I absolutely love this place. The staff is super friendly and very helpful answering any questions. They explain the entire process so anyone can understand. They make you very comfortable in deciding the best plan for your needs. Highly highly recommend for any one that wants a bad tattoo removed or lightened for a cover up. Hands down the best and most affordable options I have found after years of searching. Dont hesitate its not as expensive as you think. You will not be disappointed.

Loved my experience at Removery! Shelby was great. She was super friendly and transparent with the process. I had a few other consultations in the area but ultimately went with Removery. Their prices are in line (if not better) than other places around town. Shelby spent plenty of time talking to me and answering all my questions. They were able to get me in quickly after my consultation. The doctor was great that handled the laser! He was super kind and personable. Truly nothing negative to say about this place.

The staff is very professional, while being laid back at the same time. I was little nervous before my first treatment but the doctor talked me through all of it. A few weeks after my first treatment, I could already tell how much lighter my tattoo had gotten. I highly recommend going here for your tattoo removal needs

Fastest, most painless tattoo removal I’ve had so far! Had to drive in from another state because our office was booked and it was the best decision.

Canceled appointments 30 minutes before time and no-showed appointments. Lights out doors locked. Shady business practices. They claim they don’t have the staffing and can’t provide the basic service I paid for. Don’t waste your money on Removery. Find a reputable company.

The staff is amazing, professional, and knowledgeable about what they do. But dont waste your time or money! Removery cancels all of my appointments and push them back for months, and the only explanation they offer is that theyve lost their Alabama license to practice tattoo removal. However, they take money out of my account faithfully every month. They make sure to never miss a payment, while also making sure to never perform a tattoo removal treatment. Once they push my appointment back for months, I wait until the new appointment date to come, and they cancel the new date as well and push it back again and again and again! What a waste of money!

I’ve been getting a tattoo removed with Removery (and previously with Dr. Ink Eraser) for a couple of years now. Although I had multiple appointments canceled in 2023 due to the company experiencing state licensure issues, I have had a great experience overall! Everyone has been knowledgeable and pleasant as well as transparent about the reason for appointment cancellations. I plan to continue using their service until my tattoo is gone, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a tattoo removed!

I recently had a positive experience at Removery for tattoo removal. Joe, who assisted me, demonstrated extensive knowledge about the lasers used. Compared to my previous experience at Skin Wellness Dermatology, Removery was more affordable, and I didnt experience blistering or peeling post-treatment. In contrast, Skin Wellness Dermatology, overpriced their services and significantly underestimated the required number of sessions, leading to a misquote and a subsequent price adjustment. Overall, Removery proved to be a more reliable and cost-effective option for tattoo removal.

Joe and Dr. Hester are amazing! They are very knowledgeable and friendly. The cold air machine that is used with the laser makes it less painful, especially on my fingers! Very professional and highly recommend Removery 😊

Dr. Hester and Joe were amazing ! They made me feel really comfortable and answered all my questions. I got the Black Friday deal and I’m so glad I went when I did. I’ve wanted these tattoos gone for a long time they’re a big insecurity for me and I felt they were personally just not fitting who I am anymore or where I am headed but I also didn’t think I could afford remove them especially all together but Joe worked hard and they really had so many options and I was able to do it! I’m so excited to see how they start to fade! If you’re thinking about it do it! Now as expected it’s not the best feeling ever but it’s not the worst either!

Dr Hester was pretty great! I dont really like change but the new office, new machines, and new doctor was actually worth the five stars. Still miss Joe tho.

So far, I’ve had two treatments and the tattoo has faded some. There are small spots where the tattoo is visibly breaking up. Staff are always responsive/personable and easy to set up/change appointments if needed.

Let me first start out by saying that Nazetta is amazing..Ive seen her twice and I feel like shes part of my family. She really takes time to get to know you and truly wants the absolute BEST for her clients. After 2 treatments with her, I can see a huge difference.As far as the business itself, it has moved 3 times since I started my treatment and they have changed my appt day and time twice, but they get their money for the removal package every month, so Im sure they arent concerned at the inconvienence it is to me. If Nanzetta did house calls, Id never walk in that place again. She and Joe were the best thing about this place. So, if youre looking for a reliable place to go (that doesnt change builidngs every 6 months and doesnt change your appt the day before youre suppose to show up)dont go here. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!Update! Since they have reopened and have a new doctor things have really turned around.

They served a terrible experience for me personally. They quoted me $1200 to remove 2 dime sized tatoos, went to a different shop down the street and got it done for $275 lol. Bad business and greedy salesman.

So far my experience has been excellent. I went for my second treatment today, and Nazetta is personable and listens when I mention any discomfort. She is very professional and makes me feel excited about the process and the results so far. My tattoo is older and all black/grey ink but even after just one treatment I could see a pretty big difference. Here is hoping treatment 2 is just as successful!

They have taken my money. Cancelled every appointment Ive scheduled for the past 5 months and yet they continue to charge me. They have made zero attempts to make this right. They keep calling and offering their apologies but what I need is this tattoo that Ive paid to have removed to be removed. I got three treatments and then all of a sudden they cant treat anyone? I dont understand.

My Removery experience has been horrible. Nice personnel but lost Alabama license after two treatments. Then 3 month delay. Traveled to Memphis for one treatment over 200 miles. Then back to Alabama in a total dump for a facility. Said they would give me $50 credit for driving to Memphis and never got that either. Most unprofessional experience I’ve ever encountered

Do not waste your time and go here. The absolute worst. I’ve had appointments changed twice. No call back from the headquarters regarding my issues. Making payments diligently and yet don’t get the adequate service. Since September I’ve had 2 sessions. It’s almost March!! Don’t do it!!

The treatment process isnt the most pleasant thing in the world, buy the staff is very aware and sensitive to the comfort of their clients. They use very good, updated equipment and the result so far has exceeded my expectations.

Overall good experience. The icing before and the addition of the blower helps tremendously. It brings the pain level from a 7 to a 3-4.
