I will be returning for more services! Aneta O was absolutely fantastic!! I was in serious need of a facial! I fell off my skin care routine and really needed some extra love (extractions 😂🤭)I added a lymphatic drainage massage as well! If you’ve never experienced this, treat yourself during your next facial! It’s relaxing and also allows water retention to dissipate. It’s so important to take care of yourself and I’m so grateful instinct staff was able to get me in on such short notice! I only have positive things to say about this wonderful place!

Instinct Spa has the nicest staff that listen and to meet your skin care needs. They have an exceptional product line that they can customize to any skin condition. And the best service for me are the 90-minute facials where the highly trained esthetician will that take your skin care to a whole now level. It the perfect Me Time. Highly recommend anyone interested in serious skincare.

I really liked the atmosphere at the spa when I arrived. I was a new customer who booked a LED Light Treatment for acne for the first time. I could not find any information on this particular treatment on their website, so I booked it on a whim since I had credits through ClassPass. The staff at the front desk was very welcoming, even though I was a minute late to my appointment, which was a relief!The experience all together was very simple. As a new customer, I thought Id have some paperwork, however, there was none which I found surprising. They immediately took me back to the chair, and said I could set myself up meaning the massage chair and LED light. Me, not knowing what I was doing, asked for an explanation because Ive never done this before. She then helped turn the light on, and said to sit back and relax for 30 minutes. I probably should have said something, but the massage chair was more uncomfortable than anything, and I tried adjusting the settings multiple times. The light treatment was relaxing despite me not being comfortable in the chair.I would definitely come back to try other spa treatments they offer.

Always have such a fantastic experience at Instinct Holistic Med Spa. The front desk girls are all extremely helpful and accommodating. The spa itself is beautiful and clean. Michelle is absolutely amazing! She’s so knowledgeable and always gives her expertise advice. She never tries to upsell or pressure you into any service. I highly recommend her and Instinct for all of your skincare and spa needs.

Michelle is so awesome! I went in for a consult with her to talk about lip fillers and she was so informative and made me feel so comfortable. Although I didn’t end up getting a treatment when I had the consult, I so appreciated her taking the time to meet with me and to tell me what my options were. My esthetician was Jenna, and I do not have enough good things to say about her! She made my first time in here absolutely amazing and relaxing. I was a little nervous as I have never had a facial or dermaplaning done before and she explained everything she was doing and answered all of my questions without hesitation. 10/10!

Aneta is a ray of sunshine and gives the most peaceful, relaxing facials Ive ever received. She takes genuine interest in her clients and their well being. It is evident that she takes loving care of people and helping them to feel beautiful and nurtured. I always leave feeling enlightened and rejuvenated.Sekiva gave me a fabulous dermaplaning treatment. She was gentle and helped me to feel comfortable since it was my first time. It was a remarkably relaxing treatment and my skin feels so incredibly soft and supple afterwards. Amazing!Instinct is a wonderful spa, they make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. As if youve entered another universe free from checklists and worries. Ive had facials in wonderful spas all over the world, and it is a remarkable experience at Instinct. Grateful for this wonderful space and the angels that provide luxury treatments and meaningful experiences right here in Bozeman.

I’d give a zero if I could. I asked for the price of tattoo removal on the phone, they wouldn’t tell me, said I had to book a consultation which would be $50. I get there and they quote me $700 a session, which is about 3x more expensive than any other tattoo removal session I’ve received. Good way to steal $50 from people I suppose. Don’t go here, they’re thieves.

I have had a few treatments with Michelle now. I can guarantee it is the best skin needling you will receive and the wrinkle relaxer she does always last me a good 4 months. I always find Michelle to be thorough with her treatments and skin advice. Ive had many of treatments elsewhere and will now struggle if I have to ever go elsewhere. Highly recommend Michelle.

I started coming to Instinct last fall in search for laser hair removal. I chose Instinct over the competitors in town after extensive research. I talked to quite a few shops. What drew me here is that they offer so many services. I knew I wanted laser hair removal and wanted to learn about so many other options. Its so nice to learn about the other services while getting another service done. Since then I have completed laser on multiple areas, micro needling, botox, filler, red light therapy, and enjoyed the infrared sauna. They are truly a full service spa and we are lucky to have them in Bozeman!

Michelle at Instinct Holistic is by far, the best RN injector I’ve ever met. She goes the extra mile to ensure that your ‘dream treatment’ is met. She is personable, highly talented and brings such a fun energy to each appointment. After almost 2 years in Bozeman, I found my GO-TO spot and girl! Syd at Instinct is aaamazing!!! She is so kind, efficient, personable, and great at her craft! I just got micro-needling done for the first time and she was very gentle. Explained everything and I already looking forward go going back for a facial with her! Couldn’t recommend enough!

My niece and I both had facials from Cydney and it was amazing! She definitely is the best esthetician I have been to. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Instinct. Staff was very friendly, salon with very cleanly and organized and they have so many services to offer as well! From haircuts, to massages, to hooking you up to and IV for those bad hangover days, to even an amazing facial they have it all! I got a Hydrafacial from Jess and it was the best thing I could of done for myself! My skin needed a pick me up and she gave it to me along with all the skin care knowledge I needed to know! If you have any skin care needs definitely ask for Jess she is the best!

I loved the facial I received my skin felt so nourished and hydrated! Highly recommend! Make sure to spend sometime in the massage chairs before hand too!

I have had various services at Instinct and had a membership for a while. I love the infared spa and their facials are amazing. I always leave feeling pampered and youthful. I would highly recommend the memberships to those who are regular with their skincare because it is great value for a monthly facial and lots of other goodies!

Laura is great. I have seen great improvements to my skin since working with Laura. I feel like Laura listens to my concerns and recommends treatments target to those concerns but she doesn’t over treat. I always have a pleasant experience at Holistic!

I had a wonderful facial with Laura. The products were luxurious and the facial massage was wonderful. Very relaxing and I left the spa with glowing skin. Perfect for a little “ me time”.

The office was clean and the staff was friendly however it was in my opinion extremely over priced for the service I received. I have been being sugared for over a year and I’m also a licensed cosmetologist and I was less than impressed with my visit. The appointment went quickly because she didn’t do any plucking whatsoever to remove the excess hairs and I then had to go home and spend about an hour trying to get all the hairs she missed(which is pretty impossible to do to yourself for a Brazilian) I usually pay $50 and this was $70 without a tip so I don’t feel the service provided was worth the high price. I will not be returning.

This is a welcoming, wonderful and very clean spa! Everyone is friendly and helpful! Michelle is amazing! She Is full of information and explains the entire process! She is caring and patient! I would recommend her services for anyone! 😀

Had a hydrafacial here and it is my new favorite treatment! My skin has never felt smoother, cleaner, or softer. And although this treatment is more results oriented than a facial focused on relaxing, it was still a pleasant experience and surprisingly relaxing. The spa is laid out well and looks really nice. I also love the products Laura carries! Two new finds that Laura suggested when I asked have become my two favorite products - the RA vitamin C serum and the sheet masks. So amazing! Looking forward to trying more services here. One suggestion would be to have a water and tea station available right when clients walk in. Thanks for a great service!

My first impression of this business was not great. I had shown up to my appointment a little early. About 5-10 mins past my appointment time, the receptionist came back to me to let me know that the doctor was running 20 mins behind…normally that wouldn’t bother me. You could tell the receptionist was nervous to let me know that she was running that behind. I’m unsure if I will be going back to try again. I understand running a little behind 5-10 mins but almost a half hour is unacceptable.

I love instinct, and specifically, Michelle! She does a great job on my Botox, and makes me feel so comfortable with the process. She’s so friendly, and helps me look my best! Michelle really knows what she is doing!

And I understand why it works, because they took the time to educate me and explain to me why my initial idea was not the right or best solution for me.The staff is experienced, honest and an absolute pleasure to have providing the treatments. I appreciate her suggestions, positive reinforcements and follow-up reminders. I need them! This is the only place I’ve been able to participate in any form of self-care in years. I have had issues with hormonal acne on my chin that was embarrassing and painful. Kourtney educated me on everything affecting the acne and how to control it. I also deal with hyperpigmentation and using Instinct’s products provided, this issue became less embarrassing quickly after beginning my recommended skincare routine. I love that I will be able to get peels as well to help reduce this issue even more. Instinct’s services are well worth the membership and I finally feel like I have something I do just for me weekly.

I have been seeing Laura for over a year now (sugaring) and she is hands down one of the best out there! Very detail oriented, friendly, and a great business owner. She has always made me feel comfortable at every appointment. If you are researching spas in Bozeman, this is the one you want to visit. You will never be disappointed!

I have been to other medical spas in the past and none of them can compare to to Instinct and especially Michelle. She is so experienced and takes her time to individualize and target her approach rather than the one size fits all experience I have had in the past. Just completed several treatments with Michelle at Instinct . Micro needling, Botox and very subtle lip filler. Very pleased with results.Previously had laser resurfacing which evened out skin tone and reduced appearance of pigmented areas on face.

I got a laser removal package a year ago and Im glad with the results, however, it seems like I need to get an extra session.The spa is always clean and well organized, I just think it needs to work on their customer service.

I received the best facial of my life from Laura at instinct. I got a 60 minute signature facial. I ve had facials all over the country and internationally in this was hands down the best.

Overall, the facial was a great experience. Unfortunately, I picked a Monday to visit. They have no receptionist on Mondays, so no one really knew how to check me out. We finally figured out the the credit card transaction, so I paid and left. After walking out, I realized I forgot to leave a tip. I returned to do so, and again - no one knew how to handle the money. It took awhile, and left a somewhat negative impression after a nice, relaxing facial.

I have finally found the esthtician I have been looking for. It has taken more then a few years of trying different estheticians to finally feel like Laura is a good fit for me.I enjoyed my first facial very much. Laura is committed to doing what is the best for each individual. She is knowedgable, caring, honest and much like a scientists while mixing the right componiants together for my tretments. Unfortunately, I was actually really disappointed with my appointment. I was told they were running a little bit behind-totally fine. However, I waited 20 minutes to be seen. When I finally got to the room I got a 30 minute facial that was cut short. I told them it was my first time, I’ve never been to a place like this. For a new patient, I felt very uninformed about everything that was going on, benefits to the appointment, etc. It felt rushed.

I’m currently visiting from out of town and came across Instinct on the Mind Body app and am so glad that I did! Their sugar wax is amazing and Laura was very comfortable to be around. Thank you!

Instinct Spa is disorganized and unprofessional. Ive had 4 visits and have found only one of their employees to be knowledgeable, committed, and kind. The rest are rough around the edges and unprofessional. This place needs to work on their customer service.

She did a great job. I was in town for a few weeks and needed a massage. Good conversation but also good old fashioned quiet most of the time. ☺️
