KUSTOM CREATIONS TATTOO & PIERCING STUDIO

I booked an appointment with Gabriel Hernandez AKA GTO_INK back on August 13, 2023 to get a Tattoo done. He booked me for October 12th. The plan was to get the tattoo completed the same day. Mid way thru the tattoo he said it would have to be another session, to return on 10/21/2024, which he canceled last minute. From there it’s been one excuse after another. He no shows for appointments he books, most recent appointment being 05/21/2024. He no showed to the appointment he gave me. I’ve made several attempts to contact him for a refund which he made a million excuses to why he couldn’t Zelle it. Again he set me up to mee thin at the shop for my money to which AGAIN he didn’t show up to. I did meet the owner, which she mentioned she was not able to do anything as he is only renting the space there and it’s every artist on their own. Which I understand afterall the deal wasn’t with her. However, he works at the shop, therefore as a business man he has a reputation to keep up. And he’s been nothing but unprofessional. I’ve messaged him every single day for the past week for my refund and he has made every excuse in the book. He insisted his sister sent me the money already which I did not recieve. When I asked him for a screenshot from proof, I got ignored and blocked. AVOID getting scammed by GTO_Ink AKA Gabriel Hernandez and go to a PROFESSIONAL Tattoo Artist. Perhaps another person at the shop.

I got work done by Gabriel aka GTO Ink on IG.He robbed me from $200 deposit.He’s unprofessional & unreliable.He was running a special, I booked for my husband and he rescheduled me 5 times. Excuse after excuse.My husband would request time off and then the same day he would say he wouldn’t be able to do it. But I would see him post of him working on other people.I asked for my deposit and he said he was waiting on a new card then on a new account and then he just kept ignoring my messages and would still post on his new work new “sales and to be deposit ready”Be careful who you do business with. Some people work hard for their money. I have screenshots of our conversations as well!

Ive had tattoos done my Colin and I adore them. Hes real light handed which is nice. Everyone is super relaxed & made me feel comfortable. Ive had a piercing done by Nina who is very sweet. The vibes are amazing, everyone is super nice & chill. You can tell everyone is very professional about the job & not sloppy at all.

I went here to get my third tattoo and I love it, I get so many compliments on it. The rose turned out so realistic. They of course have a minimum shop fee as do most but this seems to be one of the more clean places to go for a tattoo. I will definitely be going back.

Ive had my ribs tatted by Casper and I absolutely love it! He also peirced my nose. I like the shop cause everyone is so chill and its actually a relaxing environment. Just got my fingers done by another dude, he did a great job and made me feel very comfortable. Also this is the cleanest set up Ive seen so kudos and thanks for being you guys. Ill never go to another shop again!

We called and scheduled an appointment for a nose piercing for 4 girls. Online her prices said $35. We get to the store and the piercing done and they were $50!!!! She ended up doing $45 a girl.The station was extremely clean and she was a great piercer, so not by any means was this an issue. But definitely when you are constantly changing your prices they should definitely be posted. But I absolutely would not of gone here primarily of the price and the location. There are other extremely talented piercers here in Bako that charge half that

Got my first Tattoo here, by Johnny && I Love it! Went back for three piercings by Casper and once again had an awesome experience! Artist’s work ethic && professionalism is A1! Great vibe great environment, cleanliness is 💯✅ thanks guys!

I got 2 tattoos from Johnny a couple of months back and they were done in a clean environment, precisely where I wanted them, and his wife and him were the nicest people I’ve met, such a beautiful couple and I’m so glad my aunt recommended Johnny, he’s a great tattoo artist who makes sure everything is perfect before starting and he’s very down to detail on the tattoos. I’ll include photos but I’m not the best at taking photos and they really won’t do justice for how great of an artist Johnny is
