Since I started my removal sessions the team has been wonderful! Im currently on session 6. Theyre always professional & caring and make sure to inform me along the way. I also appreciate the convenient evening hrs and aesthetics of the actual office space. I would highly recommend to anyone needing quality tattoo removal!

Absolutely wonderful! I needed to reschedule and they was so helpful getting me in when I could go! I never knew how easy it was to have one removed! They are very informative on every step of the way and it is so Very reasonably priced!!!!!

I originally had an appointment scheduled for the Towson location but needed to reschedule to the Belair location. Kayla was great, answered any questions and was very thorough. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. Highly recommended

Okay - I wanted to leave a review. I wanted to start with that. I love Jill!! She is making this process so comforting and easy!! She is so informative and always makes sure that I am doing good. She was at the Towson location and now at the Bel Air - I am driving longer distance because I don’t want anyone else working on my tattoo removal. If you are doubting this process go to the Bel Air location and get Jill. She is the absolute best!!!!!

Key and Jill were amazing! I went in for an estimate and was able to be seen for my first treatment that day. Fast, clean, efficient and everyone was very professional. Highly recommend!

I had a consult and first removal session for an XL color tattoo. I’m happy with my experience. I spoke with Paula and the woman who was at the front desk. They were both friendly and very informative. Before starting the session, Paula explained what she was going to do. She checked in with me throughout, in case i needed to take a break. Afterward, she went over aftercare information and answered questions. The session went by pretty quick and i scheduled my next session right after. The office itself is clean and well organized. I’m completely happy to continue my tattoo removal journey here.

Jill was amazing from the moment I walked in and made me feel very comfortable. She took great care of me and was extremely patient with me through my removal process. It’s been an adventure getting my tattoos removed and finding the right place for treatment, but hands down, 💯 Jill in Bel Air is amazing.

The ladies at the Bel Air location are great! I always feel comfortable and welcomed. I am only three treatments in and see a huge difference! Would highly recommend Removery and this location in particular for those looking to get a tattoo removed!

Spectacular. Everyone there was great. Prices were very reasonable. I went in just for consultation because I’ve wanted to have that tattoo removed for years and had them do my first session for removal after a few minutes of talking. I was hoping they could get the ball rolling same day but didn’t expect it when they said “would you like to start today?” When it was so close to closing time. I was all in already. It’s was relatively painless, a quick process and look forward to seeing them again in 6 weeks.*UPDATE.: Second visit and still feel the same as my first visit. Such a wonderful staff, environment and facility. Thank you all.

Absolutely AMAZING!! I have had tattoo removal before, and after going to Removery! I wish I had started here. Paula and Sisley were very friendly, professional, informed, answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. The package plan is extremely cost-effective. I rarely leave reviews, definitely worth it for Removery!!

Of course having a tattoo removed isn’t pleasant, but the staff is so friendly and accommodating. I have had laser treatment elsewhere before this and absolutely could not tolerate it. However here it is less intense and quicker and as long as I listen to some loud music, I am able to endure! I highly recommend Removery.

I just had my fourth session and I cant say enough how wonderful this place is. Especially Paula, she was so patient, calm and understanding of my nervousness. Shes very sweet and makes the whole process as smooth as possible! I am so glad I found them!

I am removing the Microblading on my eyebrows and I had 4 sessions and I have seen results. I still have at least 4 more sessions left. For this treatment you have to be patient because it is a slow process. This has been the only laser I have seen results with. excellent and fast service. Thank you

Just finished my 3rd of 10 treatments. The front office is fantastic. My specialist is very professional but friendly. It is slightly painful but very quick. I feel I am in very good hands with a top notch team.

Was hounded by Paula to give a false positive review for two days when I’ve never been to this place. She complains about a coworker and conspires to get her fired. Personally insulted me outside of work. Narcissist. I hope the companies values do not reflect hers. Unfortunate.

The ladies at this location are wonderful and very professional. Im so happy to finally be able to remove these tattoos that I despise so much. It hurts like hell. If you want numbing cream, you have to purchase that on your own from Amazon. They do not sell any numbing topicals at all. No creams, nothing! They ice you down with an ice pack and there is a cooling air that comes from the machine when your tattoo is being removed and thats it for pain relief. They actually tell you to hold onto the pillow tightly when it hurts lol. Very painful experience, but its so worth it to have this ink off my body. I know my confidence will be so much higher afterwards. Definitely go to Removery! They have the best staff and provide superior services.
