I’m coming up on 2.5 years and am wrapping up to remove a very small tattoo. Emma and her team are always professional and make the experience as pleasant as possible. The science behind the process is interesting and it does take time, but it works! Thanks for everything!

This removery location is incredibly excellent! They make this experience less stressful and calm you for an experience that isn’t exactly “fun”. They make sure you’re comfortable at all times. I love chatting when I come in, they always make me feel calm and welcomed. They are always willing to answer my questions and I literally couldnt ask for a better specialist. Ive been wanting to get my tattoo removed for a long time. After 11 years of hating this tattoo I made the jump I found recovery online filled put the form and got a call the next morning. Set up my free consultation, I thought at least I could get an estimate and since its a larger tattoo I actually didnt think I could afford it. We were able to finance the cost which was actually quite simple of a process. I ended up getting my first session on the same day. Im not going to lie it did hurt a bit but not as bad as I expected. And after it felt like a sunburn. Its now the day after my first session and i have no pain. I can already see where some of the ink is faded or even gone. (Im horrible with names and I apologize for that, but the staff here is amazing they are so knowledgeable, and kind and make you feel comfortable. Im so excited to continue on this journey of getting my horrible tattoo removed. Picture is from 3 hours after my first session

Amazing! Although I had beautiful microbladed eyebrows at one time, I kept layering on more microblading over the years and the effect was darker brows without defined strokes. After One session they are gone!!!

Everybody there was super nice and helpful. They have a great financing arrangement with Ally that was quick and easy to set up. The payments are totally manageable, and she made sure I understood all of the terms before I signed anything. I thought I was there just for my consultation, but it was in fact already time for my first treatment. Once I went into the laser room, it was over in about five minutes. Painful (because tattoo removal is!) but professional! looking forward to having my tattoo gone for good!

I went in to remove two small tattoos and they could only offer their minimum price of $150 after two sessions I didn’t see any results. I go to a cheaper removal place that offered nano technology and I immediately see results. Although they are nice, I would recommend trying any where else to see better results.

I had originally done a consultation with Removery in Fall of 2021. I was shopping around tattoo removal places in the area but never went through with it. Fast forward to 2022, I decided to finally take the jump and begin the removal process. I didn’t even bother shopping around this time, I went straight back to Removery. The techs were so friendly and even remembered me from when I had visited the year before! I’ve now done three laser removal sessions and I have zero complaints. I like that you pay for the full removal as opposed to paying per session. The place is clean, everyone is super knowledgeable and nice, and I would recommend them a million times over!

Today I went in for a laser tatoo removal consultation with Stacey. I was very impressed with the whole process, cleanliness of the office, and professionalism. I ended up having my first treatment right away- with Emma. Very impressive. Im looking forward to my future visits for the remainder of the removal process.

The business is very clean and well organized. The ladies at the front desk are always so polite. They helped me come up with a method that worked to help with the appointment and were so nice about what I was going through. They are very knowledgeable and explained the process really well. Absolutely love my time, they do great work and take the time to get to know you personally. We would go 6 weeks in between our meetings but they always remember what we talked about last time. I went in for a free consult last week which was extremely informative & was able to quickly book my first session to help fade out a tattoo to eventually be covered up. Hey my name is Brian, I wanted to say when I first decided I wanted to do tattoo removal I was nervous and worried on how it would feel. I searched up a couple places in buffalo and The Finery just seemed to be the best option so I booked an appointment. The moment I arrived at The finery the customer service was amazing, Dustin introduced himself and asked me if this was my first time going through this and I said yes. Dustin immediately made me comfortable and he told me the first steps of removal and he also got some basic information from me on our first visit and took pictures. I came back for my first treatment awhile after and he made me comfortable again he talked me through the process and it went by fast before I know it I was done with my first removal process. Everytime that Ive returned from that point on out the customer service has been stellar, and the price is amazing for the great work that they perform. The place is very clean and well kept on top of that. I came to the Finery after a bad tattoo removal experience with a local dermatologist. It was an awful recovery leaving me with multiple scars. The Finery has gone the extra mile to see my skin healed as well as to set up a treatment plan that will minimize any further damage. Dustin has gone to great lengths to take care of me as a customer. I recently had my first treatment with them at the Buffalo office with Emma, and it was wonderful. Very professional and caring. Much better experience with their treatment and recovery. I highly recommend them if you are considering getting a tattoo removed. Cost was even better than what I paid with a dermatologist locally. I’ve had 5 sessions so far & probably need 1 more for it to be completely gone. The experience takes about 5 minutes from start to finish for a small tattoo. To me, the pain feels like laser hair removal which is pretty tolerable, plus they ice the region prior which numbs the area. Emma is fantastic and informative. She chats with me the whole time which distracts me and makes the experience more tolerable. The room is very sanitary and I’m always satisfied with both the procedure and the results. I recommend Removery to anyone in need of a tattoo removal!

Buffalo Removery is the best. I was very nervous about getting tattoo removal and Emma was great and so thorough which helped me have realistic expectations of what each session will look like especially because of an autoimmune disorder that could have potentially impacted results. The packages are really good as well, i appreciated that I could pay as i go if it ended up not working well on my skin (which thankfully wasn’t the case!) I genuinely don’t mind going there because they’re so cool and make the experience as stress free as possible! Definitely 10/10 recommend!

My technician as well as receptionist were extremely knowledgeable and generous in sharing information about layering and specifically to the area on my face which was being treated. it definitely hurt to go through the session, however it lasted less than one minute. Treatment room and entire building is sparkling clean and sanitary. 100% worth going here if you have questions about removing or editing a tattoo you are wanting gone!

This is my first tattoo removal, and I chose these guys based on a recommendation from a friend and internet reviews. I was a little tentative at first, but the whole process has been smooth as silk. The clinic is clean, theyve always been able to service my appointment with no delays, especially difficult during covid-19, in fact, Ive never met another patient leaving as theyve made sure to buffer the appointments for more cleaning time etc.The whole removal process starts with a quick review of any changes since last appointment, then a run through of what theyre going to do. Always pleasent conversation during and after. Very attentive to questions and concerns. On a random day I decided I wanted to remove all 4 of my tattoos. I made an appointment and met with Dustin. We talked for awhile about these pretty stamps I have and he was totally honest with how many sessions he believes I would need. He told me I could think about it but after talking and meeting with him I knew I was starting right then and there. The price is incredibly fair in fact much lower then surrounding cities. He explained how it would feel perfectly. I tell everyone I know about Dustin and The Finery because nobody should ever feel like they have to live with something they dont love forever. Today I had my 3rd appointment and as usual Dustin accomplished the task at hand quickly and carefully. I look forward to these appointments because not only is Dustin great to chat with he is slowly bringing me back to the person I want to look like without the tattoos. The Finery is a trendy little spot in the heart of the Elmwood village awesome decor and very clean. I do not hesitate spending my hard earned money there at all because I know they have top of the line equipment and you are treated with the upmost care. The other thing I loved was that I could ask any random question about any of the machines and he could quickly answer my odd questions. If you have a questionable piece of art on your body that you may not want to represent you I highly recommend going to The Finery. I might also add they have specials and deals all the time to make things more affordable during the process.

Ive been getting a tattoo removed here and approaching my final sessions. I couldnt be more pleased with the results especially due to my tattoo being on my hand it made the process a little more difficult. The staff there has always been polite and friendly and the facility has always been pristine and safe. theyve always shown consideration for my level of comfort and pain. I dont think Id recommend another tattoo removal place to anyone if they asked.

I had a consult for tattoo fading. They did a test spot on me. I may not be a candidate for tattoo fading; however, they were so sweet, so informative, and very honest. I would definitely recommend!

My consultation was flawless. At the end I opted for a complete removal package. My first lasering was very quick and relatively painless with about 10 more to go for complete removal. The staff are very knowledgeable about their practice and put me in a relaxed state of mind. I will update in a year when this process is complete.

Been seeing these folks back when the mobile van was operational and it only took me 10 minutes to drive to them. Now I drive 1hr 10 minutes to Buffalo just to get laser. That’s how good they are!! This place is top-notch, from the customer service to their arsenal of crazy specialized lasers, to the skill of the techs. 10/10.I had a large chest piece that I started fading for coverup in July 2020. I really never believed I was gonna get rid of this thing when I went in for my consultation. It was so big and so dark and hopelessly scarred, so I was shocked when Dustin said that he could remove it. 8 sessions later (I spaced the last 4 pretty far apart) and it’s not only faded to the point where it can be easily covered up, but a lot of the raised scarring is now flat. I can’t believe my eyes I see pictures of what it used to look like.For people who have done their research on lasers, this place has a q-switched laser, picosure (which targets certain colors very well), AND a picoway laser. Dustin used all 3 during the course of my treatment to target different pigments and clusters of ink. In my research on this stuff, most removal places only have one type of laser. I believe that being able to utilize all 3 really maximized my fading.Dustin did all of the sessions on my chest, but Emma and Stacy also did a session on my arm, and I was able to have that tattoo completely reworked after 1 session. Every tech here is great. They make you feel comfortable and hopeful, and deliver great results.If you are living with a tattoo you hate, drop by and see them for a consultation. The worst part is wishing you would’ve started years ago.

Marco and Dustin are AMAZING! My tattoo is gone. I’m so happy. It was quick, not too painful, and definitely affordable. After only a few sessions I am sad to say I won’t have to come back and it’s bittersweet. They’re so nice that I almost want to get another tattoo to come back and see them.

I had my first session to remove my old microblading today and saw Dustin. He was awesome! Super professional, very clean, and answered all my questions. The microblading can be hard to remove with lasers but he made sure he was confident he could remove them by doing a patch test first before we removed it all. I am very happy with my results so far and he was almost more excited than me that he was able to help! I highly recommend him!

Dustin is professional, outgoing snd goes the extra mile to make sure your experience is comfortable. I never thought removal would be an option for me, but he worked with me and I am so excited for the remainder of my removal experience. The facility is clean, comfortable and inviting. My esthetician, Dustin, was amazing! He is knowledgeable and friendly, explaining the process every step of the way so any anxiety melted away. I was referred thru another provider who had somehow messed up my appointment booking but he was very helpful and accommodating by fitting me into his schedule not only for a consultation but even for a treatment!

Completely impressed, Emma did a great job. Got me right in. No long paper work to fill out. I was nervous since I had never done this. Was expecting the laser to slice my arm off but she was very chill about it and helped me to relax. And it was surprisingly quick process. It did hurt but it was over in about 5 min. I’ve been getting tattoo removal treatments since spring of 2019 and I am very pleased with the progress. My tattoo is almost gone and I have significantly better results than a professional acquaintance who has been having her tattoo removal treatments through a doctors office. I think the difference is the doctors (Dermotology) office only has one type of laser and the Finery has several different types of lasers to customize your tattoo removal (also it’s cheaper than the doctors office).

I started my tattoo removal journey with the Finery over a year ago. I have been so pleased with the results! Dustin is so passionate and professional. He talks you through the entire laser process and takes the time to educate you on how it works. He also helps you have realistic expectations about the progress of laser tattoo removal. I’m so glad the Finery has found a permanent place in Buffalo because lord knows there’s a lot of bad tattoos out there to be zapped :)

Met with Dustin today for my initial consult and 1st treatment. Great guy with lots of information. Decided to go the Finery instead of a cosmetic surgery office and I am glad I did. It hurts a little, but is so quick. Would definitely recommend if you are thinking of removal or fading to get a coverup.

They were fabulous. Im a total wimp with pain, but Dustin and his team kept me comfortable as they could and were very patient with me. I will update my review throughout the process.UPDATE:. Im about four sessions in right now, I can definitely see the tattoo fading. They tell you that the pain is supposed to decrease as your tattoo fades, but for some reason it seemed to be getting worse for me. Dustin offered a numbing style cream, that could help dull the pain. I just left my session, and it was completely manageable. I was able to talk through it, and they were already using the color laser on me. I cannot stress this enough, how patient, and kind this team is. You are in good hands.

I went in for a consultation for removal of a tattoo on my neck. Dustin was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained to me because of the color of the ink (red) and my racial background that I would not be the best candidate for laser removal because it would most definitely cause hyperpigmentation. I appreciate him being so honest and explaining the process of the removal, and the negative effects it would have on my skin. Even though he was unable to do the removal, he went above and beyond to inform me about the other types of options out there! I would highly recommend!

I came to The Removery to remove a small tattoo ... Green/blue are amongst the worst colours to lift and its almost gone. The Tx only last a few seconds for each area treated. The pain is nowhere as bad as anticipated and dissipated immediately after treatment. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them!

Not gonna lie, the process HURTS. They do everything they can to numb the area and minimize the pain, but it is reaaaaaaaally painful. Sessions are over quickly, though, and I genuinely look forward to seeing the staff when I go in, because they’re just really nice, positive people. Tattoo is fading nicely with their guidance on aftercare and I can’t wait to see what the coverup ends up looking like once we’re done with the removal! Absolutely would recommend.

My first time here today! (2/14/2020) I was told it’ll take a year and a half to remove all my dark black tattoos, I cannot wait to see what some of my tattoos will look like six months from now! Emma and Dustin are AMAZING, they took so much time to talk to me about everything and explained everything! The pain isn’t bad at all, I was freaked out walking in there about what it would feel like. I’ll keep updating my review on here every time I go for treatment so everyone can read how my experience is. I cannot wait to see all my tattoos gone in a year and a half.3/5/2020 My second time here today! Today we worked on all of my big tattoos (hip, rib, and thigh), not even gonna lie, those hurt me big time because they are bigger tattoos, I’m personally dreading getting these certain three tattoos lasered again. I was told because they are bigger tattoos that will bruise up, and I will probably get blisters. I will update if I get blisters on these tattoos. Update: 4/19/2020, I didn’t get any blisters, only experienced redness for awhile that eventually went away, I was supposed to go back on the 24th for my third sessions but due to the virus was moved, hoping this won’t put back my expected full removal date of all my tattoos. Update (6/8/20) I was finally able to go for my second session all six of my tattoos, hip, leg, rib, two on my back, and one on my foot. I am now able to tolerate the feeling of the laser on my skin now than I was before. After my session in March I did see fading on my leg, and rib tattoo, my first session on my rib tattoo Emma was able to successfully remove a lot of the dark shading, I cannot wait to see what they will look like in a few weeks, and I can’t wait for my third season in 6 weeks! (7-17-20) Dustin lasered all six of my tattoos, recovery wasn’t bad, hardly any redness this session, didn’t use anything to help healing as my skin didn’t really need anything! (9-2-20) Officially half way to being done with laser treatments! Pain is pretty tolerable now, my tattoos with darker spots still hurt when being lasered, I can barely feel my hip, and leg tattoo being lasered due to all the fading! My progress is amazing so far, watching all my tattoos slowly fade, best money investment I ever made! (10-15-20) Another session down! It feels so close to wanting to be done, but I know I’ll be done before I know it! We worked on all of my tattoos again, and they’re all fading beautifully! Looking forward to my next session.Dustin and Emma are extremely knowledgeable about any questions you have, and are very quick with the laser removal process. My session a few weeks ago was amazing! Just when I think I don’t see any progress, I’m shown my before pictures before I started this process! Definitely have changed settings to start getting more ink out of my tattoos that are now lighter. I can’t wait to finish this process!
