Me and my mom went to Claires looking for Ty Beanies Boos. Went inside and saw no beanie boos. Asked the employee and she said they dont sale beanie boos anymore. So, we left. DO NOT come to Claires if youre looking for beanie boos. Wont be back.

Natasha pieced my babies ears today and she was professional and personable. The accuracy of the piercing was really good also. She is a great asset to this location.

Loved this store. The manager was so nice and helpful. She told me all about the birthday party they can do there and I was sold. Cant wait to party with Claires for my baby birthday.

Destiny is AWESOME! She is super sweet and personable - a joy to work with! She pierced my wife’s ears and helped her find some affordable velvet scrunchies. The store is very clean and well organized though the variety of things to browse is almost overwhelming! I wish I could give Destiny 6 stars - she is GREAT at multitasking!!!

I got my ears pierced here by Destiny at the Pinnacle in Trussville yesterday. She was so very kind, welcoming, professional, well-informed, and helpful. Destiny took her time to help me with all of my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed while also being efficient with her time. My husband and I came in to get my ears pierced, but I also ended up getting some hair scrunchies, as well. She didn’t engage in any high-pressure sales tactics, and she was able to provide information about the store’s stock, company promotions, and online offerings. She was able to help multiple customers with their purchases without having any of us feel like we were being ignored. Honestly, these days, it’s rare to come across such wonderful people who are dedicated to providing excellent service in retail or any other service positions that you encounter. Destiny is clearly a very bright, capable employee, and I sincerely hope that her supervisor in Claire’s corporate structure sees that and has their eye on her for promotion and growth within their organization because whoever hires her is going to be glad they did (whenever she is ready to move on to her new role.

Standing here waiting for them to open with my little girl. No one is here still fifteen minutes after opening time. Won’t waste my time coming here again. I should be clear that this is the “trussville” store in the Walmart. I didn’t realize this review was tagged for the pinnacle location.

I stopped by to visit the store a 10:00am they were supposed to be open and I waited til 10:30am !!! NO one ever showed up!!! The website says they open at 10:00am!!!!Edit: she finally got there at 11:00am said she was using the restroom!! She was a nice young girl!! She pierced my ears and did a good job!!! So five stars for that!!!

Terrible! The girl working was awful. She was sitting on the floor talking on the phone for a good 10 mins, finally I walked around the desk and she just continued her phone call. When she was done she attempted to pierce my daughters ears. The piercing gun got stuck on BOTH ears, she ASKED ME to fix it and get it off my daughters ear. When she checked me out she asked me my info over and over again even though it was written on the paper work I just filled out right in front of her face. Awful experience!

I’ve been waiting for an hour and a half for the store to open despite coming at 1245pm and it’s now 2:16 and the store doors are locked but no sign to indicate why the doors are locked. This is ridiculous!!!!!

Kristen was very nice and gentle with my little one first ear piercing experience. We got the 14kg for about 60 bucks. It was a little pricey than expected but well worth it.

Wow!! I absolutely LOVE THIS STORE!! Mainly because of one manager named Mallory!! She was absolutely amazing with her service, heck we even invented a new phone case!!10/10 recommend!!

Pierced my 8 MO baby girl the other day and she didnt flinch or cry. She looks so adorable in her little gold ball studs 😍.

When to Claires to get my daughters ears pierced and the girl tells me that I have to pay $31 each because of the solution that they sell does anyone not understand that the solution is just alcohol I dont need to pay $31 for this she just lost the sale
