I have been to many but this one sticks out in all the best ways. My piercer was Allen, he was great! He made me feel comfortable and was patient. He’s also a good listener. I would certainly recommend this place to everyone.

Very misleading fees - the website says that you can bring your own jewelry in for piercing, and that the price for a simple ear lobe piecing is $35 per ear, so we were expecting the cost to be $70.Instead, the price ended up being over $250 - upon arriving they stated that we could not infact bring our own jewelry, and that the cheapest set they had available was $120 (in contrast to the website stating that it would be $30 for a pair of studs if we didnt bring our own). On top of that, they asked for how much we wanted to tip before even providing the service, but did not mention that the tip applied not only to the piercing service but to the extraordinarily over-priced earing studs as well.The ear piercing also ended up being at an angle on one ear, rather than straight through.Edit: Lowering the review since the business accused us of lying about their prices. The cheapest option available at the time of our appointment was selected, which was $120 for a pair of basic studs.

Ive gone to Virtue and Vice several times over the years and this is always where I choose to get pierced. I made an appointment with Cozmo for three different piercings (nose, and two ear piercings). The employees at the front were extremely helpful with jewelry selection and were very professional. And Cozmo was a fantastic piercer. He talked me through everything and has a very soothing nature, which was much appreciated. Ill be going back for more piercings. I highly recommend Virtue and Vice and Cozmo!

Today, I had two piercings switched out and everyone was so helpful. I was not sure which size to pick for my nose ring and the suggestions given were on point. I love that the shop follows health and safety protocols to ensure the safety of their customers and staff. The service was excellent and I was very pleased with my first experience at Virtue and Vice Body Piercing!

I had my septum pierced for about 6 weeks and was told by another piercer that 6 to 8 weeks is long enough to switch my jewelry. Well obviously it wasnt long enough for me and I could not get my new jewelry in for anything. Everyone was booked and I needed my piercing in asap. I made an appointment online (appointments only here) and luckily they were able to take me about an hour later. It really had closed up but they were able to slip it back it! Im so thankful as I did not want to have to go through the healing process again. They also are all very friendly and clean. And have cute quality jewelry to buy!

I went to Virtue & Vice to get a jewelry change for my nose piercing and had a great experience. Their procedure for getting customers in, serviced and out works very well. They have a great selection of jewelry and other pieces. Customer service and environment is nice and inviting. Cat was amazing; very personable and efficient. She change my jewelry out in seconds.

I forgot to write a review, but I came here to get my second lobe piercing about a month ago and I absolutely loved the service here! Everyone was very understanding and helpful throughout the whole process. Everything was explained well and they definitely make you feel comfortable. The place is very clean and organized. Just got pierced by Allen, and Im very pleased with his work and his service. Extremely cool guy! He did my septum and my nostril and I couldnt be happier. The overall atmosphere of the shop is phenomenal. They were all welcoming, and you can tell that they prioritize customer service and cleanliness. This is definitely my new to-go spot for any of my body mods.

Ive been going to V&V for something like 5 years and Cozmo for 3 years. The entire piercing process from scheduling to after-care has been consistently pleasant. Theres a wide range of jewelry styles and costs. Staff is friendly, well-informed, and prompt.Highly recommend Cozmo as a piercer. He has a beautiful sense of placement. I recently received a nostril and daith piercing from him which are both healing wonderfully. 1000/1000 will continue going to Cozmo for piercings!

I wouldnt jump in but, I interacted with Bethra one time years ago. She was pretty rude in my opinion and I felt belittled. Mandalyn was really nice. Also Bato. Seeing her response to people on here really confirmed when we interacted she wasnt having a bad day (what she writes to unsatisfied people is her normal.) Soo yeah as she says to people I found/ will go to a place that doesnt talk to people like that thanks for the refresher. I would gladly go to someone kind than a rude person with more experience.

I really enjoyed my experience at this place! I’d recommend it to someone to come get a piercing, I feel the guy in the front who helped me was as friendly as he could be lol, and dry at times. It kinda threw me off a bit, because that can across to some people as rude. Maybe he was having a slow or bad day idk, but the woman who did my piercing was amazing! We had a conversation and I loved her! I just enjoy conversations when I go to places for the first time. Just remember that people enjoy talking and wanting to feel in a safe place!

Super about COVID restrictions. Only one person in at a time. My friend and I went and had some piercings-Meg was a fantastic piercer for both of us! Their whole staff was really nice and super chill. Incredibly hygienic place.

I lost the ball to my piercing and didn’t have any other jewelry to put in since I’m out of town so I called and asked if they could help me. The lady who answered the phone was very kind and helped me get a reservation as soon as possible. When I came in, the place was very clean, staff was very welcoming, informative, and gave suggestions. The whole visit was very quick and easy and I was able to get another piercing in before my Tragus piercing closed. If I wasn’t out of town, this would definitely be the place I would get all my future piercings.

LENA WAS AMAZING, i would go back just for her. I had purchased a septum on Etsy and was mislead on the quality of the jewelry and if it was secure. After an hour of her placing it, it had fallen off and I had called the store panicking and scared my septum was going to close. She gave me amazing options and helped me with the situation. I eventually came back in the morning before work and she gave me better quality jewelry and helped me install it. She provided me with new information towards septum piercings which I was unaware of and more.

My Daughter got her nose pierced and the staff was great! I did not shop around much so I cant speak to how competitive the pricing is but I dont really care that much. Id rather pay a lot for a good experience than save a few bucks and go anywhere else. Im leaving 5 stars because I was happy with the staff (really nice) and the overall experience. Plus, and this is a big one for me, they have a great online appointment system.Im an older guy so, of course, I called first. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and directed me to their online appointment system to get on the schedule. I did and it was great. I received a conformation text along with reminders as the day approached. In my experience some places have online appointment systems that are garbage and dont really work. This place has it down cold so go check them out.

Went in for a VCH piercing. The shop is clean I felt comfortable with all of the sanitation procedures in place. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Eric was super professional with the piercing- it hurt less than having blood drawn. I’m a week out and it’s healing so well that I forget that I have it. This is the place I would go for any future piercings.

Best place to get your piercings done in the Atlanta area. Cozmo is fantastic! I went in to get my nose re-pierced and he did an amazing job. Healed quickly and can’t wait to go back to switch out jewelry soon. 10/10 would recommend. They know their stuff.

I had such a great experience here that I couldn’t wait to pull out my phone and start raving about this place the moment I left. went to this location on 2/11/2022 and the staff was incredibly professional and very covid cautious which I was thankful for. Meg pierced me and did a fantastic job, but I would honestly have full trust in anyone here to do any future piercing of mine. Very transparent and thorough with their sterilization of their jewelry and tools. Already scheduled my next appointment to have a piercing removed and replaced with one of their own!

I really love this place the first time I came as they were very professional and clean. Very warm and friendly. However, during my second visit, I was accompanying my newly 18yr old brother for a piercing as he was nervous and they refused to let me in. As a nurse I know they are trying to be cautious of but it’s 2023 and quite surprising that they still have these restrictions. I asked to come in and just look at jewelry for a previous piercing done here and they refused to let me look and stated I needed an appointment to view jewelry. Super disappointed with this experience today and not sure I will continue to recommend this studio to others. I would suggest in the future allowing clients to have one support person with them as long as they are fever free and wear a mask.

Eric was amazing! LOVE that its appointment so you are not having to wait or squeezed in. I got my nose pierced at a different shop and they nearly ruined the piercing by giving too small of a jewel for my nose. I got to pick which one new piece i wanted and they had so many options! Everything was clean and very well organized. The actual removal of the original piercing hurt, but Eric was awesome about it and quick! Only took like 5 minutes and it was nearly an instant relief. Im now healing properly and cant wait to go back to get my second nose piercing on the other side! Definitely recommend.

I recently visited Virtue & Vice this week to get my ears double pierced and Ive been going here for a few years now. Whenever I have come in to have my nostril jewelry changed, the staff has been patient, super nice and knowledgable. The shop is very clean, comfortable and the staff is so professional. They make sure that you know about their sterilization process and after care which is really important to me.Cozmo, specifically, was so great! He was friendly and did not get annoyed at all when I asked him the price of all the earrings. When he pierced my ears, the experience itself was quick and I felt at ease. It wasnt as painful as I expected it to be and he was a great conversationalist. Once again, a calm, clean and happy experience and I trust him to take care of me in the future!

Front desk staff member Maya is rude, unprofessional and a complete waste of time. They’d rather smoke weed than assist paying customers. I do not recommend and will not be returning.

I tried going for a nose piercing but when I came literally 15 minutes early they made it a big deal and acted like I couldn’t even come in. I understand you all are strict about appointments but I just wanted to get prices and look a piece before my appointment. I got my septum pierced today and I was very nervous because I have only ever gotten my lobes pierced and I have a low pain tolerance. However, Lena made me very comfortable and talked me through the whole process. She did it very fast and it barely hurt. The rest of the staff was very nice, they were very clean, and I will definitely be back. I never write reviews but this place really deserves good feedback.

This piercing shop is top notch! I love the fact that they took extra precautions to protect everyone involved, client and employees with strict protocols including getting your temperature checked and hand sanitizing straight away at the front door. Lena, my piercer is amazing 🥰 she was so thorough, knowledgeable, and super friendly! She really made me feel at ease and did an outstanding job with mi nipple piercings! Plus, I liked the fact that their accredited...for me that goes a long way in choosing a high quality place to to my piercings. I’m already booked for another appointment Lol. The reason why I’m giving it a 3 star is due to the horrible person that placed my jewelry. I went there to get jewelry on an existing hole and asked my piercer for guidance but he always replied with “its up to you”. When he was going to insert the jewelry I started feeling pain due to one of the holes being without jewelry for 2 years(which I had previously told him and he claimed I didn’t) so I told him to stop. He sighed seeming annoyed at my comment and told me I needed to communicate more clearly. I was not prepared for that type of pain and simply needed a moment to get ready. He basically seemed annoyed at everything I was saying/asking and had a terrible experience. I purchased 2 pieces and told him the order in which I wanted them placed but he placed them incorrectly. (Bigger on bottom and smaller on top instead of the other way around) I spent nearly $70 in the shop and had a terrible experience with my piercer. HOWEVER, the place was beautiful and seemed very professional and clean. The initial guy who checked me in was incredibly nice and helpful. I simply wish I had gotten a different person to take care of me. I believe his name is Eric Holmes, I’m not 100% sure as he didn’t even introduce himself either.

Great customer service! Really friendly staff made it such an easy and quick appointment. I went in to get a downsize for a piercing from a different shop, so I had a lot of questions. Everything was explained to me and I got all my questions answered. A very clean and just good vibe studio. My visit exceeded expectations and I’ll definitely be back again!

I have gone here for my last two piercings, and both experiences left me feeling very good and informed. Lena did both of my piercings, and she did an amazing job. The piercings were as painless as a piercing can be. They exceeded in ensuring all of the tools and jewelry were sterile. They happily answered any question I had, they have an amazing jewelry selection, and they are honest and upfront about what type of jewelry will work best for your anatomy/look. I absolutely love this place and will be returning for all of my future piercings!

About 6 months ago I had my initial appointment with the piercer Lena, I was super nervous because it was piercing in a very sensitive area and it was my first time being pierced somewhere besides my ears. Lena provided the service perfectly. She waited for any cues of discomfort and really took her time. The care and precision she took in piercing made the experience so memorable! But Lena wasnt the best part of my experience. I absolutely adore those two employees at the front desk, unfortunately I only remember Sams name, but I never giggled so hard at seeing those two interact. They really were the highlight of my experience and sometimes I want to visit just to see those two again! Highly recommended!

I recently scheduled my second visit to Virtue and Vice for ear piercings and I have to say that this is the best place to go for piercings in Atlanta! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and welcoming/friendly. They took extra time to answer all of my questions and make sure that I understood everything about my piercings and after-care. I decided to visit this shop because of the reviews. It was a bit of a drive from where I live but the reviews had me sold. I got the industrial piercing today and my piercer was Meg. Absolutely loved the experience! Everyone was super friendly and Meg was great. Even though I’ve had this piercing before, she made it a point to explain everything from start to finish. You can tell she is good at her craft and thorough with the process. Definitely worth the drive. If I decide to get any future piercings, this will be my go to place. I highly recommend.

I’ve gotten both my septum piercings in this very shop and I have to tell you they are excellent. I really do love Lena’s work! She did my first septum in May when I made her aware I wanted a second later on. And in November she managed to pull off my second as well (which is a very tricky piercing, I commend her fully for it). All the employees/piercers there are really friendly and informative. Went here for my nose piercing in June. Its a very professional studio with a chill vibe and I like that they are Association-certified. They take a lot of time explaining the piercing process if youve never had a piercing before (I have), including aftercare. Theres a pretty nice selection of studs and gauges on offer. They followed very strict sanitizing protocols and I was comfortable throughout the whole process.The price for my piercing was very reasonable, the staff was super friendly and accommodating... Ill be back!

I’ve been here a couple of times for piercings and they’re always great. They enforce masks, temperature checks, etc. Chad saved the day by replacing my nose ring after I couldn’t do it myself. He was flexible, knowledgeable, professional, and made great recommendations for the new ring. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Piercer: EricNote: I have 10 piercings. I have previously gotten 1 helix piercing, 2 third lobe piercings, 1 conch, and 1 tragus piercing from Virtue and Vice. All have healed well expect the tragus.TL;DR: The attitude and tone Eric spoke in was very unprofessional and I will be going back to Virtue and Vice but not booking him again.I’ve previously gone here before multiple times and have never had any bad experiences. However, this was a new piercer I was going to go to. I had arrived about 15 minutes early. I was fully prepared to be turned away and told to wait in my car, which would have been fine with me. But I was let in by Eric, the piercer. While he was waiting for his client that was late, we began talking about what I wanted to do with my piercings.Currently, I have a tragus piercing which has not been healing well and I have not been wearing my left earbud in it ever since I had gotten it done months ago. When I showed Eric this piercing and told him this, he seemed to give me an annoyed look and said “sure” in a sarcastic way as if doubting that I had not worn an earbud in it. In fact, I was planning on getting it taken out so that way I could begin to wear both of my earbuds once again.I also mentioned how I wanted to get 2 piercings in my cartilage to eventually have them connected with a chain to look like a faux industrial piercing. Alongside that, I mentioned that I wear over-the-ear headphones which might’ve been the reason why my tragus got infected because of the positioning of the headphones. When I mentioned this, Eric replied “So you want to get more piercings in a place that could get infected by your headphones” and gave me an incredulous look. As a note, my helix piercing on my other ear has healed fully despite me wearing headphones. I mention this and Eric gives me a dubious look.While I’m keeping an open mind about different piercings that could be done on my ear (since my ear doesn’t have the right anatomy for an industrial piercing), Eric continues to respond “I don’t know” in terms of what to do and how to possibly get the look I was going for, which there are multiple ways to have a similar look. It’s not a super great feeling to hear someone who might be piercing you seem uncertain about a piercing.All this to say, I really did not appreciate the attitude and tone I was spoken to with and I will not be booking Eric again.

We went to Vice & Virtue today and the front desk was very professional. Eric took care of us and he was amazing- took his time with everything and made sure I saw the autoclave was working properly with my tools and jewelry. He washed well, he put on gloves, he had wonderful bedside manner and even recommended Queen B in Marietta as an option for us since we didn’t know about it- it will be much closer to us since we live an hour from Atlanta. We are also looking at getting matching tattoos there! Highly recommend this place!

I absolutely love this place; all of my piercings have been done here. I’ve got my septum, both nostrils, and my philtrum was just done today.This shop is full of the sweetest people! I’ve worked with Lena a few times and I’d trust her with my life! She really knows her stuff, she takes her time, and she talks you through everything before she does it. There are no surprises! I was really nervous about getting my philtrum, and Ophelia - who checked me in and did my paperwork - offered to hold my hand. She was really welcoming and kind and funny. They were both so sweet and we spent some time talking and joking before doing the piercing, which really put me at ease. I was worried for nothing, though; Lena has a gentle hand!That being said, everyone in the shop is nice and incredibly knowledgeable; you can ask as many questions as you need! The shop is spotless and all of the jewelry is well-organized. They actively keep an eye on COVID case counts in the county for everyone’s safety. It just feels like a lot of time and attention went into the shop and how to make people comfortable, whether it’s your 10th piercing or your first.They also have the best jewelry selection! Ornate pieces, simple pieces, gem stones, yellow gold, white gold — really anything you could think of. This is especially helpful if you’re trying to put together a set and you want pieces that compliment each other.I cannot recommend this place enough, and they’re the only place I’ll go for piercings or jewelry.

Waited for the lady to open the door to the shop. My sister and I told her we just wanted to buy belly button jewelry. She says she’ll check if they have availability. She comes back out and says we needed to make an appointment. We proceeded to tell her we don’t need a piecing ( we already have our belly buttons pierced ) and just wanted to buy the jewelry. She starts to talk slow (like we didn’t speak English) and rude to us saying that even us buying their jewelry takes up their time and they much rather us have an appointment to even just look at the jewelry. We sit back in the car for ten minutes and see that her and two co workers just sitting in the front on their phones!! I was too stunned- we drove 30 minutes to atl to check out the wide selection but got rude service instead. I understand making an appointment to get a piercing done but not to just look n buy .

The team at Virtue and Vice was amazing! They have taken every precaution as it relates to COVID and the whole process felt smooth and safe. Their jewelry selection is insane and high quality - they were patient while I was indecisive about what jewelry to pick! Whole team is super personable. Cozmo was an amazing piercer and made me feel at ease through the entire process. This was my first piercing experience that I could remember so I was a little nervous, got three at one time and he talked me through every step of his process. Not sure what I’ll get done next but I will be back! Highly recommend.

This is a super professional and clean studio. The staff is very nice and very knowledgeable. I got my second nasal piercing here after having a terrible experience at another local studio. I 100% recommend Virtue and Vice for body piercing.

I went today to get a nose piercing and new jewelry for my septum. Erick and one of their coworkers helped me and they were so helpful and sweet. They explained the healing process so well and they had a private room for the piercing process. I recommend this place for a good experience.

I had a bad experience here. I made an appointment for a naval piercing and added a note about a minor also attending the appointment (with her parent present). The women came to the door and all she said was “hey”. Not “how can I help you?” Or “how’s your day going?”. All around bad customer service. She had a very negative attitude. And upon arriving, she was not very nice about the minor piercing process. A belly button piercing takes 10 minutes at most and she was unwilling to let both of us inside for an appointment I made. I asked her to send me a confirmation of my appointment cancellation, I got nothing (and I had given them my credit card information). I won’t be going back.

I got my conch pierced today for both ears. To start with, the person who met me at the front was wonderful (I forgot to ask their name! :( ). They walked me through how everything would work and gave me instructions for after care. My piercings were done by Cat and I was amazed that she had looked thoroughly into why I was getting the conch pierced even though I had mentioned only briefly that I needed to do this for cultural reasons. She explained everything in detail starting from sterilizing everything to doing the actual piercing. I felt very comfortable and everything was clean and safe. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to get a piercing!

Beth was nice. She did a fine job piercing (double nostril same side, same day) and was personable. Hurt but its a piercing, there will be pain. What I liked was that it is healing BEAUTIFULLY.Then there is Chad, this man was so professional, so clean, so gentle. He changed my jewelry two months later.Jewelry selection, great. Customer service and cleanliness A+.Will be back for helix.

I will NEVER come to this shop again. I called TWICE to confirm a walk in appointment and told them I would wait in the parking lot until 6 PM ( the time they gave me twice). I even told them I was in the lot and would come to the door at 5:45 PM and they (abruptly) told me no and they wouldn’t be ready until 6 PM. I walked to the door at 5:56 and they told me the 6 PM walk in appointment was gone. Something told me this would happen, but I tried to stay optimistic. This is extremely frustrating and annoying, even more so because this shop was recommended to me, but because I waited around in the area since I was nearby for 2 hours. I understand they are busy, but the customer service is subpar. They are very unprofessional and apathetic.

Everyone here was so nice! I’m so happy to have a go-to place for piercings, jewelry, or questions. Meg did a fantastic job with my nostril piercing today, and Sam was super nice when ringing me up and discussing aftercare. I had a lot of questions and they were very patient and thorough when helping me. They’re so kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this place!

I had some problems with a few piercings I got done at a different (and much worse) place, so I came here to get it fixed. The staff here was so friendly and knowledgeable! They are very professional and clearly know what they are talking about. Chad changed out my jewelry (they have an amazing selection) and overall did a great job. He let me know exactly what he was doing and made me feel safe and comfortable the whole time. Cannot recommend this place enough!!!

Honestly the best piercing parlor I’ve been to. They hold themselves to a very high standard and it shows. They asked all of their customers for ID, when they last ate, and when they last consumed alcohol. They even turned some customers away when I was there because they had alcohol shortly before they got there. I think that really shows they care about not only their brand, but also their customer’s safety. Anyhow, they’re very thorough with cleaning the equipment they use, their hands, and explaining aftercare instructions. I will be trusting them with all of my piercing needs from here on out. I’m excited to go back for more :)

Me and my fiancé had a great experience getting our septums pierced by Lena! She was super friendly and we were in and out quickly without feeling rushed. The guy at the counter was super informative and funny! We will definitely be back. 🙌🏽

Nose piercing. Great friendly service. They were busy but it didnt matter. While we waited they went over the process, let us pick our jewelry, gave us cleaning and care instructions...so we didnt even really wait that long. Very clean and thorough. Amazing setup. Affordable and worth every penny. Nice personal touch, they gave us extra info, a small candy treat, and told us to contact them if we have questions! The lobby was nice and clean as well, in a good part of ATL.

I found Vice and Virtue through Google and Im so happy I did! I went to get my septum pierced and I was pretty nervous. However, the staff was so kind, knowledgable, and friendly, it put my nerves at ease. Lena was very thorough in explaining the process and she made sure I was comfortable before proceeding with the piercing. Vice and Virtue will be my go-to for piercings and Ive already recommended it to my friends.

I got my tragus pierced with them a while ago and it was virtually painless. No problems with healing. Will be getting some more piercings with them.

I got my first ear piercing here a few weeks ago. Lena and the other staff were so welcoming. They explained the whole process and the healing steps. Lena was patient. Ive been back three times adding to my earscape and Chad walks me through the sterilization and piercing process each time. He definitely has bedside manner in making sure that Im breathing and calm. Sacred feces! This place is amazing! They are not playing in terms of safety protocols and cleanliness. Everyone wore a mask and wore it properly. The instruments and earrings are double autoclaved! The front end staff are delightful. Eric made my teens first piercing experience safe and fun. He is very detailed oriented and absolutely made sure we were all happy with the placement before piercing. Worth every penny!

I’ve been wanting to get a second eyebrow piercing for a while now and was lucky enough to get a same day appointment with Cozmo after someone else had cancelled. I had some concerns about my existing piercing being a bit off center on my eyebrow, but was immediately assured that everything looked fine and I likely needed a shorter post. Went back with Cozmo minutes after wrapping up payment and I was in and out in no time.To say I am incredibly happy with my new piercing would be an understatement and, as it turns out, a shorter post for my older one was exactly what I needed to keep it from moving around so much (go figure, right?). So glad I was able to come in today - everyone was so friendly and professional and Cozmo did an excellent job.Also, something to note - I appreciate the efforts this shop is taking to keep their employees and clients safe in a pandemic that is very much still going on.10/10 will absolutely be coming here again for my next piercing.

I got my cartilage pierced here 5 years ago and then went back a few weeks ago to have my nose done. Still the same great place with high standards for cleanliness and comfort. Used to love this place, but their new appt policy for buying/shopping for jewelry has made me give up on them. They canceled my appt 2 hours before. 3 of us made our appts around the Same time So we could go together, 2 of us were cancelled. Just a turn-off. Taking my business online I guess.

I loved this place. It was my first time and I had such an amazing experience with my navel piercing. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and made me feel very comfortable. I was very impressed by their level of professionalism. My biggest concern was cleanliness but no worries they keep everything sterilized. I am so happy with my decision to get my navel piercing here. Id recommend them to anyone with 100% confidence.

Came here last weekend to try to get my navel pierced with a friend. Unfortunately both of us didn’t have the right anatomy for that so neither of us were able to get our navels pierced. Disappointing but we appreciated the piercer being straightforward and telling us we weren’t good candidates instead of just piercing us anyway.My friend went ahead and got some earlobe piercings (one second hole and a set of thirds) and had a pleasant experience. She was able to tint the titanium piercings to be a gold color very close to her other earrings. Lena was very personable and made sure the placement was right, equipment was sterile, and my friend was as comfortable as possible during the piercings. They turned out great and even on both sides.The wait time however was a little excessive it seemed. While it was a walk in Saturday and they were clearly busy, we ended up being there over 2.5 hours when our quoted wait time was 15 minutes. We were told we were next and then still ended up waiting another 30 minutes plus. Taking off a star for the long wait time.I really recommend Lena as she was so kind and professional but just be aware that the wait time could be pretty long.

This is the greatest piercing experience Ive ever had! They are so diligent in explaining the process and aftercare of the piercing. Cosmo was amazing and so funny to talk to while the piercing was in process. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. Wonderful and friendly staff. Overall, amazing experience. Let me start off by saying, I have NEVER received such care and professionalism from a piercing or tattoo studio.A week ago I called to inquire if they could help me with a dermal that has closed because of a missing gem. Ive been to two other places and wasted my time there dealing with novice piercers. The piercer listened to my concerns and asked me questions to see if he would be able to assist. I appreciate this as it gave him some information on what I was dealing with before having me come all the way there for nothingWhen I arrived, the young lady at the front greeted me outside and informed me that she would just be cleaning down and sanitizing the shop before I entered (as they’re currently doing after each customer) I love the way they’re handling safety measures given our current global crises. It shows they really care and are practicing safe ways to still service us.Now the actual piercer- Cosmo was calm, patient, and diligent in locating my dermal anchor, as it and been covered by skin AND flipped around. I appreciate how much care he took, asking me if I was okay ever so often- just checking in on my comfort level. He even get me informed and notified in what he was doing, how he was feeling about the work and just keeping me informed on what he was trying to achieve. Agree about 30 minutes, he was finally able to flip around and catch my anchor to put a new gem on. Mind you my dermal has closed over the anchor and was missing a gem for MONTHS. I’m so pleased with the service here. I’ll certainly be coming back for any future piercings or issues!

I’ve visited Virtue and Vice for all my non-ear related piercings (although in hindsight I probably should’ve gotten those done here too) and each time it’s been a quick and relatively painless experience with minimal complications (shout out to Cozmo for being extremely patient with me while I kept playing with my fresh septum piercing causing it to bleed for a solid 10 minutes). All my piercings have healed well, the staff is amazing, and the prices aren’t too bad either. I’d definitely recommend this place to everyone.

This is THE place to get a piercing in Atlanta. I have been coming to this shop for just over a year now, and have gotten five piercings here. I’ve been with three different piercers, and each and every one of them have been kind, respectful, and excellent at their jobs. Lena, Meg, and Allen have all given me wonderful piercings, and the front desk staff like Sam are always so funny and help ease my anxiety. If you want a piercing in Atlanta this is the shop to get it done!

I was a bit scared of getting my nose pierced but, after calling Virtue and Vice I changed my mind. They were very nice and knowledgeable over the phone. On my scheduled day, I was greeted at the door while getting my hands clean.The receptionist was very nice and calmed me down before getting the piercing done. She explained the process and the after care as well. Because of Covid-19 I am sure they had to make many changes however, I still felt cared. Eric did a great job and I did not even feel a thing. I highly recommend Virtue and Vice.

The people working at this establishment were so rude. Terrible customer service they make you wait outside the locked door until your appt time, and the first thing they say when they open door is “do you have an appointment” not hello, how are you doing…nothing, not personable at all. The whole appointment process is pointless and annoying especially 2.5 years after COVID, makes no since and I don’t care how long this process been in place, it’s a terrible idea. Not only that I felt like I was rushed the entire time there. On top of that they charge of $15 just to remove jewelry. Why am I being charged if I’m purchasing jewelry to replace? I would recommend KOLO piercing or Piercing Experience for anyone looking for another piercing establishment with better customer service.Response to comment from owner:Ahhh SHUT UP…I had no plans of EVER returning and spending my money at this racist place as it was clearly explained in my review if you were reading clearly. Ive bought jewelry here before but I normally get it from kolo but didnt want to drive down to little five and this place was around the corner from where i live. I needed a new septum retainer because mine got swept up by the vacuum. I walked up and there was a sign in the door that said appointment only. I had a mask on and everything but oh well. I got my ear pierced with Meg. She was awesome, as well as everyone I spoke with!They are very on top of COVID restrictions and I felt very comfortable the entire time. They had a great selection of earrings to choose from and were reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Most of my experience was great. My piercer was wonderful, the jewelry selection was fabulous, and the long haired blonde lady who I helped me choose my jewelry was kind and knowledgeable. However, the shorter haired lady who greeted me at the door completely ruined the experience for me. I had my husband and friend with me when I arrived because I needed help with jewelry selection. I was told no because covid policy, totally understandable. But when my friend asked if she could come for emotional support, this lady made a big show about thats what she is there for and she will hold my hand and help me and this and that. Ya girl did none of that, barely spoke to me once inside, certainly didnt offer to hold my hand. I got extremely anxious with jewelry selection because I am indecisive, thus the bringing of a trusted friend. I felt completely patronized and then ignored by this individual. Everything and everyone else was great.

I finally decided to bite the bullet and get my septum pierced, and honestly, I chose this parlor because of their reviews...and I was not disappointed!The lobby space is large and welcoming, and the lady at the front counter was excellent at juggling multiple clients and questions. She was also extremely thorough. There is also a huge collection of jewelry types and styles, and the piercers were very helpful when it came to choosing what style works best.Im always super concerned about safety, and I have several piercings and tattoos, and this was the only place I have been to that explains the sanitizing process up front. They also include an indicator strip that is then checked when going back into the piercing section of the place.Lena was my piercer and she was fantastic! Seriously, she was the best piercer I have ever had. She was funny, sweet, and was very upfront and Im formative. For instance, she told me outright that I have a slight deviation so there is a chance I might need to get repierced.Im already have plans for my next piercings at this parlor. I would definitely recommend this parlor!

I called this place to try to schedule a piercing. They said they did not accept scheduled appointment and just walk-in. Then, I asked them usually when there was less traffic. They wouldnt tell me and said it changed every day. Finally, my friend and I would just give a try since the review looked good. We were fooled by the good review.My friend and I went to this shop to get piercing. My friend tried to find a matched jewelry and then re-piercing one ear lope. When she took her ear ring out, the staff was screamed at her and made my friend terrified. She then gave up.I had my piercing. However, the follow up with this place was turned out so unhappy with hidden surprise charge. After the piercing, the staff told me to come back for check about six weeks. I went back in two months because my piercing still bleed after two months. The staff said it was normal after I told them my concern without checking my piercing carefully. Then they asked me come back in four months and they will shorted the host for me. I came back in four months. They charged me $25 to shorten the host. I asked them some questions about the host and the materials. At the beginning, the piercer was nice and patient to answer my questions. When I expressed I didnt plan to buy a new jewelry that day, a female staff came over and showed nasty attitude to me. She couldnt explain my questions about the materials and all she could say was to google the piercing association to get my answers. She also said that the jewelry that I have were lower quality compared to their offered.

My neck dermal was removed safety, quickly, and gently (as possible). Called in the morning, luckily they were able to accommodate me. Upon arrival, temperature check and hand sanitation. Necessary waiver. Meg took me to a VERY clean private room explained the process of removing the dermal while I got cozy. I appreciated Meg letting me know what she was doing as she was doing it. Counted down and prompted me to inhale/exhale.As I waited in lobby for my Uber, the amount of professionalism and politeness with customers that I witnessed was just lovely! I haven’t been to a more welcoming piercing shop before...maybe because I’ve only had piercings done at tattoo shops🧐.There are very unique selection of jewelry. The piercing fee starts at $35. They send you home with a piercing card; jewelry chosen, size, after care, and healing time. They are typically booked days out so, plan accordingly.

Just got my nose pierced, and I had an awesome experience!!I had a walk-in appointment and was immediately helped out. I had a general idea with what I wanted and the lady up front helped me narrow my options based on some of the criteria I gave her. She also gave me a thorough background on the aftercare of my piercing which was really helpful! The piercing and jewelry itself is also super fairly priced might I add.The piercing process itself was very easy and quick! The guy who did my piercing was wonderful and super nice. He made sure to double check on the location and placement of the piercing as to make sure I was 100% happy with it. I was in and out of the chair in about 2 minutes, maybe less. It didnt hurt at all- His technique was awesome!Id also like to add that everything was very sterile. I felt very safe in knowing that I was in good hands.Ive had several piercings done before and have had good and bad experiences, and this one was definitely one of the most positive by far. Id definitely recommend coming here if youre looking to get something done!

My first piercings (done at Claires) were not great because one side was perfect while the other, on my right side, was lower and could easily be torn off! I knew I wanted a place that would show me how clean they were and that would be affordable. The minute I walked in I was very happy! The staff greeted me in a kind manner and walked me through the process of what they were going to do. I specifically asked the person helping me to make my right double piercing a little higher so the first one would look as low as it currently resides. In total, I got my double and cartilage done. They cleaned every bit of the jewelry and my ears. The best part, in my opinion, is that they cleaned everything in front of my eyes! It has been a year since I have had my three piercings done and I couldnt be happier. I followed the booklet they gave me (how to clean the wounds) and I never had a single infection and or major long lasting pain. The only thing you should take away from this review is that this place is CLEAN and worth spending money.

I’ve been to Virtue and Vice a few times to change/fix my nose jewelry and they’re always super accommodating and kind. The space is very clean and they always make sure to get me serviced in a great amount of time. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for unique jewelry especially nose jewelry–I’ve gotten so many compliments.

After going to Virtue and Vice for my past two piercings, Cosmo specifically, I will now no longer step foot in another piercing shop. Everyone was super helpful, informative, and so friendly. Their jewelry selection actually kinda surprised me, so you will always find the perfect piece. Cosmo made both processes go amazingly smooth and easy, and I will definitely be booking with him in the future.
