I wish I could give them zero*star I had the most horrible experience getting my 4 months baby ear piercing worst place to get ear piercing they don’t know how to do it the right way I had to take my baby three times the pierced one up one down three times they pierced my daughter’s ear 3 times the wrong spot and the stuff are very rude. Very unprofessional young kids no experience no knowledge they don’t know how to talk with customers my daughter only four months old she got four times needles in her ear. They didn’t even care. they were not even sorry I feel sorry for my poor babyWhen I was upset with them, they called the mall security on me to give me out of the store. That was the most horrible experience in my whole life. Very embarrassing. When I explain to security, they were sorry.I had to take her to the professional piercer in pagoda she did in one time the right spot thankfully

Such friendly staff here! My 7 yo daughter got her ears pierced here and everything went so smoothly. She’s 3 weeks out and did a great job with cleaning, so we went yesterday to pick out a multipack of regular earrings. Unmatched selection! The cashier was so nice and helpful! Thank you!

We pierced my daughter’s ears at this place. We had really bad experience. First of all we were given wrong earrings - not the ones we chose but look-alike. We were not informed that they will put different earrings, neither we were explained why different ones were put. After 9 days one earring came off. They said to come back and re-pierce. My daughter’s ear was inflamed and doctor recommended us to wait until it heals. So we went there to re-pierce 3 weeks after original piercing. The girl who did original piercing was very rude. She claimed that the earring that fell off was not from their store. I told that it was she who gave us this earrings, and that earrings were different from what we had selected and it is her mistake to begin with. She called her manager. Manager said that I was rude. Really how dared I be outraged by the several mistakes which her subordinate made: she did not put earrings on correctly and one fell off, she denied that she gave us wrong earrings, on top of that she accused us that we brought some earring of unknown origin that was not put on at their store (that is despite we had a receipt, despite the fact that we found the lost earring and brought it alone, despite that the second identical earring was still in the ear of my daughter). Later manager found the earrings identical to our original ones in the back room. She offered no apology. She told me that she can offer us free re-piercing, but only if I stop being rude to her. I asked: how am I rude - she said my tone was offensive and I had unfriendly look. I would like to ask any mother who would look happy and friendly after your 3 year old had to suffer through all this, after you were wrongly accused of trying to scam the store, after no apologies were offered for numerous mistakes on the part of the store personnel? WORST SERVICE EVER!

It was good too overrated prices are horrible pea sized chapstick was 9.99 like omg its the size of my nail . Small isle my daughters stroller couldnt get through. Staff was doing their stocking so good over all very nice staff

Was looking for accessories for Easter. Many good choice to pick from. Daughter wanted EVERYTHING. Thank God they had an AWESOME sale going on and she was able to get more than half of what she wanted. Dont want to mess up the young ladies name, but she was very helpful with pointing out everything. Thank you and well be back.

Had great experience here shopping and the biggest help her name is to be Liz thank you so much for all youre great help and helping with my daughter ear piercing so gentle and so quickly she made my daughter comfortable great job thank you my daughter loved her earring will be back soon to visit with Liz for seconds ❤ 😊

The original manager has a nasty attuide shopped there plenty of times this last year !!! Didnt like her stood beside a register and disappeared in the back for long time. Made a compliant on her for rude to me while In store . Claires need a better manager not one who seems to hate there job.

Do not take kids here for ear piercing.

I went on Saturday 12/04 after work to get my ears pierced. The staff was very professional and friendly. The piercing specialist was very nice. Overall it was a very nice experience, and I was in and out very quickly. Highly recommend.

The jewelry is very cheap. Didn’t even have it on for a second and it snapped. I am so disappointed.. I was supposed to share a memorable moment with my bestie getting BFF Matching rings, but your cheap quality ruined it. Ps there was also a roach in my Claire’s bag.As you can see in the pic it’s is in shambels. DO NOT GO

Got my ears pierced here and both were infected and swollen. Whatever they used was dirty and I had to take the earrings out in 3 days because they hurt so bad.

Had by 3 get 3 free, great deal and its not real silver, white gold or gold so for the price its decent. First time ever shopping there.

Went to the to pay for my stuff and there was a thing that was a couple things it was on clearance she said these are not Clarence and told me I couldnt pay they werent that price I told her they were on the discount and she said theyre not discount

Don’t go here to get a piercing, they use a gun which can cause blunt force trauma to the ear, go to a place that uses a hollow needle instead, also everything is wayyy to overpriced $7 for a scrunchie?!?! No way
