Monster inc is a great place to get your tattoos and piercings, great quality, great service, very clean, I love going here to get my tattoos & piercings they provide great service, I been coming here for years I brought my daughters to get things done here too we love it, I’m very satisfied with the work they do,, so professional, I been recommending my friends and family to come here, because there’s no better place then monster inc, I recommend people to come here to get their tattoos and piercings here, if I could give 20 stars I would💯 great service great quality, clean , and they are very friendly and cool staff💯 shout to Jesse and Alex great job guys keep it going 👏

Got my boyfriends eyebrow pierced here because we werent close enough to our hometown or the shop where Id typically go to get pierced. The gentleman that did the piercing didnt give us any aftercare instructions at all (not a huge ordeal - its pretty standard information) and their prices are a bit steep ($60 out the door with the piercing being $40 plus the standard $20 tip). The shop seemed pretty clean, all the utensils that were used were brand new and came outta the sterilized packaging, and it appeared that everyone had enough space to move around. Prior to piercing my boyfriends eyebrow, he drew three little sets of dots on his eyebrow and allowed him to choose which he liked best, which I thought was a good practice for anyone doing piercings for a living. I have many piercings and body modifications and once you sit on their little bench thing and tell them what you want - you dont always get that much input. The receptionist girl that you interact with first (the one that has you fill out your little form and takes your payment and usually answers any questions you have regarding the procedure, and the cost, and wait times, and all of that) wasnt very knowledgeable about any of the services offered, nor did she have the correct pricing, and she acted like she was being put out just being there which was kinda off-putting. Not like I expected to be met with great enthusiasm on the other side of Monster Inks doors, but anytime you go anywhere to get pierced or tatted up (especially when youre trying out a new place) and you know youre about to drop a good amount of money on something that takes about a minute to do in total, you at least expect the people providing that service to have the professionalism to greet their customers pleasantly and then of course youd hope that your first person of contact within that establishment could also answer any of your questions accurately. Again, I wasnt expecting that the interaction with the receptionist was gonna be a high point or anything, but do your job with some dignity and pride (regardless of what you do) and youll find that your job is way more pleasurable and less depressing for sure. Anyway, didnt intend to go on a full rant about it on here, but that sums up our entire 10 minute experience at Monster Ink. It was just made into a blah experience by the individuals we encountered here instead of it being one of those fun moments that you think back on throughout the years.

I pierced my nose and it was quick and easy! It barley even hurt! They were very fast to take me in, the piercer was very clean and he had his cloves on before he sterilized the needle as so not to touch at all. He made me feel very calm during the process and was kind afterword. There jewelry as well is also very good and sturdy! Over all if you need a piercing, this is the place to go 100%

My tattoo artist was roy. He did an amazing job with my cover up. I cant see the name i had before his work. Thank you. I will be returning soon.

I went in today to buy a stud for my nostril piercing and the lady at the front desk was super nice, she was busy and asked one of the tattoo artists to answer my question but instead he just rolled his eyes and ignored her completely! He was just standing there talking and on his phone, if he was busy I would understand but he wasnt.. very unprofessional. I recommend you to take your service somewhere her else.

This place claimed to be professional but the way the manager “jesse”was extremely rude for no reason and idk if i would feel comfortable with my tattoo artist entocicaded on alcohol not only was i only trying to be polite and scoot his stand closer to him so i wont knock it over and he goes from 0 to 100 like there was no need for all his attitude and everything and yet even then tries to start a fight with me highly recommend taking buisness somewhere else def not a good place at all like how i said wouldnt want my tattoo artist entociated so much for “professional” service was very bad 👎

Me and my cousin went to get my stomach re pierced and hers pierced and it was kinda cricked and was bleeding so much when he did it . The next day it was bleeding more and we clean them everyday but they look very ugly as if the needle was dirty and made both of our piercings ugly or something. The first time I got it done at home was perfectly fine and pretty . Other than that got the other side of my nose pierced here and he also did it un even but there cool people.

I got two industrial piercings on different ears and the piercing guy there really makes you feel welcome and comfortable he definitely knows how to do his job and my piercing been great since then def will be going back !! He was funny too also there was like 13 people in there and he got me in in less than 10 minutes andd the girl and the register was really chill

Iv gotten all my piercings from this place and have always loved the end result they have always made me feel calm and comfortable during every procedure

I got my nose piercing here and I love it but... I bought the tea tree oil and sea salt spray for $10 and my nose is irritated, I went to a different piercing shop and they said that tea tree oil will burn the skin and it can either irritate the skin or burn the piercing through the end of the nose. I’m just looking out for anyone that is looking to get a nose piercing, please just use non iodide sea salt with distilled water or bottled water, I don’t know if it’s just my skin or if it happens to everyone but just go with the sea salt and water method that is recommended by almost every piercer

I got my belly button (navel) piercing here and they pierced it to high like no where near my belly button and way to much skin. I didn’t even get to see before they pierced it they just did it and I went to another shop because I was in pain and they said that the length of the bar was way to short as well so I had to take it out and let it heal to redo it again . Please do not waste your time and get a piercing somewhere else more professional !!!!!

This place sucks. We came in for a nose piercing, waited an hour for the piercer to get off his lunch, then after waiting for an hour I checked in they told us to wait another 10 minute we ended up waiting another 30 minutes.When we finally got our piercing they gave us a cheap stud in which the jewel fell out after 2 days. Terrible service. Terrible quality. Wouldnt go again.

Got my nose pierced today, some lady did it. I didnt catch her name, but she was very nice.Update Nov 2021Went to get my earlobes pierced. The dude that did them was pretty chill, knew what he was doing.

Went as a walk in.I got my vertical librae . it was fast.Boyfriend went for tongue piercing cricked, no stop bleeding. Not in middle. Top was in middle bottom of hole was towards the tip of my tongue. Had to go somewhere else to get redone.

This place was so awful. I got my eyebrow pierced and he pierced it very slow. Its been badly infected and I had to take it out because it swelled so much my eye was closing. Ive had 8 piercings and 0 problems till now. This guy didnt clean his tools.

I did my research for diffrent local piercers they had the best prices in town. I did 2 earlobes piercings for 20 dollars each with earings. My sister did her nose for 30 with the nose jewelry included. They were very nice. It was our first piercings but they made us feel at ease. The shop is very clean they have an very nice waiting area. Overall im so happy definitely recommend them.

Got a horizontal lip piercing and was depending on going back to tell them it’s crooked but idk if they’ll charge me to get it pierced again

I got my belly pierced last week here and it was horrible. It was not even straight. Please do not come and get it here.

Got infected. did clean it but they didn’t inform me with what to clean piercing with. now i spent money just for it to go down drain .

This place is awesome, everyone who works there were very friendly and nice. Soon as you walk in the door you get a welcome everything was on point customer service to greeting and I loved my tattoo.

I Went for a simple star and the guy couldnt even do a straight line so now I have to spend money removing this crooked thing. It kinda says alot about the shop though when one of their tattoo artists cant even do a straight line so beware.

Got my belly button pierced here not completely straight but it’s okay, got my septum pierced here and he pierced it really low. but i got my nose pierced here too and it was fast and better

I was helped immediately! The only thing they did wrong was not sale me on one of the things I was showing interest ( I would have sold me something) This place really has great customer service and they arent pushy salespeople which makes it even better.

Had an appointment with jesse at 3 waited for him over an hour, then he walked out not saying anything. Waited another 20 mins, then one of the girls said he went out for lunch...whats the whole point of having an appointment

Bad service here got snake eyes done they did it wrong cricket it got infected the guy who did it was drunk to it was really swollen and it burn people if u come here don’t waist ur money

Went to get a piercing and the guy up front was so unprofessional. He had his friends and people that work next door to come and look. Will never go there again.

The piercer there sucks !! BEWARE IF YOU GET PIERCED YOU WILL PROBABLY HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO HAVE IT RE DONE CORRECTLY. its easier just to go somewhere else. Save your money .
