Kym did my tattoo over a week ago and i love it so so much. she is so sweet and understanding and the experience itself was awesome. (loved the dog they had as well). will be coming back !

No gloves. No shave.The middle aged man who saw us (he didnt bother introducing himself) was rude and impatient with us from the beginning. He complained about having to draw something up when the photo we showed wasnt exactly what we wanted (it was a single line drawing--not complicated) and passed the job off to the woman working with him. She drew up something we liked and was very accommodating and helpful. The guy seemed angry that one of us thought the placement was off and wanted it re-placed. His general attitude was horrible and made us very uncomfortable so we considered leaving. Heads up, he makes you pay $100 for his time no matter what. (in quotes because we walked into an empty shop two hours before closing and he didnt have the patience to even draw the tattoo himself.) But what made us walk out was the fact that he didnt shave the spot AND didnt wear gloves. The owner should know that he cost the business $200 because of his attitude and uncleanliness. Keep the deposit and your infections.

I came in with my teenage daughter, who had been asking for a septum piercing. Both Jimmy and Kym were present and were so professional and friendly. My daughter is very shy, and she was put right at ease. Kim did the piercing, explaining every step as she went along. When finished, both of them were so complementary, and my daughter left there beaming and smiling. Aftercare was explained well, and the pricing is reasonable. This will be my family’s new go-to for piercings and tattoos. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Walked into this shop as a spur of the moment decision for a nose piercing. Immediately the vibe was relaxed and chill. The staff was inviting and so friendly, made you feel like you were old friends! The shop was super clean and put together. Kym did a piercing for both me and my step daughter and it was effortless and absolutely perfect! So happy we found this place and I can’t wait to come here for future piercings, we couldn’t have had a better experience!

Took my daughter here to get her nose re-pierced. Kym was amazing! She was super nice and very personable. My daughter was able to choose what she wanted for her piercing and was explained all of her aftercare. She also offered that if my daughter had any issues during the healing process to let her know. I had an amazing experience here! The service was very quick, tattoos are amazingly well done! The tattoo artists are so nice, kind and funny! It’s a very welcoming atmosphere. I felt at home as soon as I walked in, the tattoo artists aren’t afraid to treat you like family! Very kind, very informative about the aftercare of your tattoos! 10/10 would recommend! :)

One of the few places open on a Sunday and also had also had high recommendations. My almost 15 yo daughter wanted her conch pierced. Went in as a walk-in and were warmly welcomed, only having a short wait. Kym made my daughter feel extremely comfortable, showed her variations for placement, offered suggestions and demonstrated extreme cleanliness prior to and during the seemingly second long procedure. Made sure post-procedure instructions were very clear and provided her cell in case of questions or issues. Highly recommend.

Great experience yesterday at East Coast Ink! Jimmie worked on me for a few hours, bringing back to life a 15yr old guardian angel I have on my back. The enhancements made drastically improved the quality of the tattoo! He was really flexible with scheduling and incredibly reasonable with pricing. It is a very professional shop that knows what they’re doing and how to make it enjoyable for the customer! Definitely recommend as I’ll be going back in soon!

The owner, Jimmie, did my nose piercing and let me just say, he was awesome. I felt very comfortable and safe. 10/10 would recommend. Im definitely going back for another piercing and definitely getting my first tattoo from here.

Great experience and wonderful people. Vibe was good and prices are reasonable. I took a friend to get first tattoo, artists were patient and knowledgeable and worked with them for placement and design. I ended up starting a curation for ear piercings with Kym the master piercer. Buy 5 get 1 free. Total $400. Looking forward to see where she takes it. ❤️.

Kym was fabulous! Stopped in to see if bellybutton piercing was possible after abdominal surgery. She was very honest and informative, gave explicit after care directions and asked for me to keep in touch as how my healing progresses. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Not even a review about me, my friend had a piercing issue with another shop and the people here were so kind and understanding. They took it out and re-pierced it for her. The piercer was very knowledgeable. Overall, such a good experience!

Came in knowing I wanted a piercing but was still undecided. I had a ton of questions about various different things and all of them were answered professionally. I decided on getting my nipples done and it was a great experience. I felt comfortable, relaxed, and it was done quickly and very clean. I was well educated on aftercare and am very happy with the results!

I went in today and got a double helix for my birthday. The lady who pierced my ears was absolutely wonderful she was very sweet and handled everything very well. She was clean and gentle while also making it quick and easy. My experience was great as they were easy to talk to and actually listened. I’m very happy with how it turned out as she gave me tips on what would be best for my ears. I got very direct instructions making the whole process mush easier. Overall would highly recommend going and I will for sure be going again!

Super friendly and inviting environment. We went here to pierce my daughters belly button. We are the clingy type of parents, which could be annoying, but the lady that pierced her belly button didnt mind. She was very welcoming and helpful. She took the time to make sure it was lined up nicely and she cleaned everything in front of us. She also gave us a care package with hand written instructions on how to care for the piercing.Super happy. Thanks

So it was two Saturdays ago I forget to do everything on time I swear lol but I went in looking for an industrial piercing. When I went in it was chili and clean as she was in the middle of cleaning up. Kym was so easy to talk to welcoming and she heard what I wanted now for me the industrial wasnt the best choice for my ear she explained why and gave me another choice a double helix piercing with a chain Im in love with it she explained what she was doing I barely felt it and explained how to clean it and gave options what to do in the following healing weeks!! I loved the experience and definitely gonna go for all future piercings and next will be a tattoo. She was not only informative but so easy to talk to. I just moved more towards this way and its nice to find a place I can be comfortable at thank you again!!!

Best piercer!! I went to get a piercing and came out with two they look so good she did a phenomenal job. Knows her stuff, really familiar with the ear knows dos and donts and how to CORRECTLY pierce an ear. Creates really cool ear stacks! Cannot wait to go back for more!

Great place to go to! Found this place unexpectedly and loved the experience!! Took my daughter there to get a piercing for her birthday 4/21 and met Kim. She is an amazing professional piercer if I could give her a 10 star review I would. She explained everything answered questions and wrote down instructions very clean we felt very comfortable. I even got a dermal piercing myself. It was a great and fun time! We will definitely be coming back soon!!

I LOVE KIM SO MUCH SHES A LIFE SAVER!!! I got my septum done for the first time at a random piercer in Buffalo, the jewelry was tiny, the piercer hit my cartilage, it was bad. Late at night the ball to the jewelry came off and got lost so I had to find a tattoo/piercer open at 9 pm and luckily this place was open. I came in and the vibes were so good Kim was the absolute sweetest and so understanding and comforting. My nose was raw and hurting from the bad piercing but even with all that Kim was so gentil and careful and when she re pierced the septum is didn’t hurt at all. I planned on stretching my septum and she even offered to help me stretch and get good jewelry. If you plan on getting any body mod, go here you won’t regret it.

Very clean environment and comfortable feel. Kym was amazing and made me and my friend feel at easy. We drove from Rochester cause all the shops close at 6pm and I was like JUST DO IT. I’ve always wanted this body art and finally decided to face it. Kym even made shore I had privacy from the start. East Coast Ink is the place.

Alec was amazing and did a fantastic job on my tattoo and my best friends tattoo.He was very professional and such a great artist plus very polite and friendly person.I definitely recommend him for getting a tattoo or if you need to get a cover up tattoo.He is awesome.

A very unexpected great time. I took my daughter today to get a nose piercing that she’s wanted forever. I happened to find this place that was close to my house and they were taking walk-ins at the time. I didn’t know what to expect but I certainly got a lot more than I expected. The owners were there and they were awesome. My daughter is a but shy and she came right out of her shell and enjoyed the experience. everything was explained to us and the whole experience was just very easy and very professional. Also had a conversation with the other owner who’s a former Navy seal so that in itself is a reason to go and patron in this business. We will definitely be back and they even have me, no piercings or tattoos, considering one.

Went for my belly button. Kym did my piercing and was amazing! walked me through the whole process and was over and done with within 20 minutes. She walked me through the cleaning process and even wrote everything down on a sheet and gave me everything for it! Place was very clean and very welcoming!

This shop is a hidden gem! Kym handled a very intimate piercing for me and she was polite and kind and clear about everything. She is incredibly knowlegable about anatomy and did an excellent job making something so painful into a fantastic experience. Even if you just have questions,go see Kym.

My husband got a tattoo. He got a small cross on the side of his face. It was an easy process, she was very nice, put on the music we liked, and it was done professionally. The aftercare that was provided was also 10/10 and we had good conversation. She also offered and provided drinks to us as well (:

Kim and Jimmie were able to fit my 20 cousins and I in super last minute so we could all get Buffalo tattoos during our reunion weekend. It was an absolute incredible experience and incredible work done!

Kym pierced my 9 year old son’s ears. She put him at ease. She made him comfortable and explained everything in a way he understood. She made this experience enjoyable and memorable for him. It’s obvious that Kym knows what she’s doing and has immense experience, especially with kids.

Terrible place. Took my daughter to change out her nose ring that THEY inserted. The lady was not very nice and seemed rather aggravated we were there. After trying roughly to change out her original nose ring with only 2 different options, they both decided there was not a nose ring that would work, she charged us $40.00 to put back in the nose ring she walked in with. She said she needed to charge that much to sterilize it. I work in an operating room....a hyper sterile environment....it does not cost $40 to sterilize a clamp and nose ring. So we paid $40 CASH for absolutely nothing. Good Luck if you choose this place...youve been warned

Stopped in as a walk-in and Jimmie was able to tattoo me right then and there. Got a cute lil sparrow which Jimmie did great on. Shop had a great atmosphere and felt like an old school shop. Great laughs with Jimmie and overall great time.

I cannot say enough great things about East Coast Ink. They were so accommodating when on a whim 20 family members decided to all get tattoos together. Ages ranging from 24-74 and all from out of town except me and my daughters. This was my first tattoo and when I’m ready for my next one I’ll be right back at East Coast Ink in a heartbeat!!!

Jimmie and Kym are great, just went for a couple tattoos today, Jimmie did them so quickly and they all turned out so clean!! Super nice people and great work. Also super fun to talk to.

I came in on 5/13/24 close to closing time and asked Kym if she could do a quadruple nostril piercing with two hoops on each side. She killed it, and made the experience as easy as possible. She hooked me up with a bunch of things for after care. 10 outta 10 would recommend

Overall a great experience getting my first ear piercing! My piercer was very friendly and professional. Worked quick and answered all my question. Would highly recommend for people getting their first lobe piercing.

Took my daughter to get her nose pierced by Kym today and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. My daughter was excited but so nervous and within minutes Kym set her mind at ease. Very friendly and definitely took a good amount of time to educate my daughter in the proper care of her new piercing. So Id give it way more stars if only Kim was there during my experience because she was AMAZING. Very thorough, eased my mind, did a good job convincing me to get what I wanted done, very quick but calming the entire time.The owner (Im guessing hes the owner) was very inappropriate from the second we walked in. I get it, its a tattoo/piercing shop so its supposed to be fun. But this man was just down right odd. Made a comment about looking at young girls (18) when he used to do piercings, was very ignorant to my husband who has a stutter and made several comments to him about it and actually at one point picked on him for it by speaking louder and saying he feels like he has to yell so that my husband can understand him, and so much more. We were offered alcohol before even knowing how old we were. The young kids in front of us had a drink as well and I dont think they were old enough. He talked down to Kim the entire time we were there. Asked to see my piercing after assuring me he wasnt going to see it so I felt comfortable in her private area (it was in an intimate spot) etc. Honestly leaving there I was happy with the piercings I received but thats only because of Kim. I received a punch card so that I could get a free piercing eventually, but I wont be going back there ever.But Kim, thank you so much for everything. I love my piercings and appreciate you being so great with me.

I’ve been pierced here 7 times so far by Kim. Nice lady, she uses my preferred name and pronouns as well. There is a man in the back who specializes in tattooes and he is creepy so watch out but Kim is nice

Went in on 3/4/24 to check on my double vertical labret which I got from another piercer. Let me say Kym is the best piercer ever. She explained to me how piercings are supposed to be done and cleaned which is something no other piercer has explained to me. She is absolutely the best and sweetest!!! I went here for my first ever tattoo the artist Brett did a wonderful job not only on the tattoo but making me well welcome and comfortable. He and the woman working in the shop made conversation with my friend and I which made the whole process a lot less nerve racking for me. I recommend to go here for any tattoo or piercing services you need. Brett was very quick and efficient which made the tattoo a lot less painful than I had expected.

Just got my eyebrow pierced here! The piercer was amazing and incredibly friendly. She put me at ease before she did anything with her enthusiasm and kindness and genuinely made me feel like this piercing would look AMAZING before she even touched the jewelry. The shop was super clean and everyone was very friendly and sociable. I felt a little dizzy after my piercing (which is probably because I was so nervous my adrenaline was racing) and she took excellent care of me after the piercing, and didn’t rush me away. She took time to make sure I was okay and then when I felt better went through aftercare very thoroughly answering all my questions. I will absolutely be going back!

Me and my mother last year around easter time got matching tattoos we gave it 3 months went to store he said it was healing still mind you the man dug into my skin deep unnecessary but we gave it another 3 months came out horrible 4 days ago went back to store for at least some of my money back looks like that’s not happening fair warning to the people

A few days late with my review, but it’s definitely deserved. Jimmie and Kim are absolutely amazing people. I made an appointment same day, and as soon as I got there they were so kind and welcoming. Jimmie helped me make a memorial tattoo for my uncle and it turned out better than I could’ve imagined. I’ve never felt so comfortable in a shop and I can’t wait to go back!!

Today my fiancé came to East coast ink for our second tattoo done by them. Our amazing pieces of art were done by Jimmy and Brett! This is the best tattoo shop around western New York! I had a tattoo that was done several years ago that had faded terribly. I wanted to get a cover up.I contacted Jimmie at East Coast Ink and set up an appointment.I went in with a design in mind. Jimmie sat with me for 45 minutes to look at other design options that may fit what I was looking for. As a professional he wanted to make sure I was choosing the right design for me, since this will be on my body for life.I did finally decide on a design which was slightly different then what I went in with. So very pleased he took the time with me. I love my cover up.I would definitely recommend East Coast Ink. Clean, courteous, professional.Nancy M

Very nice, but SUPER expensive. Make sure you ask the price of ears piercing before you get them done! 7 year old got her ears pierced and I got charged 230 dollars for silver earrings. My tattoos barely cost that much. I’m highly upset.

Such a great experience! I had a slight scheduling issue and they were able to fix it right away. Kym was super cool with everything and did a really good job explaining everything to me. I got my belly button pierced and it looks incredible. The process was smooth and we were in and out pretty quick. Overall, I’m super happy with everything and will definitely be going back there!

Absolutely Phenomenal Service! Went to Kym for the first time for Earlobe Piercings, and Nose Ring. She is absolutely wonderful and easy going. Loved her personality and her work! She is very knowledgeable. The shop was very clean. Would highly recommend everyone go to Kym for your piercings. Never going to anyone else. Other shops are just a waste of money. Went in for a nose piercing, and it was one of the most affordable places to go- only $50 for the piercing and ring/stud (cash only). The piercing was fast and 2 days later, I have no throbbing pain or swelling. There wasnt too much of a selection of rings, however as per his instructions, the piercing should be healed within 2 weeks (much shorter than what other places will tell you), after which I can switch it however I like.

My girl and I were in town for the weekend for my birthday. I noticed the shop as I was pulling up to a local hotel. This was a last minute decision and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The guys who were there knew about piercings and all the aftercare that was needed. Thank you so much Jimmie for the advice and to your son who did our piercings. We ended up getting our Rook done.

Shop looks great and Kim was very nice. I do believe for what I got it was a little over priced but I’m older and it’s been awhile since I got a tattoo. Work was ok.

Went in for a few ear piercings and the lady there walked me through everything beforehand. Made sure everything was sterile and was good about explaining the after care. As I was getting the piercing, her and the tattoo artist made sure I was okay since I was bleeding a lot. Highly recommend for a comfortable experience.

My wife and I went to Buffalo from North of Edmonton, AB to see the Bills play on Oct 9, we havent been to a game in almost 13 years since we moved out west.We decided to check this place out since we stayed in the hotel across the street and look at the work they have done and talk with them, in the end we decided to get a piece done each.I saw an amazing design of the old schools bills, seeing I have been a fan of the bills since 1977 I decided to get it and my wife decided to get a small piece done too.Jimmy, Brett and Kym where amazing people, so friendly kind and funny, we had such great laughs talked about life and overall really hit it off.I have had pieces done in Indiana, Texas, New York and Ontario, I will say that Jimmy and his crew where amazing to deal with from the time we walked in to the time we left.Hoping to get back soon and possibly get another piece by them.20$ is 20$, lol

Kym is ABSOLUTELY the most knowledgeable and thoughtful piercer you’ll ever meet. She is laser focused on keeping everything hygienic and her personality and customer service skill set is OFF THE CHARTS. I’ve never been there before this past weekend when my daughter wanted a nose piercing and we were referred and I will always be thankful for that referral. Just an AMAZING experience, we left fully knowing how to clean the piercing properly and my daughter (who isn’t typically brave) said there was little to almost zero pain. I was looking for a place open on Sunday, I stumbled on this place, so I called, & explained what i was after. I decided to go, arrived, after driving 40min to get there, to be told all they have is standard balls..I shouldve asked, before going, but just couldnt even imagine, a piercing shop with no jewelry selection...massive let down, then a little one with a gem was found, & I was ok with that, but after the piercing, that ball would not work on the post...i was not told, deep breath in, out, no notice given...I like the piercing itself, but the jewelry was just yuck, & the balls where way too big, & the post way to short!! Ended up going elsewhere today, to have a piece of my own put in, with a longer post, the relief between the post, & the asthetics of it is like night & day! The cost was alot more than every other place i called, or have ever paid for any of mine, but I had knowledge of that before I went. Also everywhere else ive been, you get a little packet of sea salt, or a little bottle of soap, at least something to start your aftercare...Im very sorry, but i should not of had to go somewhere else, the very next day to have it fixed!! I didnt cause a scene, i paid for my service, & even tipped the piercer, cause it was the respectable thing to do! But I definitely wont be returning here! The pic on the right is what she sent me out with, the post left no room for swelling.. & the pic on the left is the fixed one fromthe different shop today. You can literally see the difference on my lip.

Everything about this place was great. I called in to get nipple piercings and came in 25 minutes later to a clean shop and friendly staff. Kym was the best piercer I’ve ever had! She was very professional, super nice, and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I would 100% recommend east coast ink, I went to get a stud in my nose and the guy who did it was so cool, he made me feel comfortable and talked about the process which made me feel like he knows his stuff and he definitely does. The process was quick and easy no issues at all and my piercing turned out great! will definitely be coming back.

This was my first time at this place and when I tell you I am so grateful that I found this place . Everyone was friendly and welcoming. My questions were answered and I felt comfortable.

I went in two weeks ago because a piercing that was done at another shop had gotten swollen and infected to the point that my earring was almost consumed by my ear. Kym was able to take me right away and was very sweet and professional in helping me get the earrings out and cleaned up properly. She made me feel comfortable and was very conscience of my comfort. She gave me great aftercare instructions and within a week my ear was almost back to fully healed. Two weeks later my ear is almost ready to be re pierced. I will most definitely be going back to have Kym re pierce my ears and I recommend her for any of your piercing needs!

I am so damn happy we found this place. Our 14 year old daughter got her nose pierced by Kym. She is absolutely amazing. This woman knows her stuff. Excellent experience! I went in to buy new nipple piercing bars because I had just lost one and and the other side bar was stuck on. Kym was extremely helpful and and comforting, she quickly helped me remove the stuck bar and realized the other hole was closing she offered to re pierce it for a good price and made me feel safe and calm. New bars and no troubles. Rest of staff were respectful and chill, Definitely will be back!

Not very many shops around that do good business with Walk in tattoos.. didn’t rush like a lot of artists do with walk ins.. Jimmie was very laid back and cool highly recommend him.. he will definitely get my business again. You get a tattoo card and after you receive 5 tattoos the sixth tattoo is free.. example, so if your most expensive tattoo is $300 out of 5 then your 6th tattoo is a free $300 tat..

A great experience from the time we walked in until the time we left. My 16-year-old daughter wanted her nose pierced and after googling a bunch of places we decided to go here. The owner did the piercing for us. He was so good with her and had an amazing personality. She was nervous and he made everything so easy! The shop is extremely clean and inexpensive. We took our teen daughter here for her nostril piercing and just recently her septum piercing… they did a amazing job!! Very friendly staff , they answered any and all questions we had.
