Normally I love this store for my daughter. However this mornin when we came in the worker told us to leave, claiming she couldnt have more than 6 ppl in the store. There were only 3, her and 2 customers. My mom and I would have made 5. Someone needs to learn how to count. So I spent my money elsewhere

Absolutely not. I got my ears pierced here and when I got out the store I noticed it felt weird and had found out my earrings didn’t have the lock on the back!!! I went back and got a lock because they didn’t want to put it on so I had to put it on myself. Worst experience.

By far the worst online shopping system. The over the phone customer was a nightmare and zero help. If you order online from them, make sure they don’t charge you twice because they won’t reverse the charges. I had to contact my bank to get the issue resolved. Super annoying. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star because they cause me more trouble than anything else and I really wanted to like them, but nope!

My daughters went to buy nose rings, and upon entering they were immediately watched as if they were going to take something. The clerk was literally following them around! But she wasnt helping nor paying attention to any other customers. And I made that be known to the cashier with the other clerk present and still didnt receive an apology or to why they were being treated that way.

I hated and still continue to hate the experience I have had here. I went to get two sets of peircings and before the piercer gave me my piercings she said “I think you might need a long post” I told her to give it to me if she thinks it would give me less complications. She continued to give me a short post and my ears turned purple, swollen and they bled.(keep in mind this was for the whole 2 weeks after I got them done) I went back and got it situated and took them out. I was supposed to go back to get them done but when I came back yesterday this worker Christina I believe was the worker I encountered. I have a lot of patience for store employees because I used to be one but she was the most rude and desultory employee I have encountered. And I can’t get my ears repierced after paying an additional $11. Don’t come here unless you want problems. Just get them from people who know how to do it the first time correctly. Not even 1star worthy

If I could give less stars I would. Im going to share my experience for those of you who go there you will be aware of how they treat you. I went in to get my step daughters ears pierced, and Im waiting behind these other girls that are getting theirs peirced. The lady sees me and doesnt even acknowledge me so I went ahead and started looking at the earrings that she wanted. She asked me what I was looking for and I asked what the price ranges were. She said that they range from $30 and up and pointed out the Titanium earrings which were 18.99 on their website. All the prices on their website were different. So since she was busy I went and asked someone else why the prices online are different. The first lady stopped what she was doing and walked over to the girl I was talking to and said go stand over there and I will figure something out since u want something cheap. Omg! I waited over an HOUR and she kept helping other people instead of me. She finally came over to the chair and helped someone else instead. I was so mad. I didnt want anything cheap I wanted what their website said. On the back of the earring paper it says $30.99 for rapid after care solution, and $18.99 for standard ear solution. Thats why it was expensive she was automatically selling me the after care solution. I walked very mad out of there and there was a small jewelry station and they did it for free and the earrings which were her birthstone and stainless steel for $29.99 way better deal. I wasnt gonna pay Claires $30 for titanium little tiny earrings when I got something better for a better price and the lady was so nice to me. Im aware this is long but as you can tell from my reviews I dont give bad reviews, but this made me so beyond mad she was so so so rude I will never spend a penny of mine at Claires and I hope to be able to prevent others from going. Better deals in the mall people! Just keep walking!

I had both my ears pierced & when they healed. I couldnt get the back to screw off like at all. It was stuck. I called the store & the lady was very half-assed and rude saying you seem frustrated. Like of course Im frustrated then when I asked if I could drive all the way down to the store to have her take them off, she said she cant do that. The piercer also made the earrings crooked & you can tell. Never EVER GO here. Also their earrings themselves are cheap quality & made to break.

If you want to get your ears pierced, this is not the way to go. I took my daughter there to get here ears pierced and there were 2 workers and seriously 40 people. We had to wait 3 hours for my daughter to get her ears pierced. Afterwards, we had paid 90 dollars for the solution, the earrings and the piercing. She got an infection after that.

I wouldn’t suggest buying their earrings unless you clean them very good. You’ll get bad infections on your ear. Just a warning guys!!
