Nice little boutique located in Harford Mall. My daughter wanted to go there to get some bracelets and jewelry. The store was very clean and organized. They were running many sales, and buy one get one free type offers. The cashier was very helpful and friendly. She helped my daughter pick out some items, and made her aware of the sale. A cool place to visit.

Christine the store manager is very nice and accomodating. She did well piercing my babys ear. I feel bad I dont have cash for a tip but I hope she can read this 5 star review. Thank you for beingnpart of our babys milestone.Shes a keeper!

This place is fun for all ages. Offering many different products like hair accessories to mystery boxes. They also offer piercings service for ears, I honestly would not get that done here. Piercings at a tattoo shop is a lot safer, heals better and professionals. There are some really cute stuffed animals in here too and not to mention they always have a BoGo sell. I would say this location is small but still delivered the Claires experience.

My daughter just got her ears pierced for the first time here. The staff was so supportive. It was a great price to of $68 dollars. The staff was also able to help me with nickle free earrings as well.

Worker walked behind me and my lil sister since we walked in the store and my sister had a pair of glasses that we wanted to purchase in are hand and I walked out for one second to try and find my mom I walked back in and the worker said very loud and in a rude tone “imma need you to put those back” and i said “oh no sorry I don’t have them my sister in the back there dose and I was just trying to help my mom find us lol” and she said “but you were” as she rolled her eyes and proceeded to cause so we put the glasses back and left and my mom was there when we walked out and I told her what happened and she walked in and spoke to the worker then we walked out and she rolled her eyes through the glass and started talking about my mom to another customer.Honestly disgusted by how I was target out for the way I dress and the rude yelling was highly unprofessional and unnecessary I will no longer be shopping here.

Hey I’m writing this review on a associate by the name of Kellie, I normally don’t leave bad reviews on Stores, because I normally have good experiences, but when it came to this store it has its good times cause most of the associated is either greeting you and helping you find the right item, but when it comes to the lady by the name Kellie I have a feeling that she doesn’t really want to be here other words, she doesn’t take her job serious, she either on her phone, or either saying inappropriate stuff to a employee, which I see the other employee doesn’t feel comfortable talking to her, I no longer bring my daughter to this store no more because of the last conversation she had was talking about sex, my daughter is 8, I don’t need my daughter hearing things like that at that age, I’m not sure how I can get in touch with the manager but if y’all do read reviews i hope y’all can talk to her, or write her up or something, the stuff she says is extremely inappropriate, and she doesn’t need to be the face of this store, like I said there are good associates that work there, this isn’t the first time I seen her at that store everytime she there it is something, so I no longer come to this store anymore.

Horrible customer service when it comes to returns. I had the receipt, paid cash and they would only give me the current price in refund which is $12 less than I paid. Definitely will not be shopping there again.

Was there at 430 so I called them . The girl argued with me in the phone that note said 430 ....

Great experience. We went to a party and I never know Claires did partys until I attended one. The girls loved it!

Do not get your ears pierced there. Holes so tiny you need a microscope to find them. Worst store manager ever!

The customer care needs work on customer relations.
