Absolutely terrible communication and service! It took at least 10 sessions to get any aftercare instructions. Plus it was so difficult to reschedule because they never answered the phone despite claiming that they would accommodate any changes.

I have been trying in vain to reach this company, I have left so many voicemails trying to reschedule an appointment that I had in January. I called and left a voicemail and my appointment was never rescheduled nor did anyone reach out to me. I have been trying 1 to 2 times a week since to get back into the facility. Im unhappy with the lack of communication and at this point Im just trying to get my money back as I paid in full at my first session back in November.

Loved being in their space! They are extremely helpful and such wonderful people! Wouldn’t change my experience for anything!
