Haley did an exceptional job on my powder brows! Her personality is so fun and laid-back, making the entire experience enjoyable and welcoming. Shes great at keeping the conversation flowing, and Im absolutely thrilled with my brows. Haley was very attentive, frequently checking in to see if I needed a break and ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Shes incredibly professional and a truly talented artist. Got a very simple tattoo (my first) and my artist (Wendy) was very helpful, informative, and accommodating to myself and my friend that I went with.Really great vibes, really friendly artists. Regular + artist rapport looked amazing from what we could see. Will be coming back for my next soon.

Granddaughter 6 years old had ear piercing. Never made a fuss was a real trooper... the lady who did the piercing was fantastic with her. Thanks a bunch for making her experience a good one 👍

I don’t know the names of the 2 piercers I had but they were AMAZING. They told me everything they would do before they did it and were extremely gentle and caring. I was super nervous but they made me feel much better. I got the daith and my nose pierced. Would recommend them anyday to anyone. I will be going back for some ink next.

I loved this place. I came in with a terrible tattoo that had devastated me and Chad was amazing. Everyone in the shop was super kind and the entire atmosphere was amazing. Ill definitely be getting my work done here going forward

We visited and had 2 tattoos done. Jessie was amazing. She took the inspiration picture and made it come to life. One of my best pieces out of them all. The entire staff was friendly and took amazing care of us. This was last year and I still cannot wait to return here for more amazing art tattooed!

I had a cover up done. They got me in quicker and was cheaper than quoted from other shops. The entire staff was friendly and professional. Donovan took his time and did an amazing job on the tattoo. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be back!!

We had a amazing experience the first time we went in oct to get my daughters belly button done the blonde headed lady was super nice went there today with a friend to get the kids piercings the red head was very unprofessional and acted like she didnt even want to deal with us..I have never been treated by such a rude person before..they both was getting repiercing so we knew it could be done the nose the lady tried to say she couldnt gt the nose re done and may the experience even worst for the child..went to another shop to get a second opinion cause of the experience. way better customer service and knowledge there so needless to say wont be going back here..or referring this place to anyone..the lady told my daughter that getting her bottom of her belly button would be 10 times worst then getting her top...

Such an amazing place! You really do leave feeling like apart of the utopia family!! They are soo trustworthy, honest, and fair! Really work with you to get exactly what you want/need! Never getting tattoos from any where else!!

Always friendly staff, and great tattoos. They run the best specials Ive seen around, and do great with any weve gotten. I also got my nipples pierced a few days ago and the piercer was super quick and had the jewelry in, in seconds. I did pass out after the second oneand she was very nice about it and gave me water. I love this shop, and will definitely be returning 😁

I had called a few times to confirm a few things and the people who answered the phone were very patient and friendly! I went in today for anti-eyebrow, nostril, and smiley piercings and the piercer was extremely nice and patient as well! The waivers are also to-the-point and clear, which I like a lot and I feel like simplicity and being transparent is very important. All staff I met are friendly and welcoming. I am very happy with my experience, piercing placement, and jewelry, and I would 10/10 recommend to anyone wanting a piercing or two or three or however many!

For piercings, Kennedy is the fkn best. She makes sure you’re comfortable, and is SO precise (I mean, crazy precise lol) and educated. I love her soooo much, she’s the only one I’ll let work on my body now 😂For tattoos, all the artists are great 🤷‍♀️ But Ashley has done four of mine so far and they’re PERFECT 😍 It’s my favorite place to go now 💕Love all y’all!

Great skill, great environment and very knowledgeable. If you have any anxiety or find yourself often uncomfortable in places like this, they have a wide assortment of visual oddities alongside some really vibrant art to keep the mind busy elsewhere. Plus the environment was chill and joyous.

DO NOT GO HERE! I spent a lot of money on piercings and little did I know the owners wife does NOT KNOW what she is doing and this place should be shut down for UNLICENSED PRACTICES! save your money and take the road to another place please!

I got mg lip pierced here about 2 weeks ago. Its a little crooked, but Im not blaming the piercer. I was so excited to have it done and when I looked at the dots she placed I didnt fully look and said thats perfect, so definitely on me. But I still love it! My piercer was so sweet and we had a great conversation during it! Would definitely go back, just gonna look more carefully next time lol!

Scotti and his people have always been some of the most trustworthy crew I’ve been lucky to know! I’ve gotten tattooed by Chad for years now and his work is always a conversation starter. My boyfriend and I have gotten tattooed by Brooke and she is one of the coolest people to talk with. I got a small piece done by a newer dude, I think his name is Zeck and he’s got some great potential and he’s a big sweetheart. Don’t even get me started on Scotti’s son, the front desk guy, he’s always had the biggest smile on his face and is super sweet and patient. I’ve only ever gotten pierced by Scotti for the past 5 years, even when his main job is to run the shop. So that goes to show how good he is at what he does. His son Donovan’s work has been remarkable and he’s a huge sweetheart as well. This is a shop people do not want to miss, there’s a huge sense of family there and it’s always been a welcoming facility that I’ll gladly always return to.

They are loving and treat you as family. I recommend them. I have always been a client and I allow my children to be pierced and tattooed, tattooed when asked but of course a parent has to be there. But my special needs child will soon be going for her first ear piercing they understand and are loving. I couldnt ask for the best. They are my people and amazing people

I needed my second ear hole re pierced and wanted a professional to do it.The young lady measured and was very detailed where she was going to place the new piercings.She told me exactly what she was doing and when and made me feelVery very comfortable! Place is disgusting and the behavior of the owner is disturbing, he needs to be on a list. He hires “young, goth” girls in order to please himself. Save yourself!Could not recommend less in getting any sort of tattoo or piercing, unless you’re into uncleaned, immoral, unprincipled people messing up your body.

My 16 year old Daughter has gotten multiple piercings from you guys and she is very pleased with each one, and planning on a few more, I having to be present with her for each one am also pleased. Great staff, excellent service at a great price. 5 stars from us both!

Such a cool and welcoming environment. The piercer (I believe her name is PJ?) is fantastic and very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions about cheek piercings even tho Im pretty experienced with piercings in general. She did my cheeks for me and provided shorter jewelry for when my swelling goes down. Im not sure how their tattoo artists are, but im sure they are excellent as well. Highly recommend.

Great shop with nice people. Everything was clean and they have a nice selection of body jewelry. Prices are really good for piercings. Kate did ours and she was professional and friendly. She took her time to make sure everything was in place and how we wanted it. I would definitely get pierced here again and would recommend it to others. They also have some cool logos for their hoodies / shirts.

This shop is amazing and has a wonderful atmosphere!!! I drive over an hour to get my tats done at this place!!! I have never had an issue in the years I have been going. They have amazing artist and are willing to help in any way they can. They have even went out of their way to fix a tattoo that another shop had messed up!! Great customer service, the artist are friendly a make you feel at home, and they do great work!!! You will continue to have my business.

I set up an appointment with Jessie a few weeks before I arrived and provided reference photos and a detailed description of what I wanted. But when I went in, they showed me a horrible drawing that looked nothing like the reference and it appeared that they barely, if even, looked at the reference or my description. So, I sat with an apprentice for over and hour to fix up the tattoo. The stencil looked really good so I went through with it, but after I was met with shaky, inconsistent, and blown out lines. Also, a few lines did not match up/line up when they got very slightly obscured by another small part of the tattoo. Overall, it was a very lazy job with the tattoo. I would not recommend Utopia or Jessie.

They have the best team! I personally have gotten piercing & tattoos from the team. My daughter wanted a piercing at age 16. I went with her, showed my ID and signed the consent form. Which is the law & common sense on a parents behalf. I knew they would require the consent because even places like Claire’s or Walmart requires parents consent. Now my daughter is 20 and she has been back numerous times to see the team for additional piercings and tattoos.

I have gotten multiple tattoos here. All of the staff are always extremely friendly, they’re very quick to get us paperwork to fill out and always upfront about the wait time. All of the tattoo artists are extremely professional, and everyone that I’ve been tattooed by has been so pleasant. I’ll never go anywhere else for my tattoos!

I had such a good time at Utopia when I went to get my piercing. Im terrible with names, but will definitely be back there to get to know them. The environment was very relaxing and had interesting things to look at for all different types of people. The piercer was such a sweet, amazing woman. This isn’t a review on their work, but this is a review of the company itself. They had an event for special needs children to meet Santa and I had signed my 4 year old autistic son up to come. I loved the idea because my son gets overstimulated in crowds and doesn’t do well standing in lines. Unfortunately I had it saved in my phones calendar but didn’t set an alarm for it and missed the event. I cried my eyes out I felt so guilty that they had bought a gift for my child and I had missed the event. I have been talking to my family about going for weeks now and can’t believe it slipped from my mind. They were so kind and understanding and told me we could come by another time to pick up his gift they bought for him. We went by today and my son hates going places but was zooming around the place cause I guess he could feel it was a great atmosphere. I loved how nice and understanding everyone we talked to was. This was such an amazing thing they did for the special needs community and I really wish we could have attended the event. As a special needs parent it’s hard to find events like this for special needs so I’m glad they did one. My son loves trash trucks and they got him a Bluey trash truck!He and baby brother are playing with it now. I’m looking at getting a new tattoo for my birthday in a few months and you better believe I’m going to be coming up here and supporting a shop that gives back to the community. I’ll be spreading the word about the amazing work this shop does. I’m sorry again Utopia but just know we are so grateful for kind people like y’all.

Went to have a re-piercing done on my cartilage and it went amazing! The establishment was clean, I was greeted upon entering, the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Kennedy, that did my piercing was super sweet, informed me of the process and what to expect. I spent less then 20 minutes for the entire event. Would recommend, and definitely give them a call in advance, I did and they was ready for me! Great service!

Utopia does an AWESOME job! I would trust any of their staff to tattoo me, and almost all of them have already. They haven’t done a single tattoo I’m not pleased with. They also did my nose piercing and it healed perfectly and looks great!

Brooke did this awesome guitar and my dads signature in honor of him. I love it! She did great work and the atmosphere there was nice too. Ill definitely go back for future tattoos!

Got my conch and flat pierced at utopia. They pierced it with the wrong jewelry and I ended up having to retire my conch and swap the jewelry on my flat because they got swollen and infected almost overnight even with cleaning them well three times a day. Dont go here for piercings. Friends tattoos turned out great though, so shout out to Zek. Dont get your piercings from utopia.EDIT :How the jewelry was wrong : my ears are small, the bar was so long the end of the curved barbell was in my ear canal and against the skin behind my ear. I asked for a shorter bar, was told the jewelry was the same they had been using for years.How infection overnight is possible : I have an autoimmune disorder that makes me extremely susceptible to infection. That paired with the aggressive way she pierced it (ie jamming the needle through my ear without holding my ear in place and then having to push it a second time to get it all the way causing it to be pierced crooked), made it get infected and full of pus by the next morning. Not to mention my FLAT was pierced with a curved barbell. That is unnecessary and causes more irritation and pain than needed.I did not shower after my piercing, I showered before and made sure to clean the area well and have my hair pulled back while I slept. I also sleep with a piercing pillow because I have over 15+ piercings that have all healed even with my complications.Do not try to tell me my experience wasnt possible because it was. Maybe you should treat your customers reviews with the intention of improving instead of invalidating them and being defensive. Theres no reason to not listen to a customer when they ask for a shorter bar because they have smaller ears!

I got my nose and tragus pierced and my sister got a tattoo done by Ashley. Everyone was so nice and professional. Even the staff that we didn’t have appointments with were chatting with us and just made us feel welcome. I won’t go anywhere else after visiting this shop. My two daughters got their ears pierced here (ages 7 and 4.) Scotty was great with the girls and very patient with them as they were nervous and scared. We never once felt rushed or as if he was aggravated. Great experience.

My wife and I both had tattoo cover ups done there. The staff were all fantastic and very professional. Both cover ups turned out better than we could have expected. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

By far my favorite place to get a tattoo or piercing. I have gotten 6 tattoos by Jesse and they’re all amazing. Right when you walk through the door you are greeted with kindness. Staff makes you feel comfortable with whatever service you are getting.

Let me start off by saying I have followed Scotti (the owner) since my very first piercing as a teenager... I have followed him to have things done in every shop he has worked at and especially now that he owns his own shop! You will not find a more family oriented shop for all of your needs! I have had mutiple piercings done by Scotti and PJ. Never had an issue with aftercare at all! Healed great! Scotti did a personal tattoo for me, I told him what I wanted he put my thoughts into reality and its a piece I will love forever! I lost my mom in 2019 and wanted a memorial piece for her Chad Lane came through absolutely killing it with everything I wanted including my moms own handwriting! I cant speak highly enough of this shop and their employees! I have sent many people there and will continue!!

Got my daughters ears pierced and before coming in i asked the pricing and i was told $52 in total and then went to pay and yes i did add the spray so that was $10 but i paid $72 in total.

This place is amazing, clean , friendly. The artist are amazing. The owner is the only person I go to for my tattoos. I trust them to do my piercings, my daughters piercings and they done my mothers first tattoo. This will always be my go to shop.

Received a gift certificate for Christmas for $200 and went to use it last night. First I was told the tattoo would be $120 based on the size I got. Then when I presented the gift certificate I was told its a one time use so what you have remaining is gone.... we were never told this when my wife got this for me as a Christmas gift. I was a loyal Utopia customer until now, thats is a shady business practice and just stole 80 dollars. Then today when I try to get the issue resolved they changed the price of the tattoo to 150 and still said tough luck about rest of the money. I will be in contact with the proper state agencies about these business practices. 2 things I hate in this world are thieves and liars! And that is what this business is!

Went to this tattoo shop to get a yin yang symbol tattooed on my right arm. it turned out so good that 6 days later I went back and got my moms birthday in roman numerals tattooed on my left arm. both were done by Zack and look amazing. Zack is an amazing tattoo artist, he really tries to make every tattoo look perfect and he is an awesome guy to make you laugh during your session. all the staff is amazing and they all treat every customer like family and make you feel comfortable when getting a tattoo. prices are great and they are good with scheduling or walk ins. will definetly be going back for more ink in the future!

Got a memorial tattoo for a good friend who passed and they did wonderfully! Best people and so friendly nice and HONEST. They were upfront and told me everything they were gonna do and made sure I loved it before ever leaving. Would definitely recommend

Nostril piercing did great! The piercer did an awesome job and made me very comfortable. Super professional. They were VERY busy. I went on a Friday evening. Everyone seemed happy waiting and leaving though. Even though it was packed I was still in and out in under 20 minutes!

A nervous wreck I went into the shop wanting to get my Smiley done, Hailee was absolutely FANTASTIC! Very sanitary and all around clean environment! She was so kind, was VERY detailed with the aftercare of my piercing! She was gentle as can be! I 100/10 recommend, it was wonderful! I will be back 🤗

This is the nicest place in the area. I’ve been here to get my nose pierced as well as get my septum ring changed out multiple times. They have a great selection of jewelry. They’re always running deals, too. I plan to go back for more!

My husband and I came here on a whim to get our piercings done. They greeted us at the door, quickly noted our info and promptly took us back to the piercing room. PJ was AMAZING! Kept me occupied while I got my tragus done and talked with my husband while getting his ears. It was such a great experience, I came back the following week to get my daith done. I totally recommend PJ and Utopia for all your piercing needs/wants.

I just had a tattoo done here a few days ago. I fell in love with it! The artists will make you feel right at home. They make sure you’re comfortable, and they are always smiling and laughing. You will definitely share a few laughs before going home. My tattoo artist was Jessie and she is amazing at what she does. I can’t wait to go back and have more work done.

Came here when they first opened and the staff was very nice, but Im pretty sure the person who did my piercing had no business doing it. I had improper anatomy for it in the first place and it shouldnt have been done. When I went back to get it removed, she fumbled with getting the jewelry out for a ridiculously long time. Ive had many piercings, and a high pain tolerance but its quite painful having externally threaded jewelry plunged back and forth through your ear by someone who is seemingly out of it. I debated even leaving this review, because I dont want to hurt a small local business, but I feel people need to be warned.edit: do yourself a favor and check out APP piercers. the options locally arent that great.

I got my septum done. Excellent prices, professional and friendly staff, and clean facilities. Would recommend.*Im revising my review.. I got my septum and my conch done and Im noticing that the conch is not straight and the septum is a bit crooked so half the ring hangs out more than the other which is a little frustrating but thats kind of what you expect with prices like that.**after something research I guess that these piercings can sometimes just be difficult to make straight so do what you will with this information.***About 3 months later I did get my septum re-pierced somewhere else and the experience was very good. This piercer had no problem getting the piercing straight.

Took my wife here to get some ear piercings for her birthday. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and skillful. Furthermore, the shop was clean, bright, and comfortable. Hailee did an excellent job with my wifes piercings, and we will definitely return for any future tattoos/piercings.

I have gotten a few Tattoos from this company, they are terrific.. How dare anyone call them liars, if you had common sense you would know a parent needs to be with a minor, Claires or anyone else have the same regulations, its not this companys fault that you chose to be ignorant...

Went to get my nose re-pierced because my pup got excited and ripped it out. Very quick and professional and easy! On a whim, inquired about a tattoo for my dog I lost in January and was back in the chair getting a beautiful sentimental tattoo of my fur pup’s nose. I absolutely love it! The artist was so kind even when I teared up thinking about Louie. I will most definitely come back again! (Didn’t catch my artists name because it was such a quick process!)

The guy who done my tattoo the first time did wonderful and I loved it. It just needed a touch up. The same guy that done it the first time ended up changing the color of it. I hope it lightens up like he says but if not I definitely will be asking for it to be fixed. I will still be a patron of this facility for my next tattoos and piercings. I am just not happy right now with the way my tattoo looks.

Chad Lane at Utopia is the man! He is such a great tattoo artist at UtopiaThe staff at Utopia are great and sooo talented.

My artist was great very friendly and for her alone I would go back. but as for the place not sure if I would go back. Not very welcoming place sorta got the feeling like I was a outsider. And I have alot of tattoos so it wasnt that. Just not a environment that pulls you in and makes it a shop that you feel like wants you to come again. Little mask wearing by employees and going booth to booth hanging out. And if it wasnt covid times that wouldnt be a problem but it is.

I’ve gotten three tattoos so far from Utopia Tattoo and Piercing, and I could not be happier with my experiences. Not only are the artists friendly, professional, and outstanding at their work, they treat me like a friend, and like my business and requests were important to them. I swear by the artists at Utopia now, and I wouldn’t want to be tattooed by anyone other than the awesome artists I’ve been with so far!

My mom and I went in yesterday for an apt as a belated mothers day gift. Neither of us had a tattoo so we were both a little nervous. I ended up getting double daith piercings and she got one tragus. Our piercer was amazing! Ive had piercings before but she was the quickest most efficient piercer ever! I couldnt believe she was done so quick with minimal pain! just amazing! So my mom gets her tattoo first and was wanting me to sit with her which they kindly accommodated us! David did her tattoo which turned out so good, mom absolutely loves it! He then gets to do my first tattoo but it was his first koi tattoo AND his first behind the ear tattoo as well *high five bro!* So anyway, I get my first one behind the ear. I had read that it was a super painful place but I kept asking David if he was actually doing it bc I felt no pain! Dude is super personal and hilarious! made us feel right at home and not anxious. Sorry I keep rambling. So he puts so much detail in my tattoo its amazing its even better than I couldve imagined! Ashley, did my second tattoo behind my other ear and she kicked butt too! We bonded over kid talk and man she was quick! Oh btw, while I was getting my second tattoo mom got her other tragus pierced, lol. Im just so impressed with these two artists! Simply amazing!

Tattooed by the owner. He did not inform me that he had made a mistake while he was still tattooing me. So, when I stood up to look at the finished product, I was unpleasantly surprised with a giant, random block on the back of my arm and lines that do not meet. And to add to it, the lines are not straight by any means, crisp, or even completely filled in, in places. I called to ask for a refund so I could pay someone else to cover it up. They said that I could come back in for them to try to “fix” it. Why would I voluntarily go back for round 2? Do it right the first time. Especially when it’s permanent.

Ashley Mowdy is an awesome tattoo artist and I highly recommend her...she is very friendly, professional and made me very comfortable when getting my first tatoo. The place is clean inside & outside, employees are very friendly, very reasonably priced.
