I went in there asking for a vertical hidden/floating helix. I asked the price and was quoted $60. Although the piercer was very nice I don’t feel he listened. I tried to show him what I wanted but he seemed to know what he was talking about. As I sit in the chair, He marked me and didn’t show me where he was piercing, when he finally pierced my ear I saw that it wasn’t hidden and it was indeed very visible. Upon checking out my receipt was $90, & not the $60 that was originally quoted. I figured it was because I changed the jewelry last min, but I felt that’s something he could’ve informed me of. I left the there and didn’t even tip which isn’t like me. But I was very disappointed I left with a piercing I didn’t originally went in for. 2 stars because he was very nice.

I read the reviews before making an appointment (walk-ins are accepted) and asked for Jay…My first experience was with him and I couldn’t ask for a better person, he guided me thru the process and gave me his own suggestions on where the piercings would stand out more and they sure did. I love my ear piercings, and I’m still planning to go in for more. It was painful but pain that can be handled.

Last week Saturday, Gabe did my left wrist Dermal Piercing and right ear Tragus. Quick, attentive, and had a great personality, he made the process quick and at ease. I will be coming back and getting more.Today, June 30th, Jay did my left nipple piercing. Honestly, I got it done years ago, and it hurt. Today was like butter. I also have some earrings for my ears to hold in. I honestly recommend this location for all piercing needs! They have a new regular. The vibe is excellent; everyone is friendly and professional!

Came here for an upper lobe ear piercing. The process was painful and my ear became red. The technician didn’t explain things well and seemed uninterested.

I recently accompanied my daughter to a piercing establishment to have her nose pierced. While there, I decided to purchase a new nose ring for myself and have it inserted. The piercer demonstrated patience and provided thorough aftercare instructions, maintaining effective communication throughout the procedure. However, upon returning home, I discovered that the ring was not properly secured within the piercing site, potentially due to its diminutive size. This resulted in bleeding from the piercing site. Consequently, I am left with an ill-fitting ring that cost $60, along with an additional $20 spent on the insertion service that was not effectively performed.Update: As Im reviewing the receipt, I see the additional $20 charge was for the base of the nose ring used for my daughters piercing. So theres a $60 charge for the top, then $20 for the bottom which I assumed would have been priced as a set. There was also an advertisement that the jewelry was discounted, unsure where the discount is reflected or if it was only selected merchandise.

Jay did my ear piercing and it was an amazing experience I was very scared but he made me feel comfortable and it wasn’t painful at all definitely recommended here !!

I came here to get my double tragus piercing. After two weeks my ear became red and irritated I went back and changed the piercing to titanium gold, they also changed the bar to a shorter bar after the two weeks of piercing. After two months my ear was still irritated I went back to the place because I was concerned about the swelling and the placement of the earring, the piercer told me that it was healing and to be patient that it was normal.A month after this visit one of the piercings legit fell out and ripped my earlobe after I was concerned of the placement of the 2nd piercing. At this point I still didnt want to take out the piercing because I paid over 250$ for the piercings and jewelry.The bump continued to grow and now its been 8 months and I still have been cleaning the earring twice a day. I have my other tragus pierced from another piercer prior and that earring healed in 6 months and I never had any issues.After going to another piercing shop that specializes in piercings not only did they pierce my earring with the wrong size earring, it was not real titanium which is probably why my ear never healed after I paid extra for two titanium earrings.I have went to the shop multiple times to complain and I spend all that money to now having to remove the earring and wait for my ear to heal. Very disappointed.

So I came here back in early November and received 2 piercings. A tongue piercing and a navel piercing. I paid for the sea salt as well as a smaller bar for my tongue piercing. I paid a total of $220 for everything. I came to this shop because of reviews I saw online as the quality of jewelry (titanium). To my surprise months later the quality of my piercing is just not there.1. My navel: I express to the piercer that my previous piercing was not done correctly because of my anatomy (I have a DEEP belly button) I expressed that I did not like how it was done. The piercer told me that it was in fact previously pierced correctly and I just need a longer bar. I trusted this professional. How ever months later my piercing is still not healed. The bottom of the ring is constantly being pressed into my skin and the top of the ring is always sticking out because of my deep n small belly button. Because it’s constantly being pressed into my skin it’s not healing. The same concerns I mentioned to the person who pierced me. After doing some additional research I should have received a floating navel or a piercing with a top mount belly ring to give my piercing space to heal on the bottom2. My tongue: it’s not in the middle omg I assumed maybe it was the bar that was too long but after finally changing it it’s just not centered and I’m a perfectionist I told him it wasn’t in the middle but he insisted that it was 🤦🏾‍♀️He is the professional so I trusted him and now I have a crooked tongue piercing.Money is not the issue here I expected to spend a bag but I was expecting quality work for a premium price and quite frankly I didn’t receive that. I’m just disappointed all in all I came allll the way from the upper Bronx just to be let down and legit disappointed and unhappy till this day. I expected better

(At the Bartow Ave Location)They are absolutely amazing. The woman who took care of me was Esther, she was so kind and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I came to her with two nostril piercings that had jewelry that was stuck inside my nose and I desperately needed help. She cut them out of my nose for me and replaced it with beautiful jewelry. Also, she treated my keloids at the end of my visit. 10/10 customer service and professionalism.

I’m so glad there’s a professional piercing place in the mall. I’ve gotten a good amount of ear and body piercings from this place and the staff are always so friendly and explain the process well. I was tattooed by KEE and it was 10/10, honestly the best tattoo experience I had out of my now six. She is super friendly and knowledgeable. She takes her time to walk you through everything you should know about tattoos. You can tell she truly has a passion for her craft & is amazing at choosing placement. I absolutely adore the finish product!!! Although all tattoos involve some pain, I would say she was very gentle with the process. I also appreciate how safe she makes you feel throughout the entire experience. Today was my first time getting a tattoo without a friend present. I went here to get tatted by kee and it was such an amazing experience. She was very professional and made sure I felt comfortable and knew what she was doing at every stage of the appointment. She was informative and held good conversation. We spent the whole day together getting my first ever tattoos completed and I was very satisfied and happy with the results. She doesn’t rush and made sure I got them done exactly how I wanted. I love that she uses vegan ink and was able to add color to my tatts because some tattoo artist won’t do it if you have dark skin. That is not the case here! I will definitely be returning for more and I recommend going to her.

Just got my sons ears pierced at his request. I must say the customer service was A1 from the walk in. Dianne greeted us and after inquiring why we came she got right to work. She made sure to speak directly to my son being that he was the customer being serviced and then just made sure to look for approval from me. She explained everything clearly and quickly. The whole process took less than 15 mins. And as my son says She did a great job! So dont delay come in and ask for Dianne she will get you right.

The pain was so minimal and the tattoo artist Kianna was so gentle yet time effective. She did an amazing job on two beautifully crafted designs. She took her time to perfect the design to ensure I was 100% satisfied. She also has a very warm and positive attitude . I also got a belly button piercing that was super painless and quick. The piercer Gabe was so friendly and made sure to sanitize all the materials. I was able to get two tattoos AND a piercing in one day that’s how awesome they are. Overall, the shop was very clean, pleasant smelling and very aesthetically pleasing. They also have an amazing jewelry collection to choose from. First off, such a nice and clean setup. Instantly I was made comfortable by the reassurance of the staff and cleanliness of the place. I went to get a new nose ring, and I feel like I got ripped off. I spent $108.00 on a nose ring. I think the price was ridiculous. Jay just placed it in my nose without telling me the price. I got the nose ring, where you have to bend it. Jay bend it for me. I thought it was secure. But every-time I rub across my nose or if I’m sleeping the nose ring falls out. I want to return it. The quality sucks. I told him I want the nose ring that have the nub on the end.

AMAZING WORK, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, AMAZING ENVIRONMENT/ VIBE. I’ve had other Tattoos done at other establishments that charged me way more but didn’t produce the same quality of tattoo and feeling. I walked in a bit nervous as always and the Tattoo artist Kee (@tattmenext ), took her time explaining everything, was patient while I figured out my sizing & held great conversation the entirety of the appointment. After awhile the nervousness melted away. She has a gentle touch which honest was refreshing especially getting tatted on my stomach and rib cage I didn’t have to bare the weight so someone else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND because I know I’ll be back.

I got tattooed today by the lovely Kee and the pain level was 8.5-9.3. i did get a back tattoo and was pretty big especially for my first back tattoo or anything on my back. my overall experience was 10/10 and i would recommend going here and i’m definitely coming back for my next session to color. again my pain tolerance is a bit down there but with the right tools and proper preparation anyone could hold out for their session.

So I got tattooed by Kee, and the experience was amazinggggg! She was so patient, calm, and very very informative. It was impossible to be nervous at all! The aesthetic and cleanliness of the shop was impeccable as well. The shop is spotless and bright is ever, very inviting. The other staff members are very sweet and friendly also. The whole experience was great. Definitely will be back soon!

I got my piercing done a year ago, it kept getting infected. I had came multiple times throughout the year and they were dismissive and just said put tea tree oil on it, or it’s just my glasses. The piercing was a corkscrew type so I wasn’t able to take it out myself and had to pay them $5 just to get it removed.

Bought jewelry from here for my conch and it turned my ear green and made it inflamed and crusty.. I left it in for 2 weeks thinking it would get better and it never did. When I switched the jewelry back to the original earring, all the symptoms stopped. The associate was nice ig but I wouldn’t get jewelry from here. I can get way better quality jewelry online for way cheaper.

I loved my tattoo and the environment. Kee was very patient and understanding when it came down to customizing the tattoo. She was also supper nice and gentle. I highly recommend her.

I went to this store to replace my barbell since my ball came off. Upon picking a piece of jewelry one of the staff put it in, but she struggled for a while which I thought nothing of. 2 hours later the back of my ear began to hurt really bad and felt swollen. I consulted my friend who is a piercer (sent her a photo) who told me that the piercing was too big for my ear. (Why is it that she could tell from a picture but the woman couldn’t tell when she put it in my ear?) Upon taking a closer look in the mirror I learned that a piece of the jewelry was digging into my skin which caused the pain I was in. I immediately emailed the company and explained my situation. A few days later I received an email stating that they were sorry for what happened and told me that I could come in anytime I liked and switch out my barbell “free of charge” which I thought was really nice, however, when I went back and shower the email the staff refused to let me get a barbell for free and instead offered me a discount ($10 off.) Now I would of gladly taken this offer had I not bought a new barbell from this place a day before receiving an email back. I explained that I already bought one and asked if I could just get part of money back ($5) instead to which the man refused because the piercing was “already in my ear”. I had already spent $50 at this place and they wanted me to spend an additional $15 because of two mistakes made on their part. The only reason why I am giving this place 2 stars instead of 0 is because one member of their staff (a beautiful fun spirited Black young woman) was very kind and sympathetic to me when I went back the second time to change my barbell, she not only changed it but handled it with care seeing the damage it was causing, cleaning it after and gave me $5 off because she felt bad. She also informed me that the piece of jewelry wasn’t even put in properly. Some members of the staff are a bit careless and need better training when it comes to putting in jewelry while others seem to lack comprehension skills resulting in broken promises
