I went to purchase a tragus earring. I informed the male and female attendants there that my piecing was new but had fallen out and I needed jewelry to replace what I’d lost. The female had very short hair ( I didn’t catch their names) and she had the same tragus piercing but was standoffish from the moment I walked up.The male recommended a $60 earring to me for the tragus. I asked if they could assist me in putting it in and he said no but assured me that it was the correct type of earring. They stood there and watched me struggle to put it in. I eventually engaged the woman because she has the same piercing and she said she couldn’t help. I politely asked if I could get a refund as it seemed the earring they advised me to buy didn’t fit, it was simply too short, they said no refunds and they suggested I go back to my piercer.So I went to my piercer @beautybarbydani (THANK GOD) only to find out what they told me to buy was WRONG for a tragus and could never be used for a tragus. They sold me a lobe earring. Due to their lack of knowledge I wasted my money and within minutes I couldn’t get my money back. I have bought jewelry from here for other piercings before but this experience affected my trust in Banter and made me feel misled to buy something I couldn’t even use.I will not be returning to Banter again or suggesting it to my friends. There are other stores that have more knowledgeable employees.

I ordered on line and used this location to pick up my earrings. The young man that assisted me seemed new, which was not a problem. Him being preoccupied and not fully paying me attention was an issue. He also did not open my earring box and present my item to me. I had to open it myself to actually make sure my earrings were in there. The whole staff was young and they presented as very unprofessional. I know things are different these days, but with jewelry as fine as this, Im use to seeing associates in suites and ties and ladies in appropriate dresses or very professional attire, not urban wear as jewelry specialist. Most think when I approach a counter that under my mask, Im a youngster that doesnt matter and I end up getting shabby customer service. Ive got plenty to say on my reviews so beware of how you treat me. Im a full grown woman 50+, not a teeny bopping girl who nonchalantly proceeds through life carelessly. To top it all off, they were not the right earrings. I left anyway because the clustered up youngsters seemed too busy to help me. I finished my business at the Cumberland Mall location because the Manager Monique prevails ever time. If I revist this location in the future and my experience is different and the customer service has leveled up, I will change my 2 stars to 5.

The Lady that did my daughters first ear peirce was amazing. She explained everything very well and was very knowledgeable. She put the dots on her ear in the perfect spot the 1st try. And it took 60 seconds for her to do it. The gun didnt get stuck or anything. If you are looking for a nice place thats comfortable for your babies come here.

The brown skinned woman with the blonde short hair had in AirPods and looked at me as if she was annoyed upon arrival. She just gave me the impression she did not want help me. She not once looked me in my eye while talking. It was honestly the WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had. I normally never write reviews but this was a memorable one. She shouldn’t be working with customers with such an attitude for no reason.

Associate was very knowledgeable and very sanitary. I got a second and third hole in each ear. I have had no issues since being pierced. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for simple piercings.

Awful! Worst experience for my daughter. First they pierced her ears so uneven that we had to let the hole close. Then we went back to correct it and they pierced her ear with the wrong earring. If that wasnt bad enough, they left the back off and the earring came out. My daughter is traumatized. I would not go here. The people are incompetent.

Worst service ever !i went to get my cartilage pierced and the lady who pierced it messed up two times , after the first time she messed it up she actually wanted to charge me for piercing it a second time; after some complaining she finally agreed to doing it for free , which she messed up AGAIN. she wanted to re pierce it a third time and by that time my ear was swollen and red. AND i still had to pay for the earing because she couldnt use the same earing on someone else. WOULD NEVER GO BACK! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!

I didnt visit this place. But coming from someone who knows what theyre talking about. You should NEVER get pierced with a piercing gun. It shatters cartilage and is always performed by someone who doesnt actually know what theyre doing. Go to an ACTUAL piercer!!!!!!!! Trust me. You and your body are going to thank me.
