I’ve gotten my nose pierced here 3 times and just had my daughters done they are so good at walking you through the experience and making you comfortable

My cover-up on an old tattoo which was extremely dark and deep, came out absolutely phenomenal. I wont be going anywhere else for my tattoos now!

There amazing, they are the place to go if you have any questions about the piercings that you get from them and they are efficient. They open all of the stuff they use in front of you, like the needle and the piercing ring. And they make sure you know how to take care of it, they give you stuff to clean it or tell you what stuff to get and what stuff to avoid.

A very good friend of mine used to be a piercer here and she did many of my piercings and always did an amazing job. Sadly, shes no longer with us so for many years I didnt feel right about going back there. Well, this year around my birthday, my friend and I decided to go there since its close and less expensive than CowPok (which is who Id usually go to nowadays). The experience overall was...meh, to say the least. The woman at the front desk was rude and abrupt and didnt make me feel very confident about getting my philtrum repierced but, I decided to just go through with it anyways. Tbh, the piercer actually did a great job and made me feel calm and comfortable. The piercing itself was fone quickly, professionalky and virtually painlessly! He also did a great job on my friends septum so Id give him at least 4 or 5 stars just on his own. The front desk woman though... and the cramped and hot studio is really the main thing that brings the place down a few stars. I do like the prices, and while the selection of jewelry isnt vast, its good quality and Ive never had any issues with that. In conclusion, Id go back if Im not in a financial position to go to CowPok.

My daughter and friend both got their ears pierced yesterday and the guy did a great job. He explained everything and was very efficient. Great experience.

BEWARE!!!!! My daughter recently visited this place to get her septum pierced, and my god! The male piercer used her as his little lab rat. It was as if this was his first time piercing an actual human rather than fake skin. This man made the entire experience very traumatic, to the point where my other daughter and son then changed their minds and refused service. The first warning sign shouldve been that he had my daughter lay down and pierced her septum standing over her, when all the videos and research we did prior showed everyone sitting up. He did not check in with my daughter before the initial needle insertion. He then decided to take out the fresh piercing and re-pierce the same location for an additional 5 times, not asking for consent or confirmation a single time. She was visibly in distress, but was not given an option of no longer going through with the piercing. At the end, even after all that poking and prodding, the septum was still crooked! If someone doesnt have the correct body autonomy for a piercing, I believe the piercer has an obligation to let them know and refuse the piercing. She was bleeding very heavily, and after a couple hours, had to take it out. Do not ever come here.

Clean and friendly establishment. Fast to get an appointment and understanding when one of us had to cancel and the day of were reasonable when we were running late. Even though it said no video recording they allowed us to video. Pricing was reasonable good variety of jewelry to select from. Forms were easy to read and understand. Only required photo id and birth certificate of minor to be priced as well as adults Id. Took less than 15 min. Also supplied us with the cleansing salt and instructions on how to clean the piercing.

Great service, staff was late opening and they couldnt apologize enough. Love my piercing.

Got my belly button pierced for $55, great service and easy piercing, everything is clean and safe and the shop itself is cool & has some sick art! Those who run it are nice and take good care of u! Definitely recommend it to first timers or anybody nervous to go again, it’s worth it

An excellent experience! Lin is very friendly definitely knows what shes talking about. She takes the time to explain what shes doing and be honest with you about what piercings may or may not work for you. My sister got her first piercing and she felt very at ease and had no pain/bleeding at all. Great experience.

I absolutely love the staff there. I’ve have three piercings there so far, nostril daith and today I got my Medusa. The staff are very nice and are always very helpful. My boyfriends sister also got her nose and belly button done here and they once again did an amazing job. Definitely 100% recommended.

This place was amazing. It was my first time going to a tattoo parlor for a piercing and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The workers knew what they were doing and were educated on the matter. The people were so kind and the piercer was talking to me and walking me through the process. I was in and out of there really quick and I had no problems. I got a helix piercing and besides it being sore it’s healing excellently. The only thing is don’t forget a birth certificate and ID.

Ive gotten 4 piercings done here and I love all of them. The staff was very helpful in helping me chose where i wanted my piercings and the best angle and positioning for each one. They are also very knowledgeable about everything. They answered all of my questions each time. Ill defintely be coming back to get some tattoos done soon.

The atmosphere was relaxing. I went in to get my upper frenulum (aka smiley piercing) done.They were very attentive in helping me decide what jewlery piece to purchase, because I have a higher gum line. He pierced it quickly, painlessly (and was very patient in helping me decide what individual size to fit my needs) I have a higher gumline so he suggested a size to suit my needs. Very satisfied with results. Perfectly straight, and compliments my teeth so well.. I cant even feel it now and its been 3 hours. I already love the feeling and playing with it! highly reccomend this place, they are professional and on point.

I would give no stars if I could. I went in to get my daughters name tattooed on the side of my hand and was not able to do to Covid because the artist does not tattoo hands at this time. So I got it on my right forearm and I just wanted her name nothing more nothing less. The line work is very inconsistent and he put so much extra stuff that I did not want and my tattoo is infected because he had to switch machines and did not change the needle. I am very upset.He did all of this extra stuff that I did not want and it ended up very very infected. A 20 minute tattoo took an hour to do. It was his first day I understand. And he was very rough also. I DO NOT recommend!!!!!!!!

Havent been able to get there in a year or so but the two times i have been were great all around experiences! Dave doing my stars great love them but so far tom is my favorite so far doing my sons tribute and jamming to tool the whole time. And as for the girl at the desk totally cool as hell unlike tje last post stated overall 11 out of 10! Oh and taxes are coming soon so Tom you will be seeing me again soon for sure buddy

I got my belly button pierced there and it healed great and I had no problems but its slightly off and not perfectly straight. I will go back to get the Titanium belly rings because I have sensitive skin, those are great. I just wish she would of lined it up better.

2 years ago and then 2 days ago my teenager got numerous piercings by Justin and both times he did an amazing job, he answered all of their questions and made them feel really comfortable...

Friendly staff, very small jewelry collection. I suggest a much wider variety of jewelry. Outside of that, the Trump stickers for sale on the main counter are completely off putting. If I hadn’t been in a pinch I would have taken my business elsewhere and I will in the future.

Im only giving this place 3 stars because when I went to get my piercing a few years ago, they were amazing.I went the other day to get my piercing changed, as well as another one they didnt pierce. I specifically asked for stainless steel because I had a MRI appointment coming up. I immediately got attitude about how I shouldnt leave any metal in because the MRI machine will pull out the metal. I said I understand that but I specifically asked the place who was going to do my MRI and explained to them I had piercings I couldnt just remove and replace on my own. I also explained how I would really just like the stainless steel (if they had it - which she never told me if they had or not), because I live 45 minutes away, and I didnt want to have to come back. Mind you, this whole time Im trying to explain, she is talking over me and not listening, and once I mentioned I said I drove 45 minutes to do this (I know there are places closer, but, like I said, I had a pleasant experience the last time I went there), she had the nerve to say well I drive 30 minutes to get here. At this point, I was appalled and disgusted, but was out of options because of the timing, so I just had her put the plastic in to keep the holes open.I wont be returning here to purchase or replace anymore of my jewelry. This girl was extremely rude and made me feel like because I wasnt all tattoed up (I have 8 by the way), or didnt have any visible body piercings that I shouldnt be in there.And if the business is reading this - stainless steel isnt magnetic. Thats what they use for plates/screws/pins etc in peoples bodies, and those obviously cant be removed before a MRI. Maybe if your employees actually listened instead of talking over your customers and acting rude and like she was better than me, your piercer would have learned something new that day.

I would give a 5 star rating, but one of the artist that did one out of 5 that I got from here, did a bad job- he was very heavy handed, and did an awful job. So now I have to try and have it fixed. Not sure if he even works there still?Dave- did my Claddagh tattoo; AMAZING!!! He was so good I almost fell asleep while he tattooed this huge Claddagh with a heart of shamrocks around it, on my left shoulder/back!! Kim did an amazing job on my resent tattoo, she was AWESOME, and I love her work! And a former employee that did my first two was by far; just excellent!! Going back Monday for two new tattoos! Cant wait.Very clean, friendly, accommodating, and just amazing artist! Highly recommended. Only place I ever went for all of my tattoos, and my tongue piercing.

Just got a nose pericing from here! The girls there were very nice & welcoming. She told me everything she was doing while preparing & aftercare. It only took about 15 mins for everything. Over all great experience! I will definitely be back 🙂🙂

This place is the BEST place to get your piercings. It’s quick fast and easy. The lady made me feel so comfortable like it’s not even a joke. Had a great time when I went, but it was my first tattoo and I didnt know what I should be looking for. The woman who did my quote was talented and friendly, and at the time I lived how my tattoo turned out. 2 years later, in a new city and at a new shop, I was informed that the artist who did it used too big of a needle, and thats why my letters have bled out and gotten mushy, the shading she had done is long gone. And I take care of my tattoos daily, and dont spend time in the sun, so needless to say I am disappointed with my first tattoo from this shop.

Alright so I got my septum pierced here and all the people were very nice, but not only were clamps not used, I got poked with the needle twice and my piercing is completely crooked. if I could put a picture here I would, but imagine a completely lopsided piercing. great people but i’m disappointed and i’m looking to see how I can fix this at the moment.

Came in to get a piercing. The website states no appointment necessary and when i pull up theres a worker outside smoking and the place seems empty. She said she wont do anything and you need an appointment. If you arent doing anything then why not take a walk in. That seems rediculous

So I walked in to this shop and there was an artist in the front that didnt even speak when I walked in. He ignored me, went to the back and then a woman, Came to the front to talk to me. I asked her if there was anyone available to do a small tattoo. The same rude person from the front that didnt greet me reappeared to ask me what I wanted to have done. I pulled out a piece of paper with my husbands handwriting on it. Mind you, we have been married I have 2 tattoos already of his name. The man with a demon-gargoyle-skull tattoo on HIS NECK proceeded to tell me he wouldnt do my tattoo because he has done so many name cover ups. I showed him my other tattoos( just to prove a point) in which he says Im not going to be able to convince him to do it regardless. I would have NEVER let him tattoo me even if I could have convinced him. He was extremely rude and the last thing he said was Im not going to tattoo something so bold on you says the guy with the demon-gargoyle-skull combo as big as freaking day on his neck. The looks I was given while he spoke down to me as if he was my father were extremely disrespectful. To be a shop called express yourself but you wont let people Expressthemselves is insane. I shouldve asked him for the name of the artist that did the monstrosity on his neck, I bet he wouldve done my tattoo in a heartbeat. I went elsewhere and got the tattoo done. Dont go here unless you want to be shamed for self expression.

They messed up my boyfriend’s snakebite piercings, went through the lips instead of under so that the jewelry itself just disappears inside of his lips. They are also unsymmetrical. He still looks hot though.

Looked on website stated that you can walk in or make a appointment everything was updated regarding COVID. Guy stated that their website should be updated but I explained it wasn’t and that it needs to be updated because I wasted my time coming. And the guy wasn’t very professional.

I would not recommend having a tattoo redone there, heres my experience, I went there to have my tribal tat re inkedAfter about 3 weeks my inner arm bicep had looked liked it was bruised but it wasnt I returned and was told this bogus lie that it was ink that bled into my fatty tissue, my arms are not fat, so I went to another tattoo shop and was told the so called artist went to deep with the needle and it bled in to my arm tissue, I was not happy now everyone asks where I got the bruising and I tell them express your self screwed up my arm and lied to cover his butt

Called and made apt. Came all the way from Atlanta just to be told his shoulder was hurting and he did not do hand tattoos with attitude. Poor customer service. I will not recommend this spot!
